That's that's your man.

Speaker 6 (03:32):
That's no yeah, no one says it like that. That's
my boy, that's my dude, that's my man. Makes it

Speaker 4 (03:41):
Okay, all right, well so anyway, so I am.

Speaker 5 (03:43):
Heart in my confusion.

Speaker 1 (03:45):
I worked the deal for Onyx the One, and he's
very excited.

Speaker 4 (03:51):
On July the fourth, fourth of July, there is what's up.

Speaker 1 (03:55):
There is a big show a Daytona, Daytona Beach Ocean
Center now was part of it last year, Daytona Beach
Ocean Center.

Speaker 4 (04:03):
It's a l W wrestling and.

Speaker 1 (04:05):
They've got a lot of guys from the nWo, like
what's his name, Big Daddy Diesel. Uh what's his name
forget Kevin Nash. Kevin Nash is going to be there.
Scott Steiner is going to be there. Uh but a
lot of the old school nWo people are going to
be there.

Speaker 4 (04:21):
Uh. It's a big, big wrestling event.

Speaker 1 (04:24):
And Onyx the One will be defending his title at
that event at the Daly Daytona Beach Ocean Center.

Speaker 4 (04:30):
Uh. So he's extremely excited. Now.

Speaker 1 (04:32):
I don't know if his manager can make it or not.
I did not speak for his manager. Not okay, I
didn't think so on fourth of July. I thought you
might be busy. But but Onyx will be representing uh
mw O and defending his title. I do not know
who he's defending his title against. I just uh worked
a deal for him to be on the bill and
they're gonna put him on the poster. And he once again,
this guy is uh is one of the He looks scary, right,

(04:57):
Onyx the One looks scary, one of the most one
of the nicest and just appreciative people.

Speaker 4 (05:03):
I think I've ever nice.

Speaker 6 (05:04):
He's an appreciative but he could turn it on up
against him. I mean, like he's not nice to everybody.

Speaker 1 (05:10):
Well, he can get mean, not for sure, but I
mean as far as appreciative, you know, like the fact
that I got him on this on this bill for
alw and A big thinks that Alex read Alex Redd
is the guy that puts all this together. He does
a great job with his wrestling organization that he has.

Speaker 6 (05:24):
And I's gon say the people, man, follow this guy
on social media, add him. If anybody deserves a shot
at making it big, it's this guy.

Speaker 4 (05:32):
Yeah.

Speaker 6 (05:33):
He is a workaholic, he's super good at he's got
the look, he's got the humor.

Speaker 5 (05:39):
Hi, kids, help us pump this guy up.

Speaker 6 (05:42):
Man, it's onxt, the one on Instagram, on next, the
one on Facebook.

Speaker 5 (05:46):
At him, y'all.

Speaker 1 (05:47):
He's so excited about being added to this Daytona Beach
Ocean Center event because this is a big, a big one.
A lot of people show up, thousands of people show up.
He's going to get to meet some of his heroes
like Kevin Nash and and all these guys. So you know, uh,
and he he acknowledged that, man, without you, this wouldn't
happen for me. So uh, it makes me feel good
to be able to help him out. And Onyx the

(06:07):
one will be on that bill. Thank you to Alex
Read for for making that happen. So I was busy
doing a monster business and you know, MW a monster
business this today, which is cool.

Speaker 4 (06:17):
So, uh, you know, you got in my head the
other day a little bit.

Speaker 5 (06:21):
Okay, this is another doctor Rene, No, not a doctor
any So.

Speaker 1 (06:25):
The other day I told you about the thing that
I got Angel, and then when I showed it to you,
You're like, oh, he's not gonna like that because of
other that you said a reason, and I'm like, oh,
of course, I don't say anything because I got it
here and we're gonna do it unboxing. So I was
nervous about even bringing it after what you said, because
then I start thinking and I'm like, oh, man, you're right,

(06:49):
he might not like that because of what you said.

Speaker 5 (06:52):
Yeah, well, I I don't think not like I think Angel.
The Angel does a thing.

Speaker 6 (06:59):
He does it like I take gifts on Christmas, like
you get Angel something and he'll go, oh, yeah, that's
really cool.

Speaker 4 (07:06):
Oh what do you think I just throw it to
the side and never use it exactly. See.

Speaker 5 (07:11):
But then now he's kind of.

Speaker 4 (07:12):
Forced to have to act like he likes it because
he knows it.

Speaker 5 (07:15):
He will, he will put on a show for you.
You think you will, He'll put on a show for you.

Speaker 4 (07:19):
But how are we going to know if he actually
I don't know? How will you know?

Speaker 5 (07:23):
I can read him?

Speaker 4 (07:24):
I can read him too.

Speaker 5 (07:25):
No you can't.

Speaker 4 (07:26):
You don't think so. No, I'm literally right here. I thought, okay,
so I thought we'd do it unboxing. Boy do it later.

Speaker 5 (07:37):
How are we going to know?

Speaker 4 (07:37):
Angel if you really like it or if you're just
being kind?

Speaker 1 (07:41):
He's got he's got a tone like does he have
a tell like poker? You know, like when he's really happy.

Speaker 4 (07:49):
If he rubs hiss, he likes it. Right, If he
opens up because man, that's pretty cool.

Speaker 5 (07:54):
And he likes every day, then he'll like it.

Speaker 4 (07:58):
But if he if he goes his cool and he
puts it to the side.

Speaker 6 (08:01):
I'm trying to think, like, I wish I could do
the impression of it. Okay, I'm boxing, I'm boxing. Oh wow,
that's really cool. And then he takes it and puts
it off the side, and I'll never mention it again.

Speaker 4 (08:16):
Oh and I'll never see it.

Speaker 1 (08:19):
Well, if I never see it again, then I know, well,
that's just like your watch I got to you and
I've never seen your watch.

Speaker 6 (08:24):
You didn't like it, Okay, I've been meaning to tell
you that. Oh boy, you know how I do a
live read. Yeah, and I say, I had to live
in an airbnb for two months. Huh and my car
got broken into. Yeah, that's one of the things that
got stolen.

Speaker 4 (08:38):
Oh the watch.

Speaker 5 (08:39):
The watch got stolen right out of my center consopt.

Speaker 4 (08:41):
Oh so it's not that you don't see.

Speaker 1 (08:43):
I just figured, oh yeah, it was big and flashy.

Speaker 4 (08:46):
So here's what I about.

Speaker 5 (08:47):
Two years.

Speaker 6 (08:47):
For about the last two years three years, i've been
owning the home. I've been assuming I'm going to run
into it again. And I finally actually unpacked my last
my last boxes the other day. Right, it's crazy, and
I I was like, it's got to be in there,
because in my room that says Ryan's comedy room. The
reason why it has a big black drape, right is
because there's just a bunch of boxes, like kind of

(09:08):
storage behind there.

Speaker 5 (09:09):
Ah. Yeah, it's like a sneaky way to hide. You
can't tell.

Speaker 4 (09:12):
It looks like it looks like it's just a stage.

Speaker 6 (09:14):
So I finally like, I was like, okay, open those boxes.
The other day, and because I've been assuming I'm going
to find it again, because when my car got broken into,
a bunch of random stuff got stolen, and I've never
really been fully aware of what it was, right, and
I'm assuming that watch was the that was the thing,
because it was in my center console.

Speaker 1 (09:32):
See, I was assuming that you didn't like it, and
then I love that. So in my head I was like, Okay, Rush,
you do what you do. You gave him something that
you would like, and it's big and flashy, and that's
not him. That's what I'm thinking I did with Angel too. No,
I like that watch a lot. I was just embarrassed
that I got stolen. I'm giving Angel something I would like,
not taking in consideration that maybe it's not his flavor.

Speaker 4 (09:54):
You see what I'm saying.

Speaker 5 (09:55):
I think I think your your heart's in the right place. Ah.
I think the actual execution of it he might not enjoy.

Speaker 4 (10:04):
How absolutely terrified.

Speaker 5 (10:06):
I think you would like it if it was done correctly.
Don't say I.

Speaker 4 (10:11):
Did it correctly.

Speaker 5 (10:13):
Uh, it's correct. It's correct. You'll see, you'll see what
I'm talking about.

Speaker 4 (10:17):
And then I don't.

Speaker 1 (10:18):
Don't you even start criticizing my Uh.

Speaker 5 (10:23):
You're making kettle corn ones for me.

Speaker 4 (10:24):
So well, you know what, after you complain about everything.

Speaker 5 (10:28):
You didn't even show up. You don't love me.

Speaker 1 (10:30):
You know, you know somebody that's not crazy. This is
not crazy. My mind works, right. I got this after
Amber strong armed me into getting that that wrestling belt,
right yeah, and and then and then he did strong
arm the audience. You need to know how much strong
how many text.

Speaker 4 (10:46):
We've underplayed that, how much you got hustled.

Speaker 5 (10:49):
On, how text back and forth?

Speaker 4 (10:50):
Honestly, so many time I'm like, fine, just get.

Speaker 7 (10:55):
We're slacking, we're dropping off on our PS five pressure, Ryan,
Yeah we have.

Speaker 1 (11:00):
And there was the same day I got strong arm in,
not that I care, but the same day I got
strong arm in to buy in that poetry book, which
she's like, you want me to sign it?

Speaker 5 (11:09):
Yeah? Sign that would be fifteen dollars. I'm like.

Speaker 4 (11:12):
And then I'm like, and then I do stuff for
Ryan all the time, like I'll he do a little
bits of it undserved heat because it was fifteen bucks
for that, I was a few hundred for the belt.

Speaker 1 (11:21):
For the belt, wow, yeah, I know that's half a
So then I was thinking I'm sitting in my house
and I've been drinking.

Speaker 5 (11:28):
I'm like, I'm like, drinking again, this is how my brain.

Speaker 1 (11:32):
And I'm like, Angel just got me that really cool
Kiss album, and what the hell have I done for Angel?

Speaker 4 (11:37):
I ain't no nothing for Angel.

Speaker 1 (11:38):
So after so drunkingly, I ordered this thing and then
I came in and showed it to Riot about two
weeks ago.

Speaker 4 (11:45):
I was like, oh, he ain't gonna like that.

Speaker 1 (11:46):
I'm like, well why not? And he said, but I'm
like and then and then since then, I'm like, oh, man,
might not. This is because this is I designed it
for me kind.

Speaker 6 (11:56):
Of yeah, but boy, the way he would like it?

Speaker 4 (12:01):
All right, So you put the flame and the nickel
plate of.

Speaker 5 (12:07):
You?

Speaker 4 (12:09):
When when do when do we unbox next? We have
to do next?

Speaker 5 (12:12):
Now do we have to do next?

Speaker 4 (12:14):
After seven? I mean when should we? I mean you know,
an hour? I think after after the floor? Okay, after
the floor? Will it? Uh?

Speaker 1 (12:26):
Because because it's in the box box, I was gonna
bring it in and do everything, and I'm like, no, I'm.

Speaker 4 (12:31):
Gonna let Hi unbox it.

Speaker 1 (12:32):
At least he'll get the thrill of unboxing and watch
his face and then we can watch his face as
he so you'll be able to tell whether he likes.

Speaker 4 (12:40):
It or not.

Speaker 5 (12:41):
Oh yeah, I think you will be too. I think
he's I think you know what.

Speaker 4 (12:45):
I think he's gonna I think that's cool.

Speaker 5 (12:48):
I think angel angels good angels. Always appreciative for sure,
But like like something is a different thing. I don't know.

Speaker 1 (12:56):
All right, Well we'll find out a little bit later.
We gonna Look, we have an unboxing to do.

Speaker 4 (13:00):
Have had this. I just got it yesterday.

Speaker 5 (13:02):
I had to stick around. Viewers, you're going to see
angels box.

Speaker 4 (13:05):
We'll do it unboxing A boxing there you go.

Speaker 1 (13:09):
Oh, by the way, if you didn't know, twenty nine
percent of Americans have are not filing their taxes today.

Speaker 4 (13:16):
They're pro procrastinating and protesting.

Speaker 1 (13:19):
They're protesting, they're pro pro procrastinating.

Speaker 5 (13:22):
I thought we were getting rid of the irs. I
thought that was one of the things.

Speaker 4 (13:25):
Today is tax day.

Speaker 1 (13:26):
Now we were getting ready rid of a daylight savings time.
That didn't happen either, But you tell you.

Speaker 4 (13:32):
Is tax days go to war.

Speaker 1 (13:33):
A lot of places are are giving you discounts and
stuff today, and one of them is a place called
pot Belly.

Speaker 4 (13:41):
Is that who's supposed to be bringing food.

Speaker 5 (13:42):
Hell yeah, and.

Speaker 4 (13:46):
Fasting time.

Speaker 7 (13:47):
Buddy, I feel so much you might want to take
one of these things, just save it.

Speaker 5 (13:52):
Yeah, you might just leave at nine thirty and just
go home taking that.

Speaker 4 (13:57):
I can't.

Speaker 1 (13:57):
I can't check into the fasting or to the blood
placed until twelve thirty, So you have.

Speaker 4 (14:03):
To get get all the way back to winter.

Speaker 6 (14:05):
Yeah yeah, yeah, how many hours? How many hours will
you be fasted by?

Speaker 4 (14:08):
Then? Well? I ate yesterday at four that was the
last time. Yeah.

Speaker 5 (14:12):
Oh you know what they told me yesterday?

Speaker 6 (14:13):
I got so mad after I went up there at
two o'clock, so they'd been twenty two hours since I'd eaten.

Speaker 5 (14:19):
They're like, oh, well, actually technically you.

Speaker 6 (14:21):
Could have eaten like two hours three hours ago and
you'd still be counted as fasting.

Speaker 5 (14:25):
I'm like, you stupid ass.

Speaker 4 (14:26):
So what So it was like, if I eat now,
I'm good.

Speaker 6 (14:29):
No, if you eat like like I like two hours
before the blood work, I guess it won't affect the
blood work. That's what you told me. Do not take
that as medical advice. Okay, So what a random lady
with a neck tattoo told me? Who was taking my blood?

Speaker 4 (14:41):
Oh? Because I was gonna stop and give me a
waper on the way.

Speaker 5 (14:44):
No, I mean I totally forgot to get a burger yesterday.

Speaker 6 (14:47):
Oh my god, I'm a little hypoglyceeeming. So yesterday they're
taking my blood and I started to pass out.

Speaker 4 (14:55):
Why are we not shot?

Speaker 5 (14:57):
I know, but like I don't go a long time
agout eat.

Speaker 4 (15:00):
But guess what I gotta do.

Speaker 1 (15:01):
I know we got a break, but but so I
gotta double up, and I don't know if I don't
know if I can do this. I gotta give blood
for doctor oople a potty, and I also have to
give blood for the Red Mountain weight loss so I
can get more testosterone. So I'm like, God, just do
them all on the same day. Can they take that
much blood out of it?

Speaker 5 (15:16):
Yeah, you got lots of extra.

Speaker 4 (15:17):
You got plenty blood. I mean we all do. I'm
just saying you're good.

Speaker 5 (15:21):
Every time I see you. I'm like, love that bloody bitch.

Speaker 1 (15:23):
All right, bunch of big dumb fun today an unboxing. Well,
you gotta watch Angel's face and tell whether he likes
it or not, because he's got.

Speaker 5 (15:32):
To pull up in the chat and you can vote
in real time.

Speaker 1 (15:34):
Whether he likes it or not. Yeah, okay, all right,
we'll do that. All right, sounds good. All right, don't
go anywhere. You're listening to the match of the morning. So, ye,
I'm doing my fasting blood work today, So I means
I can't eat. I didn't didn't eat breakfast.

Speaker 4 (15:53):
I just have it.

Speaker 1 (15:55):
I generally like four point thirty yesterday. I know that's
early for most people, but that's what I do because
I go to better South.

Speaker 7 (16:00):
Then.

Speaker 1 (16:00):
So you did fasting blood work yesterday though, and you
were grumpy by time by ten o'clock.

Speaker 5 (16:06):
You werelock about.

Speaker 4 (16:08):
That first segment six o'clock.

Speaker 5 (16:10):
Oh, I know, yeah, I look, I have to eat
like it's it's just a thing.

Speaker 6 (16:15):
I it's I know, we're doing the Ryde Holmes abcson
what's wrong with me? But hypoglycema is actually really one
of the things. Well h is covered then Yeah, And
if I was gonna go hyperchondrac this is actually more
this is more important. And it's it's so difficult because
I get dizzy, I get loopy and uh and the

(16:36):
second I ate Chipotle yesterday after the blood work.

Speaker 4 (16:38):
I was everything was right with the world.

Speaker 5 (16:41):
Yeah, Well, immediately go.

Speaker 1 (16:42):
To ask you where you went, so as soon as
you gave your blood work, you ran a Chipotle.

Speaker 6 (16:46):
Yeah, because it's because it's right next to the Quest
Diagnostics announcement, right, So let me go, let me go
get that. Because there's a there was there's a way
to plan out fasting, like if you really do plant
it out, there's a way to make it not a
horrible But it effed up my whole day yesterday. I
slept until six in the afternoon yesterday. Yeah, then got
I'm and then now today feel great, feel good.

Speaker 1 (17:08):
I'm gonna tell you what I did as I doubled
up on my tricepatide stuff.

Speaker 5 (17:13):
You know, I'm a big guy. I can take more
medication than.

Speaker 4 (17:17):
Most that works. But yeah, I did more tests astro.

Speaker 1 (17:21):
So I'm really not we didn't notice at all. I'm
not that hungry right now. I'm actually in a giddy, giddy,
fun mood. I don't feel Now. I am going to
be a little bit peeved when they bring by that
the sandwiches from what's the what's the place called again?

Speaker 5 (17:36):
Belly Deli?

Speaker 1 (17:37):
Pot Belly Deli, And I know the salesperson wanted me
to eat the sandwiches, but they're doing something special day.
Since it is it is April to fifteenth, pot Belly's
customers are going to get a free original sized sandwich
or wrap.

Speaker 5 (17:50):
It Belly Sandwich works.

Speaker 1 (17:51):
Excuse me, okay, yeah, well see pop Belly customers are
going to get a free original sized sandwich or wrap
with the purchase of any big original sized sandwich or wrap.
So by one get one free. Because it's because it
is tax day. Subway is doing Oh my god, that
looks good.

Speaker 4 (18:12):
Yeah. Oh they got sandwiches like that thought. Okay when
you say potbelly.

Speaker 1 (18:16):
I thought it was like some sort of pot ROAs
sandwich or something. I wasn't really excited about it.

Speaker 5 (18:20):
That looks good.

Speaker 4 (18:22):
Oh, son of a gun.

Speaker 1 (18:23):
Now I'm Grumpy's that's a full on, good, old looking
sub It's okay.

Speaker 5 (18:27):
You don't even like sandwiches, right, It's.

Speaker 1 (18:28):
My favorite thing in the world. They were like, okay, listen,
you're going to the electric chair.

Speaker 4 (18:32):
You did it. You killed him.

Speaker 1 (18:34):
I'm like, why you killed Ryan? We know you did it,
so we're putting it in like, what's what's the last thing?

Speaker 4 (18:40):
What's the last thing you gotta eat?

Speaker 1 (18:41):
I mean, he's got to be a big sub a
really big sub That's my favorite thing ever. But so
Subway is also doing a giveaway today because it's tax Day.

Speaker 4 (18:51):
So is Windy's.

Speaker 1 (18:53):
So is that I hate this restaurant because it's got
a que at the.

Speaker 5 (18:57):
Front and a D and A and a D and
I don't know how to t you.

Speaker 1 (19:01):
Cadoba'saam Yeah, I hate with a spell a word that
I can't say.

Speaker 4 (19:05):
I hate you literally just said it, all right.

Speaker 1 (19:10):
Kodoba's doing something special today for tax Day. Popeyes is
doing something special. Krispy Kreme, uh for tax Day is
doing cream.

Speaker 4 (19:19):
Yeah, it's just as a krispy Kreme.

Speaker 1 (19:21):
Customers who purchase any dozen donuts at regular prize can
get a second original glazed a dozen for free.

Speaker 4 (19:28):
That's two dozen.

Speaker 5 (19:29):
That's good.

Speaker 4 (19:30):
Somebody should drop off their second dozen does.

Speaker 1 (19:33):
Burger King is doing something special today on tax Day?
The Whopper deal man, tell you what. I love that
whopper now. I mean, so many places are doing something
special for tax Day. Pizza Hut, Smoothie King, Jersey, Mike's.

Speaker 4 (19:46):
Has this always been a thing on tax Day?

Speaker 5 (19:48):
No?

Speaker 1 (19:49):
That's why I'm mentioned in this because I don't remember
them doing all this. Olive Garden Taco John's. I don't
know what's Taco John's today. I'm Taco John. Taco John.

Speaker 5 (19:59):
Only white people tacos.

Speaker 4 (20:01):
You see taco one that makes sense, but white Taco John's.

Speaker 6 (20:05):
Uh blue, all our tacos have shower cream, and all
us white people tacos Doogle John blue buffalo? What's that
blue buffalo? I did that to a lady one since
she didn't call me back.

Speaker 1 (20:15):
Dell Taco is doing something special. So a bunch of
places doing something special for tax day. Uh, but they're
saying here a lot of people are just procrastinating with
their taxes.

Speaker 4 (20:27):
Does that mean waiting until today? Oh? No, planning to
file extensions, getting extensions and again, like I know, I
said it jokingly, are in the first segment, but uh,
there's a really strong contingent of people that are posting
about this. I don't know if that's the smartest thing
to do, but they're not filing at all. In protests, yeah,
I protest of what of where the government is spending

(20:47):
the money?

Speaker 5 (20:48):
Yeah?

Speaker 1 (20:49):
Oh wow, I don't know if that's a smart idea.
I don't think that's the way to do it.

Speaker 4 (20:52):
I don't know.

Speaker 5 (20:53):
I think if you could get away with it.

Speaker 1 (20:54):
Now.

Speaker 6 (20:54):
Whole boy wants to gut the I R S anyway,
So is he going to start persecuting people?

Speaker 5 (20:59):
I don't think so.

Speaker 1 (21:00):
Now, you yelled at me yesterday for bringing up Trump
in the first segment.

Speaker 4 (21:03):
There you go doing it.

Speaker 6 (21:04):
You brought up the I R S, which is already
naturally political.

Speaker 4 (21:07):
That is not true.

Speaker 5 (21:09):
It's all politics. I R S is something we all
have to deal with.

Speaker 4 (21:13):
We all have to pay our institution.

Speaker 6 (21:15):
Where it says I got to pay income tax, I
didn't say that.

Speaker 1 (21:18):
No, I don't know. I've never read the Constitution. It's
seeing too many big words.

Speaker 6 (21:24):
Like there's a lot of people out there that feel
the way that I feel, which is this is why,
this is why I'm a Republican. People are always like, oh,
I'm not I'm not a magat Person's Republican. Small government
and I don't want to be taxed to death. That's
how I thought that party was going. That's how I
always felt about it, and I'm always I want small government,
less tax is.

Speaker 4 (21:44):
Not the same guy that was here yesterday, I know,
I know I hate that guy.

Speaker 1 (21:50):
And I saw all these people having so much fun
with the silly topic of Donald Trump looking like Jesus.
Are so many jokes from there. It was joke amania,
but he took it.

Speaker 4 (21:59):
All, torpedoed the show in the first segment.

Speaker 1 (22:04):
Was happy everybody because he was a grumpy because he
wasn't he And it's all a torpedo on the topic.

Speaker 5 (22:10):
That was a good, silly goofy topic.

Speaker 4 (22:13):
Guy says he's a doctor and he's rested, likeing to Jesus.
We could have all kinds of jokes there, no, no,
And then so I saw the tap dancing going off
all show long until the end of the show, and
then it breaks it up.

Speaker 5 (22:23):
Yeah, I'm glad you burned it down. And then I
burned it down again.

Speaker 2 (22:28):
Yeah.

Speaker 7 (22:28):
Yeah, you're feeling good and you're feeling froggy. Now you're
willing to take the shots. Yeah, well, haven forbid.

Speaker 4 (22:35):
Somebody gets on a Facebook page and says something the
negative about this morning.

Speaker 5 (22:38):
Don't do that. Don't do that. Come at you. I
got memes.

Speaker 4 (22:42):
Baby.

Speaker 5 (22:42):
Are you done with your taxes? You get it all
done by April fifteen?

Speaker 4 (22:45):
No?

Speaker 6 (22:46):
Really, hell no, you actually messed up my taxes because
I had them all done and then I realized I
didn't I had a ten ninety nine from you, and
that had a restart.

Speaker 1 (22:54):
I sent mind all the proper time. All my taxes
were done early. No, no, no, I got my refund.

Speaker 4 (22:59):
Okay, the proper time, because we have all the way
up until right now.

Speaker 5 (23:02):
I'll until the fifteen cent like January, we get your.

Speaker 4 (23:04):
Stuff like like in the second week of January.

Speaker 5 (23:08):
I get too early.

Speaker 4 (23:09):
I got my stuff together. Boy, I get what did.

Speaker 5 (23:12):
Your premature calculation exactly?

Speaker 4 (23:14):
And then sometimes you know, maybe you misplaced a ten
ninety nine.

Speaker 1 (23:18):
That's yeah, yeah, that's a good session.

Speaker 5 (23:22):
Don't you give me paperwork too early? I literally don't know.
What about birth certificate? Is they gave that to me
too early?

Speaker 4 (23:26):
Who get to ten ninety nine on January the thirteenth?

Speaker 6 (23:30):
Yeah, ten ninety nine is they're friends, by the way,
just like, be cool, bro, No.

Speaker 4 (23:35):
It's a business. The whole thing is a business. Yeah,
a lot of money.

Speaker 5 (23:39):
Yeah, be cool. I don't know. Hey, look at a table.
You know what's there? The table has under it?

Speaker 1 (23:44):
Come on, baby, I am I am a law biding
citizen center.

Speaker 5 (23:48):
You're a nerve.

Speaker 4 (23:51):
This is on us. Did we think you would be
cool about that? Now?

Speaker 5 (23:53):
I shame on you.

Speaker 6 (23:55):
Yeah, I'm getting double taxed on money now because we
got a YouTube channel.

Speaker 1 (24:00):
God listen, a lot of money goes through there, and
I got to make sure I do it right.

Speaker 4 (24:03):
But I already had my reef. I'm back months ago.
Case not surprised at all. Are you dealing with You're
it's April fifteenth. Of course I'm doing an extension.

Speaker 1 (24:14):
Oh my god, you guys are in this twenty nine
percent of Americans not.

Speaker 4 (24:17):
Even close to being done because in this conversation right now,
I'm trying to figure out where I put your ten
ninety nine. I'm not joking.

Speaker 1 (24:26):
It doesn't anything, Okay, listen, it doesn't drive you guys
crazy to know that you have an obligation that you
have to take care of.

Speaker 5 (24:31):
Obligation, bitch, they take it from my paycheck. Paying your
tax is an obligation.

Speaker 7 (24:36):
I have no qualms paying my taxes. I really don't.
I know there's people that argue about it. I know
Ryan and I could get into a deep, dark discussion
about the validity of the irs. I have no qualms with.
I pride myself on always making it, you know, paying it. Yes,
I've taken extensions from time to time. But yeah, I
usually don't even begin to fuss with that until say,

(25:00):
beginning of April.

Speaker 1 (25:01):
The first week of January, I started all my calculations together,
and I get everything together, and then as soon as
I get my W two, I send in everything to
my guy, and I have it all taken care of.

Speaker 7 (25:12):
Yeah, because I got again in ten ninety nine on
January fourteenth, and I'm like, what the hell is this?

Speaker 4 (25:17):
And I tossed it on the kitchen counter. Don't know
where it went after that.

Speaker 5 (25:20):
Yeah, I don't have it.

Speaker 1 (25:21):
You don't have a folder where you put all your
tax stuff tax folder.

Speaker 4 (25:25):
You and I not a folder. Russ rollins.

Speaker 7 (25:28):
Just so if you're not aware, you and I not
in the same tax record, min mind relatively speaking, outside
of your ten ninety nine and a couple other ones
super easy.

Speaker 1 (25:38):
Well, when you get paid for like a a DJ gig.

Speaker 5 (25:42):
You know that complicates things.

Speaker 7 (25:44):
Yeah, no, no, so I have like I account for that.
But even those companies and even those entities, I don't
get their ten ninety nine until January February probably started. Yeah,
mid February is might always the first one you get
your yours has been for what two years now two
years running.

Speaker 4 (26:03):
First one, Well, I'm glad to know.

Speaker 6 (26:05):
My taxes are like a black girl's hair full of extensions.
There's a lot, a lot of extensions.

Speaker 5 (26:14):
I'm always going to be that way because it's free
to do it.

Speaker 6 (26:17):
Like you could just say extension and then they just
do it.

Speaker 5 (26:20):
It's awesome.

Speaker 6 (26:21):
Yeah, but I'm ten ninety nine from like I probably
have fifteen to twenty five. Ten ninety nine is a year, yeah,
just from various comedy gigs and other stuff that I
have a business. So my taxes are crazy complicated and
I hate it and then my mom does it.

Speaker 4 (26:36):
Do you ever get the ones where you're like, oh damn,
I forgot that gig?

Speaker 1 (26:39):
Yeah, tax Fighter basically all this is a folder that
says the word tax stuff on it, and you just play.
Unless you have one job, put those papers in that photo.

Speaker 4 (26:48):
That way you won't lose it.

Speaker 6 (26:48):
You have one job, you're literally a W two employee.
Like it's so it's so easy, you could like literally
do free taxes.

Speaker 5 (26:55):
I can't. I can't. My taxes are expensive and they
take forever.

Speaker 4 (26:58):
Yeah.

Speaker 1 (26:58):
Well no, I mean I've got the YouTube and it
was a separate business, so I got that, and so
is the car like a cancer screening five, and so
is my book and so like I've got other things
as well. Uh, all the big sales on my albums
that I sell.

Speaker 4 (27:15):
Process up this segment, RUSS. I've filed for my extension. Okay,
how how hard is it? You just hit a button
and yeah.

Speaker 5 (27:22):
No, it's it's yeah, you just hit the button. It's
super it's super easy.

Speaker 6 (27:25):
But the thing is, guys, the government already knows what
your taxes are supposed to be. Every other country, for
the most part, just sends you a bill if you
owe the taxes. And because we have turbo tax and
into it and all this kind of stuff that is
lobbied for their existence, they've made it a complicated nightmare
for the regular person.

Speaker 1 (27:44):
Hey, you know what, today is also National Griper's Day,
and I thought that'd be good for you.

Speaker 4 (27:49):
You're griping. See there you go.

Speaker 5 (27:50):
Yeah, I'd be griping National Griping Day.

Speaker 6 (27:53):
Yeah, you like the gripe, but like it doesn't drive
you in saying that this whole system exists in a
convoluted way on purpose to be anti consumer.

Speaker 1 (28:01):
It is as ridiculous as having to go in and
bargain for a call, like you have to go bargain
for a car, or you have to you know, dilly
dally over there. You're right, there should be a here
is the exact answer of how much tax would be there.
It's willy nilly. You don't know who's right and who's wrong.
We're just gonna hope that your taxes are right.

Speaker 4 (28:19):
It is.

Speaker 8 (28:20):
It is a ridiculous thing, for sure. Yeah, Sage, it
makes me mad when I do taxes. I think that's
why I put it off. That's my tiny way of protesting.
I'm like, I'm gonna make it go all the way
to the fifteenth.

Speaker 4 (28:32):
It's not an exact science. It's not it's not an
exact science.

Speaker 6 (28:36):
And then like as a business owner, I've learned like
to take as many, like you know, legally allowed things
that I can be and you realize that's what every
like major corporation does. When you're like, these people don't
pay taxes, it's because they've built in these little loopholes
and stuff so you can get stuff back. Most of
the time, I end up owing about between five hundred
and a thousand dollars by the end of the year,

(28:56):
just because of the ten ninety nine. But a person
who just like works one but the W two you should.
People always like, oh, I get it. IM getting a
two thousand dollars refund. It's like, no, that's your money
that the government stole from you and they realized they
stole it and they got to give it back.

Speaker 1 (29:11):
Hey, I just found out it's our buddy Reese's birthday.
Happy birthday, Reese.

Speaker 5 (29:15):
It's not Ree's time.

Speaker 1 (29:16):
Well, I'm just why why I I just saw it
was his birthday.

Speaker 5 (29:19):
I it won forget No, I got a gripe. Don't
text me your birthday.

Speaker 4 (29:22):
For Christ's sake, You'll be griping all day. You got
all day to gripe I got.

Speaker 5 (29:25):
I'd be griping.

Speaker 4 (29:26):
Is Angel gonna like his president or not?

Speaker 5 (29:30):
I again, he'll say he does. I'll be able to tell.
I can tell with Angel.

Speaker 6 (29:36):
You haven't been able to read somebody's emotions since nineteen
ninety four.

Speaker 5 (29:40):
I think I can't.

Speaker 4 (29:41):
You know what I saw that guy that you're.

Speaker 6 (29:43):
Not a swing girl loved you.

Speaker 4 (29:50):
I did, I really did.

Speaker 5 (29:56):
I can't think it was not love. Jorns out. She
was just she was just getting from the money. Ryan.

Speaker 4 (30:05):
That's all.

Speaker 5 (30:07):
I did have to.

Speaker 4 (30:08):
Yeah at some point. All right, well take a little break.

Speaker 1 (30:10):
A lot of more big dumb fun, a lot of
more big dumb fund when we I said, a lot
of more big dumb fun when we come back.

Speaker 4 (30:16):
Don't go anywhere. You're listening to match in the morning.

Speaker 5 (30:32):
It is.

Speaker 1 (30:35):
A Wednesday. It is April fifteenth. If you didn't know that,
what does that mean? That means this tax day in
case you didn't know, all kinds of free stuff today
and different fast food restaurants and all that, just so
you know, so I take.

Speaker 4 (30:48):
Advantage of it if you can. Welcome back. Oh, Angel,
you want to tell you?

Speaker 1 (30:51):
I almost don't want to talk about this, but then
we'll talk about it anyway. Oh and we'll do an
unboxing later and we'll see if Angel likes his prizing.
His prizing, guy, I don't know. We'll be able to
tell from his face. So camp, Well, we can have
the camera on his face. Why it opens, right, you
can do that. Yeah, oh yeah, you have to go
in there and like videos. Okay, but well yeah you'll

(31:12):
have to look into the camp. Okay, all right, so
we'll do that a little bit later. Okay, you know
how I get so I was gonna, I was gonna
argue about something. And as I'm getting older, I'm realizing, Okay,
is it worth arguing about it?

Speaker 4 (31:26):
Whatever?

Speaker 1 (31:27):
Then sometimes it's like, oh, you should have argued about it.

Speaker 4 (31:31):
So and this event's not over yet, so I probably should.

Speaker 1 (31:34):
I'll just say this, Okay, So I yesterday I had
to cut up all my boxes and stuff because today's
trash day, you know what sing. So when I do that,
I'll turn on this particular show that I like, and
they're they're live out at the I think they're in
Puerto Rico on the Monsters of Rock Cruise, right, and
they're on this Monster's of Rock Cruise and they're interviewing
and guess who's doing a question and answer about Ozzy Osbourne?

Speaker 4 (31:58):
Oh no, Buddy g Leda Ford.

Speaker 1 (32:02):
Leda Ford is on another show doing the question and
answer about Ozzy. And then we were you saw the
paperwork specifically told don't ask about Ozzy, don't ask about share,
and don't ask about the what was it the h
what do they call it?

Speaker 4 (32:19):
The up?

Speaker 5 (32:21):
The runaway?

Speaker 4 (32:22):
Don't ask about the runaways? Now in the interview.

Speaker 1 (32:24):
Now here's the thing I don't know that it's her
that's asking this. It's probably her management because she was
talking about Izzy, no problem at all, and then when
we had her on with us, she was talking about
the runaways, no problem at all.

Speaker 7 (32:38):
Uh.

Speaker 1 (32:38):
And I have this thing in me where I wanted
to argue back at the management company that sent me
that email, but I had already made a miss I
had already made another mistake with them with them.

Speaker 7 (32:47):
And I can't wait till we tell that story after
the fact.

Speaker 5 (32:52):
But I was sitting there going, I can't un believe that.

Speaker 1 (32:56):
Not only I was mad that they told us not
to ask about that, but then I was mad at
myself for just listening.

Speaker 4 (33:03):
You know what I'm saying, Like, I'm like, like, why
did you listen to that? Russ?

Speaker 7 (33:06):
Like like when someone tells you, okay, I will say this.
I'm gonna take a wildest guests here. I think that
we paid attention to it.

Speaker 4 (33:13):
Uh.

Speaker 7 (33:13):
Normally we wouldn't, But we paid attention to it because
of Max Maggie.

Speaker 5 (33:17):
One.

Speaker 4 (33:18):
It's the only reason, I mean, because any of the
only reasons any other because if if Mas is not involved,
I wouldn't even reminded you of it, right, You know what?

Speaker 7 (33:26):
I'm saying, well, what do we care? Right right, And
then in the process of that particular conversation, she brought
up those things herself. I genuinely, genuinely think that it's
her management people.

Speaker 4 (33:37):
I agree, yeah, but I don't think it's hard just
because there's a way that she was with us.

Speaker 1 (33:41):
So her management people are like, oh, this is some
stupid little radio show. Let's just tell them, let's not
bother her with these just don't bother these things. That's
just to tell them not to say thing. But then
she goes on the other thing, you know, you know
what I'm talking about, Eddie Trump, Eddie Trump, and they're
doing a question answer about Ozzie. They have Leada Ford on,
they have someone else on that knew Ozzie, and they're
talking about Ozzie the whole time.

Speaker 4 (33:59):
And I'm like, what you told us not to ask
about it? Like again, it's frustrating.

Speaker 1 (34:05):
But now maybe she knows, she knows Eddie Trunk, so
maybe she knows Eddie's not gonna say something that's gonna
you know, and she doesn't know, so they, you know,
they think maybe we're going to be mean or say
something that she doesn't want to have to address I
guess that could be it.

Speaker 4 (34:20):
Uh, but but like in the process, I mean again,
in the process of that conversation, she brought up three
different things that we were told not to talk about
that we could have jumped on and kept it going
to conversation and it would have been good. Yeah.

Speaker 1 (34:32):
Now, let's say it was a great interview with her.
She was wonderful with us. I have nothing, But I
wasn't even mad at lead A Ford. I was mad
at the situation and that at myself for just for
just accepting the fact that they told me not to ask.

Speaker 4 (34:46):
I was mad at me.

Speaker 7 (34:48):
Yeah, I mean, you're you're you're visualizing, you're seeing, you're internalizing,
you're letting it out.

Speaker 4 (34:57):
You're good.

Speaker 6 (34:57):
It's counseling like celebrity to have boundaries though, and be like, hey,
let's not talk about this.

Speaker 5 (35:04):
I don't really see any problem with that.

Speaker 6 (35:06):
They do that on a like late shows like you know,
your Cold Bears and your Conan's and all.

Speaker 1 (35:11):
Those of the things people wanted to hear from Alita
Ford Ozzy Osbourne about the runaways.

Speaker 6 (35:18):
But isn't that the trade off of them coming on
They're like, Okay, I'll come on your show. I don't
want to talk about this thing and that, And that's
that's always the song and dance of entertainment.

Speaker 4 (35:26):
Right normally. No, I don't, we know, We hardly ever get.

Speaker 1 (35:29):
I can't remember the last time I got a list
of things not to ask about and then a week
later she's talking about the same thing they told us
not to ask about on another show.

Speaker 6 (35:37):
Well, maybe she wanted to save all her good stuff
for her buddy Eddie Trump.

Speaker 4 (35:41):
That could have been it. I think that.

Speaker 7 (35:43):
I think the dynamic there with Eddie is a huge
thing that we can't discount at all, because he's like,
he's the only platform where a lot of these he's
known her for a long time and this only platform
where a lot of these rock stars get to talk
like that, right, So there's that that part of it,
So you can't discount that. And again, I mean it's
legit him as anything. We are, you know, we want
Maggie's event to go off without a hitch. Yeah, they

(36:04):
were huge, were huge friends with her, were grateful that
she includes us in this.

Speaker 4 (36:08):
So anything you.

Speaker 7 (36:09):
Know, like a wild ass errant email that could throw
things off, and that would be that would be frustrated.

Speaker 6 (36:15):
So I'm just gonna talk about whatever I want. Then
when we talked to the lead singer ever Clear, tell me,
you know, Art.

Speaker 1 (36:22):
From Everclear is the very first rock star I ever interviewed.
And that was way back. It was me and Bo
and Dirty Jim and it was at the other radio
station over by JJ Whispers, and they had a concert
at JJ Whispers and they're like, hey, can this new band,
this new band, you know they come in that we
we play them on real music weekends.

Speaker 4 (36:41):
But yeah, sure, bring them on over. What the hell? Uh?

Speaker 1 (36:43):
And he came really nice. It was the first rock
star I ever interviewed.

Speaker 6 (36:46):
Oh it was the first music video I ever saw.
Was Everything to Everyone by ever Clear.

Speaker 4 (36:51):
Oh wait a minute, hold on, line, hold on.

Speaker 1 (36:53):
So I actually interviewed Rob Thomas first, but Rob Thomas
wasn't a star yet.

Speaker 4 (36:58):
He was just a kid begging to come in, so
come up.

Speaker 1 (37:02):
So I guess the first rock star I ever interviewed
was Rob.

Speaker 5 (37:05):
Thomas, but he wasn't at the time.

Speaker 6 (37:08):
You know, I agree with you, like, actual real, this
guy's a rock star going in.

Speaker 1 (37:13):
He was a rock star already with every Clear coming
in yet anyway, we'll talk to him next week. But
you can see why that chat my ass right that
she's talking about Ozzie on another shot and they told
us not to ask about Ozzie.

Speaker 5 (37:23):
What isn't the reason because she can get into like
legal trouble and very well.

Speaker 7 (37:27):
That was the other part that was where we were reminded,
is that, uh well, that could be the issue that
could we were just reminded us of.

Speaker 5 (37:35):
Sharon I was born.

Speaker 4 (37:38):
Yeah, and that was brought up to.

Speaker 1 (37:39):
All right, anyway, so we're gonna do trivia when we
come back. Your chance to win some stuff now, so
get on the line the telephone numbers four oh seven
four one. After we After you win trivia and have
the floor, we'll do an unboxing and be able to
tell by Angel's space whether he likes it or not.
I think I can tell. I can tell because I
got well, i'll tell. I'll taste other stuff later. Anyway,

(38:01):
don't go anywhere you're listening to the matter of the morning.

Kingdom of Fraud

Kingdom of Fraud

It’s the unlikeliest of criminal partnerships: a devout polygamist from an insular Utah sect joining forces with a shadowy Armenian tycoon from LA. The result - a billion dollar fraud conspiracy. In Kingdom of Fraud, investigative reporter Michele McPhee traces the origins of the extraordinary alliance between Jacob Kingston and Levon Termendzhyan. Together, the two men trigger the largest tax investigation in American history and weave around themselves a web of dirty cops, influential political relationships and transnational money laundering. All this is set against the backdrop of Jacob Kingston’s clan – The Order. A powerful and secretive polygamist organization in Salt Lake City. To whom Jacob is desperate to prove his worth.
