New reports show health insurers pocketed billions for false diseases

They found the companies added false diagnosesto records that generated billions. They were
doing this lie scrubbing patients charts,sending nurses to do visits at their houses
to collect diagnoses even when no doctorwas treating the patient for those conditions.
Wall Street Journal reporter Christopher Weaver saysthey found millions of extra sham diagnoses,
and while Medicare has addressed some ofthe issues, there's a bigger problem.
