Hey, it's Laney and today we're exploring Honey Creek, Iowa.
One of the most peaceful and picturesque towns you'll ever encounter.
Honey Creek is about seventeen miles northeast of Omaha, just
off I twenty nine North. This great town is home
to the Honey Creek Creamery, a century farm known for
its artisan goat cheese. They actually have an Adopt a
Goat membership program where you can sign up to receive

a goat flamour shot and cheese discount card. They also
sell shirts that say the Bleak goes on, So creative.

I'm in though. Yeah. Honey Creek is also home to
Hitchcock Nature Center, which has fifteen hundred acres of stunning prairie,
savannah and woodlands. This is a wonderful place for hiking,
and they have plenty of trees you can find some
decent shade when it's really hot outside. From September through December,
you can see thousands of eagles, fox and other raptors

migrate south with a three hundred and sixty degree view
of the Missouri River Valley. You'll also want to visit
Crescent Hill at Hitchcock, which used to be called Mount
Crescent Ski Area. Since nineteen sixty one, this winter destination
has drawn skiers, snowboarders, and sledters from all over the Midwest.
