A sixth grader from Savannah, just turned her writing contest
into the sweetest celebration for shelter dogs. Mia Perry is
a student at St. Andrew's School and she recently won
a creative writing contest hosted by an ice cream place.
Her wedding piece was a poem about her rescue dog
Finn so adorable. But instead of keeping the celebration small,

Mia wanted to spread the love, and so she teamed
up with Dogs or ice Cream and secured twelve boxes
of their pet friendly treats. And then she headed straight
to the Humane Society for a Pause in Paradise party
Nice as Cute.
