The Pentagon is reportedly establishing new quick Reaction Guard units
to better respond to violent uprisings and civil unrest. Texas
State Rep. Riscocaine says, these types of units have been
utilized before.

we've also seen it after Hurricane Katrina. We're having these
things ready allows us to respond quickly. By the way,
the United States Supreme Court backs Trump on this, recognizing
that this is allowed on the Insiration Act to End Anarchy.
