making wine at the Crimson House. It's going to be
a great time. If you have not been to a

(00:22):
is it's the official kickoff summer. But the next day
is the first day of summer, and that's June nineteenth.
The rest of the radio station, I think is going
to be on vacation because it's Juneteenth. But we're We've
been invited to go out there at Linda Bird's place
and are excited about going to the Crimson House once again.
It is always a big party. Yes, Angel, I've got
a quick phone call to take. Someone wants to say

thank you?

Speaker 2 (00:46):
All right?

Speaker 1 (00:46):
All right? Who we got hugs? Who's in tuttle?

Speaker 3 (00:49):
Oh yeah, yeah it's me. I don't know if you
can tell.

Speaker 1 (00:53):
From the boyd Hi. I got you title title. Thank
you for coming out. It was listen you know you
and I have had ups and downs, but you always
make me laugh. You always make me laugh. You did
a great job. Uh, but I can tell that you
were selling those hits because it didn't it didn't look
like Daisy really hit you very hard because Amber got

(01:14):
in the way, right, and I apologize.

Speaker 3 (01:16):
It doesn't help that Ambernova is over there, c block
and my stunt, you.

Speaker 4 (01:21):
Know, apologies on the block, ologies on the block and
full nudity. I was like, I don't care about the
butt cheat, but full nud she's a professional.

Speaker 3 (01:32):
You think I was gonna get completely nude.

Speaker 5 (01:33):
I don't know.

Speaker 6 (01:34):
When it comes to Daisy, we really, yeah.

Speaker 1 (01:37):
We do. Has been doing this forever. He knows what
he's doing. And you shouldn't get involved with tuttle. Uh.
You did a great job. Did you have a good time?
And how many selfies did you take?

Speaker 5 (01:47):
Uh?

Speaker 2 (01:47):
As opposed to Daisy?

Speaker 3 (01:50):
Not as many? I mean, I I mean, look, when
you got Tiffany next to you and everything, it's kind
of hard, yeah, to get any attention. So I had tip. Yeah,
she had him jacked up.

Speaker 1 (02:03):
Man, Timmy looked great, didn't she. Yeah, Timmy, was she
surprised to see you?

Speaker 3 (02:11):
Oh? Yeah, it was great. It was.

Speaker 6 (02:12):
It was.

Speaker 3 (02:13):
I haven't seen her at tense when y'all did the
beer bus out to her bar or her restaurant and stuff.
That was the last time I've seen her. So that
was pretty cool they get to see her. I think
Bo's gonna help me get rid of my fifth wheel trailer.
Really I have. Yeah, so we were talking about that.
It was awesome to meet meet so many great people.

(02:34):
Jeff Howe was It was great to see Jeff howl
I dirty. Jim was very, very awesome and pleasant to
speak with.

Speaker 1 (02:41):
Jim Colbert, Yes, yeah, yeah, it was. It was nice
to see Jimmy there.

Speaker 3 (02:44):
I'm sorry, Jim Colbert. I'm not used to it.

Speaker 1 (02:46):
I got I do the same thing.

Speaker 3 (02:48):
Last name on the air.

Speaker 1 (02:49):
I do the same thing, I know, and I don't
do it out of disrespect. That's what I'm always used
to calling him. But I get it. But yeah, he
wants to be called Jim Colbert. But yeah, it was nice,
nice seeing him there. And and I want to thank
you for coming out. Oh what did you think about
when you came up and we brought up Amy the counselor.

Speaker 3 (03:08):
It was it was good. I mean, I I look,
I mean I would like to start using her because, like,
I need a therapist that's going to challenge me. Most
of the therapists that I've gone to are kind of like, oh,
I'm sorry that happened to you. Oh I'm so sorry.
Like she seemed like she gets in there and gets
her hands starty.

Speaker 1 (03:27):
Yeah, what was it? What was what did she finally
say about you? I forget exactly what.

Speaker 3 (03:30):
It was, like some narcissistic, narcissistic, multiple personality type deal.
She nailed it pretty good, Yeah she did. But no,
I didn't mean to take up any time. I just
want to go and tell you thank you for having.

Speaker 1 (03:45):
Me, well, thank you for being out there. It made
me laugh. Like I said, I could tell that you
were selling the hit because none of it really hurt, right.

Speaker 3 (03:54):
Oh, I mean I got some pretty good march. But
I told her, I was like, just hit me as
hard as you can. Yeah, well time, we'll deal with that. Yeah,
you know it went well. So let me know if
you need another person to hang out with. Linda Bird
at your event coming up.

Speaker 1 (04:11):
To tell you you're welcome to come out. If you
wouldn't come out. When's last time you saw Linda Bird?

Speaker 3 (04:19):
Probably when I got fired.

Speaker 2 (04:22):
Well there you.

Speaker 1 (04:23):
Go, come out and say hi. That sounds good, all right, Tonal,
thank you buddy for coming out. Everybody enjoyed seeing.

Speaker 3 (04:28):
You there, all right, Russ, it was good seeing Angel
and Ryan as well too. Y'all have a great day,
all right, I take care.

Speaker 2 (04:35):
All right.

Speaker 1 (04:35):
Now it's time for Ryan to bringing the nerdy news.

Speaker 5 (04:40):
With one nerd boom.

Speaker 1 (04:43):
Burget. Come and think about a mass it get about
upcut of a bad time on something.

Speaker 6 (04:49):
It it's a work in progress, but it's better than
what you got.

Speaker 5 (04:53):
Ryan.

Speaker 1 (04:54):
Yeah, you think you're bad having touttal calls or other
nerdy news was perfect?

Speaker 2 (04:58):
Right?

Speaker 5 (04:58):
Yeah? I loved that no news brought to buy that
mortgage guy down from that mortgage guy don don come,
but more on that late.

Speaker 3 (05:13):
Man.

Speaker 5 (05:15):
Stop putting Jared Leto in movies. He is box office
poison at this point, what was he? Masters of the
universe buddy, and boy did it eat it hard.

Speaker 1 (05:28):
He got beat by scary movie.

Speaker 5 (05:30):
It got beat by scary movie. It got beat by Obsession,
which had already been out at that point for a
week or so, and then it only to come in third, barely,
only eking out by by two thousand dollars beating the
back rooms with a seventy five seven point five million
dollar opening on a four hundred million dollar budget.

Speaker 1 (05:52):
So what do you think what? I think the problem was, right,
It wasn't Jared Leto, Yes it is. I think it
was the guy that's playing. Uh, he Man looks very feminine.
He does not look like a he man. He does
not look strong. He looks feminine. What do you talk about?
I do shred it.

Speaker 5 (06:05):
Yeah, it's big as hell.

Speaker 1 (06:07):
I don't know what when you say that? What do
you mean? Uh?

Speaker 7 (06:10):
Can you find you're saying that he's too pretty? He
doesn't look tough. We're looking we're talking about a cartoon.

Speaker 1 (06:16):
Yeah, I know.

Speaker 7 (06:17):
But he Man was like it was a cartoon. The
kid did it like, Look, I'm not a fan of it.

Speaker 1 (06:23):
I wasn't.

Speaker 7 (06:24):
The thing that I was always curious about when these
guys go in there and they go after these ips
and they're gonna make all this money on this movie.
Who was asking for this? Because I can't think of
anybody who was asking for this, and so sometimes it
seems like.

Speaker 1 (06:35):
Well, they go for a nostalgia I think, Yeah, but
even the people that were nostalgia he doesn't look that bad.
I guess that picture looks good. I can't say that.
I don't know.

Speaker 2 (06:45):
I don't know.

Speaker 1 (06:46):
I didn't connect to it either, And I remember my
son watching he Man and thinking it was cool, but
I didn't want to run out and see it.

Speaker 2 (06:53):
So Ryan, I mean, aj might be right, like who's
asking for I mean.

Speaker 5 (06:56):
I would have gone and sad like for me, like, okay,
you're disappointed me with the dog Lung. I'm still mad
as a child, still mad about that Dolph Lungdren movie
that was he Man Master of the Universe, that wasn't
even barely a he Man movie. It was so ridiculously
not he Man that it made me angry as a child.
So now telling me twenty twenty six is a he
Man movie coming out. We're in the time of like

(07:17):
toy reboot movies. I'm like, oh, I'll go check it out.
And the second, this second I see that Jared Leto
is playing Skeletor, I'm like, nah, fam oh he was Skeletor.

Speaker 2 (07:27):
This skeleton Skeletor.

Speaker 5 (07:29):
Skeletor looks cool, but it's him, it's him, it's his
stupid voice. I just think, like Jared Leto is not
crushing it. He ruined Tron. His biggest movie technically is Morbius,
and that was only because of the memes people even
saw that movie.

Speaker 7 (07:44):
I gotta agree with Sam. I just texted this and
Jared Lettle's best role ever in a movie was in
Fight Club when they beat the crap out of him.

Speaker 5 (07:51):
No, I'll look, I'll give it to Jared lot. There
was a time I had no beef with Jared Leto.
Requiem for a Dream is a great movie, all right,
So I got no part heard that ban Yeah, thirty
seconds to Mars, can I say?

Speaker 1 (08:04):
I still say it. I liked him as the Joker.
I know people don't agree.

Speaker 5 (08:07):
Terrible he really killed that entire branch.

Speaker 2 (08:09):
Yet he did not.

Speaker 6 (08:10):
Yes he did giant, No, he really wasn't.

Speaker 2 (08:14):
I liked him.

Speaker 5 (08:15):
The worst version of the Joker I've ever seen. It
was stupid. He was like, he was like, mumble wrap joker, Let's.

Speaker 1 (08:22):
Get the echelon back on us.

Speaker 5 (08:25):
You remember that happened.

Speaker 1 (08:26):
Yeah, Angel was talking bad about Jared Leto, and all
the Letto fans are called the we're trying to were
they They were like that, they start flooding your phones
or something.

Speaker 7 (08:36):
They started flooding the phones of the show and then
they started like jumping all over us.

Speaker 1 (08:40):
I'm like, I was like, can you imagine in your life,
you're you're you're so dedicated to Jared Letto that you're
spending time trying to flood vocal flood of radio station.
That's making fun of that idiot.

Speaker 2 (08:51):
That's pretty funny.

Speaker 5 (08:53):
I don't know, but yeah, so Masters the Universe, giant
floppy flop flop, and hopefully this is the end of
people hiring Jared Letto. I'm just done with it, like
I would. I will see this movie when it comes
out for free for streaming on a weird Saturday night
when I'm drinking.

Speaker 2 (09:09):
When Jared Leto wins an Oscar, you're gonna feel bad.

Speaker 5 (09:12):
Matt for skeletor Masters of the Year for that.

Speaker 1 (09:15):
For his next role, there'll be a role, and it'll
be lazy, gentlemen, the Academy Award goes to Jared Leto.

Speaker 5 (09:23):
You wait and see, doesn't he have an oscar for
that one movie he did with Matthew Dallas Fires Clan,
Dallas Byers Club.

Speaker 7 (09:29):
Oh does he already? I know you got a ton
of critical Acclaim for that one. That's another one of
us acting best Yeah.

Speaker 5 (09:35):
Yeah, it was Best Supporting Actor for Dallas Buyers Club,
which again is a good movie. Okay, that was before
Jared Letto went full Jared Leto when we learned everything
about him and he was ruining jokers. Okay, he just sucks,
Like that's the vibe. Like some of these guys fly
too close to the sun and you go from like
being a Hollywood darling to just like, okay, sucks, and
Jared Leto is that guy, especially when you have a

(09:58):
cult with some weird out actus and whatnot. Like I'm
just I don't need to see your movie. But yeah,
scary movie. Our boys open the Waynes brothers who all
the Waynses have been in here. He was telling us
about this movie before, like it when it was going
into production. It was just an idea, just an idea,
and he couldn't really talk about it, but behind the
scenes he was telling us about it. Good for you,

(10:18):
scary movie.

Speaker 2 (10:19):
How much money did it make?

Speaker 5 (10:20):
Fifty five million in the open Wow, yeah, globally it
goes to one hundred and five million, so well made
its budget and good. I like that kind of movie.
Unfortunately it did. I think scary movie is great. I
think a couple of those scary movies are really good.
But unfortunately it also just spot. It spawned like blank movie,

(10:41):
like teen Movie is a good one. But then you
have Disaster Movie. I don't know if you ever saw
that hunk of crap.

Speaker 6 (10:47):
I didn't see that one.

Speaker 5 (10:48):
But comedy seem to be coming back, so I'm all
for that. However, Comedy gets to come back. And then
Super Mario Galaxy was the first movie to pass one
billion dollars in twenty twenty six, so people love that Mario.
H Even that's another one.

Speaker 2 (11:03):
Though.

Speaker 5 (11:05):
Stop hiring Chris Pratt for things. I'm over him as well.
She's a guy that went like that too. I used
to love Chris Pratt. I thought he was great in
Parks and Recreation, the first movie that Guardian is a Galaxy.
I thought he was good. But now I'm met like
get Eddie.

Speaker 1 (11:17):
While we're talking about superheroes and famous people and and
uh and celebrities, have you I know neither of you.
None of you have seen it. Probably I weard it yesterday.
It's uh, it's Zendaiya and it's also Robert Pattinson who
is Batman, right, and of course she's married to Super
spider Man, right, so is there uh? And it's called Tales,
the name of the movie, uh, the drama, right. So

(11:40):
so can I tell you We'll blow it if I
tell the premise. I think the premise is in the
So it's it's it's Robert Pattinson and Zendaiya and they're
about to get married and I won't say what it is,
but she tells they play this game where it's like, tell, okay,
let's play a game. We're all gonna say the worst
thing that we've ever done in our life. And they
go around the table. There's four of them, and they
all say the worst thing, and it gets to her

(12:01):
and she says something that is like so bad that
it sort of like he's supposed to marry her the
next day.

Speaker 2 (12:08):
Then he's like, I don't like, I don't know that
I can mirror.

Speaker 1 (12:10):
And it's actually a pretty good I thought it was
pretty good movie, but the end sort of but uh,
these are some fa you talk about. Some thing like
Zandeya is like right up there probably one of the
biggest stars in Hollywood right now, right?

Speaker 5 (12:25):
Yeah, did a superhero movie. This is not a superhero
did a nerdy movie. It's more of a why are
we talking about it?

Speaker 1 (12:32):
Because you were bringing up movies and you were talking
about celebrities, and uh, he's a superhero Batman and she
is in the superhero World spider Man, and and I'm
curious if you saw the movie.

Speaker 5 (12:43):
I did not. I did not. But before we get
out here, I just want to say, man, we're moving.
We're losing Buffy the Vampire Slayer stars left.

Speaker 1 (12:52):
And right this year.

Speaker 6 (12:53):
That's my favorite show growing up.

Speaker 5 (12:55):
We're losing. We lost Michelle Trachtenberg. Yeah, very sad. She
was young, also like a kind of under the radar.
And we lost Nicholas Brennan, the guy who played Xander
in March of twenty twenty six. And now we lost
the Big Three and the guy that played Giles, Anthony
Stewart Head passed away over the weekend. And that's like,
I don't know. I know, you guys don't care about

(13:15):
Buffy the Vampire Slayer, but for me, we did. We
all don't, I me and you Amber, but these guys don't.
And that's like, it's such a big time in my
life that show is now how old do you think
Buffy the Vampire Slayer The show is in twenty twenty.

Speaker 6 (13:27):
Six, twenty six years old. I mean it's it's old.

Speaker 5 (13:30):
It is twenty seven years old.

Speaker 4 (13:32):
Okay, as growing up because Buffy was like my idol,
I was like, I want to be a superhero like
her when I grow up.

Speaker 1 (13:39):
Yeah really so. Yeah.

Speaker 5 (13:41):
He died at seventy two, much like our boy and
Nascar died of complications due to pneumonia.

Speaker 1 (13:47):
Is that what it was?

Speaker 5 (13:48):
Yeah, you got to watch out for this stuff. Man.
Non pneumonia will get you. If you're feeling if you're
feeling a little ill, take care of it. Go to
the hospital so you will be missed. Sweet King Anthony
Stewart head playing Giles. Uh, that made me sad. And
that is the nerdy news brought to you by that
mortgage guy. Down from that mortgage guy. Don don't miss
the boat and pay you quote with that mortgage guy.

(14:09):
Donna can here show on Saturday from nine ten thirty.
And you have just heard the nerds.

Speaker 1 (14:13):
All right, nothing but big dumb fun when we come back,
don't go anywhere. You're listening to the Manster in the morning. Yeah,
but mostly it's us where you're doing it.

Speaker 6 (14:25):
All okay, all the credit goes to us. We're heroes
there you.

Speaker 1 (14:29):
Go, thank you?

Speaker 2 (14:29):
What are you doing?

Speaker 1 (14:30):
Are you just say words to say words? Finally got
it right?

Speaker 6 (14:33):
I can see your facial expressions.

Speaker 5 (14:35):
I'm like, all right, yes, I just I didn't know
what reading your because I don't.

Speaker 1 (14:39):
Know where you're coming from.

Speaker 7 (14:40):
Because she doesn't know because she wasn't there at three
o'clock setting everything else. Yeah, because I took Yeah, I
took my stuff in there to set my stuff up.
I took I was there on Thursday when we were
setting up. So that's what I'm talking about, where it's
just us setting I.

Speaker 6 (14:52):
Know you guys were yeah, the day before and then.

Speaker 7 (14:55):
When post show, you know, yes, Bruce helped me carry
some stuff. Yes, Parabour help we carry some stuff. But
I'm the one that had to break down my stuff.

Speaker 1 (15:02):
Yeah. Yeah, and I had to take that, all the banners,
all this stuff I had to do. But anyway, the
game tonight is it at Madison Square Garden. So okay,
so that's one thing you know to watch that tonight Obviously,
I gotta I gotta stay up and watch it. I mean,
this is gonna be huge, and I've been saying I
think that the Knicks are gonna sweep, which would be awesome,
but you know, we'll see. But they made announcement also

(15:24):
there's another big event that's happening at the Madison Square Garden.
You would take a guess, Ryan, what do you what
big event that will be? It will be history, a
historic event, believe it or not. That what historic event
will be at Madison Square Garden. I think fourth of
July weekend slap fight. Slap fight is incorrect. It is

(15:44):
not slap fight and Amber. You want to take a
guess what historical event that will believe it or not,
it'll go down to history has been announced will be
happening fourth of July weekend in Madison Square Garden.

Speaker 6 (15:58):
Historical event.

Speaker 2 (16:01):
He guess, slap fight? What do you think? Okay? Quicker okay,
hot dogging.

Speaker 1 (16:09):
Times good guess? No, what's that? What are you gonna say?

Speaker 5 (16:14):
I was like, I thought that was the correct answer
or something like that would be such a bad vibe
for that.

Speaker 1 (16:19):
No, it's the wedding of Taylor Swift and Travis Kelcey.
It's going to be at Madison Square Garden. Yeah, that
is That's been reported on ABC, NBC, TV everywhere.

Speaker 2 (16:37):
So here's my question.

Speaker 1 (16:39):
Right, So you would think that someone like Taylor Swift
would be like, oh, no, I wanted to be small
with my family or whatever.

Speaker 2 (16:44):
Well, obviously they're going opposite of that.

Speaker 1 (16:47):
Uh. I guess they haven't all worked out where they're
gonna be with all these celebrities are going to be
able to get into Medicine Square Garden in those big
you know, those big vans and stuff that are all
blacked out, so you don't know what celebrities are coming in.
And one of the reasons they said they're doing this
is so you won't have helicopters flying over because they'll
be in Madison Square Garden. Okay, so do you think

(17:10):
if it's going to be in Madison Square Garden, will
there will this be televised?

Speaker 6 (17:15):
I think so?

Speaker 3 (17:16):
Yeah.

Speaker 4 (17:16):
I think she'll do a private wedding with friends and family,
something closed off in personal beforehand, and then she'll do
this for her fans and for her public like that
for the entertainment.

Speaker 6 (17:26):
Then she'll do this separately for them.

Speaker 4 (17:27):
Yea.

Speaker 5 (17:28):
I think that most ridiculous parasocial relationship with her fans
I've ever seen of anybody in all of entertainment of
all time. So this is completely on brand for her.
So you think, do you think.

Speaker 1 (17:40):
Multiple ceremonies or this one ceremony will be it?

Speaker 4 (17:43):
I'm sure they're doing a private one, yeah, I would think, Yeah,
you think, definitely a private one, small friends, family, personal,
and then that'll ply I get done before this one,
and then she'll do this big entertainment one.

Speaker 1 (17:54):
Somebody says she's not Princess Diana. Okay, maybe not, but
probably as famous, if not more famous than Princess Diana
at her peak, if right. So this could this wedding
could end up being on the same, you know, on
the same level as Princess Diana than Princess Diana.

Speaker 2 (18:15):
I think so too.

Speaker 1 (18:16):
Yeah, yeah, and and and and the people are are
getting all pissed off about this and they're always not
going down in history.

Speaker 2 (18:22):
Yeah. Sorry, When when when the biggest when, the.

Speaker 1 (18:25):
Biggest fie celebrity in the world gets married to a
pretty big name football player and it's a Madison Square garden. Guys, Sorry,
whether you like it or not, this is going to.

Speaker 6 (18:34):
Be history, big deal. The location.

Speaker 1 (18:38):
Without a down, and we will go back and someday
fifteen years from now, will remember when Taylor Swift got
married a Madis Square Garden on her first wedding. I
mean we I mean we know where she's.

Speaker 6 (18:49):
On her third, her first.

Speaker 1 (18:51):
Wedding when she married that that football player, remember it
was Madison Square Garden. Has anyone ever been married in
a in a stadium like that before? I can't remember.

Speaker 6 (19:00):
I don't know.

Speaker 1 (19:01):
I don't think anyone's ever been married in a stadium
like that before.

Speaker 6 (19:04):
I'm just so happy for her. That's great. This is
so great, guys, So.

Speaker 2 (19:08):
You think it's a good call to be married at
Madison Square.

Speaker 4 (19:11):
Garden if she wants to share this with her with
her fan base and yeah, like on brand like Ryan said,
yes I do.

Speaker 5 (19:18):
This is like like I don't know, it shows who
they really are as people. Why because he's a bro,
you know what I mean? And he's very bro. He's
very bro and is she needs attention? So you as
a regular person can actually get married at like Buffalo's,
like where the Buffalo Bills play, Like you can like

(19:38):
not rent it out, but like you can do your
wedding ceremony there. This is just that guy a move
of that guy. It's the same guy who like wants
to get engaged to the cheerleader in the middle of
the game.

Speaker 7 (19:50):
In the football Yeah. Yeah, and so at the end
of the football game they go to the sideline and
he proposal.

Speaker 5 (19:54):
Yeah. There's just a mentality to these kinds of people.
I'm not saying they're bad people. It's just like, yeah,
this is on Brandon In totally makes sense. Yeah, I
don't know, so I want something like that.

Speaker 1 (20:03):
Okay, if you're filling Madison Square Garden, are you invited,
like it's just inviting like people she knows.

Speaker 7 (20:10):
Or will they So according to reports, what are they say?
It's twelve hundred anywhere from a thousand to twelve hundred,
and these are guests, these are their friends, and so
I supposed this is their version of intimate event. They're
also citing that one of the reasons why Madison Square
Manster Square Garden is uh looked at her why they

(20:31):
chose that is the ability to control the security. Security wise,
you know, because the helicopters or yeah, the calicopters won't
be able to sweep around. Because it's in Madison Square Garden,
you can get in and out of that place in
the vans that you're talking about. So these are all
the things that they're listing as the major reasons why
they're that that venues being considered. I can understand it

(20:53):
because we've had some other celebrity weddings in the past
where the helicopters were it's kind of surrounding them about,
you know, so I'm thinking.

Speaker 1 (21:02):
Of, uh what uh what was it? Yeah, I know
what you're Bobby Leeam pam On, pam On on the beach,
you know. Yeah, yeah, so uh, people mad that I
said that this is gonna be history.

Speaker 2 (21:13):
It just will be.

Speaker 1 (21:14):
It was one of the biggest celebrities in the world
right now getting married to a guy, a guy that
won the Super Bowl, you know, and and at Madison
Square Garden.

Speaker 2 (21:23):
Never seen that before.

Speaker 1 (21:24):
Now, whether it's televised or not, is if if they
allowed it to be televised, do you think NBC, ABC,
CBS would break programming to show this wedding? I think too,
and you know what would watch it.

Speaker 7 (21:40):
I'm not I wouldn't be surprised or like it's not
going to be shocking if like, if it is going
to be MSG and this is all the way that
it's going. But as we get closer, you know, you know,
like a month or two out or whatever, there's the
deals signed and uh, one of the streaming platforms paid
you know, a billion dollars to stream the wedding.

Speaker 1 (21:57):
And by the way, as of last month, Taylor Swift's
net worth and now has reached she's the richest female
musician ever with two billion dollars. So she's a two
billion dollar you know, super rich and she can afford
Madison Square Garden.

Speaker 2 (22:14):
No big deal, turn your mic on.

Speaker 5 (22:16):
So fun fact, so quick, real quick though, So thank
you to the YouTube chat for helping us out. Sly
Stone did it in nineteen seventy four at Madison Square Garden,
did he? He did not? Sylvester Stallone. Yes, sly Stone
sign the family stone and then somebody named Drunkie the
Bear got married in and at the Oreen.

Speaker 2 (22:35):
That's true. That was during a Predator game.

Speaker 1 (22:38):
Just this past Super Bowl, there was a wedding at
the Super Bowl halftime show. Oh yeah, that's right, that
funny thing. You're right, but this will be just you know,
Madison Square Garden, just the Taylor Swift in a Travis
Kelcey a wedding, no opening act that I know of.

Speaker 6 (22:55):
Oh, I'm sure there's a prenup.

Speaker 1 (22:56):
Well, of course it was a prep. What is that
gonna do with anything.

Speaker 4 (22:59):
I was reading the YouTube chat and people are talking us,
and I'm like, why are you guys haters? Be happy
for her, like if you were successful and want to
connect with your fan base like this.

Speaker 5 (23:08):
But she's like, but Taylor Swift. The problem for me
with Taylor Swift and she's just fine of an artist.
I got no beef with any of her art. In fact,
there's one album that I really like. I like that
focal Or album quite a bit. My problem with Taylor
Swift is that, like when you guys say like she's
just trying to connect with her fans. No, she's the
most calculated, to a point of diabolical person of making

(23:32):
her fans.

Speaker 1 (23:33):
I don't think that's there.

Speaker 5 (23:34):
She's their friend, but she's not.

Speaker 2 (23:37):
That's the connection.

Speaker 1 (23:38):
That's great. It's a trick.

Speaker 5 (23:39):
It's a magic trick.

Speaker 1 (23:40):
Here's not real. Here's what I said.

Speaker 5 (23:42):
We're friends with our fans, we hang out with them,
and we we get to know them. Taylor Swift is pretending.
I don't know that never hang out with ninety nine
of the people that follow.

Speaker 1 (23:54):
Here's what I don't understand about myself, right, I have
no problem with Taylor Swift at all. I think I
don't listen to her music, but I respect what she
does on stage. I think she's a beautiful girl. I
like the when I hear her talk. She says for
some reason, I don't like Travis Kelsey. To me, he's
and for me to say this soundso he's just like
a big dumb grow and I find him fake. That's

(24:15):
weird because so I haven't watched enough.

Speaker 7 (24:18):
Yeah, because that that guy, the guy seems like a
Russ Rawlins, a jacent guy, like if there was ever a.

Speaker 2 (24:25):
Guy he was like down on that beer, Like if there.

Speaker 7 (24:28):
Was ever a guy that I would not doubt without
you know, without a doubt, be like, oh, Russ likes
this guy, Rust likes him, and his brother like like
likes him.

Speaker 1 (24:37):
Like the fact that you're saying.

Speaker 6 (24:38):
This, that's kind of weird.

Speaker 2 (24:39):
That's ridiculous.

Speaker 1 (24:40):
It's the most shocking thing that you've said. Because when
he her't guys like Rust though him and her or
the game I f I guess it was a Spurs
game or a next game, and and they put him
on camera and he's taking the beer and he's chugging
the beer. I'm like, come on, man, okay, what do
you gotta do that?

Speaker 5 (24:55):
But that's what you do. This man his own whiskey
on stage on Friday. Well, no, I was sharing it
with you, but no, no, no.

Speaker 7 (25:03):
But you like, when you're at a Knick's event or
what's the big tennis event that they have there in
New York as well, if you get caught on camera
and you got a beer. If they do it at
the hockey games too, you're supposed to chug the beer.
That's like, that's that's the thing.

Speaker 2 (25:19):
Russ.

Speaker 1 (25:20):
Sorry, Russ, but Travis Kelsey would beat you at everything
in life.

Speaker 2 (25:23):
Okay, I didn't say that. I just said I did.
I just said I for some reason, I don't like
the guy. I don't. I don't know why.

Speaker 5 (25:28):
I had a footlicking competition set it up.

Speaker 6 (25:31):
I bet if you met him and hung out with him,
you would like him.

Speaker 1 (25:33):
Maybe. Every time I hear a little clips fro him, though,
I think he's I don't know.

Speaker 6 (25:37):
He doesn't seem like a douche to me.

Speaker 1 (25:39):
No, he seems all right.

Speaker 5 (25:40):
He seems like the guy that like, because I've done
a background on this guy I didn't really know a
ton about him before. He's a guy that gets lost
in whoever he's dating, you know what I mean, Like
like he starts to.

Speaker 1 (25:53):
Billionaire, there's beautiful, He's doing fine, he's doing good.

Speaker 5 (25:55):
What I'm saying though, is this like like you know,
he had more of like a grungy on like white
rapper look for a little while.

Speaker 1 (26:02):
I did that.

Speaker 5 (26:02):
Yeah, and then and now he's like super fashionable guy.
He's this guy that just like leans into his partner.
He seems like a genuine person. He seems like he's
a lot of fun.

Speaker 2 (26:12):
For some reason, like his big brother better. He seems
cooler to me. I don't know. Maybe I'm jealous that
he's that he's Mary Taylors.

Speaker 5 (26:19):
You're jealous.

Speaker 2 (26:20):
It could be.

Speaker 1 (26:20):
Listen, Sometimes I don't understand why. I feel like I
feel like I have to get work, you know, work
through it.

Speaker 4 (26:26):
I think good for him for getting her attention in
the first place. He went to her concert, he made
her a friendship bracelet, he tried to get her attention.

Speaker 6 (26:32):
He didn't he does.

Speaker 1 (26:36):
He does all the Maybe that's what it is. I
hate him for being more successful than me doing my gimmicks.
Maybe that's what he uses all of those could be that.

Speaker 4 (26:47):
I don't know.

Speaker 1 (26:48):
So okay, what's the potential backlash of them getting married
at Madison Square? Guard just people just getting mad because
they're so It's one of those things is like I
already have people going who cares.

Speaker 7 (26:59):
Like why tempt fate? Like that just seems like that
just seems you you're setting yourself up doom to fail.

Speaker 2 (27:05):
Where would you Okay, if you're those two?

Speaker 1 (27:08):
Yeah, she's a billionaire, she's Taylor's rip, he's you know,
one of and won a Super Bowl. They're the most
famous couple in the world. Where would you get married?
Little White Chapel, Las Vegas.

Speaker 2 (27:18):
I did that.

Speaker 1 (27:19):
It don't always work out that on with Elphis. Yeah,
that didn't work. What about you, Ryan? If you were them,
you're Travis and you get marrying a two billion dollar
Taylor's wi where would you go?

Speaker 5 (27:31):
I guess Ivanko Trump's new island?

Speaker 2 (27:34):
You know, does she got a new island?

Speaker 3 (27:36):
Oh?

Speaker 5 (27:37):
Yeah, I didn't know she had an island. Oh, they're
trying to get that island over in Albania that's filled
with like nuclear bunkers and to pretend like that's normal.
So I would I would want to not do it
in Madison Square Garden, especially in the middle of New
York where everybody knows you're there.

Speaker 1 (27:52):
That seems like look at me, at me exactly. I
probably I probably would. I probably do exactly what they're doing.

Speaker 2 (28:00):
That's good. Listen, you're the most famous couple in the world.

Speaker 5 (28:02):
Wait you know, yeah, I'm doing it like Portugal if
I'm Taylor Switt, because Portugal has these very interesting rules
on like what you can film in public and what
you can't write.

Speaker 1 (28:11):
Uh, some going to a place like that? How about
some like some church that is one of those beautiful,
you know, old one of her cathedrals, a cathedral that
make it. To compete with the Princess Diana, you have
to do an incredible cathedral where she can just look
like the biggest princess ever.

Speaker 7 (28:27):
I think that's the reason why they're doing at this
place is that they can control all of that. They
can control all the footage. They're going like nothing, any
any photographs, anything that gets released, it's going to be
coming out of from them. Any images that come out
from that is coming from them.

Speaker 1 (28:39):
So do you think they will decorate the inside of
Madison Square Garden to look like a cathedral? I mean,
she's not the money.

Speaker 5 (28:45):
Yeah, you could you just keep picturing like Jim prom Yeah,
you know, like they leave the basketball right, it's majesty
under the seas.

Speaker 1 (28:58):
They have to. They have to form the Practice Square
Garden to look like some sort of a beautiful They
can't they do that? They have money. Yeah, there's a
huge events that happened at MSG all the time.

Speaker 2 (29:11):
Do you think she'll make money off of the wedding?

Speaker 5 (29:14):
Sure, she'll sell the video.

Speaker 1 (29:16):
The reason to.

Speaker 7 (29:17):
Do this, one of the major reasons to do this
is that you get to control all of it.

Speaker 5 (29:22):
Taylor Swift wedding album like a little music album, and
then you can buy the wedding.

Speaker 6 (29:27):
Out Disney Plus or Netflix or.

Speaker 2 (29:31):
And speaking of Disney, I know we're like for the break,
But did you.

Speaker 5 (29:33):
Get excited to talk about Taylor buddy?

Speaker 7 (29:35):
Don't?

Speaker 1 (29:36):
She's a big deal because right now the new toy
story comes out, Toy Story five, And someone showed her
like a preview because she loves Toy Story. They showed
her the preview and She's like, wrote a song and
she sent it to them. She goes, hey, listen, I
wrote this song for if you want to use it,
And of course they're like, uh, yeah, we didn't do.

Speaker 7 (29:54):
The ones and twos on Friday, but it was the
number one one song on Friday and it's a country
song and it's still the number one song today.

Speaker 1 (30:00):
Yeah, that's pretty amazing. I take a little break. Don't
go anywhere. You're listening to the mantras the morning, Hey,
I can't feel dread or hey, in case you didn't know,
today's National Best Friendsday, So uh, pick up.

Speaker 2 (30:13):
The phone or text or whatever. Tell your best friend
was up. I love you.

Speaker 1 (30:17):
Happy Best Friendsday. Welcome back to the Monster's Mornings are
a Radio one oh four point one broadcast, Ain't Live
and I Hurt Radio. I'm Russ Rolands along with Angel
and Amber and Ryan, all here today after a really
successful great Friday night and Mount Dora. Thanks again to
Chris Carson and everybody in Mount Dora. Yeah, man, they're great.
We got another We got other things coming up with

(30:39):
them soon. We're gonna be out there for the fourth
and third of July. But for the fourth of July, weekend,
we're out there doing We're at Pisce. He's rising again.
Are we doing wedding? Is how we're doing?

Speaker 2 (30:48):
No?

Speaker 1 (30:48):
No, are we doing a real awesome wedding. Hello. But
you know what we did is Chris Carson was talking
to me and Mary Ellen and we have another event
that's coming up in October. I know that's a long
time away, but we got to plan these things out.
And in October we're doing the scarecrow thing again, you know,
and in downtown for you know where people they donate
a couple of bucks and they build a scarecrow and

(31:10):
they get advertising. And so that night there's an Abba
cover band that's going to be playing at the place
that we were at, hall with a music hall, and
my wife loves Abba. And my wife said she she
lived into a barriers her entire life, and when she
was a kid, she always dreamed of staying at that
what's that house that's right there on the lake in

(31:30):
Mount Door, the Mount Dora. I don't know where did
you stay, Ryan, did you stay? I think you stayed
there right this weekend.

Speaker 5 (31:36):
Yeah, it's got a little airbnb across the street from
the music hall. It was actually what's it called walked
across the streets?

Speaker 2 (31:43):
It's whe Jimmy got married too. It's the Mount Dora
Lake sight in.

Speaker 1 (31:47):
Yeah. Yeah, she always dreamed of staying at the Lake
Side Inn. And so where we're gonna make that happen.
We're gonna do the you know, do the scarecrow thing.
We're gonna go see Abba and stay at the lake
Side In. Is that where you stayed?

Speaker 5 (31:58):
No, again, I stayed. It was a cottage that was
just across the street. Like I think that whole street.
I think, by by the way, if you bring up
Airbnbs to the people of mounta Door, they get like
real mad about it, real fast. Why, I don't know,
I think, well, I do know because I watched this
one street and my whole street that I was on,
by the Mount Door music Hall was all Airbnbs, uh
and you could tell. And so I think that people

(32:20):
there aren't that happy with that company. But it was
a super enjoyable status dated in this quasi haunted house
that feels like it was like one hundred years old.

Speaker 1 (32:28):
Oh wow.

Speaker 5 (32:29):
And it was cool. But then the next morning we
went to the Lake Side In for breakfast because we
could bring the dogs. Yeah, and that was a horrific experience.
Why the dogs, Yeah, it always seems like it's a
fun idea when we say it. At the beginning, we're like, Oh,
let's find a place. We'll bring the dogs to breakfast.
It'll be awesome. I'll look like, so I didn't let
you have dogs, And then I remember that my dogs

(32:50):
are one and two years old and are little monsters, so.

Speaker 1 (32:55):
They're not traded for that.

Speaker 5 (32:56):
Casey bit her leash apart and broke her leash and
just took off in the middle lake Side In. We
had to like wrangle her and the other dog. They're like,
that's the thing. That's if you ever get a chance
to train a dog, go to Darryl Payne's Perfection Pet Training.
It's Cody has started with perfection. She's perfect. She listens

(33:18):
to all the commands, she does everything. And I've had
her since she was like basically born. This lit two
year old dog got training by somebody else and does
not listen to us for anything, and so she bites
through leash. I had to then like tie her leash together, Yeah,
and like hope that it stays together. Because the Lake
Side In was about a twelve minute walk from where

(33:40):
we were staying.

Speaker 1 (33:41):
So were you eating outside at lake Okay?

Speaker 2 (33:44):
Okay?

Speaker 5 (33:44):
And it was all the pictures. Yeah, yeah, it was
really it was really good. It was really nice and
some people who saw the show the night before were there.
But it's just like, my dogs are embarrassing sometimes, like
and I don't know, and people always want to pet them.
And I'm super sketchy about like people petting my dog because.

Speaker 1 (34:00):
Yeah, because if if let's say, they get spooked and
they have a quick bite next thing, you know.

Speaker 5 (34:04):
And that's the thing, like Cody good dog knows how
to be around people. Thank you again, Darryl Payne. Casey's
a redneck ass farm dog.

Speaker 1 (34:11):
You got Casey in the classes I do.

Speaker 5 (34:15):
I'm going to have to now because like because people
Casey looks way more fun to pet because she's fluffy
and she's nice. But if you go up to her
tail down breaks out, backs away, and I'm like, I
can't have this. And people, just everybody in the world,
ask the person if you can pet their dogs. Don't
just go walking up to people's.

Speaker 6 (34:35):
Always ask always.

Speaker 5 (34:38):
Unless you're a child and you don't know better, but
you do that.

Speaker 1 (34:42):
You even have to teach your kids, like I taught
my daughter that from the very get go.

Speaker 5 (34:46):
I said, yell at the little rap scallions around our
neighborhood and no, don't pet the dog. Can you noticed
all the time there's more of them.

Speaker 7 (34:54):
They seem to be multiple, all on scooters, the shooters,
the kids in the neighborhood, and they're like, it's like
a little gang.

Speaker 1 (35:05):
Yeah, and they're like.

Speaker 5 (35:06):
Just a motorcycle gang of tiny people.

Speaker 4 (35:08):
So I have the same thing in my neighborhood, and
like in my area there's a ton of kids on
e bikes and they but mine have pretty well behaved,
like mine a very well behaved.

Speaker 1 (35:17):
All these guys they're out of control. And then I
got one little girl. She's trying to hustle me for money.

Speaker 5 (35:22):
Dude, I had. I had this kid come up just
to my door, knocks to my door, and I guess
he had a flat tire on his bike and he's
and he's like, hey, sir, do you have a tire pump?
Just to a random ass house by the way, And
I'm like that, and I'm like I do, but not
for you, Like, yeah.

Speaker 1 (35:40):
Dude, did you say did you guys see the video
over the weekend where it was three teens and they
tried to steal a former Marines truck.

Speaker 5 (35:47):
He was he was working on his truck out the
really a simprified sticker on it. Did not they got
what they.

Speaker 1 (35:58):
Yeah, former Marine was like not taking it all right,
we gotta take a little break when we come back
and said for the King of Denmark, Ryan Holmes will
make his daily proclamation. You're listening to the mansters the
morning it's happening, happen Lugamayil July
