three hours, no heavy lifting, funny as hell, solo to

on Sunday. Would I leave Marongo? I listen to three

on a Sunday on the way home with that traffic
on the ten freeway.

precious teens that are all going to grow up to
be adults. They're now into doing these takeovers and they're
going to continue. And and God love you teens. You know,
I'm trying to give you tips on how to have
a better life. And you know, I think teens should

listen to me, and and I think I could steer
them out of a lot of crap in life, because
I would talk you out of the takeovers.

Maybe not in LA.

You know, you're pretty successful doing the you know, street takeovers.
Nobody really gets killed a lot. Sometimes they do, but
most of the times you just spin cars around fireworks
and you go home and you make it and you
go to bed. But you made a big mistake. And
I've been telling people for thirty years, thirty years in December,
don't do this crap in Orange County. You don't have

to do it in Orange County. You can go to
LA and do it. And if you do it in
Orange County, you're gonna get arrested. Then you're gonna have
a record, then you're not gonna get hired. Then it's
gonna be on social media. Then you all have to
commit another crime to make some money to pay your bills.
And that's how it starts. That's how the life of
crime starts. With one arrest, then two, then a little time,

then another one and another one, and your whole life
it blows up on you. So don't do it in
Newport Beach. Is you're okay, Look, smart teens didn't do this.
The dumb teens did this. Don't do it in Newport Beach.
I'll tell you why Newport Beach is the premier police
department to work for in Orange County. Maybe Huntington Beach

is first and Newport is second, but that's ding dong,
ding dong with it.

They both have ocean front, they both have very expensive homes,
extremely expensive, and everybody wants to work. If you're an
Orange County cop, you want to work in Huntington Beach
or you want to work in Newport. So when Newport
puts out the bat signal that there's five thousand teams
running around breaking into pavilions at seventeen different police forces,

get that signal. Seventeen departments get that signal and they
all start heading over to Newport because they all want
to work in Newport, so they all get to Newport quickly.
Have the you know, the chief of Newport recognized that
they got there quick and like, yeah, every time we
put out the signals for you know, mutual Aid, you

know Sal from Co Masa always shows up quickly.

Let's get Sal on the fours. They can't wait to
get to Newport. It's great out there. The people love
the cops and they're gonna take those kids by the collar,
throw them in the car, and throw them out of
Orange County or at least Newport. They arrested four hundred
of these teens, four hundred. In LA you do a

street take evert there might be zero arrests and you
get to.

Do it again the next day of the next week.

But in Newport there's four hundred teens with potentially a
record unless you got really rich parents and then maybe
your dad or mom can you know, get you out
of that. But if you don't have money, you're gonna
have a record. And now try to get a job
or try to get you know, into a good school
or try to get a good relationship going because you know, dad,

mom looked through social media when their daughter or son
starts dating somebody and like, oh wait, this is a mess.
This is one of those teens that does the team
take over, not for my gal. Now I'm going to
pass on you. Thanks buddy, but we're going to pass.
So don't do it in Newport Beach. Pass that word
around teens, especially dumb teens. If you're a dumb teen

and you know everybody, you know, you know, you know right,
you know, don't do it Newport Beach. Don't do it
in huntings and Beach either. Come on out, La, come
on out to the valley. It's a party out here.
It's a filthy, big, huge party out here, and we'll
be more than happy to have you do it. In
North Hollywood. I'll slide down. Maybe I'll even announce one,
you know, get me a PA system and we'll do

a couple of ding dongs and I'll do the play
by play. But don't do it in Newport. Don't do
it in Daana Point, don't do it in Hermosa Beach,
I mean, Hunting's Beach. Don't do it in Seal Beach.
The cops decked you really really quick, and the cavalry
comes in from all around Orange County to arrest you
on horseback. Then, like nineteen horses out there. So please

teens and tell you're stupid teens. If you have teens
that did that, don't do it.

a big fan of the teens. I was one for
quite some time thirteen fourteen, fifteen, sixteen seventeen. I was
a teen for seven years, and I did some really
stupid crap when I was when I was a teen,
a lot of stupid things, but I didn't have anybody
on radio telling me how it was going to affect

the rest of my life, and so I really sort
of had to learn from my dad. And my dad
had there was one rule that my dad had in
his house, and again, Father of the Century, everything you
saw on TV ten times nicer, more pleasant, personable, caring,

charitable at home than you saw on TV one hundred times.

So, but the one rule that.

My dad had, and he told all of this, he
told all of his six kids and his stepdaughter as well,
that if you ever run into any problems, you get arrested,
you know, you get into an accident, you know, you
lose your passport in a foreign country, call my dad
would say, call me. I'll be there to help you out.

Whatever time of day, whatever time of night, call me
if there's a problem, except if you get a DUI.
He said, if you get a DUI, don't call me.
I'm not coming down. I'm not picking you up, I'm
not bailing you out. I won't be there for you.
And I thought, wow, I don't want to test that.

But and I it was not tested to a point
where well that's a long story. But I knew that
as a kid that if I got a DUY that
it would radically affect my dad.

And I didn't get one.

I probably could have at one point, you know, I mean,
I'm not drinking a drying but you know, having to sacrifice,
like being the idiot in high school that takes a
cab home. I remember going to a party. I had
a Mazda. I called it the Mazda ash tray, and
it always was breaking down. It's the car I had

in nineteen ninety seven, ninety eight when I met my wife,
and it just it just was a crappy car. And
I remember there was a party that was invited to
up in the Hollywood Hills. I really wanted to go to.
I didn't have any money for a cab. I was
sort of busted out. The track took a bite out
of me. So I called Triple A and I said, hey,

I got to get my car's not working. I got
to get up to a friend's house to have him
fix it, and the Triple A drive or picks me
up and the car. Because I had seven free rides
with Triple A. I think he gets seven a year.

That was my plan.

And I had him tow me up to the party
a block out of a half away so it wasn't embarrassed,
and then I called him at the I called Triple A.

At the end, same tow.

Truck driver shows up and I towes my car back
home and that was my ride.
Speaker 1 (09:23):
It was a free ride for the night.

And he said to me in the car on the
way back, he said, you know, next time, just tell
me what you're doing. I could have dropped you off
there because I got to do it anyway, but we
don't have to you know, tow the car. You know
we can. I can just drop you off. And I said,
sorry about that. All right, Let's get back with these teens.

I'm going to try to save these teens and the
teen's parents a lot of headaches because I'm going to
tell you where you can and can't get away with
these stupid teen takeovers.

Nottsbury Farm is in Orange County and mutual aid. The
cops are coming in again. Here comes the you know

They're coming When a part police say they're working with
notts to identify the people who are trying to organize
this event, there will be increased law enforcement and action
taken against anyone with disruptive behavior. Not Sbury Farm still
has its chaperone policy for guests under the age of fifteen.

Yeah, the teen's ruined that. By the way, this.

All comes after that takeover that happened in Newport Beach
on the July fourth weekend, where more than four hundred
people were arrested.

Huntington Beach police say that they are also aware of
another takeover event in August.

I saw him down last weekend on July fourth. They're
ready for you. They're all set. Slide in there if
you want that second arrest, and then now you've got
a record, and now you're going down that road where
the American dream is further and further away, where you

can't see it anymore. Huntington Beach is not the place
to do this. Who is organizing these.

Yeah, well it's not going to be Fourth of July
Part two. It's going to be the first or second
time in the can. It'd be the second time in prison.
That'll be the part two. But teens, I don't know
how many teens are listening. Maybe you're a parent of
these teens that are listening, but you've got to you
got to tell your kids don't think about Newport or

Huntington Beach. Dana Pointe, San Clemente, Coasta, Mesa, and Seal Beach,
Sunset Beach. All of these cities, they're all on mutual aid.
They all can get one hundred and fifty cops there
in less than three minutes, and your kid's gonna get arrested.
And that's going to be the start of the big

downfall where they're home until they're thirty because they can't
get a job, because nobody's going to hire them because
every time they do a background search on them. They
were the dumb teens that went to Newport and Huntington
Beach for their mischief making. Tell him to come to
the valley. We'll treat him nice. We'll send him home
without any scars. You know, no one's going to die,

probably very few arrests, and they'll go back Hellman and
enjoy themselves or maybe parts of LA but not Orange County.

And I told everybody on the ship, you know, because
there was a lot of activities that they wanted to
put together, And I said, I'm basically going to get

be hungover. I'll stumble to the casino so people can

catch me on the way to the casino. Then I'll gamble,
drink and wander back to the room around three o'clock
in the morning and so you can catch me there.

So it'll be two.

Sightings a day on the way to the casino, hungover
and drunk on the way back to the brim. But no,
there'll be a lot of fun. There's a lot of fun.
It's gonna be a cool group. We had a big
zoom meeting with a lot of the people going and
it's great. I thought, you know, maybe maybe like three
of them would be funny. Everybody on that Zoom meeting

had a sense of humor that is effing great. I
love that all right, the World Cup is pulling up
stakes there taking their tent home. The circus is almost
over and I'll miss it. I didn't think I was
going to be into it because I'm not a big
soccer fan, but man, I love these foreigners. They came
over here, they spent their money, They told us how

great we were. They were the perfect guests. Perfect. Guess
you didn't hear about any of them committing any crimes.
There's no murder, robbery, stalking, wire fraud, none of that,
or at least that we heard of. And everybody in
La for two years leading up to the World Cup,
I asked you to please, please behave and guess what

you did. For the most part, you did. And now
that the circus is moving on to another city, we
can all get back into our normal lives. You know, arson, burglary,
child molestation, kitty porn, grand theft, auto Maybe you've been

accused of a domestic extortion, maybe that's your game. Or fraud, murder, robbery,
senior abuse, hit and run. You know all the things
that are in Southern California is known for shoplifting, grand theft,
auto kidnapping. We're going to I think we slowly get
back there, but we'll get back there. And it's already

starting to happen. You know these things. For the last month,
we didn't hear about any of them. And now we're
back into break ins because the friends and family have left.
Our fellow world citizens have gone back to Asia or
Europe or well New York, you know, to see the finals.

And once they all leave, La is going to become
a circus again, and it's gonna be hot. And once
the heats turned up and the soccer fans are gone,

like Chatsworth. I don't believe Porter Ranch is in Woodland Hills.

to be three people running and then jumping over a

Canters Delhi is there, a very famous deli that's been
there a long long time, maybe even longer than the studio,
and so it's been there seventy six years, and now
they're thinking of selling it, and God only knows what
they're going to do with it. So let's find out

condos there, or a massive resort or a hotel, I
think it's just going to get busier, not busier, in

them out of a lot of crap in life, because

don't do this crap in Orange County. You don't have

to do it in Orange County. You can go to
LA and do it. And if you do it in
Orange County, you're gonna get arrested. Then you're gonna have
a record, then you're not gonna get hired. Then it's
gonna be on social media. Then you all have to
commit another crime to make some money to pay your bills.
And that's how it starts. That's how the life of
crime starts. With one arrest, then two, then a little time,

then another one and another one, and your whole life
it blows up on you. So don't do it in
Newport Beach. Is you're okay, Look, smart teens didn't do this.
The dumb teens did this. Don't do it in Newport Beach.
I'll tell you why Newport Beach is the premier police
department to work for in Orange County. Maybe Huntington Beach

is first and Newport is second, but that's ding dong,
ding dong with it.

They both have ocean front, they both have very expensive homes,
extremely expensive, and everybody wants to work. If you're an

running around breaking into pavilions at seventeen different police forces,

get that signal. Seventeen departments get that signal and they
all start heading over to Newport because they all want
to work in Newport, so they all get to Newport quickly.
Have the you know, the chief of Newport recognized that
they got there quick and like, yeah, every time we
put out the signals for you know, mutual Aid, you

street take evert there might be zero arrests and you
get to.

But in Newport there's four hundred teens with potentially a
record unless you got really rich parents and then maybe
your dad or mom can you know, get you out

mom looked through social media when their daughter or son
starts dating somebody and like, oh wait, this is a mess.
This is one of those teens that does the team
take over, not for my gal. Now I'm going to
pass on you. Thanks buddy, but we're going to pass.
So don't do it in Newport Beach. Pass that word
around teens, especially dumb teens. If you're a dumb teen

and you know everybody, you know, you know, you know right,
you know, don't do it Newport Beach. Don't do it
in huntings and Beach either. Come on out, La, come
on out to the valley. It's a party out here.
It's a filthy, big, huge party out here, and we'll

on radio telling me how it was going to affect

the rest of my life, and so I really sort
of had to learn from my dad. And my dad
had there was one rule that my dad had in
his house, and again, Father of the Century, everything you
saw on TV ten times nicer, more pleasant, personable, caring,

charitable at home than you saw on TV one hundred times.

So, but the one rule that.

My dad had, and he told all of this, he
told all of his six kids and his stepdaughter as well,
that if you ever run into any problems, you get arrested,
you know, you get into an accident, you know, you
lose your passport in a foreign country, call my dad
would say, call me. I'll be there to help you out.

Whatever time of day, whatever time of night, call me
if there's a problem, except if you get a DUI.
He said, if you get a DUI, don't call me.
I'm not coming down. I'm not picking you up, I'm
not bailing you out. I won't be there for you.
And I thought, wow, I don't want to test that.

But and I it was not tested to a point
where well that's a long story. But I knew that
as a kid that if I got a DUY that
it would radically affect my dad.

like being the idiot in high school that takes a
cab home. I remember going to a party. I had

in nineteen ninety seven, ninety eight when I met my wife,
and it just it just was a crappy car. And
I remember there was a party that was invited to
up in the Hollywood Hills. I really wanted to go to.
I didn't have any money for a cab. I was
sort of busted out. The track took a bite out
of me. So I called Triple A and I said, hey,

I got to get my car's not working. I got
to get up to a friend's house to have him
fix it, and the Triple A drive or picks me
up and the car. Because I had seven free rides
with Triple A. I think he gets seven a year.

That was my plan.

And I had him tow me up to the party
a block out of a half away so it wasn't embarrassed,
and then I called him at the I called Triple A.

At the end, same tow.

Truck driver shows up and I towes my car back
home and that was my ride.

It was a free ride for the night.

And he said to me in the car on the
way back, he said, you know, next time, just tell
me what you're doing. I could have dropped you off
there because I got to do it anyway, but we
don't have to you know, tow the car. You know
we can. I can just drop you off. And I said,

were the dumb teens that went to Newport and Huntington

or at least that we heard of. And everybody in
La for two years leading up to the World Cup,

you did. For the most part, you did. And now
that the circus is moving on to another city, we
can all get back into our normal lives. You know, arson, burglary,
child molestation, kitty porn, grand theft, auto Maybe you've been

accused of a domestic extortion, maybe that's your game. Or fraud, murder, robbery,
senior abuse, hit and run. You know all the things
that are in Southern California is known for shoplifting, grand theft,
auto kidnapping. We're going to I think we slowly get

starting to happen. You know these things. For the last month,
we didn't hear about any of them. And now we're
back into break ins because the friends and family have left.
Our fellow world citizens have gone back to Asia or

Possible sale of a Hollywood landmark studio. It's once again
calling the state of the industry into question. This time,
Television City at Burley Boulevard and Fairfax is expected to
hit the market.

It sits behind the original Farmers Market, and of course
it's served as a stage for some of Hollywood's biggest productions.
American Idol shot there, the Carrol Burnett Show and of
course the price is right, just to name a few here.

the three shows that they're out of the one hundred

Carober Nuts Show should have had a nod in there.

Just to name a few, CBS sold the studio back
in twenty nineteen to a private real estate firm. That
firm is now reportedly battling a bill of debt into
the millions. That group Hackman Capitals, saying the NBC four
News tonight in part quote. As an owner of studio
assets in multiple US and international markets, we have seen
firsthand how Los Angeles studio real estate faces significant pressure

from high production costs and uncompetitive tax incentives. Television City
is a local treasure home to decades of iconic productions.
Right we remain in active discussion with our lending partners
as we carefully evaluate all alternatives available for its future.
We reach out to Mayor Bass's office, which set in
part of Mayor Bass will continue to fight for tax credits, incentives,
and less red tape at the federal, state and local
