doctor Brockman.
Speaker 3 (01:18):
Good day to you as well, doctor Bob, all.
Speaker 2 (01:21):
Right, we have got a lot to talk about this hour,
ladies and gentlemen. This week's health alternative of the week
coming up, the health outrage of the week, We've got
a product recall, and the health mystery. All of that
is straight ahead, but I wanted to, uh, if we could,
Doctor Brockman, I want to start talking this hour right
from the beginning of the show here about about a
(01:43):
week or so ago, right after we got off the
air last Sunday, news broke all over the television news
everywhere about former President Joe Biden's being diagnosed with advanced
prostate cancer. And during the week, you know, I've contemplated
this situation because I too, have dealt with many patients
(02:08):
over the years who have struggled with and been challenged
by prostate cancer and its I harken back to my
experiences with urologists that I've worked with, urologists that I've
interviewed on the program. All of the information that I've
read over the years about prostate cancer and what I
(02:29):
believe and what I think about is all that training
and information, knowing that there's a lot more to learn,
but every day you do just that you learn more
about it. But as I contemplate, and we all want
to wish the former president, you know, good health. We
hope that he's okay. We hope that he gets the
care that it needs and he is able to successfully
(02:52):
navigate through this extreme challenge that he has. But I
can't doctor Brockman help. But think about the act that
this individual, Joe Biden, former president, suddenly I'm basically nowhere,
is diagnosed with advanced prostate cancer. And I'm thinking to myself,
(03:14):
wait a minute. Prostate cancer is a slow growing disease
that happens over years or decades, and there's nobody that's
more examined thoroughly than is a president of the United States.
Joe Biden was examined by his you know physician, his
(03:39):
physician there in the Beltway every single year required. And
since he is in his eighties, he certainly has had
many many prostate exams and many blood tests, the PSA
I'm certain, the prostate specific eigen test for prostate but
(04:00):
yet nothing until last week, we heard nothing about his
prostate problem. Until suddenly a digital exam was performed and
a doctor detected a small nodule on his prostate gland
upon examination of palpitatory examination, and now they have done
(04:20):
further exams and have diagnosed him with advanced cancer. And
I'm saying to myself, well, you know, people are listening
to this and need to have some level of perspective
on this. How could this have happened in an otherwise
supposedly healthy individual, getting you know, clean bill of healse
year after year after year after year, and then suddenly
(04:43):
out of nowhere, as though an alien dropped into his
prostate and created cancer. It can't happen, ladies and gentlemen.
The former President Joe Biden has had prostate cancer for
years and years and it has not been dealt with
or or found or discovered until now. And that leads
(05:05):
me to this. And this I haven't heard talked about
in the news at all, but I'm going to bring
it up. And again I wish him well. But what
is doctor should be saying immediately and it should have
been saying a long time ago, is Joe, mister president,
you need to pull back on the ice cream eating
because we know that dairy foods, when taken in especially
(05:29):
the way that you consume them frequently and often, are
a risk to your prostate health study suggested connection between
dairy intake and the increased risk of prostate cancer, particularly
cow milk and milk products such as ice cream. And
we will all know, we all need to know that.
(05:50):
We all know that Joe Biden his favorite food is
ice cream. You see him eating it. You see people
filming while he's eating. He's coming out of the ice
cream store again. And if he eats it coming out
of the ice cream store, how much do you think
he's woffinged out at home? It's amazing. The potential link
is thought to be related to hormones and growth factors
(06:11):
in dairy products such as ice cream, milk, and so forth,
such as what I talked about in the first hour
of the program today, insulin growth factor IGF one, which
may promote prostate cancer growth. Whole milk, and these particular
elements set the prostate cancer into motion. The saddest part
(06:35):
of the unfortunate news about former President Joe Biden's prostate
cancer is the diagnosis is that his medical doctors gave
him these clean bill of healths all these years and
then out of nowhere he gets prostate cancer. No, that's
not possible. I just wonder doctor Brockman. Had somebody been
doing other tests, maybe some sonograms or maybe an MRI
(07:00):
or whatever, it could have picked this up a long
long time ago, and maybe a doctor who knew that
there's a connection between eating dairy products and any increased
risk of prostate cancer would have said, Joe, no more
dairy products, No more ice cream for you. Sorry, You're
gonna have to try to do something different. There are
healthier options. You know what say you, doctor Brockman. Yeah.
Speaker 3 (07:20):
Former President Joe Biden, his medical history has been under
scrutiny throughout his medical career, from brain bleeds to diagnosis.
His cancer diagnosis is nothing new for him. His health
challenges span decades now. I think it was in the
eighties when he had a brain aneurysm that required emergency surgery,
(07:41):
and at that time it jeopardized his political ambitions. And
then following that fall at the aneurism, he developed clots
as well. So he's always had these health issues and
I think it was, oh what was it, Probably just
in the last few years. I think he had maybe
some skin skin spots removed for possible cancer there. But
(08:04):
this this is more alarming because again it came out
nowhere and being diagnosed with the metastatic prostate cancer, meaning
that it's traveled other places as well, which I don't think.
I don't know if we know exactly where that is,
but we're assuming, yeah, bone tissue. But this diagnosis with
a high Gleason score indicates it's very aggressive cancer and
(08:27):
so it's gonna going to pose a challenge for him
and his treatment with this as well. So I think
I think we need to need to be aware of this.
Of course, we just did a story on Trump within
the last month or so about how it was front
and center his physical physical and I don't know if
we've seen anything recently on Joe Biden when he was president.
Speaker 2 (08:48):
Yeah. I have reported on the show on every single
president since I've been on the air now forty years,
and we talk about both Democrats Republicans. This show is
a political which means we don't talk about presidents or
politicians for the sake of trashing them in any way.
We just simply comment on their health status. It's important
for us as citizens to know how healthy the politicians
(09:11):
are that are making decisions on our behalf right, and
the same thing is true with Joe Biden. Here. And
these kinds of illnesses don't come out of thin air.
They're there years and years before they finally present themselves.
But here's the deal with men over the age of
sixty five. It has been recommended that if they get
(09:34):
prostate cancer, you'll just basically leave them alone. And the
reason for that. And I know they're talking about the
aggressiveness of this cancer and how it's moved to his
lymph nodes and now it's in bone tissue. And I
fear for the former president that they're going to intervene
medically with a scorched earth approach and risk making him
(09:58):
a whole lot worse, Doctor Brockman, And you know his
prostate cancer, you know, probability is forty percent survival rate
in five years. Forty percent survival rate he has at
this point in time over five years. Why make his
life miserable in the years he has left with these
(10:19):
heroic approaches cut burn and poison. The side effects of
the medical care, whether it be chemo radiation or surgery,
can leave him incontinent, impotent, It can exacerbate his current
dementia that he has the chemo brain. Why not just
(10:41):
make the former president as comfortable and as functional as
you can be without slicing, dicing and doing medical procedures
which will make him a whole lot worse and quality
of life spin the drain. All right, when we come
back to Health Alternative of the Week, I'm doctor Martin.
Speaker 4 (11:01):
I must stay conscious through the maness en ca.
Speaker 1 (11:10):
So I call on my angels.
Speaker 5 (11:15):
A say leaves a little doctor doctor do it.
Speaker 2 (11:22):
Victory is in your and we welcome you back to
this hour the Doctor Bob Martin Show. Thank you for
tuning into the program. Know that we have a toll
free number that you have access to to drop off
a health related question on the Doctor Bob Martin Caller Hotline,
and that is eight hundred six zero six eight eight
(11:42):
two to two. Health questions or comments are welcome eight
hundred six zero six eight eight two two or the
website doctor Bob dot com spelling out the word doctor. Now,
we're going to pause the Health Alternative of the Week
because doctor Brockman, you brought some information to me about
the hidden men or world deficiencies stealing our sleep, which
(12:02):
is sort of like ties right into the Health Alternative
of the Week. So I thought we would do the
information on the hidden minerals that are stealing our sleep
quality and time, and then go to the health alternative
of the week.
Speaker 3 (12:17):
Yeah, doctor Bob. In recent weeks, we've been innudated with
calls and emails following our story on the health outrage
surrounding sleeping medications and the elderly in its linked to
dimension falls. With this response, it's prompted us to revisit
this crucial topic into more detail. So listeners, before you
reach for the sleeping pills, listen closely. Your insomnia might
(12:40):
not stem from stress or bad habits. It could be
a hidden mineral deficiency sabotaging your sleep. So did you
know ten to thirty percent of adults suffer from insomnia,
yet a staggering eighty percent never check their nutrient levels.
This oversight could be costing you a good night's sleep.
For instance, a Magnesi deficiency can leave your nervous system
(13:02):
stuck in panic mode, making it difficult to relax. Similar
low iron levels trigger restless leg syndrome, that annoying midnight
leg jiggling that may many dismiss as just a normal
and it's not. And let's not forget about vitamin D.
It plays a crucial role in regulating melatonin. Without adequate
(13:23):
vitamin D, your body loses its sleep wake GPS, leaving
you tossing and turning at night, and while many turn
to sleep medications for relief, these pills often mass symptoms
without addressing the real cause of the insomnia. Research shows
that magnesium can reduce insomnia in seventy five percent of cases,
(13:44):
while iron supplements can eliminate restless legs in as little
as eight weeks. Additionally, vitamins B six and B twelve
can naturally turbocharge melatonin production, helping you achieve RESTful sleep
without the side effects the pharmaceuticals. So this is how
you reclaim your sleep with a simple action plan. Get tested,
(14:06):
demand a full micronutrient panel from your health care provider,
rattling and settling rather than settling just for standard blood work,
and you can eat and sleep these superfoods incorporate these
foods can help promote sleep. Pumpkin seeds for magnesium, grass
fed beef for iron, and B twelve in wild salmon
(14:27):
for vitamin D, and there's also some supplements that you
can use in your routine. Magnesium. A sun Warrior offers
a great option here in vitamin D three. If you
take it in the morning, it's like getting your circadian
rhythm back for your body. And here's a little secret
that big Pharma doesn't want you to know. A warm
bath with epsom salts, which is mainly magnesium sulfate, can
(14:50):
work better than ambient for many people and you won't
find yourself sleepwalking to the fridge in the mill of night.
So doctor Bob, I think this is a great way
to understand that your body is begging for nutrients. It's
not just another pill that it's looking for. And remember
to test and don't guess when it comes to these micronutrients.
Speaker 2 (15:12):
Exactly. And once in a while everybody loses a little sleep.
But when it becomes a problem late has done where
you're losing more sleep, you know, over and over you've
got to do something. And then you know, the natural
reaction is that people go to their doctors and they
want something. Well, what they get are barbituates and tranquilizers
that knock them literally out. They can't drive cars for
(15:33):
twelve hours because of being groggy, they fall, they break
their hip. There's so many side effects with these pharmaceutical
drugs that are given out like candy to elderly people especially,
it's risky. Don't go there unless you've already looked for
other issues. Cutting back on the caffeine and lowering your stress.
(15:53):
All the things doctor Brockman just mentioned could be in play,
and particularly I like magnesium. Glyconator misg liconate is one
of the finer ones for sleep modulation. All right, you
also have this week's health alternative of the week. Here
we go.
Speaker 3 (16:28):
If you're tired of counting sheep or popping sleep medicine
that's leaving you groggy, this week's health alternative is a
game changer for you. It's sun Warriors magnesium. This plant based,
bioavailable miracle is your ticket to deep, restorative sleep. And
it's natural and this is how it works. It's one
hundred percent plant based, no synthetic fillers, just clean ocean
(16:51):
sourced magnesium. It's in the glyconate form, which is gentle
on your gut, and it's powerful for calming your nervous system.
It's a leap supercharger clinically shown to reduce insomnia in
nighttime wake ups. It's real simple to use. Just about
thirty minutes before bed, you take the recommended dose of
the tonic or liquid form and consider it in water
(17:15):
or canomel tea. And if you want to add a
dash of honey of raw honey, it helps for blood
sugar balance as well. And this is what the science says.
It's a lot of times with lack of sleep. It's
a magnesium deficiency and it's linked to poor sleep quality
and restless legs. In this tonic form that in the
sun Warrior magnesium, it absorbs five times better than those
(17:39):
cheap box store brands and there's no hanover effect with this.
You wake up refreshed and not drugged. So Sun Warrior
they make a magnesium in a liquid or tonic form.
They also make in a capsule form that's called mag
Zen which is chillated and it's got also got a
amino acids in as well. It actually fixes you sleep
(18:00):
and not mask it. So you should try it tonight.
You can find it at many health food stores, finer
health food stores like natural Grocers and Sprouts, and you
can also buy it at Sunwarrior dot com.
Speaker 2 (18:12):
Doctor Bob, Yeah, that's a great one. And I think
way too many people, you know, they might try like
a you know, a down and dirty magnesium oxide and
not get results from it, and they may get a
little diarrhea from it, but they don't get any results
with the sleep, and then they go, oh, I tried
that magnesium, not realizing that there are many different forms
of magnesium to choose from and if you get the
(18:35):
right one, the one that has more of a calming effect.
They all magnesiums good to a degree, but when it
comes to the category of sleep and insomnia, you need
to be dialed in on the better forms, the more
efficacy forms of magnesium, which are the Sunwior line that
(18:58):
doctor Brockman has just stated. Now once again, doctor Brockman,
the specific name of the sun Warrior magnesium and where
to get it, because a lot of people struggle with sleep,
they don't get enough sleep, They may be currently taking
drugs for their sleep, and they would be well advised
to try something that is kinder and gentler on their system.
(19:23):
So once again please restate that for the benefit of
the audience.
Speaker 3 (19:27):
There's two great products here. There's the magnesium which is
in a liquid or tonic form, which you can you know,
mix with kem milte or water. Right before about thirty
minutes before bedtime, and they also make a great capsule
form that has the amino acids in as well. It's
also for like a stress relief in addition to sleep.
It's called magzin.
Speaker 2 (19:49):
Okay. And I mean when you think about the prevalence
of insomnia or people with lack of sleep, last time
I looked, it was like seven million people have disrupted
sleep in a given week and maybe one night or
two nights, and some people chronically and a lot of
people they have, you know, different phases of insomnia. Phase one,
(20:14):
which is that type that you can't go to sleep,
you just you can't wind down. Phase two, you get
you you're able to get into sleep, but then you
wake up and you can't get back. I would say
to try the magnesium first. Obviously, caffeine is something people
need to pull back on because you don't want that
central memveror system stimulant going on. And it doesn't matter
(20:36):
if it's one cup in the morning, if you're not
breaking it down in your liver, that stimulation is enough
to keep your brain motor going at night. So pull
back on that, do some deep breathing, and take the
magnesium settlement. As the health alternative of the week and
see what happens. I think you're gonna be happy you
did all right. When we come back, we've got the
(20:58):
health outrage of the week's day with us. You're tuned
into the Doctor Bob Martin Show.
Speaker 5 (21:03):
Everybody's got a fame, mistakes, but everybody's got a choice
to make. Everybody needs a leap of faith when he's
taking yours.
Speaker 1 (21:16):
Money.
Speaker 2 (21:16):
You infote and we welcome you back to the program.
Thank you for tuning into the Doctor Bob Martin Show,
and remember your access to the show. Caller hotline number
at eight hundred and six zero six eight eight two
(21:38):
two is the pathway by which you get to doctor
Adam Brockman and myself to ask a question about your
health or to make a health comment. We're going to
go to your questions more questions when we come back
in just a little bit. But first, uh, and we
have a health outrage coming up as well. But first
I want to talk about a discovery in the nutraceutical
(21:59):
industry that is showing incredible promise for people who have
these chronic health problems. And they've tried this, and they've
tried that, and they're not wanting to add another pharmaceutical
drug or increase of pharmaceutical drugs because they know the
potential adverse side effects. And yet we have researchers that
are constantly looking at in the botanical kingdom, in the
(22:21):
plant kingdom, special ingredients that we can leverage when taken
in concentrated forms to help with all these different maladies
and infirmities. And one that they found was something called
palmitoy lethanolamine. Palmitoy lethanolamine is a kind of a chemical word,
but it's really something that's found in foods, very common foods.
(22:42):
They for short, have named it pea like p soup.
Pea for short, is this special nutrient found in very minute,
small quantities and certain foods like for example, egg yolks
have a very minute quantity of this pea supplement in it,
but you'd have to eat like fifteen to thirty eggs
(23:05):
to get a therapeutic dose. Well, the good news is
the scientific research on this pea shows that when taken
in a concentrated form of a supplemental form, they can
address many things including muscle pain and recovery arthritis symptoms.
This pea supplement can improve your mobility, even your cognitive health,
and a multitude of other health concerns including allergies which
(23:27):
is rampant right now this season, respiratory symptoms, and even
the dreaded fibromyalgia, which is a very recalcitrant condition that
people have trouble with. But yet this PEA shows this
strong and anti inflammatory action where researchers have investigated its
ability to relieve a variety of conditions that involve themselves
(23:50):
with inflammation like sciatica or neuropathy, or problems with someone's
jaw joint like TMJ symptoms. Plus, the scientific research on
PEA helps shows that it helps the most common form
of arthritis, osteoarthritis, wherein they've noticed that it lowered these
inflammatory markers which damage the cartilage, so shut down that
(24:13):
cartilage damage before it's bone on bone, or if you're
already there, get started on PEA the supplement from Terry
Naturally Vitamins, especially if you have acuter chronic pain or
you're recovering from a physical injury. PEA by Terry Naturally Vitamins.
You can find it at Finer health food stores nationwide,
(24:34):
So when you're in the store, ask for p EA
by Terry Naturally Vitamins, or you can go to their
website to learn more at Terry Naturalivitamins dot com. Terry
Naturalivitamins dot com for the nutritional supplement pea. All right,
it is time now for this week's installment of the
health outrage of the week.
Speaker 4 (24:58):
She's joking it.
Speaker 2 (25:02):
Each to over the Hill Outbraage because it's nothing.
Speaker 3 (25:06):
But hold your nose, everyone, this week's health outrage stinks. Literally,
millions suffer from chronic bad breath. And here's the stinky truth.
Halatosis is a red flag for gut issues, sinus infections,
and even diabetes. These toxic mouthwashes with alcohol and synthetic dyes,
(25:33):
they actually worsen the problem by killing the good bacteria.
And here's the real culprits poor digestion, vitamin deficiencies like
zinc and B twelve in mouth breathing. And this is
why it's outrageous again. It's another case of profits over solutions.
A ten billion dollar industry thrives on temporary fixes like
(25:56):
gum mints strips in those mouthwashes instead of these root causes.
It's an ignored science here. Studies show that probiotics work
better than chemical rinses. It's a shame cycle. People shell
out thousands for fresh breath gimmicks instead of healing their gut.
(26:19):
Here's some solutions that work. Scrape your ton and copper
ton cleansers are better than plastic here. And when I
say scrape, I mean lightly. Also, use some digestive bitters
before meals. This prevents that rotten food breath, such as
clove and fennel. There's chewing sticks out there. This is
(26:40):
an ancient trick that has been used for centuries. Also,
try vitamin C and zinc. It's a combo that boosts
oral immunity. And here's some other things. Ditch those alcohol
based renses. They cause dry mouth, which actually again worsens
the breath. Balance your gut with doctor Heroes probiotics and
(27:01):
you spry dental defense system from clear that's spelled x
L E A R. And folks, fresh breath starts from within,
not from a neon blue chemical cocktail. It's time to
flush those chemical cocktails and heal your mouth naturally. This
has been your health outrage of the week. The halatosis
(27:23):
cover up, Doctor brob.
Speaker 2 (27:25):
No, yeah, no doubt about it, Doctor Brockman. You know
not only that on these these blue and often they
are blue or they're they're brightly colored mouthwashes, but they
have so many chemicals in them, and they these these
chemicals knock out your body's ability because they disrupt the
microbiome in the oral cavity. They knock out the ability
(27:47):
to make nitric oxide. Nitric Oxide is that that gas
that we make that opens up the circulation in our
blood vessels and that inner lining of the blood vessels
that we have talked about on the show many times
with doctors about that endothelium. And so these mouthwashes increase
a person's risk of cardiovascular problems because it is interfering
(28:10):
with the body's ability to make nitric oxide, which happens
in the oral cavity, and that's why these are so dangerous.
I love the fact that you talked about the bidders
and helping to stimulate even the saliva and the gastric
juices that will help digestion. And I, personally, doctor Brockmann,
am a tongue scraper. Before I brush and floss and
(28:34):
sprits my gums, I use a tongue scraper, and I
wish everybody would do that, just to get the debris
off to kind of debride and slough off some of
the stuff that's there. It's an exfoliant. It's easy to do,
and it will make all the difference in the world.
Especially if you talk to somebody who understands traditional Chinese medicine,
(28:57):
they will tell you how important it is to do that.
These tongues scrapers are available in the health food stores.
Why not get one and try it? You'll like it.
All right, let's go to the phones. Now, we'll go
to your telephone calls and questions. Here, what's next, doctor brock.
Speaker 3 (29:13):
We got a quick one here from Hillary in Bandon, Oregon.
Speaker 6 (29:16):
Hillary Bandon, Oregon and calling concerned severe migraines and won't quit.
And I'm on medication, and I want to know how
spelled the juice, the primony juice. That's all.
Speaker 3 (29:32):
All right, doctor Brocklin, all right, noney juice is spelled
n o ni and it's by Tahiti traders. And if
you listen, Larry Logson was just on the show and
he's got some had some great information if you want
to listen to that episode. That's a find that in
our podcast library at doctor Bob dot.
Speaker 2 (29:49):
Com definitely, And migraines are complicated. Sometimes it's food allergy.
Sometimes it's structural problems like neck issues. Sometimes it's hormonal.
It's complicated, but I would definitely try the know. Need
you see what happens. You can't get any worse. We'll
be right back.
Speaker 4 (30:07):
So you sor.
Speaker 7 (30:21):
I'm a busshom a number suncible, the one never single
minds up, I don't, I'm stop to do all right,

(31:53):
podcast library there of the Doctor Bob Martin's show, all Right,
we have for you next. This week's in installment of
the Product Recall of the Week dtor Brocker.
Speaker 3 (32:06):
The product Recall of the Week is a hash Brown
hazard because nothing says good morning like plastic in your potatoes.
Lamb Weston, also known as the Willy Wonka of frozen Fries,
just recalled seven hundred and thirty thousand pounds of hash
Browns after finding plastic pieces inside, like your breakfast came
(32:29):
with a side of legos.
Speaker 2 (32:30):
Doctor Bob, Oh Wow.
Speaker 3 (32:32):
Yeah, Yeah, it's a choking hazard. Plastic bits range from
sand grain to pencil eraser size, and they offer no
nutritional value unless you're a seagull at the beach, and
the FDA calls this a Class two recall, which means
it's not lethal, but definitely not a good time. These
hash browns are oval shaped and sold in three and
(32:54):
a half pound frozen packages if you buy in bulk,
mostly on the West Coast, but maybe you might also
find them at restaurants and distributors like McDonald's where they
get fifteen percent of their fries in hash browns from
this lamb Western company. So this is what you do
if you do buy in bulk, return it maybe. And
(33:17):
also I think skip those types of hash browns at
the restaurants, including McDonald's, because they're nothing but bad fats
and additives as well. So doctor Bob, this has been
your product recall of the week. A hash brown hazard.
Speaker 2 (33:33):
I am not a big fan of hash browns in
any shape or form. They are some of the most
unhealthy things you can put in your body. I realize
that many of these restaurants do it as a side
side element on a plate just to cover the plate,
and it's dripping in grease and it's not good it.
Your arteries will slam shut with all the grease, the fat,
(33:54):
bad fats, no good, oh my gosh, but plastic on
top of that, Oh my goodness. Oh okay, Well, thanks
for that, doctor Brockman. All right, let's go. Let's see
if we can get a phone call in before the
next break. What's up? All right?
Speaker 3 (34:12):
We got Mary from Kolua, Hawaii.
Speaker 5 (34:15):
Hi.
Speaker 8 (34:15):
My name is Mary k Hawaii, and my question is
I'm going to have a surgery for spinal spinning and
I want to know if I'm going to become incontinent
(34:36):
from the surgery. I also want to know how much
care I will need after that surgery. Thank you?
Speaker 2 (34:48):
Okay, well, thank you for your call. Those are questions
that would be important to ask your doctor. And if
if your doctor didn't explain that in your last visit,
you should make a and another appointment and write those
questions down before you go to that appointment so that
they can be answered. They are best answered by your
(35:08):
treating doctor. But I can just give you some general
impression of that question. Spinal surgery is risky business. It's
unsuccessful about sixty percent of the time generally speaking across
the board all spinal surgeries. And yes, there's high risk
involved in it. Can spinal surgery that goes wrong make
(35:33):
you incontinent where nerves are damaged to the bladder, and
now you help you lose your bladder control or you
have spillage of bladder. Yes, that can happen. Absolutely, it
can happen. Now doctors who are doing the surgery making
a living off and doing the surgeons will give you
some minuscule percentage of how it can. Very rare, rare situation.
(35:57):
It's only rare to those that don't happened. What happens
happens to you, and you can undo it, and now
you have to wear diapers the rest of your life.
So that's a risk. But what's more important in my
mind is getting to somebody who can actually solve the
back problem using decompression therapy, using PRP or platelet rich
(36:17):
plasma injections, using stem cell injections, using anything, soft wave therapy, acupuncture,
anything besides surgery. Exhaust all the alternatives, doctor Brockmann.
Speaker 3 (36:32):
Yeah, yeah, And even if you haven't done these conservative
treatments first, that should be the first line of defense.
Included with that chiropractic and just walking for spinals to nosis.
Walking is one of the best things that you can do,
So exhaust those options first before surgery is my recommendation.
Speaker 2 (36:49):
Yeah, and I think doctors dissuade people from doing saying, well,
you have no options, this is all it's available. Wrong,
Doctor Brockman and I have saved so many people, and
our colleagues have saved so many people from Risky's final surgery.
You should consider it. Stay with us. We'll be right back.
Speaker 4 (37:07):

This week's health mystery of the Week.
Speaker 3 (38:31):
Our health mystery of the week. We're going to dive
into a perpexlling phenomenon that has left researchers and healthcare
professionals scratching their heads. It's the rise of autoimmune diseases.
Over the last decade, there have been significant increase in
the prevalence of autoimmune disorders, conditions where the immune system
mistakenly attacks the body's own tissues. These diseases, like rheumatoid arthritis, lupus,
(38:57):
multiple sclerosis, and type one diabetes are becoming more common,
but the reasons behind this alarming trend remain a mystery.
Scientists have been investigating various factors that could contribute to
the rise. Some researchers point to environmental triggers, such as
exposure to certain chemicals, pollutants, and infections, which may play
a role in triggering autoimmune responses. Others suggest lifestyle factors
(39:21):
like diet, stress, and lack of physical activity, which could
be influenced the immune system's behavior. Another intriguing aspect that
I want to mention of this mystery is the role
of the microbiome, the trillions of good bacteria living in
our gut. Emerging research research suggests that an imbalance in
gut bacteria may be linked to an autoimmune disease. A
(39:43):
healthy microbiome is essential for a well functioned immune system,
and disruptions in this delicate balance could lead to an
increase in autoimmune conditions. So what can we do in
the face of this health mystery? Stay informed in proact
about our health is always crucial, maintaining a balanced diet
(40:04):
which is rich in whole foods, managing stress well and
supporting our gut health through probiotics, prebiotics and also anything
that helps boost our immune system. And as always, consult
with your healthcare provider for personalized advice and to discuss
any con thirds you may have regarding autoimmune diseases. Let's
(40:24):
continue to explore this health mystery together and uncover the
truth behind the rise in autoimmune disorders. Doctor Bob back to.
