The little girl's big brother hid her in the woods,as they could hear screams,gun shots and shouts to get ready to move by U.S. soldiers. He told her to stay there until he came back to get her and for her to be quiet. Darkness came quickly to the snow covered forest but she was not afraid because she often wandered into the forest to talk to her friends.
