The Case For Interest Rate Cuts Growing As Fed Meets Tuesday

Inflations remained low enough where a cut can be considered.

there in some of the data that the labor market
seems to be getting weaker, and I think that that
increases the case for lowering interest rates at some point.

Greg GiB of The Wall Street Journal says there's been
no real effect from tariffs, which is positive, and the
shifting sands of politics won't play a role.

They will try and shut out the noise of the
politics and focus first and foremost on what does the
data tell them about their ability to meet their mandate.

He says we might see cuts somewhere from July to September.
