We need to start seeing people the way Jesus sees them.
Not through a lens of judgment, bias, or frustration, but through eyes of compassion, truth, and love.
Too often, we look at people based on:
· What they do, instead of who they are
· Their past mistakes, instead of their potential
· Their opinions, instead of their soul
But Jesus didn’t do that.
He saw the broken woman at the well… and offered her living water.
He saw the demon-possessed man… and gave him peace.
He saw the criminal on the cross… and promised him paradise.
Jesus sees through the outer shell and into the eternal heart.
And if we’re going to reflect Him in this world, we must do the same.
That angry coworker? Hurting.
That estranged family member? Longing.
That person who wronged you? Still made in the image of God.
“Man looks at the outward appearance, but the Lord looks at the heart.” — 1 Samuel 16:7
Let’s ask God to give us His eyes.
Eyes to see the hurting.
Eyes to see the overlooked.
Eyes to see the lost… and love them back to life.
