We're registering people for Kansas thirty eight special tickets. They're
going to be out at do Seki's Pavilion.

Speaker 3 (00:30):
Still got the guitar too.

Speaker 5 (00:31):
July twentieth, and then we've got the guitar. That's the
grand prize signed by Greta Vanfleet, and they've got this
great chill prize package just in time for Father's Day
that everybody can rememster it.

Speaker 3 (00:42):
Yes, it's huge, it's worth a lot of money, and
I know you guys like to hear that when it
comes to winning prizes. Now, and I'd like you to
do the honors for me. If you add together this
number and this number, we're at our current totals as
of right now for this week.

Speaker 6 (00:58):
Of Blood Drive shows, five hundred and twenty three donors
so far, and just so you know, every day Carter
Blood Care needs at least fifteen hundred donors to meet
the demands of North Texas.

Speaker 5 (01:14):
So we're at five hundred and twenty three. We are
definitely helping out Carter Blood Bank this summer.

Speaker 3 (01:19):
Okay, I've got some good news for you. Yeah, this
is my chicken scratch, which I don't blame you for
not being able to read write. That is actually a
twenty one. We're at five hundred and forty three.

Speaker 5 (01:32):
So I thought this was five twenty two, five hundred
and two, so it's five twenty two two.

Speaker 3 (01:40):
Amazing record breaker day yesterday at Billy Bob's Texas. We
were expecting maybe one hundred plus donors. Yeah, two hundred
and two donors yesterday by seven o'clock till day.

Speaker 4 (01:50):
That's the biggest day we've ever had.

Speaker 3 (01:52):
Yeah, and we just started all this stuff just got
erected recently, and we're already at twenty one donations at
NFM and the Grandscape and we're gonna here hanging out
till three o'clock and if we all cross our fingers
and toes really tight, we just might get a very
special visit from a sweet, crazy old man today.

Speaker 5 (02:09):
Yeah, Bo Roberts was out late last night with Jim White,
so who knows what kind of trouble. I didn't get
a phone call that I had to bail him out
of jail or anything, but who.

Speaker 4 (02:17):
Knows what kind of trouble those two got into last night.

Speaker 3 (02:19):
Come see us, man, We would love to see you.
Carter Bloodcare of course set up right out front. We
are not out of donors t shirts, even though they
are limited edition collectors items, and they still have Carter
Bloodcare beach towels for all the winners too. Lone Star
ninety two to five live at NFM Grandscape until three.

Speaker 1 (02:34):
Come on now, lone Star out and about in DFW.
We're live from the Lone Star ninety two to five
Blood Drive.

Speaker 3 (02:43):
Oh and we're not live from anywhere. We're live from
Nebraska front of from an where people are genuinely turned
on to be shopping.

Speaker 4 (02:50):
Here man, and look, just China, look at this.

Speaker 3 (02:54):
Anna is here, and now Bo is here.

Speaker 7 (02:56):
It's here.

Speaker 4 (02:58):
All right.

Speaker 3 (03:01):
The Bow and Them Show is back in formation and
on a Saturday, which doesn't happen all the time.

Speaker 4 (03:08):
This is awesome. Your MinC is on.

Speaker 3 (03:13):
Here you go, bow and I'll let you say.

Speaker 7 (03:14):
Hi as soon as I walk in. There's technical difficulties.

Speaker 4 (03:18):
It's at electrical end.

Speaker 7 (03:19):
That's a story of mylow. Okay, I got it, I
got it.

Speaker 4 (03:23):
Vibrations.

Speaker 3 (03:26):
Look at everybody gathered around the table. It's good to
see you guys.

Speaker 7 (03:28):
Ma'am.

Speaker 4 (03:29):
I love your yetty from Marty Girt.

Speaker 3 (03:33):
Yeah, that is super cool. We're on day number six
of broadcasts in as many days U thirteen broadcasts now
in six days. We have been having the time of
our lives and we set huge astonishing records yesterday at
Billy Bombs alone, and really have had a very very
successful week Bo. We're now at five hundred and forty

(03:56):
three blood donations.

Speaker 5 (03:57):
Yeah, yes, today more than doubled our goal. Our goal
was one hundred donors at Billy Bob's we had five.
We had two hundred and two donors yesterday alone.

Speaker 7 (04:09):
It's all thanks to you guys.

Speaker 3 (04:11):
Yes, sis, they really do deserve all the credit to
everybody who cared enough to donate, and to everybody who
can or don't necessarily donate and share the events for us.
You are the record holders, You are the winners this year.
This year will never ever be forgotten. And I think
next year we're gonna do something to fatten this up, even.

Speaker 5 (04:30):
The fiftieth anniversary next year. And you've been doing it
for forty three years.

Speaker 7 (04:37):
Yeah, actually, is that crazy? Well we did it first,
you know, that's right, and then.

Speaker 5 (04:45):
We brought it over to KZPS lone Star ninety five.

Speaker 4 (04:48):
You were the Q one O two blood drive. Yeah, yeah, awesome.

Speaker 3 (04:54):
All week they're like, oh, yeah, this is from the
ninth blood drive. Look at this.

Speaker 5 (04:57):
Sure we had a lot of the second you know
a blood drive t shirts that we've seen as well.
And the reason this is so important is because during
the summer months, you know, blood needs do not take
a summer vacation, So during the summer months, a lot
of the regular donors go on vacation and so the
blood donation numbers go down. And that's why this event

(05:18):
is so very important.

Speaker 7 (05:19):
That's why we're just trying to help out, that's right.

Speaker 4 (05:22):
And that's what Bo Roberts is all about.

Speaker 7 (05:24):
He's a helper, I'm a helpers.

Speaker 3 (05:26):
So bive us a quick Friday night recap here. How
was your night?

Speaker 7 (05:30):
Went to see the Buckinghams?

Speaker 5 (05:32):
I don't know if any of that is awesome, You
and Jimmy, right and jim and of.

Speaker 7 (05:38):
Course, now the Buckinghams has had several hits, but they
don't have enough hits to fill a two hour show,
so naturally they were doing songs by other people from
that era. Okay, So they take a break and they
come back, and the first song they play was probably
the most hated song I have ever heard.

Speaker 3 (06:00):
What's that?

Speaker 7 (06:01):
It's the worst. Jimmy and I looked at each other
and said, are you serious that's what you're going to
open your second half with?

Speaker 5 (06:12):
Did they do a tribute to Brian Wilson and the
Beach Bone.

Speaker 4 (06:16):
Yes, they did, because that's their era.

Speaker 7 (06:19):
Okay, but when I heard Worst That could Happen by
the Brooklyn Bridge, I said, I'm going to vomit.

Speaker 3 (06:27):
See, you're just literally in pain at a concert.

Speaker 7 (06:30):
I'm like, really, you couldn't have started with something more
upbeat than this.

Speaker 3 (06:36):
We have had so much fun doing this stuff this week.
And speaking of fun we had during the week, Reverend
Billy se Wurtz was part of our Thursday Bone with
Them show and he is liued tonight at Poor David's
Pub in Dallas.

Speaker 7 (06:47):
Right, he's staying at my house too, another slumber. I'm
putting up.

Speaker 3 (06:51):
With lots sweet at the Bowtel's exactly.

Speaker 5 (06:57):
What and that's a benefit as well. He show tonight
at four David's Pub. But just a quick reminder, if
you come out and donate, you're gonna get that Lone
Star Blood Drive T shirt. You're also going to automatically
be entered.

Speaker 4 (07:10):
To win this grand prize.

Speaker 5 (07:12):
It's a signed gretev Anfleet guitar and we've got Kansas
thirty eight special tickets to give away. Nebraska Furniture Mart
has like a two hundred and fifty dollars prize chill
package that they're giving away.

Speaker 3 (07:23):
Yeah, they put a bundle together that has a big
price tag value on it. It's really cool. Come out
and see us. We're gonna be here live until three
o'clock today on our thirteenth and sixth day, final day
of the twenty twenty five Lone Star Summer Blood Drive.
We are so proud to report it is a big
six year.

Speaker 7 (07:42):

Speaker 3 (07:43):

into your morning in the front of the store, stock

I just call over. I see you's tough, st Angels.

Speaker 3 (08:07):
She wants to be a fire engine when she grows up.
This this girl needs therapy.

Speaker 7 (08:11):
Yeah, she needs my good couple of moments on a couch.

Speaker 3 (08:15):
Speaking of couches, we're in couch Heaven today for the
final day of the Blood Drive Nebraska Furniture Mark. I'm
seeing a lot of happy, excited dads shopping down here today.

Speaker 7 (08:26):
Well go fathers, dad, that's right, And they.

Speaker 3 (08:29):
Do have all kinds of killer specials going on. There
is a sixty percent off bedroom furniture deal going on
at Nebraska Furniture Mark today. And outside with our Carter
Blood Care.

Speaker 4 (08:39):
What's up man?

Speaker 7 (08:40):
How you doing?

Speaker 3 (08:41):
We got people walking up and saying hi every few minutes. Hey, listen, man,
you gotta come out here and help us crack six
hundred grand total donations this week. We are so close.
We are now at grand total for the week five
hundred and sixty seven blood donations.

Speaker 7 (08:56):
You can do it.

Speaker 4 (08:57):
Let's hit six hundred ready, Yes.

Speaker 3 (09:00):
And you know today's goal was thirty nine donations and
we've already surpassed.

Speaker 4 (09:05):
That is incredible.

Speaker 3 (09:06):
Yeah, not bad at all.

Speaker 5 (09:07):
So much North Texas. And it continues all the way
until four o'clock this afternoon. Carter Bloodcare. Thank you to
all the Carter Bloodcare volunteers as well the Philosophical.

Speaker 3 (09:16):

for the Kansas and thirty eight special tickets, which we
will also have to give away with Pick your ticket
next week on Monday, Buddy.

Speaker 7 (09:38):
That's right.

Speaker 3 (09:38):
You can choose between Rodney Carrington and Kansas thirty eight.
This week on the Bone and Them Show, come on

Speaker 7 (10:24):
And Bailey's here too, try and disrupt everything.

Speaker 4 (10:27):

Gift to your dads?

Speaker 7 (10:34):

Speaker 3 (10:36):
Is a present in itself. Monday, seventy three souls donated
blood Caughter Blood Care ninety two. On Tuesday one hundred
and fifteen Wednesday forty Thursday two with Billy Bob's yesterday.
We had such a good time and the.

Speaker 5 (10:50):
Doll was one hundred, so we more than doubled our
goal yesterday at Billy Bob's and Fort Worth. Thank you
for Worth and tern County for showing up.

Speaker 3 (10:58):
Now today at Nebraska Tamar, we were hoping for a
goal of thirty nine donors. We're now at fifty five
donors today. Only way to go, guys.

Speaker 7 (11:06):
Yeah.

Speaker 3 (11:07):
Grand total for the week five hundred and seventy seven
blood donations.

Speaker 5 (11:11):
Okay, come on, come on, six hundred. We can do
it North Texas well.

Speaker 7 (11:15):
Even if we don't, that's not too chabby.

Speaker 4 (11:18):
Rock, not shabby at all.

Speaker 2 (11:20):
You know.

Speaker 3 (11:21):
We tend to sound like this during sports of all sorts,
when we see our team starting to win, and we go,
come on, come on.

Speaker 4 (11:27):
A little more, Come on, you can do it.

Speaker 3 (11:29):
Get us at Stanley, you can do it. Yes, the
bone of them shows in full formation for a little
while longer on a Saturday.

Speaker 7 (11:39):
Which never happens unless it's a blood drive.

Speaker 3 (11:41):
Yeah, blood drive. That's a damn good cause. And we
hope to see you out here too. We've had so
many sweet people stop by, and of course we've had
fifty five lay down in the lounger, get a free snack,
get taken care of very well by the Carter Blood
Care Scrubs Army, and we hope to see you out
here too. We're gonna be here until three o'clock today.
Come on with it. As the Great Bull Robert says.

Speaker 7 (12:02):
I'm a store.

Speaker 1 (12:06):
We're out for blood broadcasting live from the Lone Star
ninety two to five Blood Drive.

Speaker 7 (12:11):
I found it a little violent, did it?

Speaker 4 (12:12):
Lisit did?

Speaker 7 (12:15):
We're an angry cool radio station. Well, and we're a
happy one today thanks to everyone who came out donated
a pine of blood every one day all week long.
Because we did very, very well this year we.

Speaker 5 (12:27):
Did, and I'm just so proud of North Texas and
everyone that came out. We broke records yesterday at Billy
Bob's and we hope to do the same here at
Nebraska Furniture Mark.

Speaker 3 (12:37):
That's right, we're doing well. We met to go to
thirty nine, just a little scouch into our period out here.
We're well beyond that now and we're coming up on
cracking six hundred even donations that way.

Speaker 5 (12:47):
Yes, now, of course we want you to donate all
summer long because the summer months are critical for Carter
Bloodcare Sure and for our hospitals, you know, with people
on vacation, lot of car accidents because of road trips,
and of course Fourth of July coming up.

Speaker 7 (13:04):
Yeah, exactly, and people sometimes aren't careful with fireworks.

Speaker 3 (13:08):
Speaking of road trips, yes, well, Anna, can we take
the show on the road more often? Because I freaking
love it.

Speaker 5 (13:15):
I love working with Ivan Zuniga, our engineer, he is
absolutely amazing.

Speaker 4 (13:20):
And our promo team, Yeah, let's see it.

Speaker 3 (13:26):
The best on point promo team I have ever witnessed
out here for the Blood Drive. They have been just
batting a thousand with everything from Amanda and the whole crew.
You guys deserve a round of applause for yourselves too,
But big winners out here are the people who showed
up and showed that they care by donating or at

(13:47):
least sharing the events for us too. And we are
just blown away and how successful this has been. Now,
I guess more or less it's going to be about
a year before we get to back up the show
and take it.

Speaker 7 (13:57):
On the road again.

Speaker 5 (13:57):
Well, I'm hoping that we can go to Vegas to
go see the Who's Final show.

Speaker 3 (14:01):
Dream Big Anna, Yes.

Speaker 4 (14:03):
Billie Idol opening for the Who for the final show? Ivan?

Speaker 5 (14:06):
Are you in?

Speaker 7 (14:07):
Yeah?

Speaker 4 (14:07):
Ivan's in.

Speaker 7 (14:08):
All we got to do is convince management. Then it's
worth the money to say this.

Speaker 3 (14:12):
Ivan will probably get a job running sound at that
show if we bring him along. You know, we hope
you can make it out because just cracking that even
six hundred would sure mean a lot more to us.
But we're already blown away by you guys. And next
year we mark fifty years of the Summer Blood Drive,
and man, we want to do something really special. So
back to the drawing board this week, voting them show.

(14:34):
We'll be back in Formation all week long. We do
have a summer break coming up, especially for miss Anna,
the birthday girl they.

Speaker 7 (14:40):
Lose coming up birthday.

Speaker 3 (14:42):
Can't wait to hear all about that.

Speaker 5 (14:45):
Oh yeah, so our last day before our vacation is
the last Thursday of the month.

Speaker 7 (14:49):
Oh, I know we'll singing.

Speaker 4 (14:51):
The birthday blues.

Speaker 7 (14:52):
We always that will probably be one of the subjects.

Speaker 4 (14:56):
Okay, birthday blues.

Speaker 3 (14:58):
Oh and by the.

Speaker 7 (14:58):
Way, if you're not going to heart tonight, Reverend Billy
Seewurtz Atport.

Speaker 4 (15:04):
Oh man, what a show that's going to be.

Speaker 3 (15:06):
You see something to do. But come on by NFM,
the Caughter, Bloodcare crew, the scrubs Army, they're ready to
take care of you and they have been shuttling people
in and out, taking really really good care of our
friends and fans. Come on and be part of the
twenty twenty five Lone Star Summer Blood Drive. It has
been a blast to be out here, and you know,
you two were certainly under no obligation to be here

(15:27):
with us today, So thank you for taking time a
lot of what has been a crazy busy week for
Bow and Anna.

Speaker 7 (15:33):
Right and Crib Yeah, no, absolutely, that's pretty cool.

Speaker 5 (15:37):
We are here because North Texas showed up for us,
so we will show up for you.

Speaker 7 (15:42):
Thank you, we know you. Happy Father's Day and Happy
birthday to my son Clayton's Clayton.

Speaker 3 (15:49):
