Welcome to calming anxiety, 10 minute mind set boost, release the fear of failure.

(00:11):
This 10 minute meditation is designed specifically for the anxious achiever.
Today we are releasing the quiet persistent pressure of the fear of failure.
If you are feeling the weight of perfectionism anxiety, imposter syndrome or the need to

(00:33):
constantly prove your worth, this is your time to simply be.
We are not here to stop the thoughts, but to gently shift your productivity mindset
from fear to focused peace.
To find your quiet space now where you won't be disturbed, somewhere to support your sitting

(01:00):
or lying position, allow your body to settle.
This session is your quiet, powerful resource to help you find focus and inner peace.
Take a slow deep breath in and then let's begin to release the tension and expectation.

(01:30):
Let's anchor your awareness with the breath.
We'll use a simple rhythmic pattern, inhale for a count of four.
For one, an exhale for a long gentle count of six.
So with me drawing in the calm, in two, three, four, whole, exhale, two, three, four,

(02:05):
five, six.
Inhale, one, two, three, four, whole, exhale, two, three, four, five, six.

(02:28):
Continue this rhythm with every long out breath.
Visualize the emotional suffering of your past efforts, the self-criticism.
The stress of comparison, just imagine them simply melting away.

(02:49):
You are choosing in this moment to find radical acceptance from where you are right now.
Relax, ever deeper, release the negative thoughts that hold you back.

(03:13):
Now notice any specific areas in your body holding the anxiety of achievement, maybe
tension in your shoulders, your jaw or that feeling in your stomach.
And the gentle breath to that area, inhaling confidence and exhale all of the performance

(03:40):
anxiety.
Allow yourself truly this singular moment of time to find peace, tranquility within the
sanctuary of your consciousness.
Every out breath unwind and love all that you are.

(04:10):
Soften the muscles around your eyes, let your forehead smooth, allow the feeling of release
to settle into your body.
You are not a machine, you are a human being, a unique and beautiful individual and your

(04:32):
worth is not tied to your output.
Relax now, every out breath, allow the tension, the stress, the self-judgment to melt away
as if evaporating from the very surface of your skin.

(04:59):
Breathe in the truth that you are already enough.
Breathe out the need to prove it.
Breathe in that you truly are already enough.
Exhale the need to prove it.

(05:25):
Now we shift our mindset with a quiet affirmation.
As you breathe gently, repeat this phrase silently to yourself, cruelly feeling the words,
visualize them brightly, bold and powerful in your imagination.

(05:49):
I take life one step at a time with calm and grace.
I am safe.
These relies a recent moment of success and it doesn't have to be grand, just a small

(06:30):
wind that made you feel capable from getting up and making your bed to cooking or cleaning.
The smallest of them can have the biggest impact but relive the feeling of competence.
Carry out feeling with you right now.

(06:53):
You are strong, you are capable and you possess the resources to succeed.
Repeat again, replacing the critical voice with this empowering truth.
I release the fear of failure.

(07:14):
I embrace my potential.
I release the fear of failure.
I embrace my potential.

(07:38):
Know that these thoughts of pressure are simply thoughts.
They are not facts.
You are fully present, fully aware and fully in control of your response to them.
You are truly finding inner peace.

(08:01):
So focus once more on the simple beauty, the anchor that is the rise and form of every breath.
Breathe in for full, whole, exhale longer for six and connect with the feelings of each breath,

(08:28):
the calmness, the balance, the new sense in that clarity of thought because you are worthy.
Begin now to deepen your breath.
Gently wiggle your fingers and toes bringing that sense of being alive back into every cell

(08:53):
of your being.
We can now the deep breath this time but now stretch out the muscles in your arms and legs.
And then gently open your eyes and become aware of the beauty.
The never ending, infinite complexity and joy are the world around you.
