to leave us, you can on the iHeartRadio app. Click

You asked for it. No, I just said it. You
literally said it.
Speaker 2 (00:19):
Angel doesn't get it. Like, you don't read the text messages.
Speaker 1 (00:22):
All right, I take it back. He does get it.
Not as much as me. Not as much as Ryan.
Speaker 3 (00:30):
Oh, yeah.
Speaker 2 (00:31):
Oh.
Speaker 1 (00:32):

Speaker 6 (00:50):
That's a drug term, Russ. Is it?
Speaker 5 (00:52):
No, it's not. Oh, yeah.
Speaker 1 (00:54):
I did not know that.
Speaker 5 (00:55):
Geared up.
Speaker 6 (00:56):
You doing some gear?
Speaker 7 (00:57):
Yeah.
Speaker 2 (00:58):
You're doing heroin.
Speaker 1 (00:59):
Yeah. I've never heard of that. That's a thing. All right,
now it's time for the King of Denmark, Ryan Holmes,
to make his daily proclamation.
Speaker 4 (01:15):
Boom, boom, ka-choo.
Speaker 1 (01:18):
It's time for the Daily Proclamation. From the King of
the Daily Proclamation.
Speaker 8 (01:23):
Let's all wave our winners at the.
Speaker 5 (01:38):

Speaker 9 (01:38):
King of Denmark brought to you by ThatMorgansGuyDon from ThatMorgansGuyDon.com.

But I got to go. I got a special guest
that wants to speak to you guys.
Speaker 1 (01:46):

Speaker 4 (01:46):
Who's that?
Speaker 2 (01:47):
I'll let him talk.
Speaker 6 (01:48):
All right, guys.
Speaker 7 (01:50):
Here he is.
Speaker 6 (01:50):
Ladies and gentlemen, Tuna Tim.
Speaker 4 (01:52):
Tuna Tim!
Speaker 5 (01:53):
Tuna!
Speaker 1 (01:55):
We haven't seen Tuna Tim in a while.
Speaker 10 (01:57):
How you been?
Speaker 4 (02:00):
Not good, baby.
Speaker 1 (02:01):
What's going on, Tuna Tim? Not good.
Speaker 10 (02:05):
Tuna Tim went to the top of the mountain with
Onyx the One, baby.
Speaker 1 (02:10):
What do you mean?
Speaker 10 (02:12):
We had some wins, and then Tuna Tim... Got into
some gambling debt.
Speaker 5 (02:18):
Oh, no.
Speaker 10 (02:19):
Tuna Tim developed a very severe blow problem.
Speaker 1 (02:22):
A blow problem?
Speaker 4 (02:24):
Blowfish problem.
Speaker 1 (02:25):
Blowfish.
Speaker 5 (02:26):
Oh.
Speaker 4 (02:26):
And it's, uh, whew.
Speaker 2 (02:28):
Tuna Tim went down, baby. Can't be getting high on
them blowfish.
Speaker 4 (02:32):
Can not. Puffer.
Speaker 10 (02:35):
So I got to come back, baby, to Moundora. And, uh,
hopefully Onyx the One's We'll win this one and put
two to ten back on top, baby.
Speaker 2 (02:46):
You need another win? Is that what you need?
Speaker 1 (02:48):
Need another win? Gotta chase that dragon, baby. Well, you're
facing Leroy Shogun.
Speaker 4 (02:54):
Leroy Shogun!
Speaker 1 (02:55):
Yeah, he knows multiple types of martial arts, he says.
Speaker 4 (03:01):
Well, that's fantastic.
Speaker 10 (03:02):
I owe multiple amounts of money to various sharks, Russ.
Speaker 6 (03:07):
Okay?
Speaker 4 (03:08):
They told me they were gonna come in and break
my fins.
Speaker 10 (03:11):
Tudor, what are you doing? Look, Tudor Tim wasn't meant
to hit stardom. Wasn't meant to be a celebrity. But
here we are, okay? Much like Danny Bonaduce.
Speaker 4 (03:22):
I'm here, baby.
Speaker 2 (03:23):
The moment was too big for you?
Speaker 4 (03:25):
The moment was too big. I had to go to rehab, okay?
That's why I haven't been around for a while. I
was in rehab.
Speaker 2 (03:32):
Fishman rehab.
Speaker 10 (03:33):
Yeah.
Speaker 1 (03:33):
Rehab for what?
Speaker 4 (03:34):
The blowfish.
Speaker 2 (03:35):
Oh.
Speaker 4 (03:36):
The blowfish and the hoe fish.
Speaker 10 (03:38):
You know what I mean?
Speaker 1 (03:38):
Oh.
Speaker 10 (03:40):
Let's just say Tuna Tim was doing a little bit
of gear like Amber Nova.
Speaker 1 (03:45):
Okay.
Speaker 4 (03:47):
So I'm in recovery now.
Speaker 10 (03:49):
I found the power of fish Jesus thanks to Rob
Schneider's son.
Speaker 5 (03:54):
Amen.
Speaker 2 (03:55):
Which is good.
Speaker 6 (03:56):
Wait, hold on.
Speaker 2 (03:57):
But this all happened because of a wrestling match. Are
you sure that it's a good idea to, you know,
jump back into the flame? Because this is a really
important wrestling match.
Speaker 4 (04:06):
Well, thank you, Angel, for bringing that up.
Speaker 10 (04:08):
This is actually part of my 12 Flops program. So
step one is stop. Stop flopping and get to get
to walking. Number two, I got to make amends. I
got to make amends to Russ. I want to say
I'm sorry.
Speaker 4 (04:24):
For what? To be honest with you, I stole some
money from you.
Speaker 5 (04:36):
Hey, so did I.
Speaker 4 (04:37):
Yeah. I saw how easy it was.
Speaker 1 (04:40):
For Amber to do it.
Speaker 5 (04:41):
And I was like, whoa.
Speaker 4 (04:43):
He just leaves his card out for everybody.
Speaker 1 (04:46):
That seems to be a, yeah.
Speaker 10 (04:47):
It's pretty easy to hack Russ. His password's just kissBatman
and one.
Speaker 1 (04:50):
No.
Speaker 4 (04:51):
How'd you know?
Speaker 1 (04:53):
How'd you know that?
Speaker 2 (04:54):
KissBatman69.
Speaker 6 (04:54):
Oh, yeah.
Speaker 1 (04:55):
That's it.
Speaker 5 (04:57):
That's it.
Speaker 1 (04:58):
Can I tell you guys, sadly, those have been some
of my passwords. Without a doubt. I'm not even kidding.
Speaker 10 (05:04):
Yeah, I went to hacking school. I know social engineering, Russ.
I would like to apologize for Amber Nova.
Speaker 1 (05:12):
Why?
Speaker 10 (05:12):
Because everybody thinks her downstairs smells like me.
Speaker 4 (05:16):
And that's not okay.
Speaker 5 (05:19):
Oh, dang. Shots fired.
Speaker 1 (05:21):
That's him.
Speaker 3 (05:21):
What?
Speaker 1 (05:22):
That's a terrible thing to say.
Speaker 4 (05:24):
That's not that bad.
Speaker 1 (05:24):
Nobody thinks that. Nobody's ever said that.
Speaker 4 (05:26):
People say it to me all the time. They whisper it.
Speaker 1 (05:28):
They go, hey, tuna. I know.
Speaker 4 (05:31):
Why do you and Amber smell so much alike?
Speaker 1 (05:33):
That is not true.
Speaker 2 (05:34):
They do that.
Speaker 1 (05:36):
That's not true.
Speaker 10 (05:37):
Can I say we just both use the same perfume,
Drakkar Noir.
Speaker 5 (05:41):
What is it?
Speaker 4 (05:41):
Drakkar Noir.
Speaker 10 (05:44):
Actually, it's not true. I use cool water because I'm
a fish. Amber, what kind of perfume do you use
really though?
Speaker 5 (05:54):
I like anything with floral scents.
Speaker 4 (05:56):
Plural sense? Okay, like a.
Speaker 2 (05:57):
Yeah, you can't just say a name. Yeah, that's not a...
What perfume do you use?
Speaker 6 (06:02):
Flower?
Speaker 1 (06:02):
Hey, at least you have some sense.
Speaker 5 (06:04):
Hey!
Speaker 10 (06:04):
Give himself a symbol. Give himself a symbol. All right, well, Angel,
can you turn the King of Denmark music down? He's
not here right now.
Speaker 4 (06:15):
And I just want to tell you, I've been a
sad fish.
Speaker 5 (06:19):
Maybe are you a sad fish too?
Speaker 4 (06:22):
Hey, that's copyrighted.
Speaker 5 (06:24):
Are you a sad fish too?
Speaker 4 (06:25):
They told me I wasn't allowed to do that.
Speaker 7 (06:28):
Okay, here we go.
Speaker 2 (06:29):
Let's see.
Speaker 4 (06:30):
I got to turn my music up and play my
Tuner Tim song.
Speaker 1 (06:35):
What song?
Speaker 4 (06:36):
It's the Tuner Tim song.
Speaker 1 (06:38):
Oh, Tuner Tim song.
Speaker 10 (06:38):
Okay, here we go.
Speaker 3 (06:40):
Oh, boy.
Speaker 10 (06:52):
It's been a sad day for Tuna Tim floating upside
down again, letting the tide take me away. I'm in
over my head. Now the sharks want me dead. I'm
just drowning away in the bay. I'm a bad fish,
(07:18):
sad fish. Oh, it's driving me mad fish. One fish,
two fish. I'm such a blue fish. Doing all the
lines of blowfish. No fish, oh no fish. Tuna tips
off his dome, bitch.
Speaker 4 (07:34):
Here comes tuna again. Shooting shots with dolphins.
Speaker 10 (07:39):
I'm all in.
Speaker 4 (07:41):
The ocean has won.
Speaker 2 (07:45):
Oh my gosh.
Speaker 4 (07:46):
It's a breakdown.
Speaker 1 (07:47):
You play well. Thank you. That's all one fin.
Speaker 4 (07:51):
It's all one fin. Lost my words.
Speaker 2 (07:54):
It's okay.
Speaker 10 (07:56):
I've been sand floating in the waves. Now Tuna Tim's
digging graves.
Speaker 5 (08:01):
Owes a lot of.
Speaker 10 (08:02):
Money to a shark. Oh, it's getting dark for Tudor Tim.
Speaker 4 (08:11):
Turns out shooting go all in.
Speaker 10 (08:15):
Underwater Vegas ain't going to save us.
Speaker 4 (08:18):
I'm the biggest man in the deep blue sea. So Onyx!
Speaker 10 (08:22):
You gotta win or Tuna Tim is losing a fin.
Speaker 4 (08:27):
Yeah, because we're going to cut it off and make
him eat it.
Speaker 10 (08:30):
Hey, Amber, pay attention.
Speaker 4 (08:32):
Don't make me repeat it. I'm Tuna Tim. Tuna Tim.
Speaker 6 (08:37):
Here we go.
Speaker 4 (08:37):
Tuna around again. I'm Tuna Tim.
Speaker 10 (08:41):
Tuna Tim everybody knows that tuna's gonna win but.
Speaker 4 (08:45):
I'm a bad fish sad fish.
Speaker 11 (08:48):
No I'm not gonna go round again cause it's one
fish two fish yeah I'm a true fish yo fish

Speaker 4 (09:00):
Tim Tuna Tim! Tuna Tim! Tuna Tim's gonna win it again.
I can turn it around.
Speaker 10 (09:08):
Cause I'm just a fisherman that sounds like a clown.
Speaker 11 (09:14):
Aww.
Speaker 5 (09:14):
Can you sing more songs, Tuna Tim?
Speaker 4 (09:17):
I can, baby.
Speaker 10 (09:18):
But that's only if Onyx wins and the gangster sharks
don't murder me. Thank you guys for hanging out with
Tuna Tim. I'll see you all on Saturday, baby. What
time's bell time, Russ and Ray?
Speaker 1 (09:29):
Four o'clock bell time.
Speaker 4 (09:31):
Four o'clock bell time. Let's go tuna out, baby.
Speaker 10 (09:33):
Swim away.
Speaker 1 (09:37):
How does he get anything out of here so quickly, Russ?
Speaker 4 (09:39):
You know what?
Speaker 1 (09:40):
He just swims in, swims out.
Speaker 6 (09:42):
It's crazy.
Speaker 7 (09:42):
Yeah, yeah.
Speaker 2 (09:43):
That's awesome for a man fish.
Speaker 4 (09:44):
Man fish is nuts.
Speaker 1 (09:46):
Who was that brought to you by?
Speaker 4 (09:47):
Brought to you by ThatMortgageGuyDon for ThatMortgageGuyDon.com. Don't miss the
boat like Tuna Tim did.
Speaker 10 (09:52):
Compare your quote with that mortgage guy Don, and he'll
send you a lifeline.
Speaker 4 (09:57):
A buoy, if you will.
Speaker 1 (09:59):
Like a fishing line?
Speaker 4 (10:00):
Like a fishing line.
Speaker 10 (10:01):
That's right.
Speaker 6 (10:02):
That's a better line.
Speaker 4 (10:04):
Check him out.
Speaker 9 (10:04):
Traditional Mortgage Refines. He locks small business loans. The show's
tomorrow from 9 and 1030 on Real Radio.
Speaker 4 (10:09):
Check it out, and.
Speaker 6 (10:10):
So it shall be.
Speaker 1 (10:11):
All right. When we come back, we'll play some of
your hot takes and your messages. If you want to
leave some, you can on the iHeartRadio app. You click
on the microphone, leave us a message. And we'll play
those when we return. Don't go anywhere. You're listening to
the Machos of the Morning. Welcome back to the Monsters
(10:35):
Mornings Radio 104.1. I'm Russ Rollins along with Amber Nova,
Angel Rivera, Ryan Holmes, and Savannah here with us today.
So you're driving to Sarasota.
Speaker 5 (10:45):
I know. I do too many things.
Speaker 1 (10:47):
I know. You know what? Sometimes.
Speaker 2 (10:49):
The power of saying no.
Speaker 1 (10:53):
The power of saying no, right?
Speaker 5 (10:54):
But I like to do everything.
Speaker 9 (10:56):
I know.
Speaker 1 (10:56):
I know.
Speaker 5 (10:57):
But then when it gets to the time to do it,
I don't like to do everything.
Speaker 1 (11:00):
Do you ever think to yourself, why do you put
yourself through this?
Speaker 10 (11:03):
I don't know.
Speaker 2 (11:03):
Every single day.
Speaker 12 (11:04):
Whoops.
Speaker 5 (11:05):
No, I don't really think about it like that. Like, no,
because so I'm doing the show and then I have
to go a doctor's appointment. Then I have to go
to Sarasota. Then I'm doing the thing tomorrow morning at
8 a.m. Then I'm driving back home. Then I'm filming
all day Sunday. Then I have eye surgery on Monday.
Speaker 1 (11:20):
Tell me about the eye surgery. So are you nervous
about that?
Speaker 5 (11:23):
I am. I am nervous. I'm nervous because they're not
putting me out completely.
Speaker 1 (11:27):
And this is all because you had a stye in
your eye?
Speaker 5 (11:29):
Multiple styes in my eye. So there's like a pocket
above my eyelids. Everybody has it as you get older. Like,
you know, you just gravity, whatever. But mine is trapping
bacteria and it's trapping all kinds of stuff in there.
Speaker 6 (11:42):
Oh.
Speaker 5 (11:42):
So it's causing me some eye problems. Also, my peripheral vision.
Shut up, Ryan. Also, my peripheral vision is not the
same because it's dropped right there. And so insurance won't
pay for it.
Speaker 1 (11:55):
Are you going to look the same?
Speaker 10 (11:57):
Yeah.
Speaker 5 (11:57):
No, I'll look exactly the same.
Speaker 7 (11:59):
Okay.
Speaker 2 (11:59):
You should ask for.
Speaker 5 (12:01):
It's not like a cosmetic sort of eye lift thing.
That's not what it is. They're just going to cut
my eyelids, cut the fat out.
Speaker 1 (12:07):
Oh, sorry.
Speaker 5 (12:08):
Stitch it back together.
Speaker 2 (12:09):
You should hit up Rocket Raccoon. He gave Thor a
real cool eye.
Speaker 5 (12:14):
But yeah, but I'm excited.
Speaker 1 (12:16):
Will you have black eyes?
Speaker 5 (12:19):
Some people get black eyes. Some people don't. I'll have
stitches in my eyelids for a week and then they
take them out.
Speaker 1 (12:25):
Are you going to come see us next week?
Speaker 6 (12:26):
No.
Speaker 11 (12:28):
Why?
Speaker 1 (12:28):
Because of your eyes?
Speaker 5 (12:29):
Yeah, because I have stitches in my eyeballs. I'm going
to try to drive around.
Speaker 1 (12:32):
Oh, you can't drive.
Speaker 5 (12:33):
I mean, maybe I can.
Speaker 10 (12:34):
I don't know.
Speaker 5 (12:34):
I can't drive myself from the doctor, but I've been
really nervous about it, but I have to have it
done either way. So it's either now or later, and
I already have an appointment. So I'm just going to
charge through it.
Speaker 1 (12:45):
Okay.
Speaker 10 (12:46):
Well.
Speaker 5 (12:47):
So everybody can say some prayers for me because I
appreciate prayers and blessings.
Speaker 1 (12:52):
Okay. Blessings, blessings, blessings.
Speaker 5 (12:54):
Thank you.
Speaker 6 (12:55):
May blessings be upon you.
Speaker 5 (12:56):
I don't want your blessings, though, because you got some
devil blessing over there, Brian. I'll take angels.
Speaker 1 (13:03):
Whatever, man.
Speaker 6 (13:03):
I'm not the one with shaggy wiener eyes.
Speaker 5 (13:06):
Oh, that's so mean.
Speaker 11 (13:07):
That is not true.
Speaker 5 (13:08):
And as we talk about it, you said you already
had the same surgery done, so bitch, shut up.
Speaker 1 (13:13):
Yeah, you said you had the same thing done.
Speaker 4 (13:15):
I had it done.
Speaker 9 (13:16):
Well, I was trying to, well, I thought I did
until you went further into it. I did have eyelid surgery,
but I was fully put out when they did it,
and I had to have stitches on my eyes and
wear an eye patch for like a About a week.
Speaker 2 (13:29):
Did you get Thor's eye?
Speaker 6 (13:30):
I did not get Thor's eye. No, I did not.
I got Aemon Targaryen's gem eye from House of the Dragon.
Speaker 5 (13:36):
What happened to your eyes?
Speaker 6 (13:38):
I had cancer.
Speaker 2 (13:39):
On his eyelids?
Speaker 5 (13:40):
You had cancer in your eyelids?
Speaker 6 (13:41):
On my eyelid, yeah.
Speaker 4 (13:42):
Shut up!
Speaker 9 (13:43):
Yeah, a lot of people get it because when you
put on sunscreen, a lot of people skip their eyelids
and they don't wear sunglasses or anything to protect it.
So it happens more common than you'd think, but.
Speaker 2 (13:53):
Crazy, since we've had this conversation and with Russ and
his skin cancer, I don't know if it's popped up
on your guys' timeline, but now there is specific brands...
product for eyelid sunscreen and how it like it doesn't
like it doesn't hurt your eyes and everything but it's
designed and it comes like in a little stick bottle
and i had never seen that until you know.
Speaker 9 (14:11):
Yeah your lips and your eyelids will get cancer just
as much as any other place on your body so
they do make lipstick sunblock they make eyelid sunblock so
yeah you got to keep you have to wear it
now uh i have to wear i can't wear anything
less than a 75.
Speaker 5 (14:26):
75 miles an hour?
Speaker 9 (14:29):
Yeah, 75 miles an hour. I have to just go fast.
I'm like Sandra Bullock in the movie Speed, but instead
of a bus, it's just my feet.
Speaker 6 (14:40):
I've had skin cancer three times. I'm tired of getting it.
Speaker 1 (14:43):
How?
Speaker 6 (14:44):
I never wore sunscreen and I used to surf a lot.
Speaker 5 (14:47):
So never did I.
Speaker 1 (14:48):
Oh, boy.
Speaker 5 (14:49):
Oh, yeah.
Speaker 1 (14:50):
He was a surf god at one time.
Speaker 5 (14:51):
But I don't have any skin cancers.
Speaker 6 (14:54):
When was the last time you got checked?
Speaker 5 (14:56):
For what?
Speaker 2 (14:56):
Skin cancer.
Speaker 6 (14:58):
Oh, never.
Speaker 2 (14:58):
Exactly.
Speaker 1 (15:00):
You don't know.
Speaker 5 (15:00):
I'm just riding it out, man. I just got to
be able to see when I ride it out. There
are other problems I have that could use a surgery,
but I'm like, nah, just let me be able to see.
Speaker 6 (15:10):
Yeah, well, Russ has said this.
Speaker 9 (15:11):
All his skin cancers, it's from 20 years ago, and
then it takes a while for some of it to
build up. If it's not melanoma, melanoma can pop in
real fast and get you fast.
Speaker 2 (15:21):
Yeah.
Speaker 6 (15:21):
That's the one you have to stay on top of.
And you working outside, you should definitely be going yearly.
Speaker 5 (15:25):
Hey, mind your business.
Speaker 2 (15:27):
Savannah, you said your surgery.
Speaker 4 (15:28):
You famously work outside. I don't know what you're saying.
Speaker 6 (15:31):
I'm just kidding.
Speaker 2 (15:31):
You said your surgery is going to help you get
your peripheral vision back?
Speaker 3 (15:35):
Yes.
Speaker 5 (15:35):
Oh, wow.
Speaker 2 (15:36):
So you've been messing around with the gators and everything.
Speaker 1 (15:38):
And not having good peripheral vision.
Speaker 2 (15:39):
And you don't have good peripheral vision.
Speaker 5 (15:40):
That's why I got to get the surgery done. I
already canceled it once and rescheduled it. So that's the thing.
So the insurance, because either way, insurance works in the
United States, right? What did you do wrong?
Speaker 1 (15:51):
I was seeing if your peripheral vision was working.
Speaker 5 (15:53):
It's not good.
Speaker 1 (15:54):
That's funny. I almost hit you upside the face.
Speaker 4 (15:57):
I know.
Speaker 5 (15:58):
That's the thing. So like my insurance is like, well,
if it drops down two more centimeters, then we'll pay
for your surgery. But as it stands right now, we
won't pay for your surgery. So I have to pay
for it out of pocket or wait until my vision
gets so bad.
Speaker 1 (16:12):
You really don't have peripheral vision.
Speaker 4 (16:13):
I told you that.
Speaker 1 (16:15):
It was like that scene from Rocky where Mickey was
going like this and Rocky couldn't see it.
Speaker 5 (16:21):
I told you.
Speaker 1 (16:22):
Man.
Speaker 2 (16:23):
That's why Jolene almost whooped her ass yesterday.
Speaker 5 (16:25):
Oh, Jolene has been on one since I've been back, too.
Speaker 1 (16:28):
You got to give her a break. Dolly just died.
Speaker 6 (16:30):
I mean, she's pretty upset.
Speaker 5 (16:32):
True, true, true. You got a good point, and I
won't fight you on that.
Speaker 6 (16:35):
Do you have a tiny gator wig you can put
on her?
Speaker 1 (16:38):
Huh? No.
Speaker 6 (16:38):
Like a tiny blonde gator wig?
Speaker 8 (16:39):
No.
Speaker 1 (16:39):
Oh, you should put a little wig on her.
Speaker 10 (16:41):
No.
Speaker 5 (16:42):
We don't dress up our animals.
Speaker 6 (16:45):
It's not dressing up. It's just placing in the top strategically.
Make it out of spaghetti so she can eat it.
Speaker 1 (16:52):
That's not dressing them up.
Speaker 5 (16:55):
She's been digging a hole lately a lot. She's been
digging in this dirt hole and every time in the
morning I go clean, she'll come out of the dirt
hole and jump in the water and then I have
to clean the whole thing again. She's been, she's definitely
been on one lately.
Speaker 1 (17:08):
Do we have any hot takes or messages?
Speaker 6 (17:11):
We are doing that.
Speaker 1 (17:12):
Okay.
Speaker 9 (17:13):
If you want to be a part of the show,
go to the iHeartRadio app. You can use the talkback function,
hear yourself after this little song.
Speaker 6 (17:21):
Oh, yeah.
Speaker 3 (17:22):
Oh, yeah.
Speaker 6 (17:24):
I was going through trying to find more mean ones
about Angel.
Speaker 2 (17:27):
I played them all. You played all of them? Every
single one of them.
Speaker 10 (17:29):
Okay.
Speaker 6 (17:30):
Well, if you want to send a mean one about
Angel in right now.
Speaker 5 (17:33):
Don't do it.
Speaker 6 (17:33):
Now's your chance.
Speaker 2 (17:34):
So now you're like Russ. See, you're becoming more and
more like Russ.
Speaker 6 (17:39):
Let's see.
Speaker 4 (17:40):
Hot take.
Speaker 6 (17:41):
Top of the morning, boys.
Speaker 4 (17:42):
Sport from Jacksonville.
Speaker 7 (17:43):
Well, thanks for ruining my weekend, monsters.
Speaker 6 (17:45):
Because now every time my wife says, what are you humming?
Speaker 1 (17:47):
I have to look at her and say, dude, that
was a banger of a song, man.
Speaker 6 (17:54):
That was awesome.
Speaker 7 (17:55):
Good job, homie.
Speaker 1 (17:56):
But, I mean, Tuna Tim, sorry. Good job, Tuna Tim. Also, Russ,
I think you dropped the ball.
Speaker 8 (18:01):
You hired the wrong person because Tuna Tim is way
funnier than Ryan Holmes.
Speaker 1 (18:06):
Oh, damn.
Speaker 6 (18:06):
That is offensive. I don't like that. Let's see. Hot take.
Speaker 2 (18:12):
So, what's up, monsters?
Speaker 12 (18:13):
Dumb and Dumpsters here. So, listen, I'm going to the
Cincinnati Bengals home opener in my full Tampa Bay Buccaneers regalia.
Have any of you guys ever been a visiting fan?
Speaker 2 (18:26):
And how'd that go?
Speaker 12 (18:28):
How'd you handle it? And anyway, wish me luck. I'm
just hoping I don't get in a fight or go
to jail or something. Anyway, go Tampa.
Speaker 2 (18:36):
I heard a cannon. Okay, Dump and Dumpsters ended up
in Ohio, but he's a Florida guy.
Speaker 6 (18:42):
He's lived in Florida for a long time, yeah.
Speaker 2 (18:45):
He's more Florida than he is Tampa. I mean, he's
more Florida than he is Ohio. I thought he was
in Ohio all the time. No.
Speaker 9 (18:51):
No, he used to listen down here, and then he
moved up to Ohio to his wife's family or something.
Speaker 1 (18:56):
Yeah.
Speaker 2 (18:57):
Oh, man, you guys. Good luck on you.
Speaker 11 (19:00):
Yeah.
Speaker 9 (19:00):
I've never been a visiting fan. I went to college
a couple times.
Speaker 1 (19:04):
It was.
Speaker 9 (19:06):
It was okay, but did you guys see the Patriots
fan that got into the fight in the Seattle stadium?
Speaker 6 (19:15):
It's one black dude.
Speaker 4 (19:16):
He's pretty big.
Speaker 6 (19:16):
He's pretty jacked.
Speaker 9 (19:18):
I guess the backstory is he was up there, but
he went to sit in some other seats, and then
the owners of those seats eventually came, and then he
was yapping back at him.
Speaker 6 (19:26):
This dude is surrounded by Seahawks fans.
Speaker 2 (19:29):
Seattle Seahawks fans.
Speaker 6 (19:31):
They cannot contain him.
Speaker 9 (19:33):
I've never seen so many people try to stop one
guy and they could not stop him.
Speaker 6 (19:39):
Go Patriots. That guy did seem like a douche though.
Hot take.
Speaker 5 (19:44):
Good morning, Monsters.
Speaker 3 (19:45):
This is for you, Ryan. I was thinking about you.
because I was watching a show on Netflix, and it's
all about this murder that happened in Denmark. Totally really
interesting show.
Speaker 1 (20:01):
I started to watch that one. I didn't continue with
it though. I've been watching too many of those. Too
much murder on your mind. You start watching those true
crime murder things.
Speaker 2 (20:09):
You get sucked into that hole.
Speaker 1 (20:10):
I get sucked into it too.
Speaker 6 (20:11):
Next thing you're taking some mushrooms and there we go.
Speaker 5 (20:14):
Have you watched The Substance?
Speaker 1 (20:16):
Yes.
Speaker 7 (20:16):
I have.
Speaker 5 (20:17):
It was terrifying.
Speaker 1 (20:18):
It was gruesome.
Speaker 5 (20:20):
What else did I watch the other day that I
thought you would like?
Speaker 1 (20:22):
Have you seen Obsession?
Speaker 6 (20:24):
No.
Speaker 1 (20:24):
You should. It's pretty good.
Speaker 5 (20:26):
Have you watched Last Stop Laramie?
Speaker 10 (20:28):
No.
Speaker 5 (20:29):
You need to watch that.
Speaker 2 (20:30):
Have you seen the new season of The Gentleman?
Speaker 1 (20:32):
No.
Speaker 6 (20:33):
Hey, y'all seen my balls? Hey!
Speaker 1 (20:34):
All right, we're going to take a little break. When
we come back, it's time for Beer of the Week.
Don't go anywhere. You're listening to The Match of the Morning.
Speaker 6 (20:41):
Real Radio is on Instagram at Real Radio.
Speaker 4 (20:44):
Now it's time for Beer.
Speaker 2 (20:49):
Of the Week.
Speaker 1 (20:50):
Cheers! Beer, beer, beer, beer, beer, beer, beer, beer, beer
of the week.
Speaker 4 (20:59):
All right, we got beer of the week.
Speaker 2 (21:10):
And in commemoration or in working with, we got pitmasters
and pours going down this weekend.
Speaker 1 (21:17):
Tomorrow.
Speaker 2 (21:18):
Tomorrow. So I thought, who better than to have the
man of the hours, Chris.
Speaker 1 (21:25):
Chris Carson. Good morning, everybody. That's a really cool bottle opener.
I like that.
Speaker 2 (21:32):
Thank you.
Speaker 1 (21:32):
That's really cool. Chris Carson, the main man out in
Mount Dora. And tell us about the event tomorrow. So,
you know, we've been talking about it a lot. We
know that a lot of things are going on. How
many years have you been doing this, Chris? This is
year number four. Year number four, pitmasters and pourers. Tell
me about the barbecue places that will be there.
Speaker 7 (21:52):
So there's going to be eight barbecue. It's kind of
the best of the area.
Speaker 1 (21:55):
Yeah.
Speaker 7 (21:56):
So there's trucks, caterers. all kind of collaborating and offering
up their signatures for sale.
Speaker 2 (22:03):
Yeah, we had some of it yesterday. Some of the
featured ones are going to be Knucklehead's Barbecue, Just Smoke
It Yo, Rolling in Smoke, Jimmy Bear's Barbecue, TBG Barbecue,
Meathead's Barbecue, and Hertz Barbecue, just to name a few
of them. So what's the best thing to do?
Speaker 1 (22:18):
Try to try a little bit of everything or just
go to one that you think is the best?
Speaker 7 (22:22):
I think spend as long as you can and eat
as much as you can. Just enjoy and support the barbecues.
Speaker 1 (22:28):
And there'll be places to sit down and eat, right?
Speaker 7 (22:31):
That's right.
Speaker 1 (22:32):
Because that's one of the things people want. They go
to a food truck. You want to be able to
sit down and kind of enjoy it. And then one
of the places you can go and sit down and
eat is in front of that big screen that you
have out there. College football. What game is going to
be on? Do you know?
Speaker 7 (22:45):
UCF and Pittsburgh.
Speaker 4 (22:46):
Let's go.
Speaker 1 (22:47):
Okay.
Speaker 5 (22:48):
Yeah.
Speaker 2 (22:49):
Oh, that's a good game, actually. That's good. That's a
real good game.
Speaker 1 (22:52):
What else is happening to pit masters and pourers?
Speaker 7 (22:54):
Well, we got to talk about Amber Nova. You know,
she's got her big match.
Speaker 2 (22:57):
Yes.
Speaker 7 (22:58):
We're excited about that.
Speaker 1 (23:00):
Yeah, Amber Nova's taking on Zannie Lee. Have you seen
her before?
Speaker 5 (23:05):
I have been on some shows with her.
Speaker 1 (23:06):
Yeah, never wrestled her before.
Speaker 2 (23:07):
I've seen some of her work.
Speaker 5 (23:08):
It looks really impressive.
Speaker 6 (23:09):
Have you wrestled her before? She's got some sass on
her ass, and.
Speaker 5 (23:12):
I have never wrestled her before. This will be a
first-time match.
Speaker 1 (23:15):
All right, so she gets a title shot.
Speaker 2 (23:17):
You going to beat that ass?
Speaker 5 (23:19):
I plan to. Either way, I still won't have a championship.
Speaker 1 (23:23):
No, you won't.
Speaker 5 (23:24):
So, I'm walking out.
Speaker 1 (23:26):
You did that to yourself. Don't blame me.
Speaker 7 (23:30):
Well, no, we have a great lineup, obviously, with the wrestling.
Thank you for your partnership and support in putting this together.
Speaker 5 (23:36):
Pro wrestling action, for sure.
Speaker 7 (23:38):
It's great. Yeah, Dan Shaw and his team roster of talents.
It's going to be a really, really solid show and
a great main event to look forward to. especially with
the men's championship.
Speaker 1 (23:49):
Yeah, we got Onyx and one along with Tuna Tim
will be taking on Leroy Shogun.
Speaker 2 (23:54):
We hope Tuna makes it. It sounds like he needs it. Yeah,
Tuna's got guys that are after him. Yeah, yeah, yeah.
Speaker 6 (24:01):
What's your Shark Mafia policy over there in Roundora?
Speaker 1 (24:05):
Poppy D also will be on the bill. I think
he's going to be the first one out the gate.
So five matches, and then Angel, you and I will
be bringing him the action because we are the announce team,
the MWO announce team.
Speaker 7 (24:17):
Right on.
Speaker 2 (24:18):
Color commentary.
Speaker 1 (24:18):
Color commentary, yeah. That's happening. So looking forward to that.
We're going to film the whole thing. It's going to
be great. What else is happening?
Speaker 7 (24:26):
Hey, Russ, I overheard you. Listen, obviously, you're talking about
Dolly Parton.
Speaker 1 (24:31):
Yeah.
Speaker 7 (24:31):
And what an icon Dolly has been. So, Ryan and
I were talking about the drone display.
Speaker 1 (24:38):
Oh.
Speaker 7 (24:38):
It's going to be 300 drones. That's the largest drone
display that we've offered in Mount Dora.
Speaker 1 (24:43):
Wow.
Speaker 7 (24:44):
It's quite the footprint over Lake Dora. It's super, super impressive. So,
the drone display is focused on salute to veterans as
well as it's 250 year for the country and salute
to veterans and first responders, 25th year veterans. 25th year
(25:05):
anniversary of 9-11. But we're going to do a salute
to Dolly as well.
Speaker 1 (25:10):
Oh, that's cool.
Speaker 7 (25:11):
And it's going to be the last of the drone displays.
So I'm not going to tell you what it is.
Speaker 1 (25:17):
Yeah.
Speaker 7 (25:17):
But I'm going to tell you. Stay tuned.
Speaker 1 (25:19):
Stick around for it.
Speaker 7 (25:20):
It's going to be pretty amazing.
Speaker 5 (25:21):
That's cool.
Speaker 1 (25:22):
People are texting in. They want to know if the
event is dog friendly.
Speaker 7 (25:26):
The event is dog friendly for obviously support animals.
Speaker 1 (25:30):
For support animals.
Speaker 9 (25:31):
Okay.
Speaker 1 (25:31):
Don't just bring your dog.
Speaker 5 (25:32):
Yeah.
Speaker 7 (25:32):
There's going to be a lot of people there.
Speaker 1 (25:34):
Yeah.
Speaker 7 (25:34):
And we want to make it. and comfortable for everyone.
Speaker 2 (25:37):
Right, right, right.
Speaker 7 (25:38):
But certainly, you know, be kind to your pets.
Speaker 1 (25:40):
All right. So, and then we've got music. We've got,
you know, live bands. We've got Naomi Bradshaw and the
Dot Coms.
Speaker 7 (25:45):
We do.
Speaker 1 (25:46):
And then Thompson Square. Now, Thompson Square is like a
national act, right?
Speaker 7 (25:49):
They are a featured country artist. They had a couple
number one hit songs.
Speaker 1 (25:53):
Yes, that's what I thought.
Speaker 6 (25:54):
Okay.
Speaker 7 (25:54):
And both Kiefer and his wife, Thompson's, they're looking forward to,
the interesting story to it is they want, to play
this event okay they've never been to mount dora they
don't even know where mount dora is oh really they
flew in yesterday they're in tampa driving up right now
to mount dora and they wanted they make it a
(26:16):
high priority to play this event oh good so i'm
really really to me that means.
Speaker 1 (26:21):
A lot uh someone said will the the gator game
be on the big screen at five someone.
Speaker 7 (26:25):
Asks Well, we'll see how well UCF does. Okay. We
may have to shift gears.
Speaker 2 (26:31):
Yeah, yeah.
Speaker 1 (26:31):
Depends on the UCF game. Go Knights. Yeah, yeah. What
time does the UCF game start? 3.30.
Speaker 2 (26:36):
3.30.
Speaker 7 (26:36):
Okay.
Speaker 1 (26:37):
All right. Yeah. All right.
Speaker 9 (26:38):
It's a winnable game. It's definitely a winnable game for UCF.
Speaker 2 (26:43):
It's always tough.
Speaker 6 (26:44):
They're the underdog on this one. No.
Speaker 2 (26:46):
This would be a really good win for them. So, yeah.
Go UCF.
Speaker 1 (26:50):
And you made this a free event this year for
people uh which is awesome that because people always like
wrestling i don't have enough money for the tickets this
time like you can go you can come watch the
wrestling for free see the uh see the acts and
stuff see the music and stuff and if you want
to if you want beer you want barbecue all that
you can purchase that you know on your own but
but the uh attendance is uh no charge.
Speaker 7 (27:10):
Absolutely and i remember a conversation last year russ yeah
where You and I, we made it. It was personal.
Speaker 11 (27:16):
Yeah.
Speaker 7 (27:16):
We were going to pack the park.
Speaker 10 (27:17):
Right.
Speaker 7 (27:18):
We want everybody out there for the music. This is
what we do. This is community.
Speaker 1 (27:23):
Yeah.
Speaker 7 (27:23):
Bringing people together.
Speaker 1 (27:25):
So what beers do we have, Angel?
Speaker 2 (27:27):
Courtesy of, again, Pitmasters and Pourers and one of the
title sponsors. The first beer that we're going to do
is going to be Coors Banquet Beer.
Speaker 1 (27:35):
Oh, this is a regular Coors. Yeah.
Speaker 2 (27:37):
Well, it's the banquet beer.
Speaker 1 (27:38):
Okay. Well, you know what? I haven't had a Coors
in a long time.
Speaker 11 (27:41):
Yeah.
Speaker 5 (27:41):
Oh, the banquet's good.
Speaker 1 (27:42):
It's not Coors Light. This is like the- This is
the Coors Banquet.
Speaker 2 (27:45):
This is the one.
Speaker 1 (27:45):
This is the good one. This is the one that,
who is it? Bandit. Yeah. Smokey and the Bandit had
to sneak in from Arkansas. Is that where it was?
Speaker 9 (27:54):
No.
Speaker 2 (27:54):
They had to cross the Mississippi, wasn't it?
Speaker 1 (27:57):
Texarkana. Texarkana.
Speaker 2 (27:58):
They had to drive all the way out to Texarkana
to pick it up. Yeah.
Speaker 6 (28:01):
Right, right.
Speaker 5 (28:01):
You ought to drink that Coors. I miss a good
Coors beer.
Speaker 1 (28:05):
I haven't had one in forever.
Speaker 2 (28:06):
Coors is good. A little bit about it before we
do it. Coors Banquet is the classic 5% ABV American-style
pale lager brewed exclusively in Golden, Colorado using 100% Rocky
Mountain water and high country Morvan barley. Like I said,
it comes in at 5.0. Crisp, clean, and balanced with
subtle malt sweetness. Notes of freshly baked bread, banana, and
(28:30):
pear is what they're saying.
Speaker 1 (28:31):
Freshly baked bread.
Speaker 2 (28:33):
Banana. Like hints. Like it's not straight up.
Speaker 5 (28:37):
Hey, banana.
Speaker 2 (28:38):
Not straight up banana.
Speaker 6 (28:39):
Most beer has that, Russ. That's why when you do it,
it's called toast.
Speaker 1 (28:42):
I didn't know that. I didn't learn something new every day.
Speaker 6 (28:44):
Because I made that up.
Speaker 5 (28:46):
He made that up.
Speaker 1 (28:47):
All right, Angel. All right.
Speaker 2 (28:49):
Three sip rule in effect.
Speaker 1 (28:50):
Yeah.
Speaker 2 (28:51):
And let's drink to obviously the day that it is
in honor of. C.
Speaker 7 (28:56):
Wayne's birthday.
Speaker 1 (28:59):
In honor.
Speaker 6 (28:59):
Is there something else that happened today?
Speaker 2 (29:01):
In honor of, you know, 9-11.
Speaker 1 (29:03):
There you go. All right, here we go. Three-sip roll. Oh, yeah,
I forgot. I do like Coors. I used to drink
that beer.
Speaker 5 (29:14):
Fun fact.
Speaker 6 (29:15):
That is not a fun fact.
Speaker 1 (29:17):
I don't really drink beer.
Speaker 2 (29:17):
That's just a fact.
Speaker 5 (29:18):
You guys know that I just don't drink beer, really.
But if I did, I'd pick that one.
Speaker 1 (29:22):
You know, I forgot I really like that beer.
Speaker 2 (29:24):
How about that fact that it's a full-flavor beer as
opposed to something light?
Speaker 1 (29:28):
Yeah, I like it. I'm giving that a 9.5. Holmesy.
Speaker 4 (29:33):
You know what?
Speaker 9 (29:34):
I had some of these pretty recently because Buddy Skyler
drinks these.
Speaker 2 (29:38):
Is that a girl? good they were.
Speaker 6 (29:41):
No, he's a very bearded man. What?
Speaker 5 (29:44):
Is the guy named Skyler?
Speaker 6 (29:45):
Yeah, he was in my wedding. He was wearing the
German outfit.
Speaker 2 (29:48):
You've met him before, Samantha. You've met him.
Speaker 9 (29:50):
But I had a bunch of these. These are pretty good.
I was unaware of them until recently.
Speaker 2 (29:55):
I like them. What do you mean you were unaware
of them until recently? What does that mean?
Speaker 6 (29:59):
I literally never heard of it until like maybe six
months ago.
Speaker 2 (30:02):
You've never heard of Coors Banquet beer?
Speaker 1 (30:04):
No.
Speaker 2 (30:04):
No.
Speaker 1 (30:05):
You're telling stories. You've never seen it?
Speaker 2 (30:07):
Like this is obviously in the can, but you never
saw like the short stubby bottles that's traditionally that it
comes in?
Speaker 1 (30:13):
Okay.
Speaker 6 (30:13):
Fun fact about me. I don't like to drink from
short stubby bottles.
Speaker 4 (30:16):
You know what?
Speaker 6 (30:17):
Not a fun fact. Just a fact.
Speaker 9 (30:19):
Well, we learned we're changing the definition of fun fact.
Just things to say that don't really count.
Speaker 1 (30:23):
Fun fact.
Speaker 5 (30:23):
My name's Savannah.
Speaker 6 (30:25):
Hey, that's a fun fact.
Speaker 1 (30:26):
Fun fact.
Speaker 5 (30:28):
I knew more than Ryan in this segment.
Speaker 1 (30:29):
There you go. Fun fact.
Speaker 2 (30:31):
That really wasn't fun. What do you give it, Angel?
I give it an eight and a half all day long.
These are the go-tos. Yeah. There was a time in
my life where I would have a 12-pack, but I
had the short stubby bottles.
Speaker 6 (30:45):
You know why I never had it? Because I thought
it was going to be like MGD. I thought it
was Coors' version of the.
Speaker 10 (30:51):
Oh, no!
Speaker 11 (30:52):
No, no.
Speaker 2 (30:53):
It is not.
Speaker 6 (30:54):
It's much better.
Speaker 2 (30:55):
Yeah, this is... I'm one of those guys like... This
is my snobbiness in the beer. I enjoy it much
better in the bottle than I do the can.
Speaker 1 (31:05):
Hey, fun fact.
Speaker 2 (31:06):
Fun fact.
Speaker 1 (31:07):
I was trying to throw my bottle cap away, and
I threw it this way, and Savannah, it actually didn't
go into the garbage can. It went into your purse.
Sort of a fun fact. But just so you know,
I didn't mean to do that. I apologize.
Speaker 4 (31:18):
Fun fact.
Speaker 5 (31:19):
You better get that bitch out of there.
Speaker 2 (31:21):
All right, real quick. We'll do the second beer, the
Blue Moon. Yeah, Blue Moon.
Speaker 1 (31:25):
I've only had these with a sliver of orange in it.
I've never had it by itself.
Speaker 2 (31:31):
I'm saying that's a fun fact. I was going to
defer to your fun fact.
Speaker 10 (31:36):
No, no, no.
Speaker 2 (31:37):
It's a 5.4 ABV. It's a Belgian-style wheat beer. Typically, Russ,
you're correct that when you serve it, they give you
that tall glass, and they'll put the orange slice in there. Yeah, yeah, yeah.
And so three-sip rule in effect.
Speaker 1 (31:50):
Cheers.
Speaker 5 (31:51):
Fun fact. I can't find the bottle cap.
Speaker 2 (31:54):
Fun fact.
Speaker 6 (31:55):
Russ is trying to frame Savannah for drunk driving.
Speaker 1 (31:58):
Fun fact. I apologize. I didn't mean to do it.
Speaker 2 (32:01):
Fun fact.
Speaker 5 (32:02):
I can't find it.
Speaker 1 (32:03):
I'm not going to rifle through your purse.
Speaker 6 (32:06):
Wouldn't be the first time.
Speaker 2 (32:08):
Russ, we're done.
Speaker 10 (32:09):
Oh, God.
Speaker 1 (32:12):
Sick burn.
Speaker 5 (32:13):
Sick burn, Angel.
Speaker 2 (32:15):
That's what happens when you tell everybody to call up
and hate on me. What do you give it?
Speaker 1 (32:19):
I don't like that. I don't like Blue Moon. What
was the score for you? Give that a seven. I
don't like it.
Speaker 2 (32:27):
I like the Coors better.
Speaker 1 (32:30):
I don't want to drink that.
Speaker 4 (32:32):
You love the Moon.
Speaker 6 (32:33):
You were always talking about the Moon.
Speaker 4 (32:34):
You think you'd like Blue Moon.
Speaker 1 (32:35):
No.
Speaker 2 (32:36):
I give it a seven.
Speaker 1 (32:37):
I don't like it.
Speaker 5 (32:37):
Why don't you like it?
Speaker 2 (32:39):
I don't want to drink my dad. The comparison of
the flavors, the course is a little bit more bolder flavor.
Speaker 1 (32:47):
I like a bolder flavor.
Speaker 2 (32:49):
To the Belgian, which is a little thin. Ryan, what
do you give it?
Speaker 6 (32:53):
Unlike Russ, this is not that. It's very delicious. I
like a blue moon. And.
I'm going to give it a... Let's go nine. It's
a nine. It's a day drinker for me, for sure.
Speaker 2 (33:07):
It's a day beer for you? Yeah, I'll give this
eight and a half as well.
Speaker 1 (33:10):
I typically....
Speaker 2 (33:12):
It's like a special occasion if I drink this or
I've run out of other things.
Speaker 1 (33:15):
I only drink it if I get it out of
the bar just because the orange looks cool. That's the
only reason. Pitmasters and pourers is tomorrow. Remember, you got bacon,
you got barbecue, you got all kinds of beer, you
got Naomi Bradshaw on the dot coms, you got Thompson Square,
and then at 4 o'clock bell time, Amber Nova will
see that belt for the last time one way or
(33:36):
the other. That is true. You can still retain the championship,
which is MWO champion.
Speaker 11 (33:42):
Yes.
Speaker 1 (33:43):
All right, so that's tomorrow. And Chris, thank you so much, buddy.
Speaker 7 (33:47):
Thanks for having me.
Speaker 1 (33:48):
Appreciate you guys. Come and find me at the Real
Radio tent because I will have the Carlicay cancer screening
stuff out there. So we got sunglasses. We got all
kinds of other stuff. If you want to donate, we'll
hook you up, and we appreciate it. Stay tuned for
the News Junkie right after the monsters. And at 3 o'clock,
it's the Jim Colbert Show. We're back next Monday to
do our thing from Amber, Savannah, Angel, and Ryan Holmes.
Speaker 6 (34:11):
Hey!
Speaker 2 (34:12):
And the leaders mess up, Mary Manning and a couple
awesome women rush all over the world to rock my legs.
Speaker 1 (34:16):
Hey, guys, thank you so much for listening.
Speaker 4 (34:17):
We ain't got to go home. We got to get
the hell.
Speaker 5 (34:20):
Out of here.
Speaker 3 (34:21):
Schwartz.
Speaker 5 (34:22):
Fun fact.
Speaker 6 (34:22):
Fun fact. Fun fact.
