Speaker 1 (03:10):
Yeah no, no, no, no, I'm gonna be able to hear you.

Speaker 4 (03:13):
Yeah, how about I pull over there?

Speaker 2 (03:17):
You go do that? Okay, yeah, as Micro always says,
all right.

Speaker 1 (03:24):
We gotta we got a Triviuta question for you. If
you get it right, you are the man Ben. You
get to plug and promote whatever you want. All is good.
If you don't get it right, don't worry. You can
you can get back on the road and get on
down to get on down the way. Uh No, if
you don't get it right, you can have one of
the monsters help you out. You can have angel or
Ryan or Angelique.

Speaker 2 (03:43):
Okay, all right, all here we go.

Speaker 1 (03:46):
A new You Go poll reveals that fifty six percent
of Americans think they're at least somewhat cool, with sixteen
percent of Americans thinking they're very cool. Black Americans lead
the self perceived coolness, with seventy percent of them compared
to sixty five percent of Hispanic Americans think they're cool,
and only fifty percent of white folks think they're cool.

(04:07):
Name the black celebrity that ranked as America's coolest figure
with over seventy percent approval. What black American was on
this in this poll came in number one as the coolest.

Speaker 2 (04:22):
Of all. Well, name the course I have to go.

Speaker 4 (04:28):
I'm gonna have to go with the expert on black
history that be Ryan.

Speaker 1 (04:32):
Well, you got to try to answer it yourself first, buddy.

Speaker 3 (04:35):
Oh wow, I'll say will Smith.

Speaker 1 (04:40):
Will Smith is not the answer. Who would you like
to help you? You've got Angelique, You've got angel and
you've got Ryan.

Speaker 2 (04:47):
I'll go with Ryan all right.

Speaker 1 (04:49):
In this yug of poll, name the black American that
ranked as America's coolest figure with over seventy percent approval.

Speaker 2 (04:58):
I got a cool blacks ra who's the coolest?

Speaker 4 (05:03):
Indeed?

Speaker 2 (05:04):
Yeah, who's the coolest black guy?

Speaker 5 (05:07):
Man?

Speaker 2 (05:08):
It's hard because I think it's like if you ask
those various groups of people, they're all going to give
you a different answer as they're number one. You know,
black people aren't gonna have the same cool black guy
as white people because white people love Wayne Brady.

Speaker 1 (05:21):
I will I wouldn't call him cool. He's funny, but
he ain't cool, But.

Speaker 2 (05:27):
White people Wayne Brady's pretty cool.

Speaker 1 (05:30):
Well, I will say this, when you hear this answer,
I think all white, black, Hispanic, We're all going to go,
oh yeah, that guy's cool.

Speaker 2 (05:36):
Damn. This is this is this is a slam dunk.

Speaker 1 (05:38):
As far as the cool, I doubt anyone's gonna say
this dude ain't cool.

Speaker 2 (05:41):
I'm gonna go Denzel, Denzel, good guys. But then he
said it is not Denzel, it is not could be
kind of funny.

Speaker 1 (05:49):
No, I didn't say he was funny. I said, uh,
Wayne Brady is funny but not cool. Who who got
who beats Denzel? When you hear it, you'll go, Okay,
he beats I'm telling yeah, we got Devinie de Hi
Devanie name? Who do you think of this? Yugo? Paul
came in the name the black celebrity that ranked as

(06:11):
America's coolest figure with over seventy percent of.

Speaker 2 (06:14):
Approval Obama Obama incorrect.

Speaker 1 (06:20):
Actually, he came in number one for politicians, but not
overall cool black guys. Who do you want to help you?
You've got Angel, You've got Angelique, Angel Angel. Who do
you think of this? Poul? They named the celebrity who
ranked as America's coolest figure, Debanie. I'm torn between two

(06:46):
and I kind of like what Ryan did there. So
I'm torn between either Samuel Jackson or Snoop dogg.

Speaker 2 (06:51):
Oh both good, both good blacks.

Speaker 3 (06:55):
Thanks Ryan, I'm not making this more awkward. So well,
who do you think those are the those are the two.
And I kind of want to lean on uh Snoop
Dogg because I know that Russ friends It infinitely funny
when the PLAYA and the comics or the Corona commercials.
But then I mean, consummantly cool is going to be

(07:15):
Sam Jackson. So I call him Sam because I feel
like he's my friend. So, wit, who do you think.

Speaker 2 (07:26):
I would have to go with? I think you gotta
go with Snoop. Do you think it's a good black
you go with Snoop Dogg?

Speaker 1 (07:34):
Yeah, that is incorrect. I'm sorry, Darning. Who's our next competitor?
That's gonna be Billy from day Towona. All right, Billy, Hey,
good morning, Hey, good morning, Billy. All right. They did
a Yuga poll but most people and said most Americans
think they're at least somewhat cool. The fifty six percent
Americans think they're somewhat cool, sixteen percent say they're very cool.

(07:55):
Black Americans lead the self perceived coolst with seventy nine percent.
U sixty five percent of Hispanics think they're cool, and
only fifty percent of white folks think they're cool. They
did a poll about who's the coolest celebrity of all
it is a black celebrity, and he ranked over seventy
percent approval. Who do you think it was?

Speaker 4 (08:15):
How about Morgan Freeman?

Speaker 1 (08:17):
It was not Morgan Freeman, but Angeline can help you, Angelique.
Who do you think came in number one?

Speaker 5 (08:25):
Well, then I'm gonna go with Samuel L.

Speaker 2 (08:26):
Jackson. Samuel Jackson, Yeah, good job, because.

Speaker 5 (08:30):
Morgan Freeman was one of the other once Denzel was
out and you said Samuel, and then I was like,
what about Morgan Freeman too? He's always like the voice
of God, like he could be super you know what
I mean.

Speaker 2 (08:39):
Like Samuel Jackson is a pretty cool day.

Speaker 5 (08:42):
Well he did what kill Bill? No pulp fiction and
like all that. So then I was like, Okay, well
maybe he said a lot of no I know that,
but in my brain, like the first things that come
to my mind.

Speaker 1 (08:51):
Yeah, I don't think that anything's ever played a role
where he's a nerdy dude. You know, I don't think
he's always he's always smooth. So yeah, that came in
number one.

Speaker 2 (09:00):
Random ass cameo in The Boys, the most recent episode
of the Boys, where he's a shark. He's just like
a shark, that's yelling at one of the characters, and
I'm like, is that Samuel L. Jackson? He also ended
up in Tulsa King doesn't.

Speaker 1 (09:14):
Yeah, And I think I could be wrong. I believe
I saw where they did that because he might be
getting a Taylor Sheraton like, you know, his own show
kind of thing, you know how they I don't.

Speaker 2 (09:26):
I never thought of like beyond that one role in
in pulp fiction where he is very cool. Yeah, Samuel
Jackson me is more like a like a nerdy guy. No,
like the actual person is kind of nerdy.

Speaker 1 (09:40):
I don't think. I don't perceive him that way at all.

Speaker 2 (09:42):
I know I would not put him as cooler than
Denzel Washington.

Speaker 1 (09:47):
Well, in this poll he got the he got the
highest approval when it comes to uh, he's.

Speaker 2 (09:53):
A great guy, amazing hang but cooler than Denzel. Disagree?

Speaker 5 (09:58):
I think so, just because for me, he's cooler in
the more recent movies he's done, Like Denzel has taken
a different approach and now he's doing more directing and
more stuff like that. So I feel like I one
hundred percent agree with you because Denzel is my guy.

Speaker 1 (10:14):
Like, do we see a lot of Denzel though we
don't see a lot of Denzel like.

Speaker 2 (10:18):
We don't anymore.

Speaker 1 (10:19):
Yeah, he didn't. He's not out there that much talking
about the Equalizer. Movies are a long time ago. There's
a lot of most recent one was a couple of
years ago. It seems like it's been a long time
since I've seen him in the news talking.

Speaker 5 (10:33):
He directed and starting Fences, right.

Speaker 1 (10:36):
Oh no, there was that movie that recently that I
liked and you hated, remember, and I.

Speaker 2 (10:40):
Said, oh, yeah, see that one? Yeah, I know what was?

Speaker 1 (10:43):
I was on Prime Video.

Speaker 2 (10:45):
Doesn't even know that movie was. I kind of liked it.
And any you guys watched the Man on Fire series.

Speaker 3 (10:51):
He was on that Apple movie Apple Highest Lowest.

Speaker 2 (10:54):
Yes, Yes, that was a weird was that was a turd?

Speaker 1 (10:58):
Yeah it was.

Speaker 3 (10:59):
It was a bad That's a bad look for Spike
and him.

Speaker 1 (11:01):
Spike Lee. That's right. Yeah, all right, Billy's on the line.
We'll put Billy on the hold and we'll come back.
Billy will have the floor. Don't go anywhere. You're listening
to the March of the Morning.

Speaker 6 (11:15):

six in winter Park. It is awesome. He has a

those wood floors. So thank you to Corey at Core

Speaker 1 (12:42):
How long you've been listening to the show, Buddy.

Speaker 4 (12:44):
Big, Good Morning and Morning Monsters. I've been listening. I'm
a lifetime listener.

Speaker 1 (12:50):
Oh wow, okay, so like a legacy listener. Where you
were you were a kid when you were listening.

Speaker 4 (12:55):
Oh yeah, my parents got me into it.

Speaker 2 (12:57):
I love that.

Speaker 4 (12:58):
I remember back in the day I met I think Savannah.
There was a meet and Deed meet and greed at
some mall and Goldberg was there, and I went to
Goldberg and the monsters were there too.

Speaker 1 (13:08):
That's right. I was there with them. Yeah, that's right,
you went to meet Goldberg. It was me and Savannah
and I think I think Tuttle was with us. Uh, yeah,
that's funny. I totally remember. He was very nice, wasn't he. Yeah.

Speaker 4 (13:20):
I think it was a little late to show up,
but he was.

Speaker 1 (13:22):
Yeah, he was late, but he did take time to
talk to everybody. And it was like a card shop
or something, right, they where they had like uh baseball
cards and all that kind of stuff.

Speaker 4 (13:34):
Yeah, I think, I think so it was a good
memory for sure.

Speaker 1 (13:37):
That's awesome, man, very good. What do you do for
a living, billy.

Speaker 4 (13:41):
I'm in the healthcare field, and I love that you
guys promote life imaging FLA. You know, I think early
detection better prognosis. You know. I did want to shout
out my wife. She recently was diagnosed swift leukemia, so
she's in the hospital fighting that. So but yeah, it's
ly advocate for you know, uh, imaging and yeh, screening

(14:04):
tests very very important.

Speaker 1 (14:06):
Yeah, and going early at least they'll do that heart
the heart scan for free, you know, which is pretty cool.

Speaker 2 (14:11):
Uh. And then you know all the other stuff is
good to do obviously.

Speaker 1 (14:14):
Can you catch whatever kind of cancer early, it can
really you know, make a big difference. So sorry to
hear that about your wife. Uh.

Speaker 2 (14:21):
We'll have a great time at kid Rock.

Speaker 4 (14:24):
Yeah. Yeah, we'll party it up.

Speaker 2 (14:26):
We'll see what.

Speaker 1 (14:28):
Uh what would you like to plug and promote and
tell us about.

Speaker 4 (14:33):
Yeah, that was pretty much it. Nothing nothing specifically, Just
wanted to just shout out my wife and you know
everyone could keep her in her prayers.

Speaker 1 (14:42):
Yeah, how long have you found out to do that
that she's had leukemia?

Speaker 4 (14:46):
Yeah, so she she came down with pneumonia and you know,
it wasn't your typical pneumonia that you know, you and
me could have fought off and you ended up having
to be hospitalized for it, and her blood work wasn't
quite adding up. And that's what it led to us
finding out she has a cute type of lukema and
just started treatment in the hospital this week.

Speaker 2 (15:04):
And that's it's rough, isn't it.

Speaker 4 (15:07):
Yeah, it's it's it's been a life changing.

Speaker 1 (15:09):
Yeah. When my sister had cancer, you know, Uh, the
overwhelming feeling I had was is that, you know, I've
got no control of this. There nothing I can do,
Like you want to do something, but there's just really
nothing that that you can do other than be there
for you know.

Speaker 4 (15:24):
Right, and you know, listening to monsters give me a
little escape, some some big dumb fun.

Speaker 2 (15:29):
Good.

Speaker 1 (15:30):
Well that is awesome. All right, man, Well listen. We
appreciate you listen for as long as you have been,
and I hope everything you know turns out great with
your with your wife, and I appreciate you call.

Speaker 4 (15:39):
Him well, thanks so much. You guys, have a good day, all.

Speaker 1 (15:41):
Right, you take care said, well, you know it is
you know, like you know, you try to put a
happy face on cancer. It's hard to you know. It
probably triggers me a little bit, you know.

Speaker 2 (15:56):
Yeah, I've been thinking about my sister a lot lately, so.

Speaker 7 (15:58):
I get it.

Speaker 2 (15:59):
I'm sorry, No, it's okay. How dare you, sir? How
dare you have feelings and emotions time to cancer? My god?
I know, yeah, it's hard. Like leukemia was one of
those I thought only kids got that, like this adult leukemia.

Speaker 5 (16:13):
But it's more, it's a lot more rare for adults
to have it. It is more, if I if I,
if I understand correctly, it is definitely more. You find
it more in children.

Speaker 2 (16:24):
Yeah, that's that's That's that that's real adult ask problems.
That's the one I think about with my wife, like
like you know, like when you're a kid, you have
like oh my god, my wife's mad at me because
but like the real real is like as you get old,
I couldn't imagine having my wife like anything go wrong
and then like I would spend every dime I have,
I would go flat broke to do anything to give

(16:44):
her like more days, you know what I mean. And
that's how everybody feels, you know, not everybody. Everybody. A
lot of people cheat when their partner gets cancer. Oh
they cheat, like well, I mean.

Speaker 1 (16:56):
What I'm trying to say is when it's someone that
you love, like you like, I'll do anything, I'll do
everything and everything, and then unfortunately anything and.

Speaker 2 (17:03):
Everything isn't it enough.

Speaker 1 (17:04):
Sometimes it doesn't matter who you are, I don't how
much money you have, and that you know anything and
everything is That's the one.

Speaker 2 (17:09):
Thing I hope AI like, if we get anything out
of it, we use all the water that it figures
out how to like figure out certain kinds of cancer
because cancer is so specific to the person. That's what
we've realized. Now it'll be like okay, put your finger
tip in the machine. All right, we figured we're here,
you're cured.

Speaker 1 (17:28):
Yeah cancer.

Speaker 2 (17:29):
Yeah, it's because cancer is brutal, uh had That was
a lot of that in my family as well, and
it's just like there's just there's nothing you can do. Yeah,
you's gotta hope. You gotta hope for the best and
watch somebody like pull out of it when like I
cryet the ones with that ring the bell and watch
every now and none of those popping my feed. And
it gets me every single time.

Speaker 1 (17:49):
You know, and you weren't here for it, and you
were here for it. And I got triggered the other day.
And then Angel and I talked about it yesterday because
it was just Angel and I yesterday. Uh, and it's been,
it's been. But when Bo came men, you know, and
did the show with us, and then so many people
were messing with him about his voice and it's like, hey, guys,
he had cancer, like if that would have yeah, but
like don't be an if that would have spread to
his you know, like liftnotes or whatever, like it could

(18:12):
have killed him. He was able to fight cancer and
beat cancer and he's better and Okay, his voice is
a little scratchy. It made me mad that people were,
you know, and I know it's just because he's my buddy,
because he's.

Speaker 2 (18:21):
Someone I love.

Speaker 1 (18:22):
And then think about my sister, and then Angel and
I were talking about that yesterday with his brother and
and yeah, it's just uh for me to just go wow,
like she's not on this planet anymore, Like everything that
she was is gone.

Speaker 2 (18:35):
It's just so weird. Uh.

Speaker 1 (18:38):
And it's been it's been messing with me a little
bit late, and I thought it'd be over it by
now it's been two years.

Speaker 5 (18:42):
You know you're never going to be over it. But
but it is something, you know, like how you and
not funny. I funny is the wrong word. I don't know,
but another word for it. But the way you were
with your father's passing is different than your sisters.

Speaker 2 (18:57):
And I get there two completely younger. O my god, but.

Speaker 5 (19:04):
We but I remember Ryan and everybody used to kind
of like get on you because we were like hey,
and You're like, yeah, you know, I'm not really crying
too much and I'm not this and I'm not that,
and you feel this more, you know what I mean.
So there is that difference I think with my sister.

Speaker 2 (19:17):
Yeah, because she's my younger.

Speaker 5 (19:19):
Yeah, exactly, exactly. So it's I don't know, I'm I
don't know the point. It was just a point that
there was a difference between the two. And it's really okay,
because I'm not glad to see you do this, but
in a way kind of glad to see that it
still affects you in that way because I was a
little worried about you after it didn't your dad didn't affect.

Speaker 1 (19:39):
You well when your dad's in his eighties, right, like,
like I knew at some point, right, No, I'm not
saying he was certain. He was in his eighties, like
you know, it was a little more obviously it was
tall but a little easier to say. But your sister
or who's younger, like I was here before she got
here and then now I'm still here after.

Speaker 2 (19:56):
It's weird. It's just weird, you know.

Speaker 5 (19:58):
So And as far as Bo's concerned, I think think
a lot of people didn't know that he had cancer, right,
so then there was that also that people just had
heard him and didn't know until you said it.

Speaker 1 (20:08):
Did you think his voice got worse throughout the day?
A little bit, of course it does.

Speaker 5 (20:12):
He's using it, you know, like and like you said,
there's a little bit of damage, and you know, he tried,
he tries to mitigate that, and he gets excited just
like anybody else. That's just like even when I first
came here, and there were times that you guys were like,
we need you to go down in octave like you're
super high.

Speaker 2 (20:30):
That I was saying that, But like all tapes, he's
kind of he had a raspyer voice, kind of not
as like in the way like Tiffany did.

Speaker 3 (20:38):
But like I think the biggest difference in pace is
that a lot of people that listen now aren't familiar
with him just because I haven't heard him. So when
you hear that a voice like that, it is jarring.
He should try doing an accent.

Speaker 2 (20:48):
Maybe.

Speaker 1 (20:54):
All right, take a little break, don't go anywhere. You're
listening to the Mansa the Morning Fox. Hey, welcome back
to the Monsters in the Morning on Reverdio one on
four point one broadcasting live on iHeartRadio. Coming up the
next couple of weeks. Man, we got some really cool
things happening May twenty ninth as our live broadcasting Gatorland.

(21:17):
June fifth is Monsters Live at Night in Mouldora. Get
your tickets now while you can. It's gonna be a
great show. We got to the selfie pre party beforehand,
the Jeff Howe's playing at and they're older, like thirty
members of the Monster universe will be there you can
take photos with and get to meet and meet and
greet and all that stuff. And then the big show
starts at eight o'clock. Bat Santa and the Angry Elves

(21:38):
will be performing. All of that is brought to you
by Mills Air and just call Mo. And then on
June the nineteenth, we're gonna have the Monsters in the
morning out at the Crimson House and that is the
kickoff summer. And Ryan, I figured we go over some
monster business. You weren't here on Friday. A couple of
things were decided. Very glad to find out. So, Uh,

(22:02):
Angelique has agreed to making monster wine. Yuh, to stop
stomp and wine.

Speaker 5 (22:09):
She was a three pedicure and I always wanted to
do something like that. I think it's super cool.

Speaker 2 (22:13):
Yeah, and she gets the dance, you know, and well,
and they'll all compete.

Speaker 1 (22:15):
Each girl will compete, uh, you know, who makes the
best wine. And then we'll auction it off at the
end of the year for you know, for a good
because we can't do it. We can't auction off right away.
It's got a ferment for a little while, found out,
So they got to exactly make the wine, put it
in a bottle and all that. But also, this was
not my idea. This was not I think this was
this was idea. No, I think it was Angel's idea

(22:38):
or maybe it was your I don't know whose idea
it was, but they did ax Onyx it was idea. Well,
Bo said he would ask him.

Speaker 3 (22:46):
Yeah, Bo made the sale. Yeah, but I had brought
it up from the very beginning. I thought it should
have been on and Big Country.

Speaker 2 (22:54):
No big.

Speaker 1 (22:56):
But Onyx also agreed to making wine that day. Uh,
so we do have those two on board. See, Amber
should be here tomorrow, we'll ask her. Uh and then
Daisy will be here Thursday. We'll ask her. That shouldn't
be a problem. Already said yeah, yeah, she wants to
bring a stripper. That's right. Okay, we got Daisy. I
write that down Daisy. Okay, So we just need Amber

(23:18):
in Savannah. H What will Savanah be back? As they
may know, I don't know.

Speaker 3 (23:22):
I thought it was this week, but I think I'm wrong.

Speaker 2 (23:24):
She's in Morocco, in Morocco posting all kinds of pictures. Yeah, yeah, yeah, good. Yeah,
so that's good.

Speaker 1 (23:31):
But anyway, so yeah, so we got that happening for
for the Crimson House. Just so you know, in case
you're wondering, I.

Speaker 2 (23:38):
Was worried if we were gonna get that foot one
or not glad you guys work that out. I though
you were worried about that. So, oh my god. It's uh,
good luck, and I hope it raises a lot of money.
But that's that's nasty.

Speaker 1 (23:52):
You don't have to drink it. It's not it's not
it's not about you drinking it. It's just about auction
it off and see what kind of money.

Speaker 2 (23:58):
It brings out. Bidder that comes in and named Gush Collins.

Speaker 1 (24:02):
No, I'm not now, we're just talking it off. It'll
be great, a great fundraising event. That's a that's the
whole idea. Okay, yeah, so we got that happening. I'm excited.
He And then also, this is something you know, one
of you know, I get the polls that come out
and they give you all kinds of stuff overnight, all
kind of So one of the things they did was
they asked, I don't know who did this. I think

(24:24):
you go of again. I think it's a ugo of
poll about the twelve most welcoming towns in the US.
So when you think of the trips that you've been
on in the US, what town, what little city comes
to your mind? Like, man, that was a really nice
little place. Everybody was really really nice there. Savannah Jordan's

(24:44):
Savannah Jordan. That's a good one. That's a real good
one on the list. You know, they did not make
the top twelve. What do you think of? Angelique?

Speaker 5 (24:53):
And well, Savannah was my very first thing. But how
about like.

Speaker 1 (24:56):
Charleston, Charleston, West Virginia.

Speaker 2 (24:58):
Wait, what care?

Speaker 1 (25:00):
Sorry? My parents are from Charleston, West Virginia, So that's
the first thing I thought of. I'm sorry, Yeah, yeah,
nobody thinks of Charlestons. Like every every single uh vacation
as a kid, it was always going back to Charleston,
West Virginia. So when you said Charleston, that's the first
thing to cat on. No, it didn't make the list.

(25:21):
How about you, angel You've been all around different places
to come home. I've been looking for my uh.

Speaker 7 (25:28):
How about Fernandana Beach, Ferndana Beach, Indina Beach, Florida. You
know what, nothing in Florida. I'm gonna tell you what's
number one.

Speaker 1 (25:40):
And the only reason I'm bringing this up because I've
said it for a long time and and it's just
one of my favorite places in the world. I don't
know any any of these other places, but bar Harbor, Maine,
Baja Ba Main came in number one, and I got
to tell you that I've I've always felt that way
and when I first time I went there, I'm like,
this is the nicest These the nicest people, the nicest town.

(26:02):
If anyone's ever been to bar Harbor, Maine, it is
absolutely beautiful. It's a you know, it's a New England.

Speaker 2 (26:08):
Town with that.

Speaker 1 (26:09):
What else is on this list? Welcome? He finished with
bar Harbor, A beautiful town with all kinds of little bars.
And you can go up at the top of this mountain,
Cadillac Mountain and see the harbor from the It is
absolutely gorgeous. If you ever get a chance to go
to bar Harbor, Maine. It came in number one on
this list as well. Though never heard of these other places.

(26:32):
Bay Saint Louis, Mississippi, Never heard of me, Buford, South Carolina,
I've heard of Yeah, I heard of it.

Speaker 2 (26:40):
Never been Burlington, Vermont love their co factory, you know, Burlington, Yeah,
I don't never even heard of it. Burton, Ohio, Okay,
f Ohio, welcoming there. Uh, Downers Grows, I'll go to
Downers Grove. That sounds like like I live there. Where
do you think Downers grow this Downers Grove is going

(27:02):
to be down in Utah?

Speaker 1 (27:05):
Yeah?

Speaker 2 (27:05):
Utah, Illinois? How about Angola? Angola? Where's that at?

Speaker 1 (27:10):
And Dan?

Speaker 2 (27:11):
Very nice?

Speaker 1 (27:11):
Have you been there? I have not been there. I
had a teammate from there. Okay, all right? Uh.

Speaker 2 (27:15):
Uh.

Speaker 1 (27:16):
Fredericksburg in Texas.

Speaker 2 (27:18):
I've been there. Texas. Yeah, that's that's where I went.
I spent Christmas there.

Speaker 8 (27:22):
Uh.

Speaker 2 (27:23):
And it was a nice little town. Everybody was very
nice and they were also fully armed. They yes, then
you were safe. I went to a store there that
was like a like a like a lady's like like
trinket store, you know, like and it had like but
the backside of it was guns and knives and full weaponry.

(27:43):
And it was like it was like a wife and
a husband. So the wife's part of the store was
up front and in the back it was like you
could buy like a suit of armor and also like
several knives.

Speaker 5 (27:52):
Yeah, if you go in Texas when you go to
buy like purses and stuff, they have purses that are
for Carrie and so they have a bunch. It's yeah,
it's not just like regular purses, but they're like regular
purses with a pocket for your But.

Speaker 2 (28:07):
It was a great It's like very nice. It was
like the kind of small town that you think of
like on TV was Fredericksburg. It was very nice.

Speaker 1 (28:15):
All right, here we go. This is the number nine.
These are the twelve most welcoming towns in the US.
Number nine is gig Harbor. Where do you think gig
Harbor is California?

Speaker 2 (28:26):
Now? Or angel New Mexico.

Speaker 1 (28:29):
Gig Harbor Oregon, Ryan, Oregon, No, gig Harbor Washington. Never
heard of it? Never been a cool place. Okay. Hamilton,
Hamilton where.

Speaker 2 (28:43):
Pennsylvania in West Virginia.

Speaker 1 (28:47):
That sounds like a West Virginia. It's Hamilton, New York. Okay, okay,
this one everyone will get I'll see if Angelie can
get it.

Speaker 2 (28:55):
Jackson, where do you think Jackson is?

Speaker 5 (28:56):
Mississippi?

Speaker 1 (28:57):
No? Where do you think Jackson is? Answer them?

Speaker 2 (29:00):
Ryan Wyoming? There you go Jackson, Wyoming?

Speaker 1 (29:03):
And uh, isn't there Jackson, Mississippi?

Speaker 2 (29:05):
Yes?

Speaker 1 (29:06):
There is? Yeah, But the cool ones Jackson, how Wyoming?

Speaker 2 (29:08):
Okay? Whatever?

Speaker 1 (29:09):
And then Yannie Illinois, Illinois. Yeah, those are the friendliest places.
But bar Harbor, uh, without a doubt, my favorite places
I've been there a bunch of different times.

Speaker 5 (29:22):
I need to do more US travel.

Speaker 2 (29:24):
Yeah, a lot of people probably got a sentence she
just made what a humble brag of a we need
to do more US international model and dance.

Speaker 3 (29:39):
The rest of the world is so borring now and
let me visit the rest of the United States.

Speaker 1 (29:43):
Did I tell you I was just in Montreal.

Speaker 2 (29:47):
In the Netherlands. Jackson just doesn't.

Speaker 3 (29:52):
More.

Speaker 2 (29:54):
I guess the Jackson Hall were horrible that you said
US travel, because I like if a normal person just
saying I need to do more traveling, the fact that
you go, I need to do more Southern Hemisphere.

Speaker 3 (30:08):
Traveling traveler so cumbersome.

Speaker 2 (30:11):
She's been going around the world, you know, and ignoring America.
You need to ride more jet blues. I've been ignoring America.
You've been ignoring America going around the world.

Speaker 3 (30:21):
Last place, what shall I do now that Spirit Airlines
is gone?

Speaker 1 (30:25):
How will I travel? Where'd you go to? Last?

Speaker 2 (30:27):
Canada?

Speaker 5 (30:29):
Hamburg, Germany was what last two weeks ago, but before
that was Montreal.

Speaker 2 (30:35):
Yeah, I need to have more uish Hamburger.

Speaker 5 (30:40):
I haven't been to the Northwest and like the Southwest,
like I haven't been in New Mexico, Utah.

Speaker 2 (30:49):
Let me give you a little little being in Amsterdam.
This is this is for this year. This just came out.

Speaker 1 (30:57):
These the best summer travel destinyations in the US.

Speaker 2 (31:01):
All right, I love you travel. So where do you
think is?

Speaker 1 (31:04):
What do you think is number one?

Speaker 2 (31:06):
Right?

Speaker 1 (31:06):
And the number one place they say this summer is
the number one destination and what they're considering the cost
of everything affordability. It's it's affordable to travel to this
particular city.

Speaker 2 (31:18):
Uh, down the street from where you live. That's the
most Virginia. It's got to be us though, right like Orlando.
Orlando is number two on the list.

Speaker 1 (31:28):
Virginia don't even.

Speaker 2 (31:30):
Have to go far.

Speaker 1 (31:31):
You're already here.

Speaker 2 (31:33):
You can travel in the US here in Florida.

Speaker 1 (31:36):
Would you guys think for affordability? You know would be numbers,
but it is What do you think is number one?
And I'll ask Angel because Angels should get it.

Speaker 5 (31:45):
Oh, Asca, I don't know.

Speaker 1 (31:49):
I should get it. You should in the United States,
in the United States the number one best destination for
this summer for the travel as far as affordability.

Speaker 3 (31:58):
Aff there uh, pr I don't know. Uh, he throws
me when he does that. You should know this.

Speaker 1 (32:07):
You should know that he talks about it all the time.
It's one of his favorite places. Pittsburgh, Atlanta, Georgia. Is uh,
you've always said that was your favorite place. That's my
favorite southern city. Yes, it is all right, so you
know it is because of the Tabernacle being there. And yeah,
I've been there handful of times. I gotta go back.
See I listened. I need to. I need to visit

(32:27):
the Southern States more. Ryan.

Speaker 8 (32:28):
Yes, so.

Speaker 1 (32:31):
Number three, Ryan, you should get this one. What's the third?
Number three? As far as affordability to travel this summer
for those who want to, you know, drive somewhere, you
should get this one.

Speaker 2 (32:42):
There we go because you have been there. Is it
just gonna be Tampa? It is Austin, Texas. I would
never drive.

Speaker 1 (32:57):
Guys, have you been to Washington see ANGELI?

Speaker 2 (33:00):
Yes, okay, that's number four on the list. I like,
I liked Washington. That was cool.

Speaker 5 (33:07):
He's just saying, you know, because.

Speaker 3 (33:09):
I didn't do the accident. It was just Angel going Washing.

Speaker 1 (33:13):
Yeah.

Speaker 2 (33:14):
It's it's no European capital.

Speaker 3 (33:17):
It's nothing like Paris.

Speaker 2 (33:20):
Paris is sweet, of course, why would it not be.

Speaker 5 (33:25):
Where else?

Speaker 1 (33:25):
I did tell you. You know, I'm taking a trip
in March and we're going to Greece and Rome, and
I just applied. I just applied to do the upgrade
for the for the business what's it called.

Speaker 2 (33:36):
The business flag.

Speaker 5 (33:38):
It is so worth it worth.

Speaker 3 (33:42):
Bougie people just there chilling with our champagne.

Speaker 1 (33:46):
No, they haven't gotten back with me and told me
how much extra it's gonna be. But is it gonna
be like you think, double the price.

Speaker 3 (33:52):
Double?

Speaker 5 (33:53):
But it will be, it'll be a little bit. You
can also wait until like the day before travel, and sometimes.

Speaker 2 (33:59):
It goes down. You're going to be paying six to
ten grand. Well he's not going first class.

Speaker 5 (34:04):
He's saying business business class, isn't that much more? Well
we'll discuss all that, but definitely make sure that you
set up like the Vatican tour and the tour for
the Colisseum.

Speaker 8 (34:20):
So I need to do the tour for the Vatican,
of course, you do. Absolutely. You want to be escorted
all over the town the Pope. You don't just want
to be bumbling around Greece. That's whatever.

Speaker 2 (34:36):
I don't know if they'll let you into them.

Speaker 1 (34:38):
Because they have to say we have a free day
in Rome, and with that free day in Rome, we
can sign up to do the tour of the Vaticans.

Speaker 5 (34:45):
You would do the tour of the Vatican because if
you do that in the Sistine Chapel, there is so
much you can go to have.

Speaker 2 (34:52):
To see all sixteen you should go to the tourist trap.

Speaker 1 (34:58):
You want to grace?

Speaker 2 (35:00):
What's that? So you should go to the tourist trap
that's next to it? For big boys? What's it called
the fatkin? I just expecting it.

Speaker 1 (35:16):
Number one was Atlanta, Number two was Orlando. Three Austin, Texas?

Speaker 2 (35:21):
Okay?

Speaker 1 (35:22):
For Washington, DC? What do you think is number five?
And I don't think any of us have been there?
Tell us a library, maybe, angel I don't know, Angelia,
have you ever been to Honolulu?

Speaker 8 (35:36):
I want to go so.

Speaker 5 (35:38):
Bad, like one of my biggest things. That's one of
my biggest bucket lists because my one of my very
first dance well actually my first dance teacher, miss Becky,
who actually just passed earlier this month. She was from Hawaii,
and then my other dance teacher after her, it lives
in Hawaii. She is Hawaiian and I want to tell

(35:59):
her what she means to me and what my life
is now and tell her how much she changed the
trajectory of my life. So Hawaii is a huge one
in Honolulu is where she lives.

Speaker 1 (36:14):
And then it happened to Hawaii. I was at the
Joint Air Force Base.

Speaker 3 (36:17):
Uh did a hop from Anchorage to their one one
sum It was absolutely fantastic.

Speaker 1 (36:25):
Yeah, I don't know why I have no really desire
to go to Hawaii.

Speaker 3 (36:29):
I mean, you got to get off the big island.
That's the thing that we did.

Speaker 2 (36:31):
Yeah.

Speaker 3 (36:32):
Yeah, so that that that would be the reason to
like to if you again, if you're into that kind
of thing.

Speaker 1 (36:38):
I was at that time.

Speaker 3 (36:39):
I thought I was going to be the next uh
uh you know global surfer really oh yeah, But then
I realized I was too tall.

Speaker 1 (36:47):
That's a second thing. If Jenson, you can't surf board?

Speaker 3 (36:51):
Yeah, well no at that time I couldn't because I
couldn't do short boards. It wasn't It wasn't until later
that I learned to longboard, right, And so now a
beast on a longboard?

Speaker 1 (37:01):
Do you guys have does anyone have any summer plans?
Because people, you know, people the reason this came out,
people are making their their summer travel plans now, even
though uh, you know, gas is super super expensive, they
don't think that many people are going to be vacationing.
You know, Rush, I'm gonna see more of the US.

Speaker 3 (37:18):
Yes, I think I will see I visit Atlanta. You know,
I gotta find a show. I got to find a
show with the Tabernacle.

Speaker 2 (37:27):
I gotta make that.

Speaker 3 (37:27):
I haven't done that in a while. Yeah, it's one
of your favorite places. It is my favorite one. It
is in my top five top five venues.

Speaker 1 (37:34):
So next time when I go, hey, Angel, you should
get this one. And it's guestsing cities to be like,
it must be Atlanta because that's always things I like it.
But we also love Pittsburgh. So the Pittsburgh it's not
gonna win anything. What are you talking about? Do they
just the best for the best of it? It is?
They just hosted the NFL Draft.

Speaker 2 (37:52):
It's sort of the armpit of America?

Speaker 1 (37:53):
Is it really is?

Speaker 6 (37:54):
Not?

Speaker 3 (37:54):
Rush, You don't know what you're talking about. I know
you're just trying to dig at it because you've never
been there. But it's a really awesome, cool small city.

Speaker 1 (38:01):
I think I did go there when I saw the
new kids on the block with.

Speaker 3 (38:04):
No, you were another part of Pennsylvania. You were nowhere
near Pittsburgh. What are you in, Hershey? You were clos
you were closer to Philly. It was yeah, yeah, Hershey.

Speaker 5 (38:12):
Okay, Wait, what's the end of this? What are the
other two places?

Speaker 1 (38:15):
Wait?

Speaker 2 (38:15):
Do you think it's the armpit of America because it
has a city called Pittsburgh. Yes, okay, when you get back,
don't go anywhere. You're listening to the Monster of the Morning.
