the perspective. Perspective is a particular way of regarding something

or a point of view. Generally speaking, perspectives may come
from specific frames of reference in our lives, say an
individual and how they were raised, where they may have
gone to school, the business or industry they've worked in, etc.

Some perspective is somewhat rooted in our belief system. It's
no wonder it may take effort to change perspectives, especially
in areas where we are deeply invested or highly passionate about.

Can perspectives be negative or positive? Let's see a negative perspective. Take,
for example, someone who is always negative about everything. This
way of looking at the world is embedded in what
they believe to be true about most, if not everything.

For them, it is not a matter of being positive
or negative about it given issue. It just is what
it is and how they view it. But are others
affected by an individual's negativity or negative perspective? What does

it mean? Well, the law of attraction says like things
are attracted to similar energies. The definition says it is
attractive magnetic power of the universe that draws similar energies together.

With that, someone with a negative disposition is a like
it's very likely to affect, infect, and or attract similar
negative energy. So if you have negative energy, can you
change your perspective? If you're someone with a chronic negative

or maybe occasional negative mood and desire to change it,
what can you do if anything? Awayne Dyer quote says,
change the way we look at things, and the way
they look changes. So you want to change the way

you look at things. Here's some ways to consider changing
the overall outlook of the things that you might encounter.
For starters, create a different picture. Avoid the notion that
something should, must, or has to be a particular way.

Consider that your point of view may be from your
limited point of view and not factor in other positions
or points of view. So with that, try considering another's
point of view at the moment. Also think big picture,

think of how your point of view fits into a broader, larger,
keener picture of the world. Another thing you can do
is take inspiring actions. What do I mean by this
gratitude journal? To help you feel more satisfied with your life.

This is something I like to coach on when it
comes to just feeling a sense of fulfillment in the
things that you encounter. Smile. Believe it or not, a
smile can be an instant mood changing. It's infectious. Another

thing I'm sure you've heard before is exercise. Exercise can
enhance your mood, It can boost clarity, and it can
decrease some levels of just overall anxiety about how we
might be looking at a particular thing. Another thing I

like to do is say affirmations or positive thoughts to yourself.
I really subscribe to this one because in the moment,
sometimes that's all you have is you your self, and
your thoughts and affirmations can help you bring a little
bit of light to what you're viewing. And lastly, if

you're tired, get some rest. Rest and sleep is a
way that our bodies rejuvenate themselves, and so that also
can help us have a better outlook and perspective on
something that we might be encountering. Remember, perspective is a

way of looking at things. It can be positive or negative.
Negativity can attract negativity, but you can take inspiring actions
to change your overall outlook and point of view as
you go about your day. Consider this, will you infect
