Fear is something that has been programmed into our brains since an early age. 

Fear is not something bad per se.  If you have a lion in front of you, when the fear kicks into your body and reacts, this is a healthy response.

You want the fear there so your body can prepare to either fight or run like hell.

But, what about most of the fear that we experience in life.  Is it as real as the lion in front of you?  Or is the lion made up?

Too many times, we create fear within our minds but it truly is not a reality.

But, the thing about this is, the brain cannot tell the difference between physical reality and the reality you construct in your mind.

So, when you give into fear, it literally paralyzes your dreams, goals, aspirations, and so much more.

It will literally shut off critical thinking and bring your brain back to the reptilian stages that are similar to a primate.
