Ottawa Police have issued a warning to the general public that a high-risk offender is currently living in the Rideau-Vanier area. Christopher Watts was previously convicted of manslaughter, sexual assault, and sexual interference in the death of a Southern Ontario teenager. He has been labeled as a high-risk offender since 2015, 12 years after he was convicted of those crimes. We get the latest from CTV's Katie Griffin.
