Speaker 4 (00:37):
N m R. You by that mortgage guy. Don from
that mortgage guy. Don do come or on that later. Jeff,
I know exactly what you mean. You're talking about how
you didn't want to be on the Baton Rouge because
you wouldn't want your family to hear that. Yeah, I'm
lucky that the signal for this show ends just before Brooks,
(01:00):
where my wife's family lives.
Speaker 5 (01:01):
Oh but you are glad, I am, But unfortunately my
mom is a crazy person. I love her, but she's
so sweet.
Speaker 6 (01:10):
She gave me kettle corns. I should like just eat
my popcorn and watch.
Speaker 1 (01:16):
Showed up way on time, and and her and I
set up your credit corn and everything for you. She
showed up on time.
Speaker 4 (01:22):
Got a new tune, buddy, It's never gonna happen. I'm
gonna come in when I come in like the wind.
Speaker 1 (01:30):
Well, I'm gonna take all the credit like the wind.
Speaker 5 (01:33):
Yeah, you know you take all the credit.
Speaker 4 (01:36):
Please see my post above where I definitely didn't say
thank you to anybody yelling about that on Facebook all
day yesterday I saw that. But anyways, no, my mom,
Like I've told my mom, like, look, I'm with you, Jeff,
I don't want my mom to see me performed.
Speaker 5 (01:51):
Like it's just it's just not for her. I don't
write for it. I like, I don't.
Speaker 4 (01:55):
I don't need her to see it because she needs
to see me one way and I need to see
her another way.
Speaker 5 (01:59):
And that's fine, boundaries are drawn.
Speaker 4 (02:01):
My mom is a queen of like boundaries don't exist,
and it's difficult.
Speaker 5 (02:05):
It's it's difficult.
Speaker 4 (02:06):
And she did something that she should not have done,
which is she invited my mother in law to that show.
Speaker 1 (02:14):
Yeah, that it was with her.
Speaker 4 (02:16):
Yes, Suddenly I'm standing outside, I'm hanging out and suddenly Susan,
my sweet sweet mother in law, is there and I'm no, okay, no,
Christina's mom was there and I did not know she
was coming, and I'm like, I have to go to
I'm like, Susan, this show is not for you.
Speaker 5 (02:33):
She's a very she's like a religious woman.
Speaker 4 (02:35):
She's like a she's a sweet sweet lady, you know,
like she doesn't watch anything above. I think like the
rating of PG is probably a little basically she got.
Speaker 3 (02:45):
For her entire life.
Speaker 4 (02:46):
Yes, and I realized she watched does she watch Daisy?
She watched the whole thing, Buddy, she couldn't go anywhere.
She wrote there with my mom, dude, like and then
so it's been like awkward that show. Like I saw
her at the at the because I kind of forgot
because when I went into my stand up set, I
(03:06):
did some stuff about my not personal life, but it's
about you know, me and my wife and the times
we have together, totally forgetting she's in the audience. And
when I saw her on Sunday at the baptism, which
is like a fully normal place for this lady to be,
she kind of kind of licked me in the eyes,
like I felt like she liked a different sign.
Speaker 3 (03:26):
And she's telling everybody over there in Brooksville, and.
Speaker 4 (03:31):
Like, Mom, why would you know Susan? Like, why would
you invite her to this show?
Speaker 5 (03:36):
This is not.
Speaker 1 (03:38):
What did she say?
Speaker 4 (03:41):
She's like the bad Santa in the Angry Yell. She
was not a fan of that at all. She was like,
why is that man? Being like she loves Christmas, like
destroyed loves Christmas so much that my wife's middle name
is Noel.
Speaker 1 (03:58):
Oh god, so she's Christina.
Speaker 5 (04:01):
Is Christina? My wife's name is basically Christmas, Christmas. Okay.
Speaker 4 (04:05):
So when she watched Bad Santa and the Angry Elms
defile her favorite time of the year, she was not
exactly pleased.
Speaker 1 (04:13):
Now it's even funnier than it was before. Oh my god,
what oh gosh. Yeah yeah. The boundaries thing with your
mom is a thing. Yeah yeah, yeah. Shouldn't have brought
your your.
Speaker 5 (04:26):
Should not have.
Speaker 4 (04:27):
I needed Susan to think about what my job is,
kind of like an ethereal sense, like.
Speaker 5 (04:32):
She he's on the radio. It's so fun, but she
never needed to hear it.
Speaker 1 (04:36):
They yeah, exactly.
Speaker 4 (04:40):
Charity basically give her the Ryan Holmes local Celebrity hero angle.
I tell her how much we raise for the Mustard
Seed every year. I tell her all this good stuff
that we do for crime Line.
Speaker 1 (04:48):
And then the the the birthday party that Jeff played at,
I had an opportunity to sit and talk to your
mother in law, and she is this sweet, like a
sweet sweet like church lady. You're right, yeah, oh boy, Yeah,
she's all.
Speaker 4 (05:01):
Daisy literally went to Forest Lake Academy for like her
entire life until she was like into college, and I
think she went to like a religious college too.
Speaker 1 (05:10):
I bet she went home and scrubbed up and took
I mean like like, oh that get it all.
Speaker 4 (05:14):
I know, like and Luckily I forgot she was there
because I think that. And I'm trying to figure out
why did Daisy set make me cringe so hard? It's
because I knew my mother in law was in the audience, right,
and Daisy must have dropped seventeen thirty five seconds well.
Speaker 6 (05:28):
And she talked about you know, yeah, you go to church.
Speaker 5 (05:34):
Yeah, so then.
Speaker 3 (05:36):
Single handily was going to bring back prostitution because that's right.
Speaker 7 (05:40):
That's right. She had it for you and for you.
Speaker 1 (05:42):
For you, and then Santa Claus took his shirt off.
Speaker 4 (05:45):
Yeah, oh yeah. I forget that people like my sweet
mother in law exist, right, because all I do is
hang out with psychos and scaleywags, like like hang out
with you guys, and then like some of my friends.
But I forget that there's like these sweet innocent people
that just exist out there living their happy line are
more fun.
Speaker 1 (06:05):
Sure, sure you don't have to spend Thanksgiving with them?
Speaker 5 (06:12):
Yeah, well I forgot, so.
Speaker 4 (06:18):
Like I had to like stop my mom like, I
guess this will always be a thing where your parents
just don't listen to you because then you're their brain,
you're a child, which is annoying because you're like, well
past that. So I'm at the baptism on Sunday and
my mom is leaving for Africa on Wednesday, and she's like, she's, oh.
Speaker 1 (06:35):
Yeah, I heard about this. You know I'm going Africa.
I don't care what Ryan thinks.
Speaker 5 (06:38):
He's going to Africa.
Speaker 4 (06:39):
And she won't be back until the thirtieth, so it's
almost like three weeks total that she'll be in Africa.
Speaker 1 (06:44):
Because you were trying to stop her from going.
Speaker 5 (06:46):
Yes, why seventy one so.
Speaker 1 (06:49):
Mad list She does not look nor act seventy.
Speaker 5 (06:53):
Sure seven can tell you what's wrong with it.
Speaker 3 (06:56):
So my mom.
Speaker 4 (06:59):
At the show, my mom was like like, she's doing
kettle corn and stuff, which, by the way, thank you
everybody who bought the kettle corn that really kind of
helped me pay for that colonoscopy, So thank you so much.
Being the only food vendor there was a pretty good
solid choice on my part.
Speaker 5 (07:12):
It was ascorn, not asscorn. Don't call it ascorns. But
my mom's my.
Speaker 4 (07:18):
Mom's hand is stuff out, but I noticed, like it's
not something I don't think anybody who knows, but I
no my mom. And I see her kind of like move,
like moving kind of a weird way, and I'm like.
Speaker 5 (07:27):
Hey you okay.
Speaker 4 (07:28):
It's like ah yeah, yeah, yeah yeah, I just got
like you know, it's got this little thing in my
stomach out of us bothering me. It's been bothering me
for a while. I'm like, Mom, you're bound to go
to Africa for three weeks. You need to go get
that look dot go with the guidewell and winter Park
which shout out the guidewell. I love that place. Don't
ignore your body, don't ignore your body. And so she's like,
I don't need to go. So I see her the
(07:48):
baptism again. She's doing the same thing. She's like kind
of touching her stomach, and I'm like, what's going on, Like,
go get that looked at.
Speaker 5 (07:53):
So yesterday she's like, okay, I'm gonna go to guidewalls.
She goes up to Guygwall.
Speaker 4 (07:59):
A couple of hours go by and she's like, hey,
can you come pick up my car. I'm going to
the emergency room. I'm like what.
Speaker 5 (08:05):
She's like, ah, yeah, I've got like a blocked.
Speaker 7 (08:09):
Bile duct for her gallbladder.
Speaker 5 (08:12):
Yeah, bile duck.
Speaker 4 (08:14):
Yeah.
Speaker 5 (08:14):
I didn't even know bile ducks were it.
Speaker 7 (08:16):
Yeah, I learned that with my dad when his was completely.
Speaker 4 (08:19):
My mom is currently right now in the emergency room
and she's getting all kinds of tests done, but she's
still like, yeah, but I'm still going to Africa on Wednesday.
Speaker 5 (08:28):
And I'm like, no, you're not.
Speaker 7 (08:29):
She may not. That is crazy require surgery then no.
Speaker 5 (08:33):
Yeah, And she's like she's like, well, Ryan, I'm gonna
lose all this money.
Speaker 4 (08:35):
I'm like, Mom, you do not want to be in
an African Safari hospital.
Speaker 5 (08:41):
No, wrong, She's got in the middle of nowhere Africa.
Speaker 1 (08:45):
Because I definitely have those in huts.
Speaker 5 (08:47):
And she's she's yelling at yeah, no, for real, Now
I go, yeah, I'm right for one. Yeah for once,
you got to hut thing correct in the desert.
Speaker 1 (08:55):
Yeah, there's Africa. Yeah, the hospital is in a hut.
Speaker 4 (08:59):
And where she's there's like no cell phone communication. And
she thinks she's still gonna go, And I'm like, Mom,
you cannot go because I cannot be inconvenienced by going
to pick up your body in Africa.
Speaker 1 (09:09):
I thought there was a bowl of thing going on.
Speaker 5 (09:11):
There isn't a bowl of thing. There's all kinds of things.
It's not that they go to Africa.
Speaker 3 (09:16):
No, No, like your mom for real, she'd probably check
with the State Department and see if there's a travel
band in place for Americans going.
Speaker 1 (09:23):
There, and she get her money back and she.
Speaker 3 (09:26):
Yeah, yeah, yeah, because and then like Jeff just said,
because they might let her go back. But when she
go there, but when she comes back, she's in quarantine
for a thirty days.
Speaker 1 (09:34):
Oh my god, that she got to live there for
a year.
Speaker 4 (09:36):
But here's the thing, guys, if she were like something
bad to happen to her in Africa, I don't even.
Speaker 5 (09:43):
Know how to go about getting her back on a plane.
Speaker 4 (09:48):
And then what I have to go to Africa to
go pick up her dead body because she's too stubborn.
She could be dead all the sudden, she's exploding gallbladder.
Speaker 7 (09:59):
She could stop saying that there is a travel advisory.
Speaker 1 (10:03):
What if she goes over there and you find a
new stepdad to and he talks and clicks.
Speaker 4 (10:13):
Rob, you guy's gotta brush up on your Africa because
it's like they have actual cities.
Speaker 1 (10:21):
Yeah, wait where is she going?
Speaker 4 (10:23):
She is going to Kenya, Tanzania and another place she
talks a lot.
Speaker 5 (10:28):
I don't pay attention, dude.
Speaker 3 (10:29):
You really need to have her check that out of
the travel bank.
Speaker 4 (10:31):
Well, she's still in the hospital right now, Like currently,
I'm texting her all morning along she's still in the hospital,
like thinking she's getting these tests done and she's going
to be out of there in time to go on
a plane for a half.
Speaker 1 (10:41):
Don't yuck or yum literal believe literally believe for a while.
And then if she can't go, she can't go. It'll
just be a thing. But I mean, you know you're
yelling at her.
Speaker 5 (10:50):
I told you show the f out of her.
Speaker 1 (10:52):
Wait until after you're talking about tomorrow.
Speaker 4 (10:55):
Wednesday, Wednesday, Tomorrow Wednesday. You think she's getting out of
hospital and going to Africa for her Like that's how
stubborn and crazy she is.
Speaker 1 (11:05):
That's why I wonder where you got it.
Speaker 6 (11:11):
So there is the travel advisory I went on TOTA
to take, So I mean she might be able to.
Speaker 7 (11:17):
Do something with that. Then as far as like postponing or.
Speaker 1 (11:22):
Flot her up, take her to Animal Kingdom. Tell you're
taking her Africa.
Speaker 5 (11:27):
I will do that.
Speaker 3 (11:28):
I take you to.
Speaker 5 (11:31):
Jeff, let me borrow some of.
Speaker 1 (11:33):
The album, make you forget a lot. You're on the Avatar.
Speaker 5 (11:37):
Ride and be great. It'll be awesome.
Speaker 4 (11:39):
I don't what to do with her, and she is stubborn,
and I have that level of crazy stubborn in me too.
Speaker 5 (11:43):
And I know she got mad at me because because
I was.
Speaker 4 (11:48):
Literally like and I was like, I need to have
all of your documents in order before you go and
do this.
Speaker 3 (11:55):
Attorney would be a good one.
Speaker 5 (11:57):
Yeah, I would love to get that one.
Speaker 4 (12:00):
But she got mad at me because she's like, she's like,
everything will be fine, Ryan. I'm like, I'm not. Everything's
not going to be fine. And if you were to
like something would happen in Africa, I would literally not
know what to do. I don't even know the password
for my own mortgage.
Speaker 5 (12:13):
You know what I mean?
Speaker 1 (12:15):
Well, you probably should grow up and take care of
that stuff. That's what the wife does.
Speaker 4 (12:21):
Okay, if my wife were to go, oh, I'm screwed,
trust me, we know it's bad.
Speaker 5 (12:27):
Look it's a it's just it's very stressful right now.
Speaker 4 (12:30):
So I'm hoping I'm like, I want them to have
fun and go, but I kind of want this Africa
trip to just fall the f apart.
Speaker 1 (12:36):
Now, your mother in law probably don't even want to
talk to you after she I don't think she knows
what kind of gally wag you are. I think out.
Speaker 4 (12:43):
I don't think it's that I'm a scalary. I think
she now thinks her daughter did buried down. Oh yeah,
Oh that's a shock for all of us.
Speaker 1 (12:52):
Jesus right.
Speaker 4 (12:53):
I think we were fine before, but now she got
to hear the real thoughts in my head because when
Susan comes over, I'm very well behaved, you know what
I mean?
Speaker 1 (13:01):
Yeah, just like you're that nice comedian exactly.
Speaker 5 (13:04):
I'mna have to move to another state.
Speaker 4 (13:07):
That with that mortgage guy down from that mortgage guy
down dot com, don't miss the boat. Compare a quote
with that mortgage guy done and whether it's traditional mortgage refives,
he locks reverse mortgages and small business loans. That mortgage
guy don does it all and he's fantastic to work with.
Speaker 5 (13:22):
Uh, he got me a house, you know what I mean?
Like we I got a mortgage.
Speaker 4 (13:25):
It's crazy and you can't do it's actually a lot
easier than you think if you and you'd be surprised
how little money it actually takes to do that. So
go to that mortge guy down dot com. Check it out,
and so it shall be.
Speaker 1 (13:34):
How do you think you're you're like, describe you to
other people? Like when she has to tell Mentil the
church people about it.
Speaker 4 (13:42):
Until now, I think she was very proud of it
because like because on paper it sounds like I'm again
on paper, I'm actor, hero, celebrity comedian radio host Ryan
Holmes who raises money for charity.
Speaker 5 (13:55):
But now that she's seen it, it's much like sex
with me. Before you do it.
Speaker 4 (14:02):
It's so much potential, yeah, but then once you do it,
it's like, I'm never doing that again.
Speaker 1 (14:08):
My son in law, he's a comedian, like Soupy Sales.
Speaker 5 (14:13):
Saying it's a compliment.
Speaker 1 (14:16):
You're listening to the Manster in the morning. Remember we
check out our YouTube channel. Help us grow the YouTube channel.
If you could go there and subscribe, I think you'll
like it and all kind of cool stuff there. It's
(14:37):
real radio monsters on YouTube. That's real radio monsters on
YouTube and our podcast it's if you go to the
iHeartRadio app. The you know, we doing the podcast for
years now, but now we have the video podcast. They've
added that and we've been one of the shows they've
they've asked to participate with that. So when you go
back on the app, you can watch the video on
the app. Uh and it cuts out all the commercials too.
(14:58):
It's a great way to watch it, so check it out.
I'm russed with jeff An, Angel Angelique, and Ryan Holmes
here today. So we were talking during the break. I
think it was during the break and about the chili
cookoff when Detective Barber was leaving and talking about the expense,
because you know, Angel brought about it is expensive to
make chili, and he's right, it was. It is expensive
(15:19):
for everybody to make it. And I think that's why
it ended up being, you know, where's like, hey, we
can't ask. What I remember was was like Tiffany and
there were other people that just didn't make a lot
of money and asked them to make a bunch of chili.
Wasn't fair and it ended up I was just be
me and Jimmy making chili is what it ended up being.
But then when I were talking about it, a listener said, man,
(15:39):
as much as beef costs now, like a chili cook
on would be kind of expensive. And then Ryan said
something about the flesh eating screwworm, and I'm like, well, what.
Speaker 5 (15:49):
Was I gonna do?
Speaker 1 (15:49):
What does that have to do with What's that got
to do with hamburger? And I actually went to look
up what the flesh eating screw worm is all about,
and it goes after cat. I didn't realize that.
Speaker 5 (16:01):
Yeah, it's bad.
Speaker 1 (16:02):
I know you going out for people. There's there's a people.
You don't got to worry, but your price of your
meat and your burgers and stuff are probably gonna go
up because of the flesh eating screwworm. What it does
It lands on if cattle has some sort of a
wound or something like that. It gets in that and
it eats. It only eats like live flesh, flesh, live flesh.
(16:25):
And that's why the flesh eating screwworm is a big deal.
You don't really have to worry about it, but you
know Wendy's does. The burger king has to worry about it.
So is this something that it looks like they're gonna have?
Speaker 3 (16:40):
No, No, Nope, they screwed it up because the funding
for that was protecting the United States for this was
cut by dose.
Speaker 5 (16:47):
Fascinating.
Speaker 4 (16:48):
So I learned about this like a year or so ago,
and I was like, Oh, what an interesting little war
we're having with the insects. So like down in Mexico,
we've been sending these genetically modified like flies or bugs
or whatever to go to basically like there's like a
line on all geography where you can see where they
would only go so far. And we've been doing it
for decades, like to try and combat these screw worms.
(17:10):
And that was part of just the budget that DOGE cut.
And it's starting out now that line, the impenetrable line
has been broken through, and now they found it not
in just one part of Texas, but far far on
another side of Texas. Louisiana is like trying to shut
down their beef borders right now.
Speaker 5 (17:25):
It's crazy. We were already under producing beef as it was.
Speaker 1 (17:29):
What do you what do you think the flesh eating
screw worm turns into.
Speaker 5 (17:34):
The the like a fly, the screw.
Speaker 1 (17:39):
Worm fly turns into a screworm.
Speaker 5 (17:44):
It turns into your mother.
Speaker 1 (17:46):
No, I didn't. I didn't realize this particular screw worm
turned into a fly. But it does. Now, I wonder
if it's one of those been bitten by one of
those horse flies.
Speaker 5 (17:56):
Oh my god, dang, those things are so bad.
Speaker 1 (18:00):
I wonder if the screwflies like that. I don't know, No,
it bites you in a different part. Yeah. But yeah,
so they're they're they're they're thinking this could end up
being a hassle with cattle. Where do we get most
of our meat from? Is it from Texas or is
it Montana or is it like I don't know, we get.
Speaker 5 (18:19):
There, we're importing a huge chunk of it.
Speaker 1 (18:21):
And Florida.
Speaker 8 (18:21):
We have Florida cattle right absolutely, yeah, absolutely we do.
There's a lot of farms that actually I passed by
your area of town on the way to Naples, and
if you go the back roads that go through, it's
like maybe like is it Arcadia, and like there's a
bunch of different places. There's a lot of farms down there,
and they display as you're driving, you know that you
(18:44):
can come and get local beef right there, like there.
Speaker 3 (18:47):
Yeah, but this is gonna hurt all of that, and
we're already important, Like yeah, we do get a lot
a lot of it here locally sourced here in America.
But this is gonna lend itself a walk right into
trying to make a deal with Australia. Australia again south
from Australia. It's gonna hurt our It's gonna hurt our ranchers,
it's gonna hurt in Mexican. Do we get Mexican cattle? Probably?
(19:07):
I probably not because of this.
Speaker 1 (19:11):
They but I have I do have a feeling that
a lot of beef that we have, yeah, they import
from like South America, because it's actually cheaper to buy
it down there, ship it over here that buy American
be Okay question, dumb question, probably, but these are what
I'm wanting. So you're saying we're getting it from Australia
or from where the south South? So do they put
(19:32):
all the cattle on a ship and they ship them over?
Do they kill them first, cut them up and then
send them the meat over afterwards? Think they put them
individually in rowboats.
Speaker 3 (19:41):
But our largest countries that we import meat meat from
our Brazil, Australia, Canada and Mexico.
Speaker 1 (19:48):
So it's all it's all processed before yeah, okay, Yeah.
Speaker 5 (19:52):
And they put them on a big ship called the
Queen movie.
Speaker 1 (19:59):
Maybe left funny. I'm gonna cow I like that one. Uh.
Scientists have found this to see if you guys can
answer the question. I won't give you the whole answer.
Uh see you can find it. The study founds that
this can help kids lower stress, strengthen relationships, and improve
their brain development.
Speaker 5 (20:19):
Drugs, drugs, put the phone down.
Speaker 1 (20:21):
Not the right answer. Put the phone down, not the answer.
We're looking for. What do you think, Angelique?
Speaker 6 (20:28):
I don't know, come back, sorry, Okay.
Speaker 1 (20:31):
Okay, Jeff Howe handfunn well no, uh, try.
Speaker 5 (20:39):
To figure out what.
Speaker 1 (20:42):
There is now proof, scientific proof that laughter can help
kids with stress, strengthening their relationships, and also developing their brains.
The more kids laugh, uh, it turns out that they
seem to connect more, they grow, more, they learn quicker.
Laughter is the key to uh, to you know, healthy growth.
Speaker 7 (21:01):
It's like the endorphins.
Speaker 6 (21:03):
It's like all the serotonin and all of that that
comes up.
Speaker 9 (21:06):
You know.
Speaker 6 (21:06):
It's that it's that happy high, yeah, that you're getting
naturally instead of from all the other Yeah.
Speaker 5 (21:12):
You know.
Speaker 1 (21:13):
So most kids are laughing, right and laughing and silly.
I remember like in school, I Remember there were some
kids that would never laughed and never laughed and they
were always but they had bad childhood, right, they had
like bad parents and everything. Yeah.
Speaker 6 (21:26):
I think it just also has to do with not
connecting as much. Right, So like when you meet someone,
you very rarely have eye contact as much, and it
kind of stems from them being younger and all this
stuff that. I mean, I played video games, but as
sure as anything was outside, you know, riding my bike
and doing all this stuff.
Speaker 1 (21:44):
And so did your mom and dad did they?
Speaker 3 (21:46):
Like?
Speaker 1 (21:46):
Did? Okay? My dad was a clown and kind of
a guy. He was always making us laugh. So did
you come from a fit because there are some people
that because my I had one of my ex wives
his her dad never cracked a joke and there wasn't
a whole lot of laughter in the house. So so
did you have laughter in your house?
Speaker 7 (22:02):
We had laughter in the house, but we weren't joking,
you know what I mean?
Speaker 1 (22:06):
What about you laughter in the house? Like, is your
dad like a clown? Kind of I don't mean a clown,
but I'm saying my dad was a clown.
Speaker 4 (22:15):
Your dad was a big, tall Puerto Rican clown.
Speaker 1 (22:18):
My dad was sort of clown iss right like you. Yeah,
so I can say my dad was and your dad
was a clown. Oh god right, Blackie was. So we
had a lot of laughs.
Speaker 5 (22:28):
Friends of clowns, did you black clown?
Speaker 1 (22:31):
Was your dad clownish?
Speaker 3 (22:32):
No? He had good He had a really good sense
of humor. But there was still definitely like a respect
line there.
Speaker 1 (22:39):
So so you didn't, you know, no joking and joking
at the dinner table.
Speaker 3 (22:42):
Yeah, Like I said, he was a very great sense
of humor. We did find uh, some of our humor.
We definitely got it from him, but there was also,
you know, a line of respect. So like there was
sometimes I saw my dad be a goofball, let's say,
maybe a handful of times my whole entire life.
Speaker 1 (22:58):
Oh wow, yeah wow, I saw it at least three
times a day.
Speaker 10 (23:04):
Right.
Speaker 1 (23:04):
Any of your stepdads were they any? Any of them
like clownish? You're joking around with you?
Speaker 5 (23:10):
Yeah, man, this really funny joke called throw those Jack
Daniels bottle at me. Hilarious, hilarious joke. Not my step dad's.
Speaker 4 (23:19):
None of the step dads are funny, but my dad is, well,
my dad's like funny in a dad joke kind of
way like he I remember, like my dad would tell
me these like horrible jokes when I was like a kid,
and I still remember this day.
Speaker 1 (23:33):
And you still tell them on stage.
Speaker 5 (23:36):
No, but they were like horrible. I don't know what
you could describe this kind of joke.
Speaker 4 (23:41):
It was basically like the one I remember is like
there's three guys in the desert and they're like, they
said you could take one item with you each one,
and the first guy goes, I'll take a bottle of
water so I can have something to drink, and the
second guy goes, well, i'll take a fan so i'll
be cool the whole time. And the third guy goes,
I'll take a car door, and they're like, well I
take card door, and it's like says it gets hot,
I can roll down the window.
Speaker 1 (24:01):
I know.
Speaker 5 (24:01):
And it was like those kind of jokes, all their
dad jokes.
Speaker 4 (24:04):
Yeah, I was, but like whatever that style is, he
did a lot of that, and he would do so
he would.
Speaker 5 (24:12):
He thought he was very funny, much like me. So
I yes.
Speaker 1 (24:18):
My dad used to be like most so stupid. He
put a screen door on a submarine.
Speaker 6 (24:25):
My dad wouldn't do jokes but he would be silly,
so I want to Yeah, I wanted to clarify. He
would do silly things, but not yeah, not jokey. What
things would he do like sometimes you put a wig on,
a cheat on your mom.
Speaker 5 (24:42):
I don't know what silly.
Speaker 1 (24:46):
Yeah, you never put the wig on.
Speaker 3 (24:50):
Well.
Speaker 1 (24:51):
Science scientists say that if you have a happy household
and your kids are laughing all the time, that it
will improve their brain development, strengthen their relationship and uh
and lower their stress. So there you go, make your
kids laugh and you might be doing. Okay, we'll take
a little break and we come back. We're gonna play
your hot takes and your messages. We'll play those when

(26:01):
think that. It didn't matter what was anyway, they were
auctioning off a bunch of different guitars and stuff like that.
That Ah Freeley's guitar was on auction. What do you
think it brought Ace's guitar? Brought Relys guitar he had
since nineteen seventy five and used it on stage for
most of the Kiss concerts.
Speaker 3 (26:19):
Eight hundred thousand dollars.
Speaker 1 (26:21):
Eight hundred thousand, What do you think, Jeff to two,
two hundred thousand, Ryan we.

Seven hundred and seventy six thousand.
Speaker 1 (26:33):
Half a million dollars it was. It was five hundred
and twelve, five hundred and twelve thousand dollars, is what
it brought. That's pretty good. That was a good amount.
There you go. So there you go, Ayce whatever, Hey
