The Texas Attorney General's Office and the Department of Transportation
are investigating commercial driving schools that are getting licenses to
unqualified drivers, many in the country illegally. Mike Kacharski, co
owner of JKC Trucking, tells Fox this is long overdue.

they weren't properly trained or couldn't communicate clearly or speak English.

Recent deadly truck crashes in Ohio, Indiana, and Oregon were
all caused by illegal aliens who are issued commercial licenses.
The DOT says they've decertified more than five hundred bogus
