Tyra v. Netflix: America's Next Top Lawsuit?

Legal team, this week on the docket we’re giving an update on Leah McSweeney’s lawsuit against Bravo…you know, one of those cases Andy probably wishes would go away. And then we dive into a new case —Tyra Banks vs. Netflix: why she’s filing this lawsuit, the claims she’s presenting, and of course, where we think she has valid points, and where she does not. Tyra agreed to be in the series Reality Check: Insane America’s Next Top Model, but now is claiming that she was a victim of defamation.
