of having to do a radio show to day. You've
got to come up with content. So our friend Ben

walked into the office today. We were all sitting there
and he goes, Guys, I found out I'm allergic to something.

And we were like this, shut up, tell us later.

You weren't out of pH lactic or anything. Were you

Now, I don't think I've ever had an allergy in
my life, really no, so that's why this is all weird.
But last night we were in the kitchen just making
some dinner and Cami had bought some prawns the markets
earlier the day before, so we were making just surf
and turf, which.

She gets them out and goes, oh, they haven't been
peeled yet, so oh yeah, okay, starts peeling them.

It's quite a few. So I was like, oh, yeah,
I'll help you.

It is mother's stone. Yeah.

Well, I mean she was insisting on doing the prawns.
I was doing the other bits.

Okay, that's a team effort anyway, So I started helping
and I was like, my fingers feel weird, what oh
from peeling the prawns. And then so I finished peeling
them and I was like, nah, so it feels really weird.

And then about I reckon.

Less than ten minutes later, two of them like swelled.

I took a phoe and look at this one.

Oh my god, it's like yes, it's like double the side.

Yeah, and even today it still hasn't gone back down. Properly,
so like my right ring finger, I suppose my left
pointer finger just completely randomly.

I took about andy histamine, which I've guess made it better,
and I was like, well, I'm still in the prowts

I kind of had an inkling like over the years
because I've had prawns plenty of times.

used to have that for dinner. And then I used

had to go to hospital because I pretty much more
of the right side of my face started swelling up
from eating it. I had to go to hospital, get
a hoose shots.

And gone away. You've just stopped eating juice.

I had lemon juice with some of my tea that
I have in the morning, and it's it's it's fine,

like I had a really bad hangover.

the heavy been all right.

did you find out? You're alone?

Yes, I'm allergic as MS ah and.

How did you figure it out? Jess a little young?

You know your in Our family went to a new
Chinese restaurant and they use a lot of MSG and
for me, it makes my heart rate grow funny and
I passed out.

My parents thought I'd just fallen asleep on the car
ride home, and then they couldn't wait me up. They
drove there.

And did you get every pen shot or what happened
with that?

I don't remember it because I was Yeah, it just
came to and they I did that allergy testing, you
know when they do all the pricks on your arms. Yeah,
and they said, yep, you're allergic to MSG's funny.

Yeah, but there's MSG in so many things that you
don't realize. Like there's a flavor and hands a six
two one and flavor and hands and sixty two four,
which is in a lot of yellow things, so twisties
for example, burger rings, all that kind of stuff. So
over the years you can test it to see if
you can eat it and then get sick after it.
But yeah, and as pro clear, usually was the one

thing that was working for me, Jess, when I didn't
realize what it was, but I was sort of getting
in these headaches and things. I actually went out side
of my face. Actually worked great after a meal one night.

I felt sick and then I could feel my as
a kid, I didn't really know what was going on,
but I felt like my heart rate goes really quick
