On today's show It's all about cats (again). This morning we talked about TNR (Trap Neuter Return). These are community cats If you TNR a cat, Please put it back where you have it. These cats are also called working cats who control the rodent population. The arl will "tip" the ear of a cat that was neutered or spayed as an identifier that the cat has been neutered.
