find massive fraud in government service credit cards.

The federal government has four point six million active credit
cards and accounts. We have a little lesson half that
number in federal employees, so we're trying to figure out
where the heck all of these credit cards are.

were used at bars, nightclubs, casino ATMs, and to purchase
