April sixteen, Prime Minister Anthony Albanesi says security concerns won't

(00:31):
stop him from interacting with Australians after he was confronted
by a man in a Melbourne hotel lobby. In a
video posted to social media by right wing group Melbourne
Freedom Rally on Tuesday night, a man is seen dodging
Albanese's security detail to yell questions at him over housing
and immigration. The incident called in to question the effectiveness
of security measures that have been boosted amid increased fears

(00:54):
over the safety of politicians on the campaign trail. Protesters
have breached security at almost a dozen campaign events so far.
Albanezi declined to comment on how protesters were gaining access
to politicians, citing security concerns. The Prime Minister says he
has faith in the Australian Federal Police. Two women have
died and suspected domestic violence attacks in twenty four hours.

(01:16):
Claire Austin died in Sydney Saint Vincent's Hospital on Tuesday
after spending three days on life support following an alleged
domestic violence incident. Police were called to the thirty eight
year old's Randwick home on Saturday morning over reports of
an argument. The Daily Telegraph reports Claire suffered catastrophic injuries
from running through a glass door to allegedly escape domestic violence.

(01:38):
Police say a man known to Claire was taken in
for questioning. He was later released without charge and no
arrests have been made at this time. New South Wales
Premier Chris Mins has vowed police will get justice for
Claire's family. In Queensland, a man has been charged with
domestic violence, murder and arson after a body was found
in a burnt down home. Cameron Robert Hunt was charged

(01:59):
overnight after the home at Giem north of Tooomba went
up in flames just before three am on Tuesday. A
body found inside the property has since been identified by
media as allegedly belonging to his wife, Louise Hunt. Police
say two children who lived at the home were safe
and well after the blaze. Hunters due to face court
in July. Investigations continue. There's bad news for caffeine addicts,

(02:22):
chocoholics and red meat lovers, with new research finding the
grocery items are making the planets sick. A report from
the George Institute for Global Health has found these three
specific grocery items generate the highest rates of greenhouse gas
emissions in Australia's packaged food supply. The study analyzed ingredients
of more than twenty five thousand food and beverage products

(02:42):
across five major supermarket chains, including Coals and Woolworths. Each
item was assigned a star rating for planetary health, with
five being the best. The lowest scoring food category was
red meat with a rating of zero point seven stars.
Coffee was the poorest performing beverage with a rating of
one point six stars. Backstreet Boys member Nick Carter is
facing new sexual assault allegations in a lawsuit claiming he

(03:05):
raped a woman twice while they were involved in a
relationship in two thousand five. According to a civil lawsuit
obtained by People, Laura Penley alleges Carter sexually assaulted her
when she was nineteen years old. She claims the pair
were involved in a sexually intimate relationship when he allegedly
forced himself on her. Penley alleges Carter later apologized and

(03:26):
then raped her on a second occasion. She claims Carter
failed to use protection during the altercation and failed to
prevent the spread of sexually transmitted infections, including HPV. Carter
has denied the allegations. That's your latest news headlines on
