Joe Stafford from the ARL called in to talk pet safety furing this really cold weather were having. When it's this cold, bring dogs,cats inside to protect them from the cold. If you see an animal in distress, call the Des Moines Police department non-emergency number at 283-4811. Outside of Des Moines call your local law enforcement number or call 911.
