Speaker 1 (00:02):
Seven oh seven on Tuesday morning. Welcome back to Hudson
Valley this morning with Ed Kowalski. I am pleased to
welcome back to our airwaves Sabine Durden Culter, who I
had the pleasure of meeting several times down in Washington,

(00:25):
d C. When we were talking about this very pressing
issue of illegal alien crime. Sabine and I are members
of a club that we wish we didn't have to join.
It was forced upon us when when family members of
ours were taken from this world by illegal aliens. Sabine,

(00:46):
welcome to the to.

Speaker 2 (00:49):
W k I P good morning. It's such a pleasure
to speak to you.

Speaker 1 (00:54):
Well, it's always a pleasure to speak to you, Sabine.
Can you tell our listeners a little bit about your
story in terms of in terms of your son, Dominic.

Speaker 2 (01:03):
Yes, Dominic was my only child. He and I came
from Germany the legal way, and he was thirty years old.
He was a pilot, had a little plane. He just
he was so into life and doing things and he
worked for the Sheriff's department as a communication officer and

(01:26):
was on his way to work on his motorcycle. On
July twelve, twenty twelve. He had just dropped my now
husband and I off at the airport. We were in
Atlanta for a family reunion when an illegal alien who
had two felonies, two drunk driving convictions, deported one snow license,

(01:47):
no insurance, snow registration, took his truck and turned it
in front of my son, who had to ride away.
Dominic was riding his motorcycle and it was hit so
hard that he died instantly on his way to work,
about two miles from our house. And as you know,
and you felt that feeling when you got the call

(02:08):
about your niece that she got killed, you can't even
describe it to anybody.

Speaker 1 (02:17):
And Sabin, how did you feel about the fact that
the individual who murdered your son he had two felonies,
one for armed robbery, one for grand theft. He was
deported once he returns to the United States, was caught
drunk driving without a license, registration or insurance, and he

(02:40):
receives probation. And while he's out on probation, he was
caught once again drunk driving and once again was given probation.
While he was on probation, for a third time, he
drove drunk again. And killed Dominic. How do you feel
about that?

Speaker 3 (02:59):
I can't, it's said on air.

Speaker 2 (03:03):
I'm still it's twelve years later. I'm still pissed off
because it keeps happening. It keeps happening, and it keeps happening.
And the saddest part is I've been I was never
a public speaker. I never thought I would be on
a radio show like here with You or in DC.

(03:23):
But somehow I couldn't let it go because it's one
hundred percent preventable, not just ten percent. And when I
hear people.

Speaker 4 (03:32):
Say, well, it could have been an American, I.

Speaker 2 (03:34):
Get jurious because it could have been. But then that's
an accident. Here it is to me, it's willingly. They
know they're here illegally, people hire them illegally. They get
paid over one hundred and fifty three billion dollars a
year by this government and it didn't have to happen.

(03:56):
And then the leniency along with the absolute disgusting behavior,
there is no remorse. There's just nothing. It's like, Okay,
the guy who killed Dominic Gwin, he was supposed to
apologize to me. I knew he didn't get up in
the morning to kill my son.

Speaker 3 (04:17):
But still he wasn't supposed to drive.

Speaker 2 (04:20):
So not supposed to be here. He told the judge
that God gives life, God takes life, and he was
only here on his.

Speaker 4 (04:28):
Way to work.

Speaker 2 (04:29):
It's it's insane. It has to stop, and I'm glad
it will stop and slow down once again. And I
can't wait until my buddy for eight years, Tom Holman,
gets out of his alcoholic the starting gate running about
a thousand miles an hour to clean up this mess.

Speaker 3 (04:51):
You and I won't feel.

Speaker 1 (04:52):
This anymore, well, I know, And as I told you
when I asked you, and you graciously accepted to come
on the show, is going to be with us here
on Friday to talk about some of the things that
he's currently doing. So, I mean, what, what what happened
to the individual? Is this guy in jail now or
what's the story?

Speaker 2 (05:10):
Oh? I wish well? He the judge, the DA, everybody
knew him. They tried to steal me away from a
trial because my world had stopped, My heart was shut.
I didn't know what here it was at that point.
So they just had a hearing with the judge that
was that gave the a deal to the guy if

(05:31):
he pleads guilty to manslaughter, and they gave him five
year probation and nine months in jail, and he served
a hole get this, thirty five days.

Speaker 1 (05:42):
And hang on so I mean, hang hang on out.
I want to make sure our listeners heard that correctly.
The individual and I'm going to repeat myself here, the
individual who was in this country illegally. He had two felonies,
one for arm robbery and grand theft. He was reported
once he was caught drunk driving at least two times

(06:05):
prior to him doing it for a third time, which
resulted in the death of your son. And he served
just thirty five days in jail.

Speaker 2 (06:13):
Yes, sir, Yes, sir. And that's that's pretty much when
they had to peel me off the ground because I thought,
when the DA told me he got my back, he's
gonna honor dominate because he was such a prominent figure
in Marino Valley, California. He was known by everybody for
his way of helping and just being there for the community. Yeah,

(06:36):
they made a deal with him, and yeah, he's he
was deported because an Ice agent. He felt so bad.
They all were so mad when all this happened, because
my husband and I went to the facility where they
kipped him until his deportation, and he kept me up
to date. Yeah, he's back. He has family inside, he's

(07:00):
probably has a different name and receiving all the freeways
that the Biden administration are handing out.

Speaker 1 (07:08):
So, Sabina, I want to make sure that we understand this.
After he served his thirty five days for killing your son,
was he deported or was he not deported?

Speaker 2 (07:22):
It took a year and a half because I keep fighting.

Speaker 4 (07:26):
I kept fighting.

Speaker 2 (07:27):
He was held in the institution in the desert. That's well,
it held in legal alien criminals for a year and
a half because I wouldn't let go of it. I
would just be there and stop him getting out the
back door. So a year and a half after Dominic's step,
he was deported and he's back because we have Dominique

(07:50):
has so many friends to your sheriff's departments and swat and.

Speaker 1 (07:54):
So forth, and they've told you that and they've told
you that he's back. Yeah, unbelievable, Sabin. Can I ask you,
I know it's awfully early where you are right now,
and can I just for you, well, thank you, Samine.
Can I ask you to hold through a quick break
and we'll come back and pick this up. I want
to talk about, you know, where we go from here,

(08:16):
and what are your thoughts in regards to the new
administration coming in specific to this issue.

Speaker 3 (08:21):
Got it?

Speaker 1 (08:22):
Thank you, Thank you, Samine. We're going to put you
on just a short hold for we will be right back,
regardless of your political affiliation or your beliefs. How anyone
now can challenge how these how these elected officials in
Denver and all of these other places Chicago can say
we're not going to cooperate. How could they literally look
at their constituents, Sabine, and say we're not going to

(08:44):
cooperate with the federal government to remove public safety threats
and national security threats. I don't get it. I just
don't get it.

Speaker 2 (08:53):
I do have a theory about it. Getn't kickback They
getting kickbacks from the from moneys that are set up
for the cities for the American people.

Speaker 3 (09:03):
Because why else would you harbor criminals, Why else would
you close down programs for children, food pantries and everything
else that is affected by money going to illegals. I
mean some even now taking.

Speaker 2 (09:19):
Money to provide lawyers to illegals. To fight their deportation.
Why would anybody do that because they have some kind
of interest in it. Otherwise it doesn't even make sense.

Speaker 1 (09:31):
So, being in the very brief time that we have left,
I know that there was an empty seat at your
Thanksgiving table this Thanksgiving. Yeah, to tell us about Dominic.

Speaker 2 (09:43):
Oh, Dominic was my best friend, my only child. He
called himself German Chocolate. She was born in Germany, mother
German dad and black American. And he was just a
joy to be around. He was everybody's best friend. They
still celebrated his birthday. I divorced his father and he
and I were housemaids. We both rode motorcycles, he took

(10:08):
me for flights and we just enjoyed each otherwise still
having a personal life. And after he was killed, I
was ready to kill myself.

Speaker 3 (10:20):
I couldn't live without him.

Speaker 2 (10:21):
I just my heart was devastated, broken, not existing anymore.
And that's when Donald Trump coming down the it later
saved my life. Actually, when he talked about illegal immigrations
and myself, I looked up at that and said, I
got more things to.

Speaker 1 (10:39):
Do and not three And you certainly, and you certainly
do something. You're listening to the best of Hudson Valley
this Morning with Ed Kowalski for the week that just concluded.
This week, we're featuring interviews with Angel Mom Maureen Maloney,
as well as incoming borders are Tom Holman. Welcome back,

(11:14):
Maureen Maloney. Thank you very much for holding through break.
I wanted to just comment that the judge who sentenced
the individual who killed your son, he was sentenced in
a bench trial, uh for and was found guilty of
motor vehicle homicide but not murder after a four day trial, outrageous.

(11:39):
I mean, how how does an individual who drags your
son under under the pickup truck that he was driving
for a quarter of a mile?

Speaker 3 (11:49):
How?

Speaker 1 (11:49):
How? How how was that? How did that occur? How?
How was that not considered murder in your state?

Speaker 4 (11:56):
Well, you have to realize I live in a very
blue Massachusetts where it's the Democrats have a super majority.
And you know what came out in the trial was
there was a witness in the truck. There was a
passenger who was telling the driver he was dragging my son.

(12:17):
But the passenger was also in the country illegally, and
he fled, He fled back to Ecuador. So he did
give testimony to the police officers, but unfortunately they weren't
able to use that in the court hearing because he
wasn't there to question. So it was murder, yes, so
they were definitely knew what he was doing.

Speaker 1 (12:38):
So this individual who was driving with the individual who
killed your son was telling him, hey, listen, man, stop,
you've got somebody under the car, and he kept on going.

Speaker 4 (12:50):
Yes, And the driver's five year old son was in
the backseat.

Speaker 1 (12:56):
And he was apparently convicted of motor vehicle homicide while drunk, driving,
reckless endangerment of a child, I guess because his son
was in the backseat, leaving the scene of an accident
which caused personal injury or death, and failing to stop
for police, and of course driving without a license.

Speaker 4 (13:16):
Right wow, right, And he was sent to twelve to
fourteen years in jail. He did serve twelve years and
was released.

Speaker 1 (13:27):
And how many parole hearings did you have to go to?

Speaker 4 (13:30):
I only went to one parole hearing. Yeah, And you know,
I worked with Ice very closely during his incarceration and
I was very very helpful.

Speaker 1 (13:46):
Morin, tell our listeners about your involvement with an organization
called av IAC. Tell us what that's all about and
tell us how our listeners can help support that particular
that here organization.

Speaker 4 (14:03):
So that stands for Advocates for Victims of Illegal Alien Crime.
The organization was created in twenty seventeen by a group
of us that had a child or a loved one
killed by an illegal alien. And our mission is to,
you know, raise public awareness to the impact of illegal immigration,

(14:26):
and we work with legislators. We've met with President Trump
when he was president. That's how I met Tom Holman.

Speaker 5 (14:34):
We work.

Speaker 4 (14:36):
Have our voices heard on new legislation related to securing
the border and keeping America safe from illegal aliens. We
have a website. It is a VACA v i AC
dot us. We have a lot of great information there.
People want to volunteer to help, if they want to
make a donation, they can do that at the website

(14:58):
and they work with hard for the last seven years.

Speaker 1 (15:01):
Yes, you haven't, and that website once again is w
w W A v i A C dot com dot us.
I'm sorry, let's do it again www A v i
A C dot us. If individuals want to look into
that and get that squared away. Maureen, tell us what
it was like when you met the president, when you

(15:22):
met President Trump.

Speaker 4 (15:24):
Well, you know, the first time I met President Trump,
he was candidate Trump and he wanted to meet with
some Asian families. And you know, when I told this
story about Matthew's death, like she looked into my eyes
and I saw his pain as a father anticipating, you know,
my hurt. And you know, he promised me Matthew's death

(15:45):
would not be in vain. And then over the years,
during his four years as president, I met with him
on several other occasions. He always uh remembered Matthew was
my son, and you know, he he did a lot
to secure our border. I think he didn't anticipate how

(16:05):
deep the problem went. That's why I think this term
he will get so much more accomplished, because he's been
for four years already and he knows what needs to
be done.

Speaker 1 (16:17):
And you know, Maureen, you know, having met Tom Holman
myself several times with you down in Washington, d C.
I've never seen someone as passionate about this issue as
he was always passionate about this issue, but now he
is hyper passionate about trying to get this thing squared
away and do the right thing, you know. And Leslie,

(16:39):
let me just ask you a question along the lines
of what are your feelings about politicians now who are
basically saying we're not going to cooperate were I'd rather
like the mayor of Denver, I'd rather go to jail
than cooperate with ICE pertaining to this issue. Tell our
listeners what do you think about that?

Speaker 4 (16:59):
Well, I'm dealing with the same thing here in Massachusetts
because our governor and the mayor of Boston are refusing
to cooperate with ICE. You know, their accomplices in any
of these crimes that these legal aliens commit. You know,
Boston is a sanctuary city. Massachusetts has sanctuary policies, and
they're harboring and protecting illegal aliens. Sanctuary policies do not

(17:23):
protect American citizens and legal immigrants. It only protects the
illegal criminals.

Speaker 1 (17:32):
To tell us about Matthew. In the last couple of
minutes that we're going to be together here, Maureen, to
tell us about what do you want our listeners to
remember about your son.

Speaker 4 (17:43):
You know, Matthew was so full of life. He was
one of those people that had this huge smile on
his face, and you know when he walked into a room,
the room lit up. He had a great sense of humor.
Everybody's loved Matthew. Matthew had just graduated college three months
before his death. He wanted to be a police officer,

(18:06):
He liked to help people, He was law abiding. He
would have made a wonderful father and husband. And you know,
since his death, my eldest son has gotten married and
had a son.

Speaker 2 (18:20):
And these are all.

Speaker 4 (18:21):
Jurious occasions, but every happy occasion is overshadowed by the
void of Matthew and not being there. Yes, but hopefully
Matthew is looking down on us.

Speaker 1 (18:31):
I'm sure he is, and I'm sure he is proud
of the work that you've done, the work that you
continue to do, the work of using your voice, because you,
more than anyone, Maureen, knows that this could happen to
any one of the people who are listening to me
right now, anyone who's hearing your voice right now. If

(18:53):
they think this can't happen to them or their loved ones,
unfortunately they're wrong. And that's really that that's the bottom line,
that's that's what what what we what we need to
continue to do to be able to point this out
and how anyone in an elected capacity can can can
can refute what Tom Holman is trying to do. He's

(19:16):
on record by saying we are going after public safety
threats and national security threats. How anybody, whether you have
a D after your name, an R after your name,
or an I after your name, how anyone can in
effect say well, no, we don't, we don't agree with
that is just beyond comprehension.

Speaker 4 (19:36):
And and they will have blood on their hands.

Speaker 1 (19:38):
And they will have blood on their hands, and that
is absolutely true. Give us the website again if people
want to be able to just understand what the what
the what the a v I A what the A
v I A C organization is all about? And just
give the website one more time for our listeners to
uh to to write down.

Speaker 4 (19:56):
W W W DOT A v I.

Speaker 1 (19:59):
A C us terrific Marian Maloney, I hope you'll be
tuning in tomorrow when we have Tom Holman with us
at eight o'clock in the morning. It's going to be
a good interview and I'm anxious to be able to
talk to him and I will certainly I will certainly
remember him to you, and I'm sure He's going to
remember you as well. Marian Maloney, thank you very much

(20:20):
for joining us this morning.

Speaker 4 (20:22):
Thank you, and happy holidays to you and your listeners.

Speaker 1 (20:24):
You YouTube morning, Thank you bye. You are listening to
Hudson Valley this morning with Ed Kowalski on wk IP.
Let's take a quick break, folks, and we'll be right
back a twelve. You're listening to Hudson Valley this morning

(20:52):
with Ed Kowalski. I am so pleased to welcome to
the wk IP microphones incoming borders are Tom Home and Tom.
Thank you so much for joining our show this morning.

Speaker 5 (21:03):
I appreciate the endlight.

Speaker 1 (21:04):
All right, Well, we appreciate you having here. Tom. It's
been a while since I've last seen you. I think
the last time we spoke down in Washington, D C.
And I went to an event. I ran into you
event at the Capitol and you looked at me and goes, hey,
are you following me? And I was scared, Tom, I
was scared that you that you were that you thought
I was following you. But but I can't thank you
enough for what you're doing. And I wanted to be

(21:27):
able to begin this interview with you. I watched you
when you were talking about the Lakeln Riley murder, and
I forced myself to listen to the seventeen minute audio
tape of basically her murder, and I saw how passionate
you were. I saw how convicted you were in terms
of being able to approach this job that you're about

(21:48):
to undertake and the job that you've done in the past.
And Tom, I'm staggered in regards to being able to
see you dealing with the Capitol Hill people, the local
politicians who are basically trying to contest your your you're
what you want trying to do in terms of being
able to deal with public safety issues and national security threats.

(22:11):
How do you deal with it? How do you deal
with it? How do you continue to do the kinds
of things that you're doing when you're up against that
type of feedback.

Speaker 5 (22:19):
Because of my thirty four and a half years of
feeling for the work in immigration words and security words,
I've seen a lot of tragedies and I've held guying children,
I've had doubt children, held dead children. I've talked to
little girls as young as nine that were great multiple times.
By the ces, I've still in back of the tracted
trailer at nineteen dead people at my feet. That's that's

(22:41):
baked to death. And back at traction trailer, including a
five real little boy to bake to death. It's the
personally die. With all the tragedies and investigative interviews I've done,
I'm just I'm sick and tired of it. I'm tired
of the young ladies, the girls that have been raped
and murdered. It's couch by people are here illegally have
just sat up. So I'm coming back and retirement for

(23:02):
a second time. Trump. I have wife keeps asking when
are you going to actually retire? And I said, I
want this versus fixed. But uh, you know I can't.
I can't get on box to complain about this for
four years and President Trump costs. He says, Okay, I
get fixed it, not fix it. So I'm coming back.
We're gonna fix it. We're gonna We're going to run
the biggest deportation operation that you see. We're going to
secure that border and we're going to find it with
three hundred sells and children that this goverment can't find

(23:25):
that they brought it to the country. We're smuggling to
the country, trafficking in the country, and this government released
them to so called sponsors and they can't find these kids.
So we're going to do all of that. These politicians
want to not help find get the hell out of
the way through. We're going to do it. If I
got to double the workforce in your city, and That's
what I'll do. So we're going to get this done.

Speaker 1 (23:45):
You know now, now next week you're coming to New
York City to talk to Mayor Eric Adams.

Speaker 5 (23:51):
Yeah, he contacts me and he wants to sit out
and talk. And I'm glad and I'm hoping it's a
domino effect. I hope now as a retired police officer
that he he's going to do the right thing. And
President Trump has been clear, we're we're going to write
out of the gate. We're going to prioritize public safety
threats and national security threats. I always think the mayor
in New York City, with the immigrant crime sky highness,

(24:12):
they would want to work with me to address public
safety threats and national security threats. That's what we do
when it comes to the other When it comes to
non criminals, he can not help. I get that, but
the criminals he should be right at the table, shoulders shoulder,
and he could.

Speaker 1 (24:27):
Fix this tomorrow by allowing ICE agents back into Rikers Island.

Speaker 5 (24:32):
Absolutely, that's one of the things we want to talk about.
And I know he's got a city's house to deal with.
If they let me the Rikers Island and the rest
of the bad guys there, that means I heart took
in the neighborhood to find the bad guy, which is
dangerous for my agent's dangerous for the airline, dangers for
the neighborhood. And I'll tell you what they don't want agents,
you know, flowing through their neighborhoods. Well, guess what when
you lock me down the jail you gon't get, You're
gonna get exactly what you don't want to get, twice

(24:54):
many agents your neighborhoods. And when you find a bad guy,
he's probably gonna be with others and they're coming to
So if you want to increased number of the alien
rests of the city, don't let me into jail.

Speaker 1 (25:05):
Hey, tom they talk on Mike.

Speaker 6 (25:07):
First of all, Dad and I are grateful for our
freedom and our safety because of your actions. Willing to
risk your life from behaf a strangers. Thank you, buddy,
God bless you for the job you're doing, and we
really do appreciate you.

Speaker 5 (25:20):
I appreciate that. But with me.

Speaker 6 (25:23):
Your your testimony to Congress a little while ago, when
they were really hammering you and you finally stopped them.
I don't remember if you pounded the table or not,
but you said, look, I get up every morning and
do the job to the best of my ability based
on the laws that are on the books. If you
really want change, you've got to get to work and
get off your butts and legislate new laws. And I
think that loop should be played every morning in both

(25:45):
houses before they start, because that was the crux of
the matter. They're ready to blame you for not doing
your job, but you're doing your job above and beyond
based on the laws that exists, and some of those
laws have.

Speaker 5 (25:56):
To be changed, right, Yeah, you said under oath, And
it's spent five minutes attacking you, attacking the men and
women more attacking men weather. I just told them, we're
not making this up. We're enforcing the law as you wrote.
And you're gonna sit there and call me a bigot,
and the race is coming forced immigration law. Well, that's
what's that makes you. You wrote Themaw, We're not making
this up. We're doing exactly what you told us to do,

(26:18):
what you fund us to do. And this the right
thing for the American people. If we don't like what
I do, then change it. But until then, we're going
to force laws has written. And you know that's the
problem with the last minute BikeE administration has ignored the law.
You've got a preserate judge and the fifth Circain in
Texas that said on several occasions, not only this administration
ignoring the law, they're actively body landing in the law.

(26:40):
And I'm just and I'm fed up with it. And
when I walk in the hearing room, I know I'm
confident when I walk in that room, I know more
about this issue than and he knows up on the diet.
The sad thing is, I'm the only one under oath.
My dream is walking one of those hearing rooms. Put
them under oath. Let me ask them a few questions.

Speaker 1 (26:56):
We would love to see that. Wow, we would love
to see that. You were recently down at the border.
Can you give us an idea and regard to what
the rank and file border patrol agents are feeling right
now as you're ready to assume, to assume this new role.

Speaker 5 (27:11):
Those the best two days I've had in four years.
So I waked up every day pissed off that its
administration took the most secured border of my lifetime and
unsecured it on purpose. What's the result in a quarter
of million American deathment fat andall six hundred percent increase
in sex Stavagate. A record number of people on terrace
wasapses coming across the border, the record number migrant desks,
a record number American desk. So I got down there

(27:33):
with the governor at it. That's the first time I
saw smiles and I saw morales sky high because they
knew rest of is coming. They knew President Trump from
they put in the over office inn or twentia. You're
going to give them the support they need. He's gonna
let them do the job they were sworn to do.
He's gonna let them do the job that they took
a note to do. So rather than being uber drivers
and tourist agency, they're not going to be federal law
enforcement officers secure in that border. There was a great seat.

(27:57):
For almost four years. Every time I went down, I
go down at these once two months and morals non existent.
There has been a complete one. These guys, the men
and went are excited. They want to get back to
the job and secure this nation.

Speaker 1 (28:09):
And Tom, there was news this morning that President elect
Trump has added a couple of new nominees to his
to Homeland Security and Immigration, Rodney Scott as Commissioner of
US Customs and Border Protection and Caleb Vittello as Acting
Director of Immigration and Customs Enforcement. Can you tell us
about these individuals that are coming.

Speaker 5 (28:28):
In Well, I know them both firstally, and I was
involved with that. Rodney Scott in three decades as borg Trow,
he started us to Bord trolle agent, climbed the ranks
to be did borda troal chief, the national chief. He's
commanders over twenty thousand men and women in the United
States Border trop He's an excellent pick for CP commissioner
because he's been done it. He's not a politician, he's

(28:50):
not a political appointment. He's a career of law enforcement
office knows the JOMP very well. David Bettel has been
in the ICE, I think over twenty three years. I
know Caleb. He's an excellent special agend an excellent officer. Uh,
he's a senior executive service. He's earned that. He here's
what Cato started at GS five. Yeah, he started at
the lowest level at ICE as a as a mission

(29:12):
sports specialist. This young man, you know time Lad became
a law enforcement officer. I want the training now. He
runs the entire training program for USAL operations. Great paytriot
and again a career of lawforcement. That's what's good about
President Trump. That's when I was the ICE director. I
was the first ICE director history of the ACT came

(29:32):
up to the Lank, So twenty thousand men and women
worked for me. I didn't ask him to do anything
I didn't do myself. That's one of them. That's what's
good to a President Trump. He puts career professionals in
these mond plush the jobs and done the job. Not
a favor for some political contribution, not not not not
somebody you know, trying to get the position to not
qualify for President Trump. Like Preasument comes to the Board
of Immigration, he takes people from doing it for decades

(29:55):
and we can get the ground running on day one.
I'll be working very closely both of these two men
and we're going to get this, We're gonna get this
chopped up. Yeah. Tom.

Speaker 1 (30:01):
The other issue too, that I've noticed is with with
the individuals that he's putting on, uh, that he's nominating,
there seems to be for the first time, there seems
to be almost a consensus of approach in terms of
being able to have coordination between the individuals who've been
nominated to tackle this particular problem. For example, the the

(30:22):
the the Treasury nominee was talking about the you know,
being able to you know, curtail the the remittances that
that are flowing out of this country to you know,
to to foreign by foreign nationals being sent home. So
there's a little there seems to me to be a
little bit of being of of of having this type
of coordination amongst all of the pointees. Can you comment

(30:43):
on that? Are you Are you seeing that as well?

Speaker 5 (30:46):
Yeah, you know, the people are transitioning, they're looking at
for exactly that they want one government. You know, like
like as the boarders are right, I gotta have I
gotta I gotta be shoulder and shoulder, you know, we
gotta be uh linked up, you know, for anybody that
touches that border, right where there's dj dhs hhs uh
uh h hhs dhs uh d o j U d

(31:11):
o d. Anybody that touches that border, I got to
have a link with. So when cousins in the transitioning
are making these selections making sure that we linked up.
I can't fix the border by myself. I need every
agency that has anything to do that border, anything to
touch that border, like DA and any the FBI, any
of these agencies that have any border security work, any

(31:31):
border porce work. They need to fall under one stole pipe.
That's me. And that's why you created the borders our position,
because you got seven or eight different stole pipes dealing
with the border. Well, guess what, there's not one stole
pipe up to Tom Homer, who of course druck it
to the president. He's doing that across the government and
I think it's going to be really efficient and the
coordination is gonna be outstanding, right right, No more, no

(31:52):
more inner agency fight.

Speaker 6 (31:54):
So Tom, you know, unfortunately a lot of this is
playing out in the before we get to the inauguration,
and not on your part. I mean you're you're doing
your job. I know you hit the ground running already
but I think it's really clear. We have you on
the air here, you've made it clear that your deportation

(32:15):
initially is going to be for the criminals and the
people who are endangering our public. That's who you're going
after first.

Speaker 5 (32:22):
Correct, that's right, that the security threats.

Speaker 6 (32:27):
Yeah, so why is that such a you know, and
you and I both know trying to figure everybody out
is almost impossible. But I don't understand some of the
sheriffs and the mayors that are giving you pushback on this.
That's their job, and they're pushing back on it.

Speaker 1 (32:42):
I don't get it.

Speaker 5 (32:43):
Well, you got some of these mayors and some of
the sheriffs, look people, please, they haven't got looks like
being law enforced. Option became a politician, So they'll take
that badge off the chess put a test drawer because
their number of responsibility is the protection of the communities.
That's what we're trying to do. I understand, and they want,
they might, they might. I'm playing a sandbox when your
rest I'm just someone and I did that. But we're

(33:04):
going to do that. If you're in the country illegally,
not off the table, but we're we're going to do
this in smart target prior to prioritization way. They want
to go for the worst first. That that makes sense,
and I've been sending warning for the last three weeks.
You can consider to sit aside and not help us,
that's what you want to do. Find But if you
impede us, if you knowingly harbor and concealed an illegal

(33:26):
erran from an ice officer, that is a felony and
we will be present those prosecutions. And we got a
strong ag and don minded come that soone apartment, right,
So if you don't want to help find that, I'll
do it for you, and I'll send you twice many
ages to your city because you won't let me in
that jail. But understand this, there's a line you can't cross,
and we'll we have to make an example of somebody.

(33:48):
That's what we're going to do.

Speaker 1 (33:49):
And that example could very well be the the mayor
Mike Johnston of Denver. And you've been very clear in
terms of what you've said about him. He is after
and I'm quoting you, Tom, he's absolutely breaking the law,
and that if he's willing to go to jail, you're
willing to put him there.

Speaker 5 (34:07):
Yeah, well, look, you can't. I'm not going to stand by.
I've arrested US citizens throughout my career as at a
young agent. I arrested citizens were annoyingly harboring an Areo
Ali in their home or in their place of business.
So why would I do A US citizen not a mayor.
I mean again, his number of responsibilities protect that community.
Why would why in the world would you not want

(34:29):
to help me take public safety church out of your city?
For godsake? They just they obviously hate Trump more than
they love their community, or they take that office right.

Speaker 6 (34:40):
You know, mister Holman, It's just it's amazing to me.
Our sheriff here Dutch's kind of sheriff kok and Parati.
He's been in over thirty years himself, and every time
he's a dear friend. Every time I ask him, whether
it's on the air or if we're having a beer someplace,
why he got into law enforcement, his answer is immediately,
I want to help people, And people don't understand the
what you're doing is that you're helping people. You're trying

(35:02):
to help the citizens of this country be safe, and
I don't understand why they don't get behind you.

Speaker 5 (35:08):
Well, This world's upside down right now, especially in the
century cities where the people that enforced law the bad guys,
ones who break the laws, other victims. I don't get it.
You know, I grew up on My grandpa was the top,
follow the top. I grew up in the pans full
of cops. And that's fact. When people are respecting the
uniform their respectively. So the world's upside down. After the
George Floyda incidents, people start turning against law enforcement. But

(35:30):
I think under President Trump's leadership, we're going to show
this country law enforces and find us one percent. And
that's what it has because they put a gun on
the hip every day, and well keV loves that. They
put their lives on the line. And they don't make
a lot of money. Trust me, they don't make a
lot of money. I know. I just I just took
an eighty six percent pay cut to go do this job.
Not because I'm some hero, It's because I care. It's

(35:52):
because of the tragedy I've seen in my lifetime. Because
I knew when Joe Biden opened that border up more,
when get way more chilled and die more fact that
comes across killed I'm sick and tired of the tragedies.
I'm sick and tired of the bad stories. So I'm
willing to take a pay, come back to right to
secure this nation. Then when I retired for the third time,
hopefully it will be my lad So I and President Trump,

(36:13):
we won't finish it this time. We're going to finish
what we started. We're the most secure boat in my lifetime.
We're going to finish the job that I can retire
in peace.

Speaker 6 (36:20):
Uh, mister Holman when the few minutes we have left.
You made the statement earlier, and I know it's true
that you can't do this by yourself. What can the
public do to help you get this job done?

Speaker 1 (36:33):
The public?

Speaker 6 (36:34):
You know, we have three hundred and thirty million citizens
in this country. A lot of them are patriots. What
can they do to help you.

Speaker 5 (36:40):
I don't deputize other one of them because here's the issue,
the three hundred and forty thousands and children. Yeah, I
know how to find a fugitive because we all have
a foot print. We all have a digital footprint. We
all have you know, we all own something, we all
have documents. There's a digital footprint and help well enforcement
finds people children don't have the digital foot so I

(37:00):
won't count on American people. I want deputize everyone. If
you see something, you don't call it one hundred number,
you can go to the website. If you see a
child in distress, if you see a child working where
you should be working, if you see a child in
an uncomfortable situation. When as parents across the station, you
know when there's something that's just not right. So pick
up the phone, get on the website. Let us know

(37:21):
if you see something that's not right, so we can
try to and not if you're wrong. If you're wrong,
but you know what, the chance is not out of
a hundred phone calls. If that one phone call says
an eight year old from a sweatshop, it's worth it.
That's worth it. So we're going to I'm gonna deputize
everybody in this country and help us do the shop.
If you see a loadhouse, you see a bunch of
anlails being locked, a load unloaded a house by some

(37:42):
contractor that's hired the under the table, pick up the phone, Tom.

Speaker 1 (37:45):
What is the website? What is the website that people
can can can reach out to your organization.

Speaker 5 (37:49):
Work, work, work, creating.

Speaker 1 (37:51):
Running here, it's been created. Got it, got it, kind
of got it. Tom. I can't thank you enough for
what you do. You know, when I first met you
down in Washington, d C. You know, you told us
on air back then that you would do this job
for free. And I guess you've only just taken an
eighty six percent pay cut and uh, which which I guess.

Speaker 5 (38:11):
We're glad that I do it for free. And he
looks at he says, well, I wouldn't do that.

Speaker 6 (38:20):
We're gonna pay you.

Speaker 1 (38:21):
Do we knowed eighty six percent cut? Tom, Tom again,
we we would thank you very much for coming on
air with us and with our listeners in the Hudson Valley.
You've always you've always remembered that you're a New Yorker,
and I appreciate you being able to come on in
talk to our listeners in the Hudson Valley. We would
love to be able to as as you as you
settle into this job. We'd love to be able to

(38:41):
have you back to talk about some of the things
that you're doing and some of the things that we
in the Hudson Valley can do to help you in
terms of being able to make your job easy because
we know it's not. It's not it's not it's not
going to be an easy job, but we know that
you're gonna do it, and we appreciate the work you're doing.

Speaker 5 (38:56):
Sir.

Speaker 1 (38:57):
I'm gread, I'm great.

Speaker 5 (38:58):
I love New York. That's my home. I always always
New York, will always been model. I actually only lakes
house up like Tintero, so I plan to return in
New York. So that's why we got to fixed New
York first.

Speaker 1 (39:06):
Well, if you retire, if you retire into New York,
we're gonna We're definitely going to have you. We've been
talking to Tom Holman. I can't thank you enough, sir,
thank you very very much for the work that you're doing.
Is it is live radio. So we had to get
that great.

Speaker 6 (39:18):
Funny you mentioned that ed.

Speaker 1 (39:19):
Isn't it amazing?

Speaker 6 (39:21):
On a Friday morning, we're not talking about peanut butter
sandwiches and diet and we're talking to the borders are
of the United States of America. That's how that's I
want people to understand that there is a major shift
in this program, and that's what we're going to focus on.
There will be no diet specials or fat shaming on here.

(39:41):
But in place of that we have the upcoming Borders
are Tom Holman, who I thought was just spectacular.
