those that have participated since twenty sixteen. Where can you
get them? Arrow dot net a r Roe dot Net
look for the podcast that's titled That Voice. I like
asking questions, and the reason why is because the fund
(00:20):
begins when you start doing the research for answers such
as seaweed. My god, seaweed is everywhere, so many flavors
to choose from. But is seaweed good for us? Plus
my rescue Jazzy the disaster artist, she's a pointer. She
loves seaweed. Is it okay to share seaweed with our animals?
(00:43):
My name is Arrow. I'm a daily writer, a silent wolf.
That means I stand on the sidelines and do nothing
but watch, listen, study, then activate. I happen to call
it the daily Mess, a chronological walk through an everyday world. Yeah,
it's my morning writing as a receiver of thoughts and ideas.
We as people ten too. You throw things to the
side because we think we're gonna deal with it later on. Yeah, okay,
(01:05):
how long do you go into your day when you
start to realize, wasn't I supposed to do something today?
I can't remember. M See what I mean? When a
subject arrives inside of me, I know it's time to
dig in. It's still keeping that daily journal, but by
doing the research, the picture becomes clearer. This is the
daily mess seaweed. Why are there so many different flavors?
(01:30):

I believe it or not, the fruit from the ocean
does amazing things to our walk moving forward. Seaweed is
rich in essential nutrients. It has iodine for our thyroid,
vitamins A CE and K B twelve, iron, calcium, magnesium,

as well as potassium. My God in heaven, it sounds
like the perfect thing. Right. Choosing to add seaweed to
your daily diet means you're getting antioxidants. This helps reduce
inflammation while protecting your cells from any type of further damage.

healthy gut bacteria. Well what about the heart Compounds in

physically gives your blood vessels a well deserved break. In fact,
some in the medical field say that seaweed helps out
with your blood sugar. It's lower in calories and serves
(02:32):
as a great snack without that feeling of ugh, I'm
overbloated here And there's always some sort of new study underway.
The one that they're currently looking into is to find
out if seaweed is connected to strengthening up your immune system. Hey,
coming up next. If seaweed is good for us we
who are human, what about our pets? Hey, thanks for
(02:55):
coming back to the daily mess. If seaweed is good
for us the human and stick figure, what about are
pets in small doses? And know what kind of seaweed
that you're actually introducing to your fuzzy little ones. Dried
seaweed is great fresh from the water. Kelp oh, no,
that is not. It's constantly pulling salt from the water
(03:18):
and other dangerous pollutants. As for pets, seaweed helps out
with dry skin, allergies and a dull coat, mainly because
it contains Omega three. There you go heart attack people
and other extremely healthy minerals, which in itself means your
dogg or cat's tummy is getting a great fiber for
(03:39):
gut health as well as stool consistency. A general guideline
to go by while sharing seaweed with your pet. Smaller
dogs need one eighth of a teaspoon, Larger dogs one
half of a teaspoon. Who else is seafood good for cattle, sheep,
goats and horses. It's a true fact that it actually

journal because know how that seaweed is truly improving your
