Speaker 1 (00:00):
All right.

Speaker 2 (00:00):
So Saturday night we'd had some family time. We'd been
at home a lovely we were having chicken wings. It
was amazing, and a couple of coupletle bevery Jesus and
and we got talking about the boxing that I've been
doing with Andrew patter and boon to Jim and that

(00:21):
Paul described it when we boxed together many years ago.
I actually hit the pads off his hands because I
punched so hard, to which I said, yeah, that's right,
little lady. No, And that's when I said, anyway, Jackson said,
I want to feel what it's like to hold your pads.
Oh Now, I was like, okay, that's strange, but okay,

(00:42):
And surprisingly well he went and found some, which I
thought was very strange that we even had them, or
b I'd forgotten completely. Yeah, So anyway, we start just
you know a little bit of punch of punch, punch, punch, punch,
and then it got a bit more exaggerated, and then
some ribs went in there, and then he kicked me

(01:02):
in the face.

Speaker 3 (01:04):
And split my lip.

Speaker 4 (01:06):
But where were the pads at the time, not.

Speaker 2 (01:08):
On his foot or my face. I thought, you rambunctious.
It got rambunctious. He's like a giraffe on steroids. His
little legs were going everywhere. As a goalkeeper, he can jump,
he can do it all this kind of stuff. So
I cop a foot. I didn't realize, but I was
bleeding down my chin and everything.

Speaker 3 (01:27):
Wasn't he held in the pads. Did he have another
go after? He?

Speaker 2 (01:34):
Don't worry. Paul had to go after that, and that's
when we'll finish story on Jackson.

Speaker 1 (01:40):
Also go for you.

Speaker 2 (01:41):
No, he didn't. The bleeding hadn't.

Speaker 3 (01:45):
Stopped by the Oh wow, oh I could stop. Oh
my goodness, Oh wows kicked me in the front with
a software once. Yeah, front bump got me right in
the front, and he went when he was like seven,
he goes, watch how heart I can kick? And I said,
what boom bang?

Speaker 1 (02:06):
What are you doing?

Speaker 2 (02:07):
Just bank? What did this works again?

Speaker 1 (02:10):
For a second? Child invention.

Speaker 3 (02:14):
Just cracked it.

Speaker 2 (02:16):
Do you have something ben to do with a cactus?
Did fall into a person? Can you fall into a confidence?
I'm so sorry, I forget where it is sometimes.

Speaker 3 (02:28):
I do vaguely remember a cactus.

Speaker 2 (02:29):
I'm pretty sure you fell into a cactus, but it
was because you were playing some game. With with your son.

Speaker 4 (02:34):
Does sound like something that happened, Yeah, copped.

Speaker 2 (02:36):
It in the head wherever?

Speaker 3 (02:38):
Bum I remember that.

Speaker 2 (02:42):
We want to know how did your care to hurt you?

Speaker 1 (02:44):
So when my son was little, about six years old,
we were on a holiday and Port Macquarie and we're
at the old Timbertown. I'm not sure if it's still there,
but anyway, we just arrived getting everything out of the
car and I've had my hand in the door plane
and you slammed the door on my stree fingers and
oh my god, I was just screaming. I thought I

(03:05):
was an absolute crazy mum. But yeah, I thought he'd
broken all my fingers. It felt like he did, but
it didn't break. Oh yeah. It wasn't a very good
day after that, on.

Speaker 2 (03:15):
A beautiful holiday and not when you look back on
a slight night.

Speaker 3 (03:18):
The pain is excruciating, isn't it.

Speaker 1 (03:21):
Oh yeah, and you just yeah, you can't do anything
about it.

Speaker 3 (03:26):
Until your fingers are hug off.

Speaker 2 (03:32):
My hands actually hurt.

Speaker 1 (03:33):
Yeah.

Speaker 3 (03:33):
Oh Natalie from Helen's Vale, how did your kid inju?

Speaker 4 (03:39):
Oh this was not once, but twice, on two separate occasions.
When he was around nine months old, I had him
in my arms and he threw his head back and
head butted me. The first time on top of my
eye and I ended up with a black eye, and
then on the second time on the cheekbone just underneath

(04:00):
my eye.

Speaker 3 (04:01):
Same one.

Speaker 4 (04:03):
Yeah, same eye, same same black eyes.

Speaker 3 (04:06):
Oh my god.

Speaker 2 (04:09):
Why well their heads are so because they don't have
any control.

Speaker 4 (04:12):
Over Yeah, they're like those bubble.

Speaker 3 (04:16):

Speaker 4 (04:20):
Moira and big treads bits
