Ways to be a Happier Person:
Want to be a happier human? Same. This week, we’re sharing the tiny shifts and daily habits that can actually make your life feel better. No toxic positivity, no unrealistic advice, just real talk about realistic ways to feel happier every day.

How Does Your Significant Other Show Love in Tiny Ways:
Love isn’t always flowers and grand speeches. Sometimes it’s refilling the Brita, grabbing your favorite snack, or letting you have the good pillow. We’re breaking down the tiny, everyday ways significant others show love.

What's Trending:
From Hollywood loss to headline-making generosity. We talk about the passing of Rob Reiner and his wife, Taylor Swift’s massive $197 million bonus gifts to her tour staff, and why National Cupcake Day deserves more respect than it gets. Plus, sports updates and a quick check-in on the weather, because it somehow always affects everything.

Second Date Update:
Vanessa called us after a coffee date in San Mateo with Logan—a guy she described as warm, grounded, and the kind of “real grown-up” energy she’s been looking for. They swapped book recs, bonded over bad bosses, and agreed breakfast burritos are basically morning royalty. So why did Mr. Mature suddenly vanish? We dig in.

DM Dilemma's:
You gave them a car. They keep asking for rides. Now what? We debate whether gifting something big automatically signs you up for more than you intended.

Good News:
We’re diving into a story that perfectly captures the power of STEAM education. A teacher designs a low-cost, custom prosthetic hand for his student, allowing him to grip objects using his own wrist movement—and plans to keep improving it as the student grows. It’s innovation rooted in empathy.

Speaker 1 (00:00):
It's Star one on one three, it's Marcus. Right before
six o'clock Monday, Good morning, Producer Taylor is here.

Speaker 2 (00:05):
Good morning.

Speaker 1 (00:05):
I'm gonna say something I didn't think i'd ever gonna say.
I am partied out. No, I this weekend was bonkers. Yeah.
I don't want to even audit all the things that
I did. But like Friday night, the family and I
h no, wait, hold on Friday, what do we Friday
afternoon we hosted some people here at the radio station,
some friends. We had a big dinner that was so

(00:26):
much fun. Twenty five lusk. Thank you to Chef Dolan
for hooking that up. Saturday was the Lighted Boat Festival
in Half Moon Bay. Met all of our friends there
in the harbor and partied, and then I didn't get enough,
so I went to karaoke Saturday night. Then I woke
up Sunday morning and Producer Taylor and I went to
the Niner game with some other friends. Oh yeah, you
did a little content grab. Thank you in the Niners for

(00:47):
hosting us in the big I felt so important, the
influencer sweet right, so fancy. But today I'm like, I can't,
I can't. What am I doing?

Speaker 3 (00:56):
I know I slept through my alarm like I am
not with it today.

Speaker 1 (01:01):
I hope you had a good weekend though seriously, we
appreciate you having as on this morning. We have tons
of stuff to do today. Maybe you had a rough
week last week. We're starting a new week. We talked
about this on Friday. But here are some wasys. Just
be a happier person, like real happy, not fake happy.
Producer Taylor joining me in studio. I want to bounce
these off of you. You let me know what you
think really quickly. All right, and now, like I said,

(01:23):
we're not talking about what is that toxic positivity where
you're faking being happy. These are actual ways to from
your heart, from your soul, be a happier person, and
I love all of them. They're quick hitters. Number one,
either take action or let it go. How hard is
that for you?

Speaker 2 (01:40):
It is kind of hard, Okay, I have a hard.

Speaker 3 (01:42):
Time letting things go sometimes. But also you have to
remember you can only.

Speaker 1 (01:45):
Control yourself right especially right now, because the world's nuts.
I literally say to myself, Okay, there's the issue. Can
I do anything about it. If the answer is no,
it's gone, Yeah, Like it's easier said than done.

Speaker 2 (01:59):
But god, it's so freeing rop the baggage.

Speaker 1 (02:02):
I could talk about just that for the next twenty minutes.
Let's move on. Connect with friends who make you feel good?

Speaker 2 (02:07):
Oh my favorite.

Speaker 1 (02:10):
We always talk on the show about making sure you
surround yourself with people that fill your cup. Yeah, Producer
Taylor and I were talking off the area yesterday, like,
sometimes you got to take a look at your friends list,
a good hard look and say to yourself, does this
person complete me? That's not really the right phrasing, but like,
do they drain me? Am? I only friends with them
because we've been friends for so long? Or do they

(02:30):
actually when? Here's the rule for me, when I leave
that interaction, when I leave that happy hour, I can't
wait to come back, right, that's for me. That's the
filter that I put it through. I have struggle with
this one. Keep a gratitude list? Do you ever do gratitudes?

Speaker 2 (02:45):
Absolutely? I don't do it almost every day?

Speaker 1 (02:47):
Do you really?

Speaker 2 (02:47):
Yeah, it's a practice of mine.

Speaker 1 (02:49):
I say, I have no discipline. This requires discipline. I
have zero.

Speaker 2 (02:53):
But oh don't I know that?

Speaker 1 (02:55):
All right?

Speaker 3 (02:56):
Uh?

Speaker 1 (02:57):
Check in with yourself, am I? Okay? How my feeling
and in the vein of either taking action or letting go,
write down what you intend to let go of. And then, frankly,
you could take that piece of paper. Unless you're using
your phone, don't do it. If you're using your phone,
you could set it on fire, right, don't don't. That's
a lithium issue. I love these though ways to be
a happier person. If you have one that resonates with

(03:19):
you that we have not talked about, use the talk
back let us know. It's the little red microphone. If
you're streaming Star one oh one three right now, what
I'm asking this morning is how does your significant other
show love in tiny ways? Eight hundred eight hundred and
one oh one three If you want to check in
on this, I actually had a small active love blow
up in my face on Saturday. I was almost the
perfect husband, but forgot one major detail.

Speaker 2 (03:41):
Can't wait.

Speaker 1 (03:41):
So we're headed to the Lighted Boat Festival in the
happen Bay Harbor, and our friends want to meet at
a brewery there in the harbor. Hop dogm. It's a
fantastic place. Problem is, the wife is gluten free. She
can't drink beer, so she's like, what am I supposed
to do. She likes to drink prosecco sparkling wine, so
she was out for the day. I decide, I'm going
to load up the car with some iceed prosecco and
a cooler, and I'm going to drive the car a

(04:03):
mile to the harbor, park it and then walk back
so she can have a little stash.

Speaker 2 (04:07):
Yeah, that's so sweet.

Speaker 1 (04:09):
Waiting for her in the parking lot. So I do it,
and I tell her and she smiled. She says, I
love you. I love you back. And then our friends
come over and we're all walking to the harbor and
I was telling them, yeah, I don't worry, I've got
a stature prosecco in the parking lot. I felt like
a champion. There's four of us, including some friends of
mine from out of town. We get to the car,
everybody's got their vessel. I'm about to pop the trunk.

(04:31):
I forgot the keys.

Speaker 2 (04:32):
No, the most important thing.

Speaker 1 (04:37):
Didn't bring the keys.

Speaker 2 (04:38):
Oh my goodness.

Speaker 1 (04:39):
Now everybody's looking at my wife's like you're messing with us.
I go, no, nope, I'm that dumb. I think you
know this. We've been together for fifteen years.

Speaker 2 (04:46):
You know this right now.

Speaker 1 (04:47):
Yeah, but you're not shocked, are you? Yeah?

Speaker 2 (04:49):
I can't say.

Speaker 1 (04:51):
But oh my gosh, here's the best part. This is
the most small town moment ever. So I said, hey,
you guys, go into the coast and Ara, there's a
Peruvian restaurant right there. Just kick back, have a cocktail.
I'm gonna hoof it back to the house. I'll be back.
I take about twelve steps and somebody honks at me.
It's my dentist and his family coming out of the harbor.
He's like, man, where are you going? I go, bro,

(05:12):
let me get a ride.

Speaker 2 (05:14):
That's perfect.

Speaker 1 (05:15):
Saddle up, gives me a ride back to the house,
grab the keys, ride back to the harbor, and I
was back in there within ninety seconds. And my wife
was like, how did you do that? Like, don't even
worry about it. Basically, hitchhikings true love, babe, true I
would do anything for you. But yeah, that's the question
is like, how does your significant other the little ways

(05:35):
they show love. That's a prime example for me. Whether
it's you or them, does it matter. You can use
the talk back on the iHeartRadio IP. It's that little
red microphone. If you're streaming Star one on one three
right now.

Speaker 4 (05:46):
This is what I talk about. What's trending on Star,
what's happening in entertainment news, the biggest stories of the day,
and everything people are talking about today in the Bay.

Speaker 1 (05:58):
Super sad news we all had to wake up to
this morning. Filmmaker Rob Reiner and his wife Michelle have passed.
Authorities found them in their home in Los Angeles. The
police treating it as a homicide. Investigations are ongoing. And
I mean that dude directed some of the best movies ever.
When Harry met Sally, a few good men stand by me.
I know I'm missing a dozen, but the tributes from

(06:21):
Hollywood are pouring in and we're just sending vibes to
his family as they have to heal from this. But
I'll keep you posting on that if I get more information.
Switching gears to music. More reasons to celebrate being a swiftye.
Apparently Taylor Swift handed out one hundred and ninety seven
million dollars in bonuses to her tour staff, who any

(06:42):
reasons to love her more?

Speaker 5 (06:44):
She said.

Speaker 1 (06:45):
It says right here. It says this is on top
of the salaries they're already pulling in and one example,
a crew member named Robert received a handwritten note from
Taylor Swift thanking him for his efforts during the US
leg of the tour with a bonus of one hundred thousand.
She's really good At the follow up, She's like, I
have a boss that was very instrumental in breaking her

(07:07):
music back in the day. To this day. He gets
a Christmas card from her every year.

Speaker 2 (07:12):
That's amazing.

Speaker 1 (07:12):
And the last one I saw it literally said, hey,
how is your cat? Oh? But really I don't know
how she does it. I don't know who's got the spreadsheet.

Speaker 2 (07:21):
But that's another reason to love Taylor Sweat.

Speaker 1 (07:23):
I'm saying, okay, and we go to sports. As producer.
Taylor and I were at the Niner game yesterday. Oh yeah,
thank you to the Niners for hosting us for one
of the look. It was so much fun. They beat
the Titans thirty seven to twenty four, third straight win.
They now had to Indianapolis to play the Colts on
Monday Night Football. The twenty second, five fifteen kickoff on

(07:44):
that game in Indy Go Niners up on the Star
one on one three FM. Instagram will close with this
if you give it a follow, check the stories we
have today's poll take it away.

Speaker 3 (07:54):
It is National cupcake Day today, so we are wondering
what is the best topping red velvet await copping. Getting
ahead of yourself there, let's move on. We're wondering what
the best topping is. Is it sprinkles, is it chocolate chips,
is it fruit? Or do you just like to keep
it simple?

Speaker 1 (08:14):
What's my face?

Speaker 6 (08:16):
It is?

Speaker 2 (08:16):
Oh my gosh, mar Okay.

Speaker 1 (08:19):
So that's in the stories. If you want to participate
on the Star one three fm Instagram, please give it
a follow. And that is what's trending. Back with second Date,
Up Date. I want to grab Vanessa real quick and
let's let's just get started. Vanessa, are you there, I'm here. Yeah.
We got things to do, girl, We got.

Speaker 5 (08:34):
To get.

Speaker 6 (08:37):
Yes, I'm calling about Logan. We met for coffee and
san maititeo okay, and he was just like warm, easy.

Speaker 1 (08:44):
To talk to. Yes, you know.

Speaker 6 (08:47):
We compared our favorite books. We had like a couple
in common. We vented about our rossas he We bonded
over the fact that both of us think breakfast Britos
are the highest form of morning cuisine and he has
like a sense of humor. She just she like seemed
like a real grown up and I was into it.

Speaker 1 (09:06):
Isn't it funny the things we muse about in group
in twenty twenty five are so it's like, oh my god,
our breakfast burritos awesome.

Speaker 6 (09:16):
It was a revelation.

Speaker 1 (09:17):
Well, I mean, what were our parents talking about back
in the day, right, Like, I guarantee you it wasn't
Who's got the best breakfast burrito? Thanks Instagram? Can I
just say your voice is ASMR like this.

Speaker 6 (09:30):
Is oh my god, You're like the third.

Speaker 1 (09:32):
Person this week who has just blown us away with
their for you I could Yeah, I chat with you
all day long. This is great.

Speaker 6 (09:39):
Well, it's coming from a professional.

Speaker 1 (09:43):
Let's not get ahead of ourselves. Honestly, I'm a I'm
a trained monkey. In fact, I better get to work here.
So the goal is to get Logan on the phone.
The second goal is to get him to talk about
your date. I want to figure out because he ghosted, right.

Speaker 6 (09:56):
Yes, he ghosted. I have no idea.

Speaker 1 (10:00):
Okay, we're gonna get him on the phone. We're gonna
try to figure out what his perspective of the date
was okay, can you hang on for a song?

Speaker 6 (10:06):
Yeah?

Speaker 1 (10:06):
Okay? Deepress? How dare he? Am? I?

Speaker 6 (10:08):
Right?

Speaker 1 (10:08):
Girl? How dare he?

Speaker 2 (10:10):
Yeah? How dare he?

Speaker 1 (10:12):
This is a very simple coffee date in San Mateo.
Let's figure it out. Go ahead and meet your phone.
I'm gonna call him right now.

Speaker 5 (10:25):
What Hi?

Speaker 1 (10:26):
Can I talk to Logan? Please? Logan? This is Marcus
from Star one one three from the morning show. Yes,
I don't suppose you listen to the show? Do you?

Speaker 5 (10:41):
I do not?

Speaker 1 (10:42):
Okay, totally fine. So it's a radio show. We're doing
a segment right now that I would love to have
you on if you have a minute to be on
the radio with us. It's called second Date Update. It's
regarding a date you've been on recently. I got floated
to your phone number from a lady who says you
you you took her out on a date and that
she's feeling ghosted. So I'm just trying to figure out

(11:04):
if something went sideways or what happened. Do you mind
talking about your date with Vanessa?

Speaker 5 (11:10):
Essa? No? No, I don't mind talking. No, that's cool.

Speaker 1 (11:14):
Okay, how did it go? I'm trying to figure out
if she if she did something wrong.

Speaker 5 (11:20):
Like, so the first twenty thirty minutes of the date
were actually amazing, and I like actually really liked her,
and I thought, I don't know, like we were kind
of really getting along and and you know, she's really funny,
she's really pretty. But there was a time where it
kind of got accelerated.

Speaker 1 (11:41):
What does that mean?

Speaker 5 (11:43):
I know? So she okay, so she like there was
a point where you know, we're really kind of vibing
getting along, and then she was like, Okay, I have
to show you something on my phone. And I was like, okay.
I figured she's gonna showing me like her dog or
something or I don't know, yeah, nephew or I don't know,
you know, it's just something normal. Then she like out
this like intent list of like it was like a

(12:06):
Pinterest and it was an entire wedding board.

Speaker 1 (12:10):
It was one detail so like wedding board.

Speaker 5 (12:14):
Yeah, like a Pinterest like wedding board, like everything that
she wants in her wedding, like the dress, ring style,
she like expects, the venue like she's already saving for
the color ballad. Then like she swiped to like another
board and it was it was literally labeled future Family
and it had like the architectural style of her dream home,
the like, the like, the like the freaking back yard

(12:36):
was laid out. I mean, if she even have one,
that was what my kids would probably look like based
on the type of man. It was like intense. So
I just sat there like kind of stunned, didn't really
know what to say because I was like, oh my god,
I mean I just met you, right, okay, yeah you
know so yeah.

Speaker 1 (12:54):
Okay, so this is the part of the call. So
Vanessa is actually listening right now. We were just trying
to figure out what went sideways.

Speaker 6 (13:03):
Yeah, hey, Logan, sorry, I'm just a little shocked. I
was just a little shocked. It's vision boarding. Everybody does it.
Manifestation is powerful. I like you, it's you look like
you have never seen a Pinterest board. Like we were
raised in a barn. I mean, if you're scared from
like a little bit of lace and a little bit

(13:24):
of good lighting them, so that's your issue.

Speaker 5 (13:26):
I think, like, listen, you're making it way more chill
than it was. It was very intense and it was
a lot to put on family time. Just met yous ago.
I was like, oh my god, this plan there.

Speaker 6 (13:40):
Is no time to waste some time with people. So
I want to make sure you have the same vision
as me, and I'm manifesting it. It's called planning ahead.
Adults do it.

Speaker 5 (13:49):
But you like literally told me to grow out my
hair and then i'd like fit your perfect aesthetic. And
I'm like, oh my god, Okay, I guess I was that.

Speaker 6 (13:56):
I was being helpful. You would be cuter if you
did that. You're going to figure it out on your
own in like a week or two, and then you'll
be like, oh wow, okay.

Speaker 1 (14:07):
I feel like we need let's take a beat here
for a sec. Vanessa. You obviously know what you want. Uh,
this might be a lot for one person on a
first date. I'm just going to say that I don't
I respect your ability to have a vision for what
you want in your life. This might be a lot
for somebody. I don't know.

Speaker 6 (14:27):
If it was not as intense. It was not as
intense as he's describing it. He's making it sound like weird.
I was not weird. I mean it was weird.

Speaker 5 (14:35):
It was frankly weird. It was almost I don't know,
I felt violated liked because of this like predetermined you
know thing that i'd fallen into.

Speaker 6 (14:44):
It was what everybody does. They look at pictures of
people and they pick them because of a predetermined thing.
I mean, that's you're looking at it like a photo
and what they're interested in.

Speaker 1 (14:55):
Okay, you guys at the end of at the end
of the days. Doesn't this honestly doesn't sound like a
match to me, unless logan I'm reading the room wrong.
Second game.

Speaker 5 (15:03):
No, it was too much for me. Frankly. I mean,
it's just you were really nice.

Speaker 1 (15:08):
But that was like a lot, a lot, all right,
hang on, hang on, I'm calling it anyway, it is
a lot. Joined in the studio by producer TAYLORO just
pointed out a DM that we got from Gregor and Nevado,
and I want to know, if somebody gives you a car,
are you obligated to give them a ride anytime they
want one. Here's his story. Last month, my mom and

(15:29):
stepfather were generous enough to give me one of their
own vehicles for my birthday. Welcome and extremely unexpected. I
had been riding the bus until then. Super generous, or
so I thought. It turns out my stepdad had just
had his driver's license suspended, and apparently one of the
requirements that came with the gift that I wasn't informed
of at the time was that I would have to
be at his beck and call to drive him places,

(15:50):
regardless of anything else I have going on, like work
or school. And if I refuse, the guilt trip that
is laid on me is unbelievable. It's at the point
where I'm thinking about giving the car back and going
back to taking the bus. If I do that, do
I look like an ungrateful jerk? Or do I have
a point. If you give somebody a car, are they
automatically your driver? Be honest?

Speaker 3 (16:11):
I mean, if I gifted someone a car, I would
one hundred percent expect them to drive.

Speaker 1 (16:16):
Every single time.

Speaker 2 (16:17):
I mean, maybe not every single time.

Speaker 1 (16:19):
What if they say they can't.

Speaker 2 (16:21):
Make it work?

Speaker 6 (16:22):
Now you're lying.

Speaker 1 (16:24):
They'll make me like you less.

Speaker 2 (16:26):
What if I really need a ride?

Speaker 1 (16:27):
Okay, well listen, if you were able to buy somebody
else a car, I think you're probably financially fine, like
you could uber.

Speaker 2 (16:33):
Yeah, that's true.

Speaker 1 (16:34):
I mean for me personally, if it was my kid
or somebody else, I wouldn't expect it every time, but
I would ask every time if I needed a ride.
They're gonna be my first call. Yeah, and more than
if somebody gifted me a car, I would try to
make it happen as often as possible. But this just
sounds toxic, like to lay a fat gilt trip on
somebody like that.

Speaker 2 (16:53):
Right, you need to put some boundaries in place, exactly.

Speaker 1 (16:56):
So listen, Greg, if you feel like it's so out
of hand that you genuinely want to go, hey, you
know what, take the car back. I'm going to go
back to riding the bus because that could potentially double
or triple your commute.

Speaker 2 (17:08):
Yeah, this is very true.

Speaker 1 (17:09):
So if the guilt trip is so unbearable that you
are considering giving the car back, then maybe it's not
worth it.

Speaker 2 (17:15):
I'm stressful.

Speaker 1 (17:16):
Have you ever gifted somebody something like a car? Like
for me? Once I gift somebody something, it's theirs. It's
no longer mine. I am no longer affiliated with it.
You can do whatever you want with it if you
can give me a right grade. If you can't, I'm
not going to guilt trip you. That's terrible.

Speaker 2 (17:32):
Yeah, that part is a little crazy.

Speaker 1 (17:33):
Yeah, let us know what you think.

Speaker 4 (17:36):
It's time for good news.

Speaker 3 (17:40):
Sometimes all you need is the one a good thought
to make it a great day.

Speaker 2 (17:44):
So let's do this.

Speaker 1 (17:45):
It's good news on Style one. Give me good news
twice in morning, just trying to put a smile on
your face at we start our day. This might be
the most selfless thing I think I've ever heard. As
a teacher in Kentucky secretly built a three D printed
hand for one of his fourth grade students who was
born without his right hand. Teacher's name is Scott, mister Johnson.

(18:07):
The kid's name is Jackson, and obviously transformative. I guess.
Jackson had a skin tone rubber type hand that he
could wear, but it didn't have a lot of functionality
to it. He couldn't actually grip things. So mister Johnson
went in with his three D printer and for about
twenty bucks, created a lightweight, sturdy prosthetic built from durable bioplastic.

(18:31):
We're talking foam smooth interior elements. The best part about
it is it's one hundred percent mechanical, so no electronics required.
Jackson controls it with his own wrist movements. Flexing down
closes the fingers into a grip. Flexing up opens them again.
There's a system of internal wires to help the fingers
tighten naturally. The best part about this as well is

(18:53):
that this is just the first one because it's only
twenty bucks to make. He's taking his feedback and creating,
you know, the two point zero version and a three
point zero version and just amazing. Let me read you
the headline again. This is a teacher in Kentucky who
built a three D printed hand that for a kid
in his class and presented it to him on back

(19:15):
to school. And you know, for me, the best part
of the story is anytime you have like I have,
cerebral palsy, and so anytime you can have a sense
of normalcy, in this case, getting your your handback, I
think that's tremendous. I think that's awesome. So good on you,
mister Johnson. Nice work.

Speaker 4 (19:31):
What I'm talking about is what's trending on Star, what's
happening in entertainment news, the biggest stories of the day,
and everything people are talking about today.

Speaker 1 (19:42):
In the Bay. Start with the sad news everybody's waking
up to this morning is filmmaker Rob Reiner and his
wife Michelle have been found dead. Unfortunately, they found them
in their home in Los Angeles. Police are treating it
as a homicide. You remember Rob Reiner for some of
the best movies of If Your gen X. These were
our jams when Harry met Sally. A few good men

(20:03):
stand by me. There are so many. I could go
on and on and on, but super sad news tributes
are pouring in. Send nothing to love to Rob Ryder's family.
He was seventy eight years old. I'll keep you posted
on the investigation when I get more info. Further reasons
to love Taylor Swift as she has handed out about

(20:24):
one hundred and ninety seven million dollars in bonus cash
to her staff. So if you worked on or working
on the Eras tour, you got broken off. There was
an example of a crew member named Robert who received
a handwritten note from Taylor thanking him for his efforts
during the US leg of the tour, and then a
check for one hundred thousand dollars boom. I don't know

(20:46):
what Robert does, but I'd like that.

Speaker 2 (20:49):
Job, right.

Speaker 1 (20:50):
I don't even know what she's so good at that.
I told you guys last hour, I had a program
director who still gets a yearly Christmas card from her.
He was instrumental in breaking her music and then one
year she literally wrote in the card house your cat,
Oh I don't again, I don't know where the spreadsheet is.

Speaker 2 (21:07):
She's just a thoughtful person.

Speaker 1 (21:09):
Really is a thoughtful person. It's pretty amazing. Anyway, Taylor
be and Taylor, let's go to sports really quick. As
the forty nine ers beat the Tennessee Titans yesterday thirty seven,
twenty four was the final little Levi Stadium for their
fourth straight win, and producer Taylor and I partied a
little bit too hard and before thank you to the
forty nine ers for being so generous with their I

(21:31):

yes which made me so important, so famous for like
ten minutes. But then they had hot dogs all over
the place.

Rice Krispy treats, those little.

Speaker 1 (21:45):
Football cookies, oh so good. I was like, get my mouth,

Speaker 2 (21:51):

what is the best topping. Do you like sprinkles, chocolate, chips,
fruit or do.

Speaker 2 (22:15):
You just like to keep it simple?

Speaker 1 (22:16):
I keep it simple, man. I yelled it out last hour,
red velvet cake with a cream cheese frosting, No sprinkles,
no nothing, forget it.

Speaker 2 (22:23):
Get in here basic.

Speaker 1 (22:25):

She comes back in the studio Fedrico and she says,
you know, you know how there are some guys that
