Speaker 1 (00:00):
Or Angel will play them so you can hear yourself
on the radio. That's kind of cool.

Speaker 2 (00:03):
And then at the end of the show, we give
you a whole segment of you to hear more of you,
which is awesome. If we want to actually hear more
of you, you can text us like people are doing
right now. As soon as I get in here on
Thursday mornings, people are already texting.

Speaker 1 (00:15):
Happy Weekend Eve. Ready for the Weekend Eve song.

Speaker 2 (00:17):
I'll text all you guys back here in the next break,
but you can text us at 77031. That's 77031. I
text you back. A lot of times Angel will text
you back because we're reading them during the show. And
then Ryan's handling everything on the YouTube channel. That's Real
Radio Monsters on YouTube. There's an area there where people
chat back and forth, hundreds and hundreds of people for
the entire show.

Speaker 3 (00:37):
And you can check that out. Real Radio Monsters on YouTube.
What's up, guys?

Speaker 2 (00:42):
I'm Russ Rollins, host of the program with the fellas
and a lady today. We'll be doing this until around
11 o'clock. Here's the producer, the angel of boom, Angel Rivera.

Speaker 4 (00:50):
Here we go.

Speaker 1 (00:51):
And the king of M.I.

Speaker 3 (00:52):
Ryan home.

Speaker 4 (00:52):
Boom, boom, ka-choo.

Speaker 1 (00:53):
Boom, boom, ka-choo to you today, sir. Thank you guys
for taking care of business yesterday.

Speaker 2 (00:58):
I had a personal thing to handle with my wife,
and everything is good.

Speaker 3 (01:05):
Really, really good.

Speaker 2 (01:06):
You know, I will just say that without getting into
too much of her business, because she hates that, you know,
getting those checkups and going and doing, you know, exams
and stuff like that. Keep up on it, you know,
because if we wouldn't, we wouldn't have caught, we caught
something yesterday and caught it in time. It's all good. No,
nothing to worry about. No reason to stress. But it

(01:28):
was a little stressful beforehand. So, you know, for me
to take the day off, Um, that's usually, that's not very,
I don't do that very often. Uh, but, uh, you know,
I wanted to be with her, uh, at the hospital
and stuff. So she's fine. It's all good. But, uh, yeah, man,
get those checkups and stuff. You know, a lot of,
it's easy to, you know, not want to get the,
you know, I talk about the scan with, uh, you know, uh,

(01:49):
life imaging all the time. And then, uh, you know,
you can get your, uh, your cold, your, uh, you know,
the different things you got to do. We'll just keep
up with them because it's easy to put your head
in the sand and act like it's not happening, you know.

Speaker 3 (02:02):
For sure. I just got a colonoscopy. And if I
had not done that, I probably would have colon cancer
because I would have had precancerous cells that they had
to go in there and cut out. Yeah. and uh
they said you know i probably if i would have
waited till the time i'm quote unquote supposed to wait
which the old time was 50 new time is 45
right i probably would already have like uh probably when

(02:24):
stage one stays too but i'm ready.

Speaker 4 (02:26):
To do mine here in the next few.

Speaker 2 (02:28):
Weeks yeah and the thing that whole colon exam thing
it's like oh you know it says the word colon
so everybody gets all weird about it you go to
sleep you don't know that it's happening and it's It's
not that bad. Uh, you know, just like you had
to do recently, you know, she, we had talked about
this before, but she had colon cancer before and it
was pretty bad.

Speaker 3 (02:47):
It was like eight, I think eight spots that they
had to take out.

Speaker 2 (02:50):
And, um, but insurance didn't want to pay for her
to go and do it so early.

Speaker 3 (02:56):
They were like, well, we'll pay for it in like
in five years. Like I had to pay for mine
out of pocket.

Speaker 1 (03:00):
And so, okay.

Speaker 3 (03:01):
You had the same situation.

Speaker 4 (03:02):
Yeah.

Speaker 2 (03:03):
And I told too young, I told Mary Ellen, I'm like,
look at where I'm not waiting. Uh, like, you know, uh, I've,
finally found a woman that can handle me. We're going
to keep you alive, girl. It's like, you're, you're going.
So she went and they did find one spot, got
it out and she's all good. So it's all, it's all,
it's all good.

Speaker 3 (03:19):
But you know what?

Speaker 2 (03:20):
They did it to me again. Same thing they did
a couple of weeks ago. And that is okay. Be
there at nine o'clock.

Speaker 3 (03:27):
And so.

Speaker 2 (03:29):
I'm driving there and I got the message from Ryan.
And so I make a habit out of, and this
is not out of disrespect to you guys. It's because
I'm crazy and I'll get all into it and I'll
just be, I'll be, uh, wanting to listen to the
show the whole time so i never listen to the
show because i'll get too obsessed right so did not
get obsessed i won't listen.

Speaker 5 (03:49):
This angel right yes yes i know i like hey
ask this yeah hey ask this question do this and
so i don't want to do that i know that's
highly annoying uh but yes ryan he should say this
but yesterday i did i did text ryan ryan texted
me back and i i'm like i just got to
turn on the show for a second honey as we
were driving to the thing And, uh, and the segment

(04:09):
was good with, uh, uh, Jason, Jason mental with, uh,
Superman HPV.

Speaker 2 (04:14):
The British guy, the British guy was really good. Uh,
I like, I like that dude, but, uh, but you
did a good job with it. And I texted you
and I told you, you both did a great job.

Speaker 3 (04:22):
You know, he sent me a really nice email afterwards. Uh, Jason, no, the,
the British gentleman and, uh, his name. is i it's
not neil rogers that's that's not his name neil rogers
was a talk show host back in the day yep
and that's why i kept calling him neil um had
to stop doing that luckily i only did it off
air right so uh he sent me an email and

(04:43):
it's it was something along the lines of is nick
rogers excuse me he says it's very nice to meet
you too as well you did a great job on
air with us i'm glad to uh hear about your
experience blah blah blah um But he also said this
fun sentence. He says, I've only lived in the U.S.,
full-time for about three weeks, and we've been very touched
by how kind and welcoming everybody has been. Because British

(05:08):
people and Europeans, they're not friendly like us.

Speaker 1 (05:12):
Well, they think we're overly friendly, right? Goofy kind of.

Speaker 3 (05:16):
I think it's hard for them to get used to,
but once they're used to it, they like it. Right.

Speaker 2 (05:20):
Well, anyway, so I heard the interview. I thought it
was great, and I wanted to keep listening to the show,
but I knew I could end up Possibly being a
pain in your ass, so I didn't do it. But
I did send you a text saying, good job. I
thought the interview sounded great.

Speaker 3 (05:32):
Just real quick, this has to be acknowledged. A text
came in and said, I got a colonoscopy after Ryan
kept pushing it on air. I'm glad I did. They
found some very large polyps, precancerous inside me as well,
and got them removed. i'm a hero you are.

Speaker 2 (05:46):
A hero and the only reason only like my wife
doesn't like me bringing this stuff up but the only
reason i do bring it up is because it is
a positive message as a public service announcement right like
hey listen uh you got to follow up on that
and we followed up even though insurance didn't want us
to and i'm glad that we did because they did
find a spot and they did get it out insurance will.

Speaker 3 (06:04):
Take your money they won't give you none ain't that
some Yeah. Oh, so where was I going with this story?

Speaker 2 (06:09):
Okay, so I'm going to the hospital thing where she has.

Speaker 1 (06:13):
To get it done.

Speaker 4 (06:14):
Oh, the time thing. The guys are early.

Speaker 2 (06:16):
Yeah, I'm listening to you guys. You did a great job.
Thank you for handling business. And no, it's not. If
anyone thinks I wouldn't show up to my own show
because of Amber, y'all are nuts. y'all are not do
that test okay anyway but we're supposed to be there
at nine right for this for this surgery or operation
whatever you call it uh procedure there you go and

(06:38):
um it's nine.

Speaker 3 (06:39):
O'clock and i'm sitting there and we're waiting and we're
waiting and we're waiting.

Speaker 2 (06:43):
They don't call her back until 11 o'clock and i'm
i'm i i actually had gotten up to go talk
to the lady, and in my mind, I had the
way I was gonna say it. I'm like, I'm gonna
do this in a nice, kind way. I'm not gonna
be a, I just wanna say, hey, I just got,
I want you to explain it to me why you
say that be here at nine, but it's like two

(07:05):
hours later, And I'm not trying to be a pain
in your ass. I just want to know what to
tell my friends. Like when my friends ask why, why you,
I sat for two hours and I had just gotten
up to do that. And then they called Mary Ellen's
name and I'm like, okay, I'm not going to be
a pain in the ass. I really wanted to ask though.
Cause it's, it's, That's disrespectful. That's two hours. You're sitting there.

Speaker 3 (07:26):
You're on their time. You don't know what the complications
happened on all the people before you. Like, that's I
guess that's the reality. They're not me. I got to
give it to them. And they're not in that situation.
That's not a regular doctor's office.

Speaker 2 (07:37):
Right.

Speaker 3 (07:38):
Procedures have complications. You don't know how long it's going
to take. They're trying to get you in and out
of there. They're not there to waste your time on purpose. Well,
I feel better now. I should have just asked you. Yeah,
just ask me. A regular-ass doctor's office, get it together!
But if it's an outpatient procedure, yeah, things can go wrong,
so that's just part of it. I think for my

(07:59):
wife's I waited about two or three hours after the
time that they were supposed to do like her thing
when she got knocked out for something recently.

Speaker 2 (08:06):
You know, it was really funny is that they called
me back to the room, you know, after the procedure,
she's still on whatever they give her propofol, whatever it
is they give her.

Speaker 3 (08:15):
I'm like, Hey honey.

Speaker 2 (08:16):
And she's all smiling. And she's like, I want some
chocolate chip ice cream. And I'm like, and by the way,
she never wants chocolate. She doesn't eat ice cream. She
doesn't eat sweet. I'm like, you want chocolate chip ice cream.
You don't eat that baby. And she's like, I know,
but I want some so bad. She was still in
la-la land telling me that she loved me and all
that kind of stuff.

Speaker 1 (08:35):
It was very sweet. I need to get some of
that propofol for the house.

Speaker 4 (08:39):
You know what?

Speaker 3 (08:39):
I was mad I didn't do that to me because
I woke up and I was just awake and I
was afraid I was doing that thing where you're loopy
on the drugs. And I was like, hey, have I
been awake and talking to you? I was talking to
the nurse and she's like, no, you just woke up.

Speaker 4 (08:54):
I'm like, oh, good.

Speaker 3 (08:56):
I'm like, I have no memory of anything that happened,
but cool.

Speaker 2 (09:00):
You know, what's funny is, is that that happened yesterday
morning and then we would go home and she, they
told her just to rest. You just rest, you know,
don't do anything. And so we watched the latest episode
of a tent lasso. And yeah, There's a whole scene
in Ted Lasso about the same thing, about being on
the propofol and saying all kinds of crazy stuff, which
was sort of funny.

Speaker 1 (09:20):
I've been there.

Speaker 3 (09:21):
I mean, when I had the cancer on my eyelid,
they said I was having like a 20 minute conversation
about Game of Thrones when I woke up.

Speaker 4 (09:27):
Oh, really? Yeah.

Speaker 3 (09:27):
And they're like, I guess they didn't know anything about
Game of Thrones and they were fascinated. uh, at me,
what me talking, but I don't, I just don't like
the idea of that.

Speaker 2 (09:35):
So Angel, you're going in a couple of weeks to
go get yours or, uh, yeah, we just did the, uh,
so I just did my yearly with, uh, my doctor.

Speaker 4 (09:42):
And then I, he was like, when was the last
time that we did this? They looked at it. It's like, yeah,
let's get you in there again. Uh, so it's been
a few years. And, uh, so I'm like in the process,
like that initial setup. So setting the appointment date, uh,
they're getting ready to send over to me the whole, uh,
pre-workout kit. Yeah. Yeah.

Speaker 2 (10:00):
You know what, for Mary Ellen, uh, now you had the,
did you have pills to take or did you have
the drink drink?

Speaker 3 (10:06):
So from what I understand, there's three versions. There's big jug,
gallon jug one, tiny pint, two pints, and then there's pills.
I had two pints.

Speaker 1 (10:15):
They gave her the pills.

Speaker 3 (10:16):
Yeah, well, you got that good insurance. Well, it's still expensive.
It wasn't even an option for me. They put in
for it, and they're like, no, your insurance, you don't
have any.

Speaker 4 (10:27):
Have a good time.

Speaker 1 (10:28):
You know what they did? They told her how much
it would be.

Speaker 2 (10:30):
And then they said, but we can give you a
little gift certificate or whatever, a little coupon, and then
it'll just be 60 bucks. And she hated the drink
so much that she was willing to pay the 60
bucks to get the pills.

Speaker 3 (10:43):
But the double pint glass wasn't too bad, but I'd
rather go pill 100%. You know what?

Speaker 2 (10:49):
They're pushing a lot, Angel, for guys that are macho dudes.
They're like, I'm not getting a colonoscopy. You're not going
to put anything up my... You do it at a Hooters? No,
they're really pushing the Cologuard thing. They're like, okay, listen,
if you won't do that, at least do Cologuard, which
is the test you can take and send it in.
And if there's something, then they'll let you know, hey, man,

(11:10):
you need to go in and really do that.

Speaker 3 (11:12):
I love mailing my proof.

Speaker 4 (11:13):
Yeah, I was going to say, how effective are those?

Speaker 2 (11:16):
I believe I saw our doctor was talking to us
about it. And I think they're like 95%. They're pretty good.
And that's, that's how Mary Ellen caught it. The first
time when she went five years ago, she caught it
with color guard. So, you know, for people that are
like so macho and they're like, they're not going to
put up anything. My wazoo, you know, you can do

(11:38):
the color guard thing. It's, it's, it's good to have
it checked.

Speaker 4 (11:41):
But if that's your, if that's like, if you're a
dude and that's your hangup, you know, I feel bad
for you.

Speaker 1 (11:46):
Yeah, well, there are dudes that are like that.

Speaker 4 (11:49):
Again, there might be. I feel bad for you. Like,
you can't get out of your own way to check
your own health. Yeah, I know. Like, you're going to
make it because it's... That street's one way. Yeah, that's...
That's a one-way street. That's just dumb logic.

Speaker 3 (12:04):
Thing is, you're out. You don't even know it happened.

Speaker 4 (12:07):
Yeah.

Speaker 2 (12:08):
You know, and it takes less. I think it took
them about an hour. She was back there for about
an hour or so.

Speaker 3 (12:14):
Yeah, it's not long. The day before is the roughest part.
The day after, you get done, you wake up, you
feel good, you go get some Chipotle. That's what I did.

Speaker 4 (12:22):
Yeah.

Speaker 2 (12:22):
She didn't feel like eating. Uh, she didn't feel like
eating or anything and she needed some rest. But so we,
we just kind of relaxed afterwards and.

Speaker 3 (12:28):
Like, there's all kinds of, I mean, tests are so
much doing all that stuff is so much easier. Now
people have an old school mentality about it. I was
listening to Tom and Dan on the way in before that.
And they had a guy in there was talking about
getting your prostate checked. I guess, you know, like they
were saying on there, that that's a blood test. Now
that's not even a, that's not even a older finger.

Speaker 4 (12:45):
Yeah. They had Montel Jordan on it. So Montel Jordan, uh,
this is how we do it. Uh, the singer, um,
he thought, you know, it's, it's September. It is, uh,
that awareness month. And so, yeah, he was promoting that.
And I didn't, I, the same way I didn't realize
that it had come down to a, um, that is
they got it down to a blood test but the

(13:06):
hang up there the trick is is that you got
to be uh proactive and so like on your yearly
checkup you got to make sure your doctor is uh
doing that test because it is an extra fee okay
good to know yeah.

Speaker 2 (13:19):
Now when i when they did my uh colonoscopy they
did the prostate check at the same time.

Speaker 3 (13:25):
Is that the turn your head and cough one I
think it is. I've never had to turn your head
and cough, so I don't know which one that is.

Speaker 4 (13:32):
No, turn your head and cough is when you're doing
a physical, checking for a hernia. Hernia, that's what they're
checking for. Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.

Speaker 2 (13:38):
And I haven't had the finger test in a while.
That's embarrassing.

Speaker 3 (13:43):
Now, that is.

Speaker 1 (13:44):
Any way we can get rid of that, that's embarrassing.

Speaker 4 (13:47):
I mean.

Speaker 1 (13:49):
they tell you when you gotta lay down.

Speaker 3 (13:51):
And get in.

Speaker 2 (13:52):
The fetal position and then uh oh god that one
i don't i wasn't a fan of that uh.

Speaker 3 (14:00):
A couple tequilas on a sunday i'm not.

Speaker 2 (14:02):
Well i mean if i'm paying for it then well
i guess you're you're paying for it yeah yeah Yeah.

Speaker 3 (14:07):
All right. Listen, it's a money's in the boot duck.

Speaker 1 (14:09):
It's a weekend Eve. It's a Thursday.

Speaker 2 (14:12):
We've got a bunch of big, dumb fun today. We
got to Amy, the counselor being a little bit later on,
bunch of other good stuff. So don't go anywhere. You're
listening to the monsters of the morning. It was like
the day I drink Kylie Blakely's energy drink.

Speaker 3 (14:22):
Uh-huh. And I just started talking like a mile a minute.
And I was like, ah, that's fun. I don't even
remember that day. But yeah, I know exactly what you're
saying because we do sound very different. Yeah, it was funny.
I was like, who's that talking? I'm like, oh, that's Ryan.

Speaker 4 (14:33):
That's weird.

Speaker 2 (14:34):
Anyway, and then, okay, so did Amber Nova leave the
wrestling belt here? I meant to tell you to have
her leave it.

Speaker 4 (14:41):
No, she did not.

Speaker 3 (14:44):
That woman. All right.

Speaker 1 (14:46):
Because I'm auctioning it off.

Speaker 4 (14:48):
No, Russ, be careful because you're going to hurt people's
feelings because you're going to be too mean about it,
you know? Oh, wait a minute.

Speaker 2 (14:54):
Let me check my care a lot button. Oh, my
care a lot button is broken. I don't care a lot. Listen,
she's young. She'll adjust. You'll have to get over. I
need the belt because I'm auctioning it off on Saturday
and I'll be, you know, I'll be in that tent
and people won't bid on it if it's not. physically
with me yeah you know did she bring in the

(15:15):
other is the other belt in.

Speaker 4 (15:17):
No russ again we can't talk about it because people
are going to think that we're mean and then they're
going to text you i don't care again you know
it's so we could be so mean.

Speaker 2 (15:29):
I actually enjoy being i actually enjoy being mean sometimes
it's kind of fun so it's okay with me uh
especially when you deserve to get uh to get chewed out.

Speaker 3 (15:38):
A little bit Yeah, but some people are little babies
that can't take reality and they get real upset and
they throw a hissy fit for five hours. Never leave
her alone with me again. Was it that bad? Yeah,
it was worse. Oh, my God, dude.

Speaker 2 (15:51):
I need the belt by Saturday so I can have
it in the tent, the real radio tent, because we're
auctioning it off for the Carly Kay Cancer Screening Fund.

Speaker 1 (15:58):
I've been working on this for, what, six months now?

Speaker 3 (16:01):
Honestly, bud, I think you're going to have to just
chalk it up to you got scammed at this point.
well listen no company operates like this and when you
like it it seems to be like one person.

Speaker 2 (16:12):
It's her belt that she begged me to get i
finally gave i'm not saying she scammed you i'm saying
this company did no i don't maybe whatever i i
bought you a belt i just put you i left
it up to you uh if it doesn't come in
then you don't have a belt uh because i told
her if i get you a new belt i am
going to auction this one off this way i can
justify it in my head I'll auction this one off
for the charity so we can get people screening. And

(16:34):
we've we haven't totally depleted, but we bought a lot
of screenings last month. So, you know, we want to
be able to get more. Our donations are down, let's
just say. But I just got a check for two
thousand dollars and I'm going to we've got other things
to auction on Saturday. But the belt I'm hoping will
do really well. And so I already told her, listen,
if I get you the new belt, we're going to

(16:55):
auction off your other one. And Saturday's the day. So
I need to get it in advance. I meant to
tell you to grab it from her. Yeah, she wouldn't
have left it with either one of us, dude.

Speaker 3 (17:03):
Come on.

Speaker 1 (17:03):
If you would have told her, hey, Russ wants the belt.

Speaker 5 (17:05):
No.

Speaker 3 (17:06):
Damn. No. No. And then she was going on after
the show. And she's like. Guys, I think that Russ
really has the belt, and he paid the guy extra
money to not give it to me so he can
hold this over my head.

Speaker 4 (17:20):
This is a real conversation that happened. She's a conspiracy theorist. No,
she's a lunatic. I don't have the belt. No, no, no. Again,
hear what he said, that you paid the guy extra
to hold on to the belt.

Speaker 3 (17:36):
That's not true. That's not accurate at all. I don't know.
If it was me, I'd be on the phone every
day with this guy because I'm assuming that, like, he
just took the money.

Speaker 4 (17:46):
You used a card, right? I think you might still
have some. Yeah, I used a card. Yeah, you might.
Charge back. Yeah, you might. You still fall in the
window of having some protections there. Yeah, I always use
American Express, too, so they cover me. Yeah, I'd charge
back at this point. Like, this is insane. It's been
five months? It's been about five months.

Speaker 3 (18:03):
It doesn't take five months to make a wrestling belt.

Speaker 4 (18:05):
Not according to her.

Speaker 2 (18:06):
No.

Speaker 4 (18:06):
You just ordered it the other day.

Speaker 1 (18:09):
And in all honesty, the one we had was fine.
It was great. It was a wrestling belt.

Speaker 3 (18:13):
It wasn't her colors or whatever. I know.

Speaker 2 (18:16):
And she said it didn't feel professional. Okay, so I
gave in and I got it.

Speaker 3 (18:21):
She's the least professional person I've ever met.

Speaker 2 (18:23):
So she's got a match on Saturday, and she's got
to take the belt to the ring.

Speaker 3 (18:28):
I get that.

Speaker 2 (18:28):
I'll let her take the belt to the ring, but
I need it beforehand in the tent, in the real
radio tent, because if people are going to bid on it,
it goes to the highest bidder kind of a thing.
If they're going to bid on it, they've got to
be able to see it and see that it's been
signed by– oh, I got a message from Teal Piper
the other day. She's going to come see us soon.
Teal Piper, it was signed by her, Hollywood Haley Jay, myself. Angel,

(18:50):
did you sign it?

Speaker 3 (18:51):
No. I got to get you to sign it. Okay.
And Ryan. And hopefully it'll raise a lot of money.

Speaker 4 (18:57):
The value just went up.

Speaker 1 (18:57):
The value just went up.

Speaker 2 (18:59):
There you go. It just went up. But I got
to get it. Is she coming in on Friday?

Speaker 4 (19:04):
Yes. Okay.

Speaker 3 (19:06):
All right. I'll get it then. All right. I'll get
it from her then.

Speaker 4 (19:09):
Great.

Speaker 3 (19:12):
Did she drive you guys crazy yesterday? It was so bad.

Speaker 4 (19:14):
Dude, in the last, you know, between Friday and then today,
it's just been a lot.

Speaker 3 (19:20):
In as many days more than normal yeah but okay
here's the thing like and i get i get how
her brain works like when you're here she sees you
as an authority figure right yeah so she doesn't act
up as much right right right right but when me
and angel are here she does not view us that
way and when i have to correct her because she's

(19:41):
interrupting or coming in in the middle of segments or
doing whatever yeah she gets upset ryan.

Speaker 4 (19:46):
Be careful you're gonna upset people i know you're gonna
be mean.

Speaker 3 (19:49):
So she threw like a temper tantrum for most of
the morning oh really and it's just like okay but
really i'm just trying to be like hey this is
how you do where you stop me this is throwing
me crazy uh so i don't think i want to
be left alone with her yeah that's the part like
i Yes, this is cartoon world.

Speaker 4 (20:07):
Yes. And yes, we embellish and yes, we exaggerate, exaggerate
all those things. But in all of that, there are
certain guidelines and certain rules into the way that the
broadcast actually works. you know, happens. And if you're out
for half of a segment and then your idea of
contributing is jumping in the middle of a conversation and

(20:30):
yelling drones into the microphone without any concept or context
of what the conversation is, just to make it look
like you're participating, it's really more detrimental than helpful.

Speaker 2 (20:41):
Well, there's an old rule that I haven't had to
mention in a long time because it kind of is
sort of common sense. But if you're not back... before
the segment starts, you should wait outside and don't come in.

Speaker 3 (20:52):
And that's what I told her.

Speaker 2 (20:53):
And don't come in during the middle of a segment
because it's disruptive and we're doing a show.

Speaker 3 (20:57):
But I'm a big mean jerk for saying that. Well.
I don't know. It's fine. I understand she's not here.
five days a week, like we are. And so she did.

Speaker 4 (21:09):
But with that said, we'd like, we give, you know,
all of them, we give them all, all that grace.
So it's not often that we say, Hey, do this, please, please. Yeah.
Can we handle, can we do this? Right. Because they
are here that limited amount of time. And that, and
it is, I guess, sometimes difficult to remember that this
is cartoon world understood, but like in the process of
doing the broadcast and we're doing the thing, And we

(21:30):
ask you, we say to you, Hey, please pay attention
to this. That's not the moment for you to go
off the deep end and try to be extra. Yeah.

Speaker 2 (21:39):
And the thought of not being back when it's time
to get back on the air baffles me because like,
that's the most important thing that we're doing. You know,
the show's about to be back on beat, be here,
ready to go.

Speaker 3 (21:51):
Yeah.

Speaker 4 (21:51):
Yeah.

Speaker 3 (21:52):
I'll, I'll, I'll address that. I love her, but I
want to shake her.

Speaker 2 (21:58):
Listen, she's what she is. She's a disruptor. She's funny
to me, but she's not normal. That's for sure.

Speaker 1 (22:04):
But, oh, Lord.

Speaker 3 (22:07):
She's all right. But I'm not. You know what? You
got to be here to wrangle her. That's all. Yeah.

Speaker 4 (22:11):
Again. Exactly what you're saying. You know, the lunacy part
of it and there's an element of humor on all
of that.

Speaker 3 (22:18):
Yeah.

Speaker 4 (22:18):
Yeah. So what takes away from that is, again, there
is I know it sounds crazy and I know it
sounds foreign to her, but there is a method to this.

Speaker 3 (22:29):
There is.

Speaker 4 (22:30):
Believe it.

Speaker 1 (22:31):
Believe it or not.

Speaker 3 (22:32):
Oh, anyway. Yeah.

Speaker 2 (22:34):
So maybe we should. You know what? We've got Amy,
the counselor, coming in today. Maybe I'll get some advice
from her on how to handle this situation.

Speaker 3 (22:40):
Intervention.

Speaker 4 (22:41):
Intervention.

Speaker 5 (22:41):
Yeah, yeah.

Speaker 4 (22:41):
We'll do it. We're going to do an intervention without
the person that needs the intervention.

Speaker 1 (22:45):
Well, I think with this particular one, we need to
ramp up first, Angel.

Speaker 4 (22:50):
Ramp up first.

Speaker 1 (22:51):
Have a plan of attack.

Speaker 4 (22:53):
And then Friday. Again, so. so it's been a lot
and it's going to be a lot of her on
Friday again. Awesome. Two Fridays.

Speaker 2 (23:00):
Well, but we're going to straighten her out on Friday.
Can I explain it to her in coloring book? Well,
we'll straighten her out on Friday. That'll be, that'll be
my job. Yeah, there we go.

Speaker 3 (23:09):
Yeah. And there's someone else I got to straighten out
on Friday too.

Speaker 2 (23:12):
Uh, um, uh, I don't know if I want to
talk about this, but I'll, you know, me, I probably
will straighten it out. Well, there's another person that, uh, that, uh,
you know, uh, might need a little, uh, reminding that
this is a radio show and, and you represent us
and you can't be asking for stuff from people.

Speaker 3 (23:29):
You know what I'm saying? Yeah. Well, what was that?
What was that sound you just made? You might die. Man, please.
okay you you don't you don't know me there's some
people that i'm like you just do you no no.

Speaker 2 (23:48):
No that that makes me more when i handle it
even better even more okay yeah i might be yeah
no i ain't i ain't scared okay all right uh
we'll take a little break.

Speaker 1 (23:58):
Don't go anywhere you're listening to the monster in the morning.

Speaker 2 (24:03):
Oh yeah, so I was talking about the, I want
to have the wrestling belt at the tent with me.

Speaker 1 (24:08):
I don't think I told you guys where. It's Saturday.

Speaker 2 (24:11):
It's out at Pitmasters and Pores in Mount Dora.

Speaker 1 (24:15):
Big event. It is a free event. Yeah, free to attend.
Every other year there's been like a cover charge or whatever.

Speaker 2 (24:23):
Not this year. I want to thank Chris Carson for
doing that, man. There's going to be live music. You
got live music from Naomi Bradshaw and the Dot Coms
featuring Thompson Square, which is a really big band.

Speaker 1 (24:35):
You've got.

Speaker 2 (24:36):
College football on a big screen out there. That's always
cool to sit around and have some drinks and watch
football with everybody.

Speaker 1 (24:42):
And then you've got MWO Wrestling will be happening, and
it's free.

Speaker 2 (24:46):
So those people who have complained to me every time
we do an event, you know, when there was ticket prices,
people are like, oh, I can't afford it. Can you
get me free tickets? Well, now everybody's got a free
ticket for MWO Wrestling. We've got five matches that are happening.
Angel and I are going to bring you all the
action because we are the MWO announce team. We'll be
doing the announcing that day. Uh, thanks to mills air.

Speaker 3 (25:07):
Thank you. Mills air.

Speaker 2 (25:08):
Appreciate that five matches. Poppy D is on the, uh,
is on the bill. He will be a wrestling. Also,
you've got Amber Nova will be, uh, defending her title.
Now she needs, she's not going to have her belt.
If she went, if she defends her title and has
the belt, I'm still taking the belt from her. Uh,
because she told me she ordered a belt, uh, five
months ago. Uh, so I, and here's, what's going to happen.

(25:30):
I'm going to be the bad guy. I'm going to
be the a-hole. Russ is a jerk, blah, blah, blah, blah. Uh,
it happens every time, but it's listen, these were the rules.
So sorry. If she wins the, if she wins the belt,
I'm walking up in the ring and taking it from her. Uh,
but if she doesn't win and Zanti Lee, uh, wins,
then I got to talk to Zanti Lee and tell her, Hey, listen,

(25:50):
I got a new belt coming for you.

Speaker 1 (25:52):
Um, I got to work that out.

Speaker 2 (25:54):
Anyway, Onyx the One is defending his belt along with
Tuna Tim.

Speaker 1 (25:58):
Is Tuna Tim ready for Saturday?

Speaker 3 (26:01):
You know, he's going to come in a little bit
later to talk about this wrestling event. Okay.

Speaker 4 (26:06):
He's been.

Speaker 3 (26:08):
Tudor Tim has been going through a hard time lately.

Speaker 1 (26:10):
Hard times.

Speaker 3 (26:11):
Hard times. Yeah, yeah. So a lot has changed since
the last wrestling match. From what I understand, speaking with him,
he's going to come and speak on that at some
point later today. Okay.

Speaker 2 (26:20):
Well, you know, he might even want to come tomorrow
since Onyx will be here tomorrow. But anyway, Leroy Shogun.

Speaker 3 (26:26):
He's kind of hard to pin down right now.

Speaker 4 (26:28):
Yeah.

Speaker 3 (26:29):
You know, let's just call him Underwater Bubba. Okay.

Speaker 4 (26:33):
Like, it's just.

Speaker 3 (26:34):
He's got a little bit of a problem right now.
He's got things going on.

Speaker 2 (26:37):
Yeah, yeah, yeah.

Speaker 4 (26:38):
He's got his teeth done.

Speaker 3 (26:40):
Okay. All right.

Speaker 2 (26:41):
Well, anyway, it's Saturday. The bell time's at 4 o'clock.
And then what time does that event start? I think
it starts at noon, I believe. I know I've got
to be there at noon. But anyway, it's in Mount Doran.
If you've never been to one of these events, they're awesome.
You've got beer. You've got bacon. You've got barbecue.

Speaker 3 (26:57):
You've got music.

Speaker 2 (26:58):
It's just really good. And it should be a really
nice day. on uh on saturday angel we got that yeah.

Speaker 4 (27:03):
Pit masters and poor starts at 3 p.m and it's
at elizabeth evans park and beautiful mount dora it's uh
free for the family we're gonna have uh you know
we'll have the big screen out there for the uh
college football uh we'll have obviously like the wrestling that
we're talking about them the matchups but we also have
a drone show that's going to happen a special tribute
to the veterans and first responders So a lot going on.

Speaker 3 (27:24):
Yeah.

Speaker 4 (27:24):
Yeah.

Speaker 3 (27:25):
It's going to be great.

Speaker 2 (27:25):
It's on Saturday. So join us Saturday. Uh, weather should
be awesome. So looking forward to that. Someone said she
won the belt, but she has to order it.

Speaker 4 (27:32):
No, no, no.

Speaker 1 (27:33):
She didn't have, look, we've already ordered a belt.

Speaker 2 (27:35):
Five months ago. Five months ago. Uh, because Amber Nova
bugged the Jesus out of me. So I finally gave
in and, um, and, and now, uh, and now she's
going to be without it.

Speaker 4 (27:45):
Yeah.

Speaker 3 (27:46):
And I'll be the jerk. Can I get a clarification
on this for a couple of people that have sent
me messages?

Speaker 1 (27:50):
Yes.

Speaker 3 (27:50):
Pitmaster Report, free to get in. Yes. But the food.

Speaker 2 (27:54):
Yeah, you got to pay for food. You're not getting
free food.

Speaker 3 (27:56):
Yeah. Okay.

Speaker 4 (27:56):
Just want to clear that up.

Speaker 3 (27:57):
I got a couple of messages about that. Just wanted
to clear that up. Yeah, I appreciate that.

Speaker 2 (28:02):
Yeah, because the way it was before when you bought
your ticket, then you got free samples of drinks and
stuff like that. Well, now it's free to get in.
And if you want any bourbon, if you want any beer,
if you want any barbecue, you want any bacon, any
of the bees, then you just, you know, pay for it.

Speaker 1 (28:17):
And, you know, it's all good. But the wrestling is free.

Speaker 2 (28:20):
The Naomi Bradshaw and the dot coms, Thompson Square, they're
performing for free.

Speaker 3 (28:24):
Drone show.

Speaker 2 (28:25):
Drone show. I mean, a lot of free stuff, man.
We like our partnership with them. The city of Mount Dora.
It's always great. So anyway, looking forward to Saturday. It's
already weekend eve.

Speaker 4 (28:36):
It's already Thursday. Yeah, their food and drinks are available
for purchase directly from the vendors this year. So there'll
be a bunch of different food trucks and vendors there
and everything, and you'll do that directly with them.

Speaker 2 (28:46):
And I know you said it, but I missed it
because I was thinking. I'm sorry. Don't do that. Start
time was noon? Is that what it was? No, you're
there at noon. The start time is 3 p.m.

Speaker 3 (28:56):
Three, okay. All right, all right, all right. What are
you getting there at noon for?

Speaker 1 (28:59):
I'm not.

Speaker 2 (29:00):
I thought it started at noon. I know you like
to be early, but that's a bit excessive. No, no,
that's too early. My wife will be happy. Yeah, the
event is from 3 p.m. to 9 p.m. So I
need to get there probably like 2.30 to get all
set up. And I got my children's books for the
Carly Kay Cancer Screening Fund. uh speedy weenie gave me
one of those packets that he makes sometimes with uh

(29:22):
the olive.

Speaker 4 (29:22):
Oil olive oil and he won trivia yesterday so we
had a chance to really uh uh promote his uh
his olive.

Speaker 2 (29:28):
Oil oh good okay well he's gonna give me some
to auction off i.

Speaker 4 (29:32):
Think he's swinging by today to get dropped off that
that basket okay all right good yeah.

Speaker 3 (29:36):
Olive oil is haunted by the ghost of his dead
friend what I learned that yesterday. Oh, did you? Yeah.
He got in the olive oil business because his friend
died in a motorcycle accident.

Speaker 2 (29:46):
Oh, wow.

Speaker 3 (29:47):
And he took over the olive oil business.

Speaker 4 (29:49):
Hmm.

Speaker 3 (29:49):
So- That's that learned something new about that. So it's
real olive oil though.

Speaker 4 (29:53):
Right?

Speaker 5 (29:53):
Yeah.

Speaker 3 (29:53):
Yeah.

Speaker 4 (29:53):
Yeah. Dude is right.

Speaker 2 (29:55):
There's a, there's a scam in Italy where Italy, uh,
where they're, they tell people it's olive oil, but it
really isn't like there's, I don't know.

Speaker 3 (30:03):
There was some whole story. He shared with us.

Speaker 4 (30:05):
And I don't know if this is an accurate way
to tell if it's a real olive oil, but if
you take your olive oil and you put it in
the fridge, uh, If it congeals, then it's not real
olive oil.

Speaker 3 (30:13):
It's got sunflower.

Speaker 4 (30:14):
It's been cut with sunflower.

Speaker 2 (30:15):
Yeah, that's the problem in Italy for whatever reason. And
it had something to do with the mafia over there
or whatever. Some big story I saw about it. It's
that thing of theirs.

Speaker 3 (30:24):
Yeah. A lot of vegetable-based mafias. Like the Italian mafia.

Speaker 4 (30:29):
Avocado?

Speaker 3 (30:30):
Yeah, because the Mexican cartels run a lot by avocados,
and there's an Italian olive oil mafia as well. Just interesting.
We need a Florida orange mafia.

Speaker 2 (30:39):
Someone just texted me and said Thursday's normally Daisy Day.
They miss Daisy and want to know if I had
talked to her. I have texted her a couple times
and back and forth. Seems like she's doing great. She
seemed very busy in Mexico. I saw photos of her
at her tequila party. manufacturing facility or whatever it looked

(31:02):
really nice like it's it's big i didn't realize you
know i didn't know how big her you know i
just in my mind i thought it was like a
small tequila thing or whatever uh have you seen the photos.

Speaker 3 (31:13):
She changed the name of her tequila too yeah and
now it's daisy yes which is smart yes yeah i
guess she got tired of fighting whatever that tequila company
was and she she changed the whole label changed the
whole thing so now it's daisy tequila.

Speaker 1 (31:26):
I like that.

Speaker 3 (31:27):
That's a good idea.

Speaker 2 (31:28):
Cause the Del Toro thing was, uh, it was always
a problem, but there, there were photos of her facility
and there must've been two or 300 barrels of, of
the tequila, which I thought was like, wow, I didn't
realize it was that big. I think if you go
down some more, you might, you might see it. Uh,
but maybe not, maybe it was on something else, but anyway, uh,
it looks like she's doing great. So, uh, I'll, uh,

(31:50):
I'll see if we can get her to call in
maybe sometime next week or whatever and see how, how
she's doing.

Speaker 3 (31:54):
There you go. There's Daisy.

Speaker 2 (31:54):
So, all right, listen, we're going to do a little trivia. Well,
when we come back, that is your chance to win
some stuff. And we've had a lot of great stuff
for you to win. So if you want to get
on the line, this is a good time to do it.
The telephone number is 407-916-1041. You are listening to the
