at any time in the history of our country. More
Americans are working today than ever before. This week it

was announced that inflation saw the largest monthly decline in
more than six years. Just happened. It's just given out.
The media reported it, and we accept it. The best
in six years. The tax cuts in our great, big,
beautiful bill are saving hard working families thousands and thousands

of dollars like with the provisions no tax on tips,
no tax on overtime, and no tax on social Security
for our great seniors, along with the interest deduction on
a loan used to purchase a car, but only if
that car is made in America, and a one hundred

percent expensing for our job creating businesses. Our stock markets
are at their highest point in many years, but we
can actually say of all time, and your four oh
one ks pensions and retirement accounts are setting records every
single day, the highest in history. For years, we paid

the highest price for prescription drugs anywhere in the world.
Now we pay the lowest price under my Most Favored
Nations policy. Because I was able to get the rest
of the world and the pharmaceutical companies to act responsibly,
drug prices are coming down by seventy eighty and ninety

is coming way down because of what we've done with

powerful military by far anywhere in the world. I built
it during my first term, and unfortunately we're forced to
use it now. We won in Venezuela, which is now
working with us to produce millions and millions of barrels
of oil. We are likewise winning big in Iran, and

you will see the fruits of that labor very very shortly.
America is back and doing really well, but we still
have a major challenge that must be urgently addressed. Because
no country could be great without fair and honest elections.
You have to trust your country, because if there can

be no no trust, there can be no greatness. And
that's very simple. No trust, no greatness. For many years,
I've called for a bold, swift, and decisive action to
protect the integrity of America's elections. Every American deserves to
know that when they cast their vote, that vote will

be counted accurately in a system, and that is to
make that system secure, one where cheating and interference are
not just difficult, but virtually impossible. Unfortunately, the system we
have today falls catastrophically short of that standard. Tonight, I'm
(05:40):
announcing the immediate declassification and release of critical intelligence revealing
shocking vulnerabilities in our election infrastructure. This evidence shows that
the election system we have dangerously exposes and really exposes
like levels never thought possible, the hacking, exploitation, and foreign interference.

Just as disturbingly, this vital information has for many years
been covered up and hidden from you. The American people
are beautiful, our great American people, But that all changes
right now. The documents we will release starting tonight have
been gathered by the White House Government Transparency Task Force,

a great group of people, along with the staff of
the President's Intelligence Advisory Board, supported by our top intelligence
agency chiefs, who have all personally reviewed the findings we
are presenting this evening and fully confirmed their authenticity. You

purpose in closing this information is not to weaken confidence
in election, but to earn that confidence by confronting vulnerabilities
and correcting them very very quickly, and that's what we're doing.

The documents cover five major areas of concern. First, they
show that, over a period of years, starting during the
twenty twenty election cycle, the People's Republic of China carried
out what is believed to be the largest compromise of
election data in history, resulting in China's illicit acquisition of
(07:36):
two hundred and twenty million US voter files. That information
includes names, addresses, phone numbers, political party preferences, and other
sensitive data that would be needed to register to vote
and engage in other nefarious activities, which is exactly what
was happening. This data loss presents an unprecedented in election
(08:00):
security nightmare. The intelligence even shows that China has signed
a data exploitation unit specifically to this new project. Compounding
the travesty. The second set of documents we are releasing
reveals that members of the deep state, very very famous
group of people, many cases in our intelligence agency, work
(08:24):
to actively suppress and downplay information about the extent of
China's sinister election medaling, covering it up from both the
President and the American people like nobody thought was possible.
Us by agencies began learning about the compromise of voter
registration files in twenty twenty when they discovered that tens
(08:47):
of millions of voter data. Think of that, tens of
millions voters data in eighteen states have been bought, stolen,
or hacked by China. Yet those responsible for sounding the
alarm instead kept the information secret and hidden, they did
(09:08):
not disclose to me as president or to anyone else,
and to the best of our knowledge, they did not
inform Congress. In fact, all they kept saying is this
is the most secure election in the history of our country,
a standard, very pat line that was divvied out to say.
The cover up of this colossal security breach is even
(09:31):
more disturbing in light of the additional information showing that
China engaged in other election related activities to undermine my
first administration and our twenty twenty campaign. They did not
want and they just didn't want it. They fought like
hell not to have it. Donald Trump to win, and
(09:52):
for good reason, as the documents we are releasing show
CIA reporting explicitly said and I quote in mid twenty eighteen,
the Chinese Communist Party's policy was to leverage all domestic
and foreign elements that were opposed to the US president
in an effort to reduce the US president's votes and

make him resign or prevent his reelection. Isn't that nice?
Also in mid twenty eighteen, China was working to influence
the results of the US midterm elections and later the
results of the twenty twenty presidential election itself separately in
mid twenty nineteen. The Chinese government strategy against the United
(10:37):
States was focused on undermining domestic confidence in the US president.
They wanted to just make you sound like your president
wasn't so hot, when actually your president has done a
great job. And they did everything possible to do exactly
that going on. This document says, and this is by
(10:58):
the CIA. The strategy included efforts to use Chinese contacts
with big US companies to influence US business leaders to
turn against the president of the United States of America.
The Chinese government sought to identify US journalists who had
reported negatively on the US president and pay them large
(11:21):
sums of money to write more negative articles about him
as many as they could. And they didn't care what
they said. The Chinese government wanted US president to lose
the next election. And the reason they wanted me to
lose is because they knew I was wise to them,
charged them billions and billions of dollars worth of tariffs,
(11:45):
and built the strongest military anywhere in the world. We
have the strongest military anywhere in the world. These are
exact quotes from the CIA reporting the name of the
person doing the quote is now under review, but it
gets even worse. Raw intelligence obtained by the FBI in
(12:07):
twenty twenty, yet buried by rogue bureaucrats, stated that China's
activities even included an attempt to manufacture illegal ballots for
Joe Biden. Documents show that during this period, dozens of
significant CIA and NSA reports about China's election targeting were
(12:27):
kept out of the presidential briefing. These were briefings I
would get almost every day. Everything was kept out that
was of importance. One email among intelligence analysts admitted that
they had quote deliberately massaged the Presidential daily Briefing to
withhold information regarding Chinese activities related to the election. Another
(12:53):
official inside the FBI wrote that she was running quote
a shadow government unquote to keep intelligence about China's election
meddling from becoming known and to keep it away from
the honorable press. Other officials who witnessed such efforts perceived
the motivations to be blatantly political.

Recently, we found significant numbers of burn bags information and
this is a group of bags that were used to
destroy information given by President Barack Hussein Obama to be burned.
It was supposed to be burned. These bags were supposed

to be at a different level, by different people, incinerated
and checked. But it never happened. Maybe we got lucky.
We believe this was not done on purpose, but rather
through gross incompetence of the people that was so supposed
to burn the bags. But the findings are stunning. Today,

I'm asking the Office of the Director of National Intelligence,
the Department of Justice, the FBI, and the CIA to
investigate how and why such crucial information was hidden, to
fire those involved in the cover up, and to file
criminal charges, if appropriate, against these people. Yet, concealing China's
meddling was only the beginning. The third set of documents,

we are releasing proofs that for many years Americans were
blatantly lied to about the security of our election infrastructure,
including electronic voting machines and ballot counting systems. Dishonest almost all.
They're vulnerable, and they're easily compromised, and people within our
(14:50):
government knew that. Tonight, we're publishing a series of previously
classified US Intelligence community assessments and other reports proved that
our government has long known these machines are extremely exposed
to attack. As one assessment states, we judged that the
United States advisors, including at a minimum, Russia, China, Iran,

North Korea, as well as non state groups, have the
capability to compromise US election infrastructure. That's unquote. But that's
some statement, isn't it made by supposedly great patriots of
our country. The document goes on to further state that quote.
We assess that centralized election related data repositors, such as
(15:41):
voter registration databases, pullbooks, and other official election websites, are
most vulnerable to exploitation, and advisors could use this access
to these systems to disrupt election processes within the United
States of America. We're releasing all of those findings and
(16:02):
spanning from January twenty twenty to June twenty twenty six.
This is a cyber threat aimed at the very heart
of our democracy. Many people have questioned whether it could
actually be possible to electronically manipulate vote totals or change
election results on these terrible machines. Today, we are releasing
(16:25):
documents that show the CIA obtained reporting of a specific
plot to do a big number in favor of the
corrupt Maduro regime in Venezuela, and that's exactly what happened,
Conspiring to digitally rig their own countries elections in twenty twenty,
(16:47):
and that's what they did. This reporting included precise details
about methods to regime develop to digitally alter vote totals
and ways that could not be detailed even with an audit,
no matter how deep they went. This intelligence underscores why
we must take urgent action to ensure that our own
(17:09):
system can never ever be hacked or compromised like it
was in the past. The forth set of documents reveals
that even when significant evidence of fraud has been detected,
it has been buried and covered up. Among the disclosures tonight,
our FBI files detailing evidence of alleged fraud by a
(17:31):
large scale voter registration operation in Michigan. In twenty twenty,
Michigan State police raided a Democrat Get out the Vote
organization corrupt group in Muskegan, and we're so concerned by
what they found. They were just so concerned they couldn't
believe it actually that they contacted the FBI in Detroit.

The documents state that some canvassers admitted to FBI agents
that they signed voter registration forms and other people's names,
submitted fraudulent registration for people who did not exist, and
received gift cards tied to their number of applications that
they produced. In other words, it was pay play and cheat.

The FBI agents working on the case believe that crimes
were committed, yet the Biden Department of Justice slow walked
the investigation and killed it denied. I'm asking the FBI
director to ensure that the matter is fully investigated and
to work with the Department of Justice to prosecute those

responsible for any crimes. Finally, to reveal just how vulnerable
elections continue to be, we are releasing the results of
a stunning investigation by the Department of Homeland Security. According
to the DHS review state voter roles and public records,
they identified approximately two hundred and seventy eight thousand non
(19:04):
citizens who are registered to vote in federal elections. Since
Democrat states refuse to share their voter files, the real
number is actually much higher than that. Yet, even this
limited analysis found more than a quarter of a million
foreigners illegally registered to vote. Put together, these disclosers reveal
(19:27):
an election system so broken and so vulnerable that no
one can possibly defend it. It is not defensible. Hundreds
of millions of US voter files are in the hands
of foreign governments. Our machines and ballot counting systems are
exposed to hacking and manipulation and corruption. China and other
(19:50):
countries have been trying to meddle in our elections. Evidence
of fraud has been buried. Hundreds of thousands of non
citizens and dead people are listed and active on the
voter rolls, and yet we still have elections with no
voter ID, no proof of citizenship, and tens of millions
(20:10):
of ballots flowing aimlessly through the mail. As one example
of the insanity, California's recent election for mayor of LA
and governor was held in June second, long time ago,
but it was just completed a few days ago, in
July tenth. Think of that much more than one month
(20:32):
took a month to count the votes. I wonder what
they were doing. This is worse than any third world country.
There is no third world country that has elections like
we have. In a rare move, NBC and ABC Fake
News have both said that they would not cover this speech.
They knew what it was about because of the fact
(20:52):
that they don't like the topic, because they know how
corrupt our system is and they don't want to reveal it.
They and others the media part of a plot. They
want to continue this fraud for whatever reason. They want
to keep it going. They want to protect the radical left.
They can't have a great country, and that's true. You

can't have a great country without free and fair elections.
Fraud like this should mean a revocation of their licenses.
They use our public multi billion dollar in value airways
for absolutely no money. They pay nothing. All we want
is honesty in our elections and honesty in reporting. They

pay nothing for multi billion dollar assets. Great damage has
been done to our country. Our elections were left vulnerable
to being rigged and stolen, and the trust of the
American people was lost. This cannot be allowed to continue.
Every American, whether you're a Republican, Democrat, independent, or otherwise,

should be able to agree that we the most secure,
honest and fair election system anywhere in the world. Secure
elections should be a partisan really should just we should
be together, Democrats, Republicans, independents, everybody and It should not
be a partisan issue. It should cause to unite us,
(22:20):
not to divide us. This should be a cause we
should be united, not divided. In light of the brand
new and irrefutable information I have revealed tonight, my administration
is in the process of notifying the states whose election
data was compromised by the People's Republic of China and
(22:41):
many others. We will be working closely to mitigate any harm,
and we're taking swift action to ensure that sensitive voter
data is better protected so we can never be bought,
we can never be hacked, and we can never watch
us stolen election again. Tomorrow, the Secretary of Homeland Security
(23:03):
will hold a briefing to outline his department's recent work
confirming cyber vulnerabilities in our electronic voting systems. They are bad.
We're in the process of informing governors, senators, and members
of Congress of potential issues in their states. If you
look at voting today, it's in such bad shape in
(23:26):
so many states, and we are committing to fix it.
And we're also committing to be working with those states
and local jurisdictions to help them fix and patch known
technical vulnerabilities before the midterm elections. We have very important
elections coming up. We want those elections to be honest.
(23:46):
I've also ordered DHS to notify every state about non
citizens on their voter rolls and direct them to remove
all ineligible voters from the lists immediately. But most importantly,
addressing the crisis of election security, demands that Congress must
pass the Save America Act. How easy is that to
(24:11):
do unless you want to cheat. The only reason you
wouldn't do it is you want to cheat because your
policies are so bad and your candidates are so pathetic
that you can't get away or can't get elected any
other way. This landmark bill requires that all voters must
show photo voter ID. How simple is that? Going to
(24:36):
have your photo? Please? Photo voter ID. All voters must
provide proof of citizenship. Are you a citizen of our country? Please?
And hopefully there will be no corrupt mail in ballots, which,
if you watched California and so many other places, mail
in ballots are inherently corrupt, so you would have no
(25:00):
oh mail in ballance except for illness, disability, military deployment,
or travel if you're going away on business or vacation.
These reforms are urgently needed to stop the vulnerabilities that
I've mentioned. To all Americans, I ask you to pick
up your phone tomorrow, call your representatives and the House

and Senate, and demand that they pass the Save America
Act without delay. Together, we will restore faith and confidence
in our country, and we will be bigger, better, and

It has to be. I mean, what other choice, you know,
do you have? But that's okay. The you know, CNN
didn't run it at all. You know, they just said,
screw it, we're not going to run it. And but
CNN is a private you know, they're not airwaves there.
That's cable or satellite, and that's a private company, I
think a publicly traded company. But still those are private,

they're not using the public airwaves. But ABC IS and
CBS and local Fox and local NBC, NBC did something
really odd. And I've never seen this before either. Did
you see NBC? They started airing it and then they
bailed out of it, and then it was Colleen Williams

and Robert Kavasik talking, and then they went back to
it and aired it for another five or six minutes
and then bailed out of it.

Yes, they were picking and choosing what parts they.

this is going to get people to go back and
look at it and figure out, hey, why did they

a football game and a guy runs onto the field
and he's nude, or he's got a banner and he's
got a political statement, the networks have a policy not

when that happens, the commentators, the you know, the play
by play guy and the color guy will say, oh,
guy on the field. Hopefully they get him all soon
we can resume the game, and they don't show it. Everybody,
without exception, well maybe you know, if you're ninety five
and you can't reach the you know, and you don't

know how to use YouTube, then.

But everybody else goes to YouTube and Twitter and Facebook
and watches the guy on the field, and then some
of them may not go back to the to the ballgame.
So there's a lot of different ways to get news nowadays.
It's not just NBC. It's not just ABC or Fox

locally here or NBC. It's you can get it anywhere,
and so for them not to show it was was
really really strange.

I don't remember the last time that happened.

Maybe it's the start of you know, maybe we just
saw the start of a collapse of society where now
there are two distinct groups in this country, you know,
the group that is Republican and the group that's Democrat,
and they're going to stop communicating with each other and
they're going to stop showing each other on TV. And

maybe when there's a Democrat president again, you know, Fox
will bail and won't run it. Or CBS, who is
you know, being taken over by a fairly conservative family,
maybe they won't run it either. And that's just it
sucks because you know, those are our airwaves. It's not

you know, the CBS, NBC, ABC, they don't own those airwaves.
Those are ours. Those are public airwaves. So it is KFI.

and we have obligations as a public airway, as a
steward of these public airwaves.

was that obligation to do it.

Here's another reason why it's, uh, it's really not that
smart to do it, because the FCC is now going
to get involved and they're gonna you know, uh make
it uh difficult for these stations. There's gonna be lawyers,
there's gonna be letters, there's gonna be you know, you
have to send people back to Washington to explain this.
And it's gonna be a big story. It's going to

blow up into a big story. Instead of just airing it,
let him talk for half hour and then come on
and say, oh, guy's nuts.

Whatever the you know, the crazies are out there saying.

as the turning point in America where we just have

if it's gonna be a civil war. I think we

all have way too much to lose for a civil war.
But certainly there is a cold civil war going on
in this country right now, and this is evidence of it.
It's just it's unbelievable.

did over KTLA. They fired when when Glenn Walker was

thrown out of there and the other two or three people,
they were all the people who leaned more conservative, and
KTLA just wiped them all out. So it's it's not
getting better. It's not getting better, it's getting worse. And
I don't know what the answer is. But all right,

that may have wasted upwards to twenty four million gallons

how that happened and why it happened, separate from what

We've had a water main break that has done millions
of dollars in damage, and the City of Los Angeles
is on the hook for every dime of it. Because
those are it's not those aren't West Hollywood's water lines.
Those are the City of Los Angeles. Those those belong
to the city of LA So the city of Valley

is going to be writing some big checks, a lot
of new cars, a lot of expensive cars, because this
happened right in the heart of West Hollywood, where Sunset
meets Holloway and right near Losienica. It's it's west of
Laurel Canyon, east of Cold Water, right near San Vicente.

A lot of expensive cars in that area, a lot
of them damaged, permanently totaled because a lot of this
water got into garages and flooded the garage with four
or five six feet of water. And once a car
sits in six feet of water, especially electric car, that's
a wrap.

There's no cleaning it out.

There's no you know, drying it out with a hair
dryer and then running around again in the car.

So let's go through this. There are a couple of
reasons why this happened. And the main reason, and I
heard this from a guy who used to work at
DWP and confirmed by another guy who worked at DWP.
The water that comes into Los Angeles and it comes
through the aqueduct. You see it on the way out
to you know, on the fourteen or you're going out

to Valencia or an awesome town as they call it,
and you see that big, huge pipe that runs through
Valencia through New Hall and then it comes down and
looks like a log ride right off the five freeway
before you get to the fourteen Freeway on the north
side that free way, And I did tell my daughter

and her friends that that was a log ride forever
and one kid bought it until he was about fifteen.

So how's that.

So that's the water has to be pressurized, you know,
into the valley. It comes into the valley. All the
valley is all La City except for Burbank and the
city of San Fernando, and everyone uses their water. And
then they got to pressurize it again to push it
over the hill to get it to Beverly Hills, West
Hollywood and then the rest of the city that's in
(35:35):
you know the two and three three one OT area code.
So when they push that water and pressurize it to
get over the hill, it puts a lot of stress
on those pipes, especially at night when nobody's flushing a.

Toilet the garden that you know, the garden.

Hoses off, your sprinklers are off, no one's taking a
shower at three am, and that pressure builds and builds
and builds, and it blods in these pipes. That pipe
broke around three am and they shut it off at
around seven am. So if those numbers are right, that's
four hours of maximum water coming out of that pipe,

and that pipe can deliver one hundred thousand gallons of
water a minute, one hundred thousand gallons of water in
a minute. Most swimming pools in the San Fernando Valley
could be filled with that pipe in six to ten seconds.
That's how long it would take to fill your pool
(36:38):
with six to ten seconds, six thousand to eight thousand
to maybe ten thousand gallons of water. Even if you
have a larger pool, twelve thousand gallons twelve seconds to
fill that pool. We may have lost twenty four million
gallons of drinkable water today. And I don't know what
the answer is, but they got to come up with

something so because we can't afford that can't afford to
lose the water, and it can't afford to pay all
the damage because those bills are coming in.

We had one break in cold Water that was from
the pressure that the WP has to put in to
the South Valley to push it over the hill. Because
these water mains don't go through that that hill where
Cold Water and Laurel Canyon is. They go up and over,
and they have to pressurize that water to get it
over that hill and then it comes down. Nobody's losing water.

These pipes are one hundred and fifteen hundred and twenty
years old and they explode. We have seventy four hundred
miles of pipe that needs to be replaced in the
city of Los Angeles, seventy four hundred and they do
forty five miles a year, So that would take one
hundred and sixty four years to replace them. And you

can't replace them all one hundred and sixty four years
because you would have to go back and start replacing
some of the already replaced. By the time you get
to the that were placed, you know, there are one
hundred and ten years ago. So it's a vicious circle.
It's a no win situation. I don't know what the
answer is, but right now this isn't working and people
are pissed in West Hollywood because they don't live in

the City of LA You know, they moved out of
the City of LA because they couldn't stand the services,
and now they're getting hosed.

had a major, major water main break, and this pipe
has been there probably they say, around one hundred and
ten years, and they're not designed to last that long
and they need to be replaced. Let's find out more
about this flooding though. On this one hundred year, one

hundred plus year pipe filled with water. One hundred thousand
gallons a minute runs through these pipes, one hundred thousand.

reaction to what he saw.

Well, the water flow was amazing and we really didn't
realize how bad it was when we first got on

Yes, once I saw the water flow down Palm, it
was quite incredible.

It appeared things really escalated around five forty five am.

So I think it's one of the biggest water main
breaks I've covered as far as the area that's affected now,
that is Sunset. We had a huge water main break
on Sunset by UCLA and it flooded the campus, but
not such a large area.

Yeah, that's the flood that that got into Paul Pavilion
and destroyed the parquet floor there, and the city of
LA had to pay that bill. I think that was
twenty two or twenty three million dollars. So a lot
of the money that we all pay I'm sorry I
always keep saying we I moved.

A lot of the money that you pay in taxes
in the city of Los Angeles is going to go
to replacing cars, replacing apartments, carpet damage, you know, driveways, gardening.

hours I think there. The timeline is three hours. So
three hours. Let's do the math here. Let's see how
much water we all lost, because it you know, that

Colorado River pretty low. They're calling it historic low levels.

And it's one hundred thousand gallons. Multiply that by sixty,
Multiply that by three and eighteen millillion gallons of water.
The water that we wasted on that, the water that
we wasted on the the fire in Boil Heights, the
water that was wasted in Garden Grove trying to cool

that tank down for a week, week and a half,
ten days, another five million gallons of there. We can't
afford to keep doing this monetarily. The city of la
can't afford to keep replacing cars and dry wall and
driveways and pavement. And they also, we can't afford to
lose this kind of water. We need this kind of water.

If it was eighteen million gallons, let me see, let's
do this real quick for you so you don't have
to all right, eighteen million gallons of water is enough
to supply one hundred and sixty homes for an entire year.
On a shorter timeline, it can support approximately forty nine
thousand households for a single day, almost fifty thousand households

for one day. And that water is gone, gone, it
ain't coming back.

have today falls catastrophically short of that standard. Tonight, I'm

agency chiefs, who have all personally reviewed the findings we
are presenting this evening and fully confirmed their authenticity. You

in election, but to earn that confidence by confronting vulnerabilities

The documents cover five major areas of concern. First, they
show that, over a period of years, starting during the
twenty twenty election cycle, the People's Republic of China carried
out what is believed to be the largest compromise of
election data in history, resulting in China's illicit acquisition of

two hundred and twenty million US voter files. That information
includes names, addresses, phone numbers, political party preferences, and other
sensitive data that would be needed to register to vote
and engage in other nefarious activities, which is exactly what
was happening. This data loss presents an unprecedented in election
(08:00):
security nightmare. The intelligence even shows that China has signed
a data exploitation unit specifically to this new project. Compounding
the travesty. The second set of documents we are releasing
reveals that members of the deep state, very very famous
group of people, many cases in our intelligence agency, work
(08:24):
to actively suppress and downplay information about the extent of
China's sinister election medaling, covering it up from both the
President and the American people like nobody thought was possible.
Us by agencies began learning about the compromise of voter
registration files in twenty twenty when they discovered that tens

of millions of voter data. Think of that, tens of
millions voters data in eighteen states have been bought, stolen,
or hacked by China. Yet those responsible for sounding the
alarm instead kept the information secret and hidden, they did

not disclose to me as president or to anyone else,
and to the best of our knowledge, they did not
inform Congress. In fact, all they kept saying is this
is the most secure election in the history of our country,
a standard, very pat line that was divvied out to say.
The cover up of this colossal security breach is even

more disturbing in light of the additional information showing that
China engaged in other election related activities to undermine my
first administration and our twenty twenty campaign. They did not
want and they just didn't want it. They fought like
hell not to have it. Donald Trump to win, and

for good reason, as the documents we are releasing show
CIA reporting explicitly said and I quote in mid twenty eighteen,
the Chinese Communist Party's policy was to leverage all domestic
and foreign elements that were opposed to the US president
in an effort to reduce the US president's votes and

make him resign or prevent his reelection. Isn't that nice?
Also in mid twenty eighteen, China was working to influence
the results of the US midterm elections and later the
results of the twenty twenty presidential election itself separately in
mid twenty nineteen. The Chinese government strategy against the United

States was focused on undermining domestic confidence in the US president.
They wanted to just make you sound like your president
wasn't so hot, when actually your president has done a
great job. And they did everything possible to do exactly
that going on. This document says, and this is by

the CIA. The strategy included efforts to use Chinese contacts
with big US companies to influence US business leaders to
turn against the president of the United States of America.
The Chinese government sought to identify US journalists who had
reported negatively on the US president and pay them large
(11:21):
sums of money to write more negative articles about him
as many as they could. And they didn't care what
they said. The Chinese government wanted US president to lose
the next election. And the reason they wanted me to
lose is because they knew I was wise to them,
charged them billions and billions of dollars worth of tariffs,

and built the strongest military anywhere in the world. We
have the strongest military anywhere in the world. These are
exact quotes from the CIA reporting the name of the
person doing the quote is now under review, but it
gets even worse. Raw intelligence obtained by the FBI in

twenty twenty, yet buried by rogue bureaucrats, stated that China's
activities even included an attempt to manufacture illegal ballots for
Joe Biden. Documents show that during this period, dozens of
significant CIA and NSA reports about China's election targeting were

kept out of the presidential briefing. These were briefings I
would get almost every day. Everything was kept out that
was of importance. One email among intelligence analysts admitted that
they had quote deliberately massaged the Presidential daily Briefing to
withhold information regarding Chinese activities related to the election. Another

official inside the FBI wrote that she was running quote
a shadow government unquote to keep intelligence about China's election
meddling from becoming known and to keep it away from
the honorable press. Other officials who witnessed such efforts perceived
the motivations to be blatantly political.

investigate how and why such crucial information was hidden, to
fire those involved in the cover up, and to file

we are releasing proofs that for many years Americans were
blatantly lied to about the security of our election infrastructure,
including electronic voting machines and ballot counting systems. Dishonest almost all.

classified US Intelligence community assessments and other reports proved that
our government has long known these machines are extremely exposed
to attack. As one assessment states, we judged that the
United States advisors, including at a minimum, Russia, China, Iran,

North Korea, as well as non state groups, have the
capability to compromise US election infrastructure. That's unquote. But that's
some statement, isn't it made by supposedly great patriots of
our country. The document goes on to further state that quote.
We assess that centralized election related data repositors, such as

voter registration databases, pullbooks, and other official election websites, are
most vulnerable to exploitation, and advisors could use this access
to these systems to disrupt election processes within the United
States of America. We're releasing all of those findings and

spanning from January twenty twenty to June twenty twenty six.
This is a cyber threat aimed at the very heart
of our democracy. Many people have questioned whether it could
actually be possible to electronically manipulate vote totals or change
election results on these terrible machines. Today, we are releasing

documents that show the CIA obtained reporting of a specific
plot to do a big number in favor of the
corrupt Maduro regime in Venezuela, and that's exactly what happened,
Conspiring to digitally rig their own countries elections in twenty twenty,

and that's what they did. This reporting included precise details
about methods to regime develop to digitally alter vote totals
and ways that could not be detailed even with an audit,
no matter how deep they went. This intelligence underscores why
we must take urgent action to ensure that our own

system can never ever be hacked or compromised like it
was in the past. The forth set of documents reveals
that even when significant evidence of fraud has been detected,
it has been buried and covered up. Among the disclosures tonight,
our FBI files detailing evidence of alleged fraud by a

large scale voter registration operation in Michigan. In twenty twenty,
Michigan State police raided a Democrat Get out the Vote
organization corrupt group in Muskegan, and we're so concerned by
what they found. They were just so concerned they couldn't
believe it actually that they contacted the FBI in Detroit.

The documents state that some canvassers admitted to FBI agents
that they signed voter registration forms and other people's names,
submitted fraudulent registration for people who did not exist, and
received gift cards tied to their number of applications that
they produced. In other words, it was pay play and cheat.

The FBI agents working on the case believe that crimes
were committed, yet the Biden Department of Justice slow walked
the investigation and killed it denied. I'm asking the FBI
director to ensure that the matter is fully investigated and
to work with the Department of Justice to prosecute those

responsible for any crimes. Finally, to reveal just how vulnerable
elections continue to be, we are releasing the results of
a stunning investigation by the Department of Homeland Security. According
to the DHS review state voter roles and public records,
they identified approximately two hundred and seventy eight thousand non

citizens who are registered to vote in federal elections. Since
Democrat states refuse to share their voter files, the real
number is actually much higher than that. Yet, even this
limited analysis found more than a quarter of a million
foreigners illegally registered to vote. Put together, these disclosers reveal

an election system so broken and so vulnerable that no
one can possibly defend it. It is not defensible. Hundreds
of millions of US voter files are in the hands
of foreign governments. Our machines and ballot counting systems are
exposed to hacking and manipulation and corruption. China and other

countries have been trying to meddle in our elections. Evidence
of fraud has been buried. Hundreds of thousands of non
citizens and dead people are listed and active on the
voter rolls, and yet we still have elections with no
voter ID, no proof of citizenship, and tens of millions

of ballots flowing aimlessly through the mail. As one example
of the insanity, California's recent election for mayor of LA
and governor was held in June second, long time ago,
but it was just completed a few days ago, in
July tenth. Think of that much more than one month

took a month to count the votes. I wonder what
they were doing. This is worse than any third world country.
There is no third world country that has elections like
we have. In a rare move, NBC and ABC Fake
News have both said that they would not cover this speech.
They knew what it was about because of the fact

that they don't like the topic, because they know how
corrupt our system is and they don't want to reveal it.
They and others the media part of a plot. They
want to continue this fraud for whatever reason. They want
to keep it going. They want to protect the radical left.
They can't have a great country, and that's true. You

can't have a great country without free and fair elections.
Fraud like this should mean a revocation of their licenses.
They use our public multi billion dollar in value airways
for absolutely no money. They pay nothing. All we want
is honesty in our elections and honesty in reporting. They

pay nothing for multi billion dollar assets. Great damage has
been done to our country. Our elections were left vulnerable
to being rigged and stolen, and the trust of the
American people was lost. This cannot be allowed to continue.
Every American, whether you're a Republican, Democrat, independent, or otherwise,

should be able to agree that we the most secure,
honest and fair election system anywhere in the world. Secure
elections should be a partisan really should just we should
be together, Democrats, Republicans, independents, everybody and It should not
be a partisan issue. It should cause to unite us,

not to divide us. This should be a cause we
should be united, not divided. In light of the brand
new and irrefutable information I have revealed tonight, my administration
is in the process of notifying the states whose election
data was compromised by the People's Republic of China and

many others. We will be working closely to mitigate any harm,
and we're taking swift action to ensure that sensitive voter
data is better protected so we can never be bought,
we can never be hacked, and we can never watch
us stolen election again. Tomorrow, the Secretary of Homeland Security

will hold a briefing to outline his department's recent work
confirming cyber vulnerabilities in our electronic voting systems. They are bad.
We're in the process of informing governors, senators, and members
of Congress of potential issues in their states. If you
look at voting today, it's in such bad shape in

so many states, and we are committing to fix it.
And we're also committing to be working with those states
and local jurisdictions to help them fix and patch known
technical vulnerabilities before the midterm elections. We have very important
elections coming up. We want those elections to be honest.

I've also ordered DHS to notify every state about non
citizens on their voter rolls and direct them to remove
all ineligible voters from the lists immediately. But most importantly,
addressing the crisis of election security, demands that Congress must
pass the Save America Act. How easy is that to

do unless you want to cheat. The only reason you
wouldn't do it is you want to cheat because your
policies are so bad and your candidates are so pathetic
that you can't get away or can't get elected any
other way. This landmark bill requires that all voters must
show photo voter ID. How simple is that? Going to
(24:36):
have your photo? Please? Photo voter ID. All voters must
provide proof of citizenship. Are you a citizen of our country? Please?
And hopefully there will be no corrupt mail in ballots, which,
if you watched California and so many other places, mail
in ballots are inherently corrupt, so you would have no

oh mail in ballance except for illness, disability, military deployment,
or travel if you're going away on business or vacation.
These reforms are urgently needed to stop the vulnerabilities that
I've mentioned. To all Americans, I ask you to pick
up your phone tomorrow, call your representatives and the House

and Senate, and demand that they pass the Save America
Act without delay. Together, we will restore faith and confidence
in our country, and we will be bigger, better, and

odd a national address from the White House, and it
was carried by KFI. It was not carried by a
lot of local stations here in Los Angeles, and I
don't remember that ever happening. I remember an address delivered

by the President of the United States not being carried
on the local stations.
Speaker 2 (26:13):
I was talking to one of our editors about that.
I've been in news for thirty plus years. I've never
seen that happen.
Speaker 5 (26:19):
I've never seen it so odd.
Speaker 2 (26:20):
Yeah, is it politically motivated? Is my question?
Speaker 6 (26:22):
It has to be. I mean, what other choice, you know,
do you have? But that's okay. The you know, CNN
didn't run it at all. You know, they just said,
screw it, we're not going to run it. And but
CNN is a private you know, they're not airwaves there.
That's cable or satellite, and that's a private company, I
think a publicly traded company. But still those are private,
(26:44):
they're not using the public airwaves. But ABC IS and
CBS and local Fox and local NBC, NBC did something
really odd. And I've never seen this before either. Did
you see NBC? They started airing it and then they
bailed out of it, and then it was Colleen Williams
(27:07):
and Robert Kavasik talking, and then they went back to
it and aired it for another five or six minutes
and then bailed out of it.
Speaker 5 (27:15):
Again, I've never seen that before.
Speaker 2 (27:18):
Yes, they were picking and choosing what parts they.
Speaker 6 (27:19):
Wanted, right, But you know what's really dumb is then
this is going to get people to go back and
look at it and figure out, hey, why did they
not want to run it?

Why didn't they want to run this?
Speaker 6 (27:33):
Instead they should have just run it and said, you know,
his ideas are crazy. Whatever the commentary is afterwards.

But you know, years.

Ago, when and still to this day, you know, the
networks do something really strange for instance, if you're watching
a football game and a guy runs onto the field
and he's nude, or he's got a banner and he's
got a political statement, the networks have a policy not
to show that, and for a long time that worked

because there was no alternative way to see that. Now,
when that happens, the commentators, the you know, the play
by play guy and the color guy will say, oh,
guy on the field. Hopefully they get him all soon
we can resume the game, and they don't show it. Everybody,
without exception, well maybe you know, if you're ninety five
and you can't reach the you know, and you don't
(28:22):
know how to use YouTube, then.
Speaker 5 (28:24):
You're the exception.
Speaker 6 (28:25):
But everybody else goes to YouTube and Twitter and Facebook
and watches the guy on the field, and then some
of them may not go back to the to the ballgame.
So there's a lot of different ways to get news nowadays.
It's not just NBC. It's not just ABC or Fox
(28:45):
locally here or NBC. It's you can get it anywhere,
and so for them not to show it was was
really really strange.
Speaker 5 (28:54):
I don't remember the last time that happened.
Speaker 6 (28:58):
Maybe it's the start of you know, maybe we just
saw the start of a collapse of society where now
there are two distinct groups in this country, you know,
the group that is Republican and the group that's Democrat,
and they're going to stop communicating with each other and
they're going to stop showing each other on TV. And
(29:19):
maybe when there's a Democrat president again, you know, Fox
will bail and won't run it. Or CBS, who is
you know, being taken over by a fairly conservative family,
maybe they won't run it either. And that's just it
sucks because you know, those are our airwaves. It's not
(29:39):
you know, the CBS, NBC, ABC, they don't own those airwaves.
Those are ours. Those are public airwaves. So it is KFI.
You listened to KFI right now in a public airwave,
and we have obligations as a public airway, as a
steward of these public airwaves.
Speaker 2 (29:55):
That was another question I had because I thought there
was that obligation to do it.
Speaker 5 (29:58):
I don't know, I don't know, no, but it really is.
Speaker 6 (30:01):
Here's another reason why it's, uh, it's really not that
smart to do it, because the FCC is now going
to get involved and they're gonna you know, uh make
it uh difficult for these stations. There's gonna be lawyers,
there's gonna be letters, there's gonna be you know, you
have to send people back to Washington to explain this.
And it's gonna be a big story. It's going to
(30:24):
blow up into a big story. Instead of just airing it,
let him talk for half hour and then come on
and say, oh, guy's nuts.
Speaker 5 (30:31):
You know you're hearing his voice. He's dying.
Speaker 6 (30:33):
You know, he's a Nazi, he's killed two babies this morning.
Whatever the you know, the crazies are out there saying.
But yeah, I don't know that you may remember this
as the turning point in America where we just have
have said screw it, and we're in two different camps
and we're just gonna stay that way. I don't know
if it's gonna be a civil war. I think we
(30:53):
all have way too much to lose for a civil war.
But certainly there is a cold civil war going on
in this country right now, and this is evidence of it.
It's just it's unbelievable.

I wonder if people they just thought people were changing
the channel. Do you want to lose people right?

That's possibly.

I don't know.

You know, look everybody at ABC, CBS, and NBC they
hate this guy. You know, they hate Donald Trump, every
single person who works over there. And if you don't
hate Donald Trump and you work for one of those networks,
you're going to be fired. I mean, that's what they
did over KTLA. They fired when when Glenn Walker was
(31:42):
thrown out of there and the other two or three people,
they were all the people who leaned more conservative, and
KTLA just wiped them all out. So it's it's not
getting better. It's not getting better, it's getting worse. And
I don't know what the answer is. But all right,
So that's the President's address. When we come back, we'll

talk about some local issues here, including this water main
that may have wasted upwards to twenty four million gallons
of water this morning. So I've got some theories on
how that happened and why it happened, separate from what
they're telling you on the news.

moving water around in LA and I've talked to him
about this and they've told me some stuff that is radical.

But let's get into some local news here. Okay.

We've had a water main break that has done millions
of dollars in damage, and the City of Los Angeles
is on the hook for every dime of it. Because
those are it's not those aren't West Hollywood's water lines.
Those are the City of Los Angeles. Those those belong
to the city of LA So the city of Valley
(33:30):
is going to be writing some big checks, a lot
of new cars, a lot of expensive cars, because this
happened right in the heart of West Hollywood, where Sunset
meets Holloway and right near Losienica. It's it's west of
Laurel Canyon, east of Cold Water, right near San Vicente.
(33:53):
A lot of expensive cars in that area, a lot
of them damaged, permanently totaled because a lot of this
water got into garages and flooded the garage with four
or five six feet of water. And once a car
sits in six feet of water, especially electric car, that's
a wrap.
Speaker 5 (34:10):
There's no cleaning it out.
Speaker 6 (34:11):
There's no you know, drying it out with a hair
dryer and then running around again in the car.
Speaker 5 (34:17):
It's done. It's total.
Speaker 6 (34:19):
So let's go through this. There are a couple of
reasons why this happened. And the main reason, and I
heard this from a guy who used to work at
DWP and confirmed by another guy who worked at DWP.
The water that comes into Los Angeles and it comes
through the aqueduct. You see it on the way out
to you know, on the fourteen or you're going out
(34:42):
to Valencia or an awesome town as they call it,
and you see that big, huge pipe that runs through
Valencia through New Hall and then it comes down and
looks like a log ride right off the five freeway
before you get to the fourteen Freeway on the north
side that free way, And I did tell my daughter
(35:04):
and her friends that that was a log ride forever
and one kid bought it until he was about fifteen.
Speaker 5 (35:10):
So how's that.
Speaker 6 (35:13):
So that's the water has to be pressurized, you know,
into the valley. It comes into the valley. All the
valley is all La City except for Burbank and the
city of San Fernando, and everyone uses their water. And
then they got to pressurize it again to push it
over the hill to get it to Beverly Hills, West
Hollywood and then the rest of the city that's in
(35:35):
you know the two and three three one OT area code.
So when they push that water and pressurize it to
get over the hill, it puts a lot of stress
on those pipes, especially at night when nobody's flushing a.
Speaker 5 (35:48):
Toilet the garden that you know, the garden.
Speaker 6 (35:51):
Hoses off, your sprinklers are off, no one's taking a
shower at three am, and that pressure builds and builds
and builds, and it blods in these pipes. That pipe
broke around three am and they shut it off at
around seven am. So if those numbers are right, that's
four hours of maximum water coming out of that pipe,
(36:15):
and that pipe can deliver one hundred thousand gallons of
water a minute, one hundred thousand gallons of water in
a minute. Most swimming pools in the San Fernando Valley
could be filled with that pipe in six to ten seconds.
That's how long it would take to fill your pool
(36:38):
with six to ten seconds, six thousand to eight thousand
to maybe ten thousand gallons of water. Even if you
have a larger pool, twelve thousand gallons twelve seconds to
fill that pool. We may have lost twenty four million
gallons of drinkable water today. And I don't know what
the answer is, but they got to come up with
(36:59):
something so because we can't afford that can't afford to
lose the water, and it can't afford to pay all
the damage because those bills are coming in.
Speaker 5 (37:06):
All right, we'll come back. We'll get into deep into this.
The water mains.
Speaker 6 (37:11):
We had one break in cold Water that was from
the pressure that the WP has to put in to
the South Valley to push it over the hill. Because
these water mains don't go through that that hill where
Cold Water and Laurel Canyon is. They go up and over,
and they have to pressurize that water to get it
over that hill and then it comes down. Nobody's losing water.
(37:32):
These pipes are one hundred and fifteen hundred and twenty
years old and they explode. We have seventy four hundred
miles of pipe that needs to be replaced in the
city of Los Angeles, seventy four hundred and they do
forty five miles a year, So that would take one
hundred and sixty four years to replace them. And you
(37:52):
can't replace them all one hundred and sixty four years
because you would have to go back and start replacing
some of the already replaced. By the time you get
to the that were placed, you know, there are one
hundred and ten years ago. So it's a vicious circle.
It's a no win situation. I don't know what the
answer is, but right now this isn't working and people
are pissed in West Hollywood because they don't live in
(38:13):
the City of LA You know, they moved out of
the City of LA because they couldn't stand the services,
and now they're getting hosed.
Speaker 4 (38:20):

We are all going to be inconvenience.
Speaker 6 (38:32):
If you live in Hollywood or West Hollywood, you take sunset,
it's going to be a mess for a while. They
had a major, major water main break, and this pipe
has been there probably they say, around one hundred and
ten years, and they're not designed to last that long
and they need to be replaced. Let's find out more
about this flooding though. On this one hundred year, one
(38:55):
hundred plus year pipe filled with water. One hundred thousand
gallons a minute runs through these pipes, one hundred thousand.
Speaker 7 (39:04):
Just before fore this morning, the first report of the
pipe issue. Several videos coming into our newsroom, Scott Rife
getting overhead just before five thirty in the morning.
Speaker 8 (39:11):
I've covered several water main breaks in the past, but
I don't think I've covered a water main break that
has affected this many areas.
Speaker 5 (39:17):
I'm with you, I've never seen it.
Speaker 6 (39:18):
This is a It was literally like an entire lake
being thrown onto West Hollywood. And again, the people in
West Hollywood have to be pissed, you know, because that's
not their water.
Speaker 5 (39:28):
Main in to the LA Cities.
Speaker 7 (39:30):
We talked to Scott and asked him about his initial
reaction to what he saw.
Speaker 8 (39:33):
Well, the water flow was amazing and we really didn't
realize how bad it was when we first got on
Shane because we saw the water percolating up at Sunset
and Hollow.
Speaker 3 (39:41):
Yes.
Speaker 8 (39:41):
Yes, once I saw the water flow down Palm, it
was quite incredible.
Speaker 7 (39:45):
It appeared things really escalated around five forty five am.
Speaker 8 (39:48):
So I think it's one of the biggest water main
breaks I've covered as far as the area that's affected now,
that is Sunset. We had a huge water main break
on Sunset by UCLA and it flooded the campus, but
not such a large area.
Speaker 6 (40:00):
Yeah, that's the flood that that got into Paul Pavilion
and destroyed the parquet floor there, and the city of
LA had to pay that bill. I think that was
twenty two or twenty three million dollars. So a lot
of the money that we all pay I'm sorry I
always keep saying we I moved.
Speaker 5 (40:17):
Out of LA.
Speaker 6 (40:18):
A lot of the money that you pay in taxes
in the city of Los Angeles is going to go
to replacing cars, replacing apartments, carpet damage, you know, driveways, gardening.
A lot of cars have been eaten up by this
(40:39):
thing and the city of City of La is gonna
be on the hook for all of this, all of
the damage.
Speaker 7 (40:44):
As our ABC seven Morning show was wall to wall
live with coverage, Scott Wow then witnessed someone nearly getting
swept away by the rushing water.
Speaker 8 (40:52):
Oh oh my goodness, sorry goodness. Push in.
Speaker 3 (40:54):
Do you see that? Do you see that? Do you
see that? Yes? Three?
Speaker 5 (40:57):
Three?
Speaker 3 (40:57):
You sees that?
Speaker 5 (40:58):
I see it, I see it.
Speaker 3 (41:00):
You see that?
Speaker 5 (41:00):
Yes she that?
Speaker 8 (41:01):
Yes, se that, Yes, we're all the way in. That
person just got swept away with the water.
Speaker 3 (41:05):
You see that? Yes, you she that?

Yes, that person was okay.
Speaker 7 (41:08):
In minutes later, the first sign that things were getting better.
Speaker 8 (41:11):
It looks like there's a little less water flowing out
of Sunset, and that could be fantastic because if less
water is percolating off Sunset, that means they're starting to
shut down that water Maine.
Speaker 5 (41:22):
Just see that.
Speaker 6 (41:23):
Yes, I see that. But okay, so it's not four
hours I think there. The timeline is three hours. So
three hours. Let's do the math here. Let's see how
much water we all lost, because it you know, that
water is valuable. I don't know if you've seen the
Colorado River pretty low. They're calling it historic low levels.
(41:45):
And it's one hundred thousand gallons. Multiply that by sixty,
Multiply that by three and eighteen millillion gallons of water.
The water that we wasted on that, the water that
we wasted on the the fire in Boil Heights, the
water that was wasted in Garden Grove trying to cool
(42:06):
that tank down for a week, week and a half,
ten days, another five million gallons of there. We can't
afford to keep doing this monetarily. The city of la
can't afford to keep replacing cars and dry wall and
driveways and pavement. And they also, we can't afford to
lose this kind of water. We need this kind of water.
(42:27):
If it was eighteen million gallons, let me see, let's
do this real quick for you so you don't have
to all right, eighteen million gallons of water is enough
to supply one hundred and sixty homes for an entire year.
On a shorter timeline, it can support approximately forty nine
thousand households for a single day, almost fifty thousand households
(42:52):
for one day. And that water is gone, gone, it
ain't coming back.
Speaker 7 (42:58):
Just before seven am, the water was off, but the
damage was done.
Speaker 8 (43:02):
This is where the water main break was. And look
at how much of Sunset has been buckled up, and
how each have a bus.
Speaker 6 (43:08):
Shit, it's all twisted up, all twisted up like a pretzel.
It's gonna take. It's got to be the better part.
I'll bet not till Monday, Tuesday, maybe even longer than that,
until this whole thing is repaired and the sidewalks are replaced,
it's going to be a mess. So avoid that area
that Sunset for people don't know where that is. Holloway
may you may not recognize that name of that street.
(43:29):
It's a little bit east of San Vicente. Okay, here's
where you'll remember it. Do you remember Tower Records on Sunset?
Speaker 5 (43:36):
You do?
Speaker 6 (43:37):
Okay, this happened across the street from Tower Records on Sunset.
Tower Records isn't there anymore. And Tower Records was there
though when this water main was about sixty five years old.
That's where it is, across the street from Tower Records
where you used to go and just thumb through records
for two hours, maybe blue little weed and look through
(43:59):
a record. It's you know, for uh forever. That was
a cool thing to do. We don't do that anymore,
but I wish Jack came back. That was a highlight,
one of the highlights of growing up in LA going to
a record store and just dumbing through them, dumbling through them.
