Economist Thank Lewis says more corporations are looking to move
to Houston, which helps, and we're projected to see GDP
growth as well. But there's a catch.

Sometimes nominal GDP can grow while real GDP declines. That
usually happens when the rate of inflation is higher than
the rate of decline and growth of actual production.
