(06:49):
host of the program and with the fellas and a lady.
We'll be doing this until around eleven o'clock. Here he is.
It's a two hundred and sixty five pounds, scream and
stealing sex appeals, big man bowl rose, damn it man.
Speaker 4 (07:04):
Am I happy to be here today?
Speaker 2 (07:06):
It's early, right, it is early and the producer of
the Angela boo. Yeah, and you just got I just
got a message from Angelice. She's coming in later. We'll
have Onyx the one. He's gonna stop by and say
hi a little bit later on for a Friday. Big
dumb fun is the is the theme of today. I
love that. And it's bigger and dumber with me, with
(07:26):
me right right, the balance of power of dumb dumb,
balance of power of dumb dumb today, you know I
like it.
Speaker 4 (07:35):
Right, we'll out dumb each other.
Speaker 13 (07:37):
So you're saying, yeah, okay, So I was thinking about
this earlier today this morning, there I got up.
Speaker 2 (07:43):
I think that should have been my nickname. What's that
big dumb fun? Well, because that's what I am, just fun.
That's true. Yeah, maybe that's where it's subconsciously, maybe right,
that's where I got it from perfect right works. I
get a lot of my good stuff from you. So yeah,
so bove here today, Bernie. Of course, Ryan's on his cruise.
You did see they took photos on the cruise ship.
He made it on the cruise ship. Oh good, it
(08:04):
didn't take them five hours to get to Tampa. I
don't know if it did or not, but I know
he did get on the ship, which is uh, which
is half the battle for him. That's a bonus. Yeah, yeah,
because he uh, he always tends to find some way
to mess something up. Really. Yeah, you've known Ryan for
a while, right, yeah, well, I mean you know a
little bit. Yeah, that's like daily like y'all. But because
when we when we did the Russembo two point zero thing,
(08:27):
he did the producing force.
Speaker 13 (08:29):
So he got to know exactly who I got that
he got with him, but I didn't get to know
his idiosyncrasy, should I say?
Speaker 2 (08:33):
Yeah, yeah, I had a list for you. I had
a list of people, and I ran it by Angel.
You know, there's a lot of different people. You know,
I could have called him, but you know, uh, Angel,
and I like, yeah, let's bring Bow when he ain't
been in a while, right, I haven't been here since
all of this, you haven't business. This is all new
to me, so you do remember this is the first
studio we came to back in the nineties when we
came here, right.
Speaker 4 (08:53):
It was a whole lot different than it was. Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah,
big difference.
Speaker 2 (08:56):
Yeah yeah. I mean I don't recognize anything. You don't
remember this room.
Speaker 4 (09:00):
I remember the room and I remember the big class,
but that's about it.
Speaker 2 (09:04):
And then Dirty Jim Jim Colbert was on the other
side of the angel like way back there. You had
to keep him far away from it for some reason.
He was way and we could barely see him, and
he had the opportunity to sit in a room with us,
but he didn't wait, you know, he didn't want to
because back back in those days. So this our listeners
that don't know. Boe and I started the show together.
(09:25):
And then Jimmy Jim Colbert, Dirty Jim was my brother
in law and wanted to come in. So the dynamic
of the show was a bit different. It was like
Ross had his best friend and then he also had
his brother in law, and I had to be nice
to both of them because I didn't want to make
my brother in law upset and I didn't want to
make my best friend upset. And then you two would
you do?
Speaker 4 (09:44):
It was natural you pit us against each other.
Speaker 2 (09:46):
Well, you two would fight all the time. And if
you wouldn't fight, I'd start something this and then when
both it's but you know, Jimmy and I never kind
of went at each other then, you know, it was
just me trying to either get you guys to fight
or stop you from fighting one of the two.
Speaker 5 (10:00):
Uh.
Speaker 2 (10:01):
And then when and then when you left, it switched
into me and Jimmy fighting perfect time. But it wasn't
like that at first, which is uh, which is funny,
but uh, yeah, Okay, here's the thing. Now, do you
think do you think Bo's gonna be able to do
the whole five hours? Like it's a marathon like we
used to do three out?
Speaker 8 (10:19):
What do we do?
Speaker 2 (10:19):
Uh? Four hours? Okay? All right, but it's been a while.
You think you can handle all five? I ain't saying no,
all right?
Speaker 8 (10:30):
Yeah?
Speaker 2 (10:30):
And you don't drink coffee, right, correct? I don't drink coffee.
Speaker 13 (10:33):
Remember remember back in the day, I would drink like
six mountain dudes right during the show. Yeah, I can't
do that anymore because I'm watching my figure. Oh okay,
I don't wanted to get bigger. How's that going?
Speaker 4 (10:43):
It ain't got much bigger.
Speaker 2 (10:45):
I'm getting bigger. Man. I went to the gym again yesterday.
Oh yeah, yeah, it's my second time with Poppy. Duh,
poppyd is good. Man. I gotta tell you, I dread going.
I dread going. I dread going. I walk in there
and I start working out with him, I'm like, okay, this,
I think.
Speaker 8 (10:58):
I like this.
Speaker 2 (10:59):
I like it. And then I leave and I'm sore,
and I'm like, you know, I'm like, oh man, I
gotta go back. But I'm feeling I don't hate it
while I'm there, which is a good which is a plus. Right.
Speaker 11 (11:10):
Well, yeah, and it's just like I said, we've been
saying along, just let to get him back into the
routine of it, getting back into the swing of it,
getting your body back used to it. Bo, you've been
around this guy your whole entire life for a majority
of your life.
Speaker 2 (11:20):
Right.
Speaker 11 (11:21):
Yes, his his constant battle with being fit and going
to the gym. So he's back on the he's back
on it again.
Speaker 2 (11:29):
Okay. So now now Angel tell Bo why. And by
the way, I have to notice, is Ryan going to
the gym? Is he going to Okay? Okay, So there's
one of the three of us who came up with
the idea who is not in the gym. I started
the gym this week. Did you really he didn't tell us?
Speaker 11 (11:44):
No, no, no, okay, because A good because the whole
goal is that we're gonna kind of a pseudo competition.
Speaker 2 (11:49):
I thought we were going to do the way In.
That's what I thought we were going to do. Oh,
I have an official way in with Poppy d. He
made me weigh in on this thing, and I was
I was two seventy four, which is terrible. I won't
tell you my number now, you guys just to get
close to me. But I'm already two sixty nine after
working out twice and watching I'm two sixty nine this morning,
So I mean I came down. But but anyway, tell
(12:10):
BO the reason why we're even doing this.
Speaker 11 (12:12):
So the goal is BO and in sometime in November,
we're gonna do a photo shoot and it's gonna be
It all started because the guys. Russ was getting ready
to do his yearly check up and then uh, he
got a specifical my A one C one number.
Speaker 2 (12:26):
Do your A one C? I don't pay attention. Okay,
well mine's five point mine's five point seven and is
supposed to be five point six so it's just a
little bit off. But of course Ryan want to say
you're pre diamatic, and then technically I am. But you know, it's.
Speaker 13 (12:40):
Everybody is, well not everybody. Everybody, buddy, is pre diabetic.
There's trust me, there's everybody that eats a candy bar
in their life is pre diabetic.
Speaker 2 (12:49):
But there's some skinny people out there that are not
pre diabetes.
Speaker 13 (12:51):
Yes they are, trust me, they're just not telling you.
They're just skinny and they're not showing it. They're pre diabetic.
Speaker 2 (12:57):
All right, Well then we're all pre diabetic. Well yeah,
I could see that. But you know, but so angels
like we're gonna do a calendar, remember the calendar that
we did a long time ago, But they want to
do like a.
Speaker 11 (13:07):
Sex not sexy like we were just getting some firefighter calendar.
We were just so we're getting fit for the calendar.
And then we sell the calendar and the funds raised
go to the foundation Karla K.
Speaker 2 (13:16):
Cancer Screening Throne. Okay, I love the idea.
Speaker 13 (13:21):
Are you thinking you're angels probably gonna do one of
those banana hammocks?
Speaker 10 (13:25):
Right?
Speaker 2 (13:27):
Those are outlawed? Oh they are, Yeah, I didn't know.
I don't know what we're doing. Say that, Yeah you
can say, but you know how the face got crazy?
Yeah no, because I was imagining Angel in it. But yeah,
that's why my face went crazy. But but no, so
that's the idea. And I didn't know Angel had gotten
(13:48):
into the gym, and I was like, well, and Ryan
is in the gym. Yeah, okay, you thought he's been
messing around. No, there's that.
Speaker 11 (13:56):
It's I know exactly the gym he's it's right around
the corner. Yeah, he's been going from it. Okay, all right,
Well what his problem or not problem? But what he's
been battling is is eating eating right for the amount
of time he goes to the gym. That's the battle, man,
the eating. I like to eat too much, well with you,
and then you know when we go on those you know,
one or two week runs where we get fed here
you know, almost every day and it's you know we're
(14:18):
eating those days, Yeah, a thousand calorie meals at like
nine o'clock in the morning.
Speaker 2 (14:23):
I thought, is there food coming today? There is? There's
food coming today. Bo okay.
Speaker 13 (14:27):
So the only way I can control my issues, pre
diabetic issues is intermittent fasting.
Speaker 2 (14:34):
Okay, so that's right. You've been preaching that for a
long time.
Speaker 13 (14:37):
And you know what it worked for man, drop thirty pounds,
stop doing it, and then jas thirty right back.
Speaker 2 (14:43):
So I'm back on it. I might call you a
liar when you said you lost love there for thirty pounds,
but yeah, I'm back on it.
Speaker 13 (14:49):
And because my knees can't take it, right, that's my problem.
My knees can't take the weight, or i'd still I'd
be four hundred pounds.
Speaker 4 (14:55):
I wouldn't care.
Speaker 2 (14:55):
That's why some people just get with him larks man.
That won't on your knees. I'm not there yet.
Speaker 13 (15:01):
I'm not there yet, all right. Yeah, I'll do the
pre fast intermittent fasting.
Speaker 2 (15:06):
Well, you know what. I can't do that today though,
because we've got food coming, I know, and it's rude
not to eat the fast. That's why I tell my wife.
She's like, why do you eat? Why do you eat?
When they bring the food? I said, baby, it'd be rude.
They want me to talk about it as my job
part of the gig. Well, I got great food coming
from the West End, so so I'll just can't. Are
they going to do beer? The week, I can let
(15:27):
me holler at them. Okay, let me hit him out. Now.
Somebody can't do beer the week. I won't be doing
beeror the week because I drink at night.
Speaker 13 (15:34):
That's why I do intermittent fasting, because I can drink
beer at night and before I go to bed.
Speaker 2 (15:39):
Yeah, yeah, that's that works for you got to go
to work after this, and I gotta go to work
after this, and I gotta get my car to start.
It all works. It's a big circle. Cart. If he
has a couple of beers my cars like a nagging wife,
it will not let me go if I if it's
if I you don't have beers. Okay, so you can't
do beer the week as far. Other than that, you
can hang out while we do.
Speaker 13 (16:00):
I can watch beer the week, all right, And you
know what, most of the time, I don't like those
beers anyway.
Speaker 2 (16:04):
You know what, That's exactly what I was going to
tell Angel. You don't like he only likes one kind
of beer, right, You're like, you're very big lighting domestic.
Yeah yeah, and I'm good. Yeah, Unfortunately, today's was going
to be a light and domestic like you like you ladies,
exactly I guarantee you a big dumb fun today. Both
of the Big Man Roads with us. Don't go anywhere.
(16:24):
You're listening to the Manches the morning. It's twenty twenty six.
It was up. I'm Russ Rollins. Yes you are along
with angel Rivera both of the Big Man Roads. Yes,
Si and Angelie the Day's Queen here today. I was surprised.
I thought you were still like and once again I
get confused by your your posts. I thought you were
(16:44):
in a different part of the world. I even asked
angel He's like, I think she's out of town. We
don't know, and it's a mystery. Uh what city were
you in now?
Speaker 14 (16:54):
I was in Hamburg, Germany.
Speaker 2 (16:55):
Oh, okay, for the show I did.
Speaker 13 (16:59):
Girl.
Speaker 2 (17:00):
She went to Germany and came back. You did a
lot of.
Speaker 12 (17:02):
Flying, Actually I actually did, because on the way home
my flight was delayed, so it got rebooked, and then
we got delayed on the plane for the side. We
we h left the gate early, but then something happened
before we actually took off, so they brought us back
to the gate, so we sat there for over an
hour and a half.
Speaker 2 (17:22):
That would drive me crazy, Oh it did.
Speaker 12 (17:24):
And then I missed my connection flight, so then they
had to book me on another one which had another connection.
Speaker 14 (17:29):
So I had three flights in total that day. It
was exhausting.
Speaker 2 (17:32):
But the thing, Yeah, yeah, we went to Germany. Yeah
I feel.
Speaker 14 (17:43):
Okay, you should because that was a lot so.
Speaker 2 (17:46):
Bo last people heard for twenty some odd years, for
a long long time, you were a car salesman that
you loved. Yeah, well, you know, like I had. It
was I had another sponsor. It was tough and uh
and and look I had a Nissan it one time
I got yea, I bought it from you. I didn't
say nothing bad about the Nissans, but yeh yeah.
Speaker 15 (18:07):
But but you know, I'm a Carl Black man, you know,
exactly tough for you because it's me and you and
you know, and I know Carl Black makes great care
of you without a doubt, and it's amazing.
Speaker 13 (18:19):
Anytime I've ever called Omar as a competitor, he's taking
my phone call as a GM and he's taking my
phone call.
Speaker 4 (18:26):
He's never been anything but nice.
Speaker 2 (18:27):
Yeah, he's great. Great.
Speaker 4 (18:28):
Yeah, I know, I understand it was a bad situation
for you.
Speaker 2 (18:31):
To be in, but you know, I had to make it.
What it is right. So now though you're selling, and
you're selling something I know a little bit about, right
right exactly, and you know, a little little little bit
perturb you haven't asked any of my advice about any
of this. Well, you soldiers, but I said, but I
had an r V. I was an r V man.
Matter of fact, if you go to our YouTube channel,
(18:52):
I got a whole section of uh uh, I forget
what I called it now, Russ on the Run or
something some crap like that, where I would take the
RV eat a different RV parks and I and I
didn't know that. Yeah, yeah, yeah, I I'll send them
all to you if I as probably if you would,
if you would have said, hey, Russ, I know you're
you know you're the ARV man. Yeah. I went to
all these different r V parks in the state of
(19:13):
Florida and I reviewed them all. You could use that
in your in your business, right, Yeah, but you will.
Speaker 4 (19:19):
I watch a lot of that stuff.
Speaker 2 (19:20):
Okay, Well this is older, right, it's right when it
was when Mary Allen and I had the r V
for a couple of years, so which I never got in.
You never got in the RV never walked at it
one time.
Speaker 14 (19:30):
You said he didn't even know you had one.
Speaker 4 (19:32):
I knew he had one.
Speaker 11 (19:33):
Yeah, he didn't let any of us in it. Yeah,
to be fair, you know, I'm a big fellow and
it's a small r V, you know, not even not
even to show it, not even to show it off.
He didn't let any of us in it.
Speaker 2 (19:44):
I never brought it around. No, never let me in it. Yeah,
and I've been. I was at your house when it
was there, yet let me in the poo. Wouldn't let
me in ther RV.
Speaker 4 (19:54):
Actually, but I couldn't use your V.
Speaker 11 (19:56):
According to Rush though, we probably didn't want to be
on there because the the whole thing was really sticky,
you know, you a little sexy time.
Speaker 2 (20:05):
Oh Jesus, No, I don't even want to go to
the best. So anyway, we digress. So now you're selling
RV's right, And that's I know a little bit about
how do you like the RV sales? Because there's a
whole RV lifestyle of folks.
Speaker 4 (20:21):
Man, let me piss you off a little more. I
did go to our brother in Lawmark what because.
Speaker 13 (20:27):
You know, yeah, Taylor, he don't know nothing. Yeah, he
showed me a travel trailer. We spent an hour in it.
He was going over the things he liked about it. Right,
And yeah, I'm at General r V out in Winter Garden.
It's an amazing place to work.
Speaker 2 (20:40):
Yeah they are. They've spil They.
Speaker 13 (20:42):
Spent millions and millions and millions of dollars making the
property bigger.
Speaker 4 (20:48):
Started out at five.
Speaker 13 (20:49):
Acres, now it's gonna be twenty six acres. We got
a brand new show room, coming, news service department. And
I'm learning so much about r v's and the RV lifestyle.
Speaker 2 (20:59):
So what did you learned about r v's And then
I gotta then I gotta talk about the one, the
one thing we have talked about. But go ahead, what
have you learned about rbs? I love them.
Speaker 13 (21:07):
They're so cool, the technology and these houses on wheels
and these travel trailers.
Speaker 2 (21:12):
Because I'm in the travel trailer division right now.
Speaker 13 (21:14):
Right, that's the one you pull behind the truck exactly
where you got to grow up to be in the motors, right,
get you got to you gotta go, you gotta start
getting good to.
Speaker 2 (21:22):
Be in those I went straight to the motor hall exactly.
And you know what for me?
Speaker 13 (21:27):
If if it was me I would want one of those,
because Tracy's already picked one out that she likes, motor home. Yeah, exactly.
So I'll have to learn about those eventually. And I'll
get to learn about those eventually.
Speaker 2 (21:37):
But the coolest thing about my job is they want
me hanging out in these things and they want me.
Speaker 13 (21:44):
Learning about them. They want me knowing about them and
then exactly right what and you know, after I'm there
a year, I can borrow one and go for a
week or two wherever I want to go.
Speaker 2 (21:54):
So it's kind of cool. Yeah, so let me ask
you this. Okay, So you know, I was kind of
I've kind of I told Mariannes both called and asked me,
you know a little in my opinion on you know,
what he can do for social media. You know. So
I said, I'm like, hey, bo, here's what you need
to do. You know, you need to take when you
get to work, take a picture of yourself, you know,
in front of the RV you want to sell that day.
Give him a big uss up. It's both the big man,
(22:16):
come get it, you know. And so I'm pretty happy
that you you actually you listen to me and and
you try to take a picture. But you didn't smile
but suck it self promotion, So then true or false?
I'm in this conversation. And then Savannah calls and I
started to tell Savannah the story, and she's like, oh,
he already called me and asked me all about all
(22:37):
about social media. She's a queen of social media. Talk
to her first before me.
Speaker 13 (22:41):
I didn't talk to her. You know, nobody talks to her.
Oh she I texted her like a month later.
Speaker 4 (22:48):
I got a text back. Oh yeah, you actually I
talked to you before I talked to her.
Speaker 2 (22:53):
Oh she she bragged that you had already you had
already called her about social media. No, I hate man.
Speaker 13 (22:58):
Sure, I texted it to her and like I told you,
she must have been out catching crocodile somewhere because she
didn't text me for like a month.
Speaker 2 (23:06):
Okay, I got right back to you.
Speaker 4 (23:07):
Oh yeah, exactly. You could you couldn't wait?
Speaker 2 (23:09):
Yeah, and know what you're you know what.
Speaker 13 (23:12):
The stuff you're teaching me is invaluable and I do
appreciate it because you can't take a sealfie, but I
can't take a selfie.
Speaker 2 (23:18):
Damn. Now, how is it you can't take a selfie?
Angel sitting right here. She can teach you all the time.
Speaker 14 (23:23):
I never do it well, but you gotta learn, man,
I'm gonna learn today.
Speaker 2 (23:27):
We're gonna hold the camera up with big dumb fun
that ain't fun teaching you.
Speaker 14 (23:36):
We're gonna take a selfie today.
Speaker 2 (23:38):
I just want to see you be successful.
Speaker 13 (23:39):
I appreciate it, and don't get don't get me wrong.
I've just I've never been that self promotion guy. The
stuff that I'm selling is it sells itself. I don't
need me attached to him.
Speaker 8 (23:51):
You know.
Speaker 2 (23:51):
You know people went an RV they I know, I
remember bowl only go in and say go to boast places.
I feel comfortable talking to him. And I'll tell you what.
Speaker 13 (23:58):
That's one of the things that I do want people
to know because I don't just I'm not there just
to shove you in something and say send you down
the road. Right, I'm there to help you, you know,
pick out the one that works best for you.
Speaker 2 (24:10):
And that's that sounds like a sales pus, I know that.
Speaker 13 (24:14):
Unfortunately, but that's that's how I made my career in cars, right.
I helped people buy stuff. And that's all I'm here
to do.
Speaker 2 (24:21):
I have to get you both on the end camera
because we we'reing camera down today. There you're sure everybody's
appreciating that, like we're driving down the road. Well well no, no, no, no,
just like they got to see Angelique and you at
the same time. There you go, all right, we got
that working so so good. So r v's uh, you know,
you're into it. You're digging it, right.
Speaker 4 (24:39):
I haven't been camping in a long time.
Speaker 2 (24:40):
Now.
Speaker 13 (24:40):
You got to go camping, I know, I know, because
there's a lot of stuff you got to do, I know.
And then it looks I've been to I can't believe
you did that stuff. The stuff I'm learning about these things,
I can't believe you physically.
Speaker 2 (24:51):
Did you know what I hated with that? Mary? She didn't.
It was so.
Speaker 11 (24:56):
Like all he did was just like so we went here,
and we would and then he'd come back and he
was like judging all these different places and he's like, Okay,
this place is beneath us, this place, this place is cool,
this place is great because he's got a pool and
no kids. Yes, this place is I mean, he was running.
The fun part was what he would run places down.
But then but he was very very you know, how
(25:17):
Russ could be very particular about things he wants to.
Speaker 4 (25:20):
Exactly from his mother.
Speaker 11 (25:23):
Yeah, yeah, any of us, No, no, any of us
say that, and then he gets mad, like he'll get
mad at me.
Speaker 2 (25:27):
And Ryan say, that comes from love. Yeah, you know what.
That sounded like a lot of love right.
Speaker 4 (25:34):
There, and he knows it, and and I don't. I
can't believe he get mad at him for that.
Speaker 10 (25:39):
No, not that.
Speaker 2 (25:40):
Here's what Here's what they said. No, no, no, here's
what they said. Yeah, tell me how crazy this is? Right, Angel? No,
Angelique wasn't here, so I can't say here Angel, and
Ryan said, I'm complicated. What's that mean? What I mean?
Do you think I'm complicated?
Speaker 13 (25:59):
You know, you're pretty straight forward, Thank you very much, exactly,
just do it your way and everything's fine.
Speaker 2 (26:06):
That's that topic. And you go back and listen, simple,
I'm say the world.
Speaker 11 (26:12):
And if you go back on Monday and listen, I
was like, Bo is going to say exactly what he
said today, Right, you did say that, Yes, is gonna agree? Yeah, yeah,
but everybody else Bo. We had five hundred text messages
and everyone said he's complicated.
Speaker 2 (26:26):
I don't know. These are day one listeners that have
been listening for the whole time.
Speaker 4 (26:32):
They just what they just want to be on you
all side, want to be against Rush.
Speaker 8 (26:36):
Yeah, I know why.
Speaker 2 (26:41):
I know why he keeps you around. You know, I
need a yes man around so bad. You know what
I've been missing that my goodness, Bo. But here's the thing,
I'm not complicated. That's pretty pretty easy to figure out.
Speaker 14 (26:52):
What's your complication? Thank you asking what is the what
makes him come?
Speaker 2 (26:57):
I don't know. Ryan was saying, I'm complicated. Obviously, that's
hard enough to understand that.
Speaker 11 (27:04):
I don't even so it was so there's degrees of it, right,
and I'm not Again, this is not me throwing darts.
Just reference to the conversation, right, the competition for example, Uh,
you know the number of numerous marriages that he's had.
Speaker 2 (27:20):
It's all my fault, not all my fault, right, just
one of them again, just one of them. It's two
and two.
Speaker 12 (27:28):
You know.
Speaker 11 (27:29):
Pretty much he's a general in general, like he's a
complicated fellaw. He likes to think that he's super simple.
But again, working with him, and in the context of
the show bo you just said it, if it's not
done his way, So if he changed the.
Speaker 2 (27:44):
Word to demanding. Am I demanding?
Speaker 1 (27:47):
Yes?
Speaker 2 (27:47):
Am I complicated? No?
Speaker 4 (27:49):
No, I said, it's simple.
Speaker 13 (27:51):
I can fix I can fix all of your issues
with one simple statement.
Speaker 4 (27:55):
What do what he said?
Speaker 2 (27:58):
Simple?
Speaker 13 (27:59):
If you just do it his way, because he's gonna
fight you and be it's gonna end up happening that
way anyway.
Speaker 4 (28:06):
Right, So what you got to learn to do is what.
Speaker 13 (28:08):
I taught most of his wives, this one especially. You
gotta make it his idea than you.
Speaker 2 (28:15):
That's all you. No, here's the thing. We all already
do that. So the issue is not with us. It
is not complicated. It's a conversation.
Speaker 11 (28:27):
It's a conversation that's gone from high management all the
way down the rule with Ross.
Speaker 2 (28:33):
Let him think it's his idea, right.
Speaker 4 (28:35):
So that's so that's I left Mark on the building
that taught everybody something.
Speaker 2 (28:44):
I mean, I'm glad you're straightened out.
Speaker 13 (28:46):
But back when we're a party world, it didn't take
me long to figure out if it was your idea,
I could get a new tent.
Speaker 16 (28:51):
Are you getting new anything? I could get a raise
as long as it was your idea. Vice President understand,
it's continue to go on. Now he's find wrestling belts
for people. He's signs for people.
Speaker 2 (29:04):
Wasn't my idea? And I brought you this sign because
I felt bad that I got her a belt. I
got a big sign for Angel to go behind him
when he's doing his DJ stuff. Oh that's cool, that
is How did you make that? His idea? It was?
Speaker 9 (29:21):
It was?
Speaker 11 (29:22):
It was because again, if you just see it, you
see the imaging and you see all of that. Because
people saw it and they were like, oh that was
that was that's rough. It's a rush promo with Angel's face.
Speaker 2 (29:34):
Oh no, I made it so it fits the show
stuff that we do here. Remember the dog tags. Yeah
that was idea. Yeah, Angel a Boom sign I made
for him. Yeah, okay, that's bad ass.
Speaker 4 (29:51):
That is cool. It's branded monsters.
Speaker 7 (29:53):
I love it.
Speaker 2 (29:56):
Exactly. You know we know what Bo's doing. No, trust me.
Speaker 4 (30:01):
This is why our friendship has lasted so long, because
I don't fight it.
Speaker 5 (30:05):
No, no, no.
Speaker 13 (30:05):
It's like a rip current. It's like a rip tide
when you get it. What happens when you you're on
the coast, You get caught up at a rip current?
Speaker 7 (30:12):
What do you do?
Speaker 1 (30:13):
Yeah?
Speaker 4 (30:14):
You just lay back and go with it. It's gonna
drop you off and let you swim back in.
Speaker 2 (30:19):
That's all you have to do.
Speaker 4 (30:21):
Lay back and go with it, and you're gonna be successful.
You're gonna get a lot of support and love from
Russ Rollins.
Speaker 1 (30:27):
There you go.
Speaker 14 (30:28):
That's a good way of describing that is.
Speaker 2 (30:32):
With the metaphor.
Speaker 4 (30:34):
It's like a flood, right exactly, It's like the damn broke.
Speaker 2 (30:38):
And for those of someone just said, how long has
bo node we've known each other with the eighth grade?
You get it? Ninth grade exactly?
Speaker 11 (30:44):
Get it?
Speaker 2 (30:45):
Ninth grade? Yeah, yeah, yeah, So that's a long ass time.
Speaker 4 (30:47):
That is a long time. You were just talking about that.
Speaker 2 (30:49):
That's a super long that's what's seventy nine, Yes, in
the nineteen hundreds, boys and girls. That's that is crazy time. Yeah,
all right, more big dumb fun when we come back.
I'm going anywhere. You're listening to the Mansess in the
morning time NFL schedules for the upcoming Welcome Back to
(31:18):
the Manchess Morning. He's already a one oh four point
one broadcasting live on iHeartRadio. I'm Rus Rowlands Long with
angel or Vera Angeliue, the Danza Queen and both the
Big Man roads. So I just remembered why they were
saying I was complicated, and I was gonna ask your
opinion on this and some listener actually on the Texas Service.
You can text us at seven seven zero three one.
(31:38):
By the way, everybody texting this morning is having a
great time other than this one guy who's complaining. Okay,
one guy, so RV salesman talking about he's not an
interesting shut up you anyway, you don't.
Speaker 8 (31:53):
Have to go.
Speaker 4 (31:54):
You have to come by and see me in general.
Speaker 13 (31:56):
Problem.
Speaker 4 (31:57):
Right, I'm gonna have other people talk to.
Speaker 2 (32:00):
So this is the reason they were saying I was
complicated because Mary Ellen has decided. You know, I kind
of talked her into retiring from being a paramedic.
Speaker 14 (32:08):
I saw that.
Speaker 2 (32:10):
That's awesome. Yeah, because it's listen and you you probably
can realize.
Speaker 9 (32:14):
Angel.
Speaker 2 (32:14):
I mean, it's a lot the stuff you see the PTSD.
I mean that you see people dying. It's a lot
of stuff. Got a lot and I don't say it
her age, but you know what I'm saying. You got
to carry that fifty pounds bag around walking around the
convention center. It's a lot to it. I'm like, you
should just retire. If you find something else, that's fine,
but you know, stop doing that. So that's why they
(32:35):
were saying, if if, if mary Ellen's going to stay
home and take care of me, I'm complicated. That makes sense. Now, now,
what do you think of mary Ellen staying home?
Speaker 8 (32:46):
Though?
Speaker 4 (32:46):
No, I think it's great. Yeah, I texted her with
the minute I found out.
Speaker 13 (32:50):
I texted her separately because I don't I don't like
to put all that crap on Facebook, but but I
think it's amazing and I think it's class.
Speaker 4 (32:57):
I think it's great that you finally quit making.
Speaker 2 (32:59):
Her work are let her stay home like she deserves. Hey,
I didn't tell you this. After we talked about it
and she put it out there. Whatever, there's somebody that
she knows from Valencia that teaches kids how to become paramedics,
that want her to be a teacher, so she might
do that, you know. But but you know, but that
was how it all started, was, you know, being a
(33:20):
stay at home wife and just taking care of me
would be complicated. And that's easy too. I don't exactly.
I don't do much when I go home.
Speaker 13 (33:27):
Exactly, just make sure there's something in the refrigerator. And
you know I want to go a swimen. Yeah, I'll
get on my boat and let me alone.
Speaker 2 (33:33):
And that's nice to have a sandwich ready when I
get home.
Speaker 14 (33:35):
But that's only if you want to Oh my, what
are we doing?
Speaker 2 (33:43):
Are we?
Speaker 8 (33:43):
No?
Speaker 2 (33:44):
No, if you wish to make a sandwich, I will
eat it exactly out there. Make sure that bounds folded. Yeah, exactly.
I do my own laundry, and women like that, right, yes, seeing,
and I rub it in every time I get a chance. Honey,
I do my own laundry. I remind her, Yeah, I
(34:04):
do well laundry. You don't yell a bunch of don't
bless me.
Speaker 12 (34:09):
But so I wonder, how, so how long do we
think that she will stay home without getting another job?
Because mary Ellen is amazing, but she is also a worker.
She needs purpose, and just tending to you is she
loves you to death, and we all love you to death,
but that is not her purpose, and that's going to
(34:29):
drive her crazy after a certain amount of time.
Speaker 2 (34:32):
You are correct, she already the day that we talked
about it, Angel said something about, hey, Ryan, you're not
looking at this the right way. She's gonna start making
jellies and jams and all kinds of stuff for us.
And that day as I get home, she's like, oh,
I got a bunch of cucumbers. I'm making Ryan some pickles,
like you know, uh she And now she wants to
start a community garden. And we were haven to help
(34:54):
people who don't have money like she and she's talking
to me about this community garden. As a baby, I
don't guard, but if you want to do it, that's
you know, like that's dirty work if you want to
do it. And she's like, you won't help me garden.
I'm not a gardener that you can build. But if
you want a garden right behind you, right exactly, that's me.
Speaker 14 (35:13):
It's actually really cool.
Speaker 2 (35:14):
All the community garden even work.
Speaker 12 (35:16):
You just you come in and you're able, like people
help garden in order to take There's one.
Speaker 2 (35:23):
Right off of like we're in the Milk fifty district.
There's there's a really good one.
Speaker 14 (35:27):
And there's one in like Paramour Areas.
Speaker 2 (35:30):
It's just like a big garden for the community.
Speaker 11 (35:33):
You break it down into plots. Everyone has like like
you sign up and everyone this is kind of the
one that I know how it's run. Everyone has a
plotted area, and and they kind of try to make
sure that it's not redundancy where everyone's growing the same thing.
So everyone's kind of growing different things. You you know,
share with your your plot mates and what kind of thing,
and and and you give it to the like one
(35:54):
of the food banks or something like that.
Speaker 2 (35:55):
Sometimes you do you do Okay, Yeah, that sounds like
a lot of work to me.
Speaker 12 (36:02):
Right the beginning is a lot of work, But after that,
I don't think it necessarily is because it's people who
want to do it. It's people who want to have
a garden, who want to be able to grow their
own food. And then also you get so much a
lot of times with a lot of the plants, you
have so much excess than.
Speaker 2 (36:19):
Like I guess you know what. I remember I had
a garden for at one point in my life with
one of the wives. And the biggest problem with the
garden was the damn raccoons. Raccoons coming in and taking everything.
The raccoons, well, they take it off, you know what
I'm saying.
Speaker 12 (36:32):
My uncle, my uncle just had ducks do it. Ducks
taking your foot, Ducks take like all of his garden. Yeah,
I was like ducks too, but yeah, everything, But your
point being.
Speaker 2 (36:44):
It's only been two days and she's already come up
with five things that she wants to do. I figured
she'd be breeding them dogs. She's talked about that as well.
Speaker 14 (36:53):
Take the garden. Actually, take the garden.
Speaker 2 (36:55):
I'm gonna wish that she just stayed working as a paramedic. No,
but it was it was really it was really getting
rough on her, like the nightmares and stuff, and just
it's just people don't ours. I know that those uh well,
I guess those are considered responders, right, yes, yeah, okay,
so first responders deserve all the love in the world
(37:15):
because I always I always thought PTSD was sort of
made up, and it's not.
Speaker 13 (37:20):
And as I get older and start to realize this
and deal with people in the world, it's not.
Speaker 2 (37:25):
It's it's not, you know.
Speaker 4 (37:26):
And I mean being in the military.
Speaker 2 (37:29):
When I was in the Marines, I saw some stuff.
Speaker 13 (37:32):
Yeah, but I just never really thought about it, you know,
big dumb fun was all I was ever about. Yeah,
I never thought about it. But if you sit back
and start thinking about the stuff that I saw, yeah,
it might screw with the real man. But you and
I we're not crazy guys.
Speaker 2 (37:44):
We know how to turn our brains off exactly right.
Speaker 4 (37:46):
We can compartmentalize. That don't matter anymore, moving over here.
Speaker 2 (37:49):
Yeah it's a plus.
Speaker 14 (37:50):
Yeah yeah, not everybody can say.
Speaker 2 (37:52):
Being dumb is kind of good. Anyway, all right, we're
gonna take a little break. When we come back, it's
trivia time. It's your chance to win some stuff, So
get on the line the telephone verse four oh seven
nine one six one o four one. If you win trivia,
Angel's got some great prizes for you. And then if
you don't get it right, then you can have either
Angelique bo or angel get it right for you, and
then we'll get to know you a little bit. So
(38:13):
don't go anywhere you're listening to the monsters in the morning.
I am
