The High Court's ruling that struck down a racially drawn
congressional district in Louisiana couldn't at the GOP as many
a seven House seats, according to election handicappers. Fox News
Chief political anchor Brett Behar says this continues a trend
that already favored Republicans.

You're talking about a shift not only in the demographics
of these states where were Republicans moving to Texas and
to Florida, but also to the numbers of these redrawn districts.

And anybody who says that the Supreme Court ruling is
not going to have reverberations, they're wrong.

Following the ruling, Louisiana delayed its primary to redraw its
maps in Mississippi and Tennessee are now moving to redistrict
