six oh six eighty eight twenty two. That's eight hundred
six zero six eighty eight twenty two. It's the Doctor
Bob Martin and Show.

Speaker 3 (01:00):
Good day, health seekers, and welcome to another hour of
Health Talk America presents The Doctor Bob Martin Show. I'm
doctor Adam Brockman, and I'm absolutely fired up to be
with you this hour. Folks. I want to let you
know if you've got a nagging injury that just won't quit,
or if you've been told surgery is your only option,

(01:21):
you need to go ahead and lean in and turn
up the volume. This hour, we are going to try
to pull back the curtain on a medical revolution that
the powers that be in this country have slowed down
for years while the rest of the world, in the
world's most elite athletes are zooming right past us in
the future of healing. And if you have at any

(01:44):
time have questions or feedback, your participation in your own
health is encouraged by calling our toll free hotline at
eight hundred six zero six eight eight two two. Again
it's eight hundred six zero six eight eight two to two,
or by visiting our website at doctor Bob dot com
that's spouned out the word doctor doctr bob dot com

(02:06):
And folks, today, we have a massive show ahead of us.
Later this hour, I'm sitting down with a special guest
to talk about the incredible world of Regenda medicine, including
XI zomes. But before we get there, I have to
tell you a story that's been dominating the health headlines
in the sports world recently, and it should have every

(02:26):
single one of you asking why can't I get this
done at my local hospital. So I want you to
imagine that you're Cam Jurgens. You're the starting center for
the Philadelphia Eagles. You're a three hundred plus pound mountain
of a man whose entire job is to be a
movable object. But behind the scenes, Cam was dealing with

(02:49):
a nightmare for the better part of twenty twenty four.
In the twenty twenty five seasons, Cam was playing in
absolute agony. He had a herniated disc in his back
that had basically decided to wrap itself around his siatic
nerve like a piece of rusted wire. Now, if you
ever had sciatica, you know it's not just back pain.

(03:10):
It's an electrical shock that travels from your spine down
to your toes. It's a relentless it's a searing heat
that makes sitting or standing or god forbid, blocking a
three hundred pounds defensive tackle made it feel like torture.
So Cam had the standard of care surgery right here
in the US to fix it. He underwent the knife,

(03:32):
he did the rehab, and he followed the rules. And
guess what, he wasn't right. The gold standard of American
medicine failed one of the best athletes on the planet.
So what did he do? He didn't go back for
a second surgery. He didn't just load up on opiates.
He packed his bags and he flew twenty five hundred

(03:53):
miles south to Columbia. And this is where I get
a little bit outrage. Why does a Pro Bowl NFL
star have to leave the United States of America to
get healthy? He went for this massive infusion of stem
cells and more importantly in this matter, the xizoons. And

(04:14):
here is the reality. In the US, the FDA has
such tight restrictions on how we process stem cells that
we are essentially fighting with one hand tie behind our backs.
If we take cells from your body, we aren't allowed
to expand them, meaning we can't grow them in a
lab to create a massive therapeutic dose. And in the

(04:35):
US you might get a few hundred thousand or at
most a few million stem cells. And in Colombia, cam
Jurgens received an infusion of seventy million expanded stem cells.
So I want you to think about that. And I
know this reality all too well. I have practiced regenda
medicine in the US for as long as I have

(04:56):
been able to. Our clinics were actually one of the
first in the US to offer Regenda medicine, where we
offer treatments only found in Europe. Prior and I have
been an advocate of Reginda medicine at every level, the local,
the state, in the national level for expanding Regenda medicine.

(05:17):
A lot of times we are told we have the
best healthcare in the world, yet our regulations are keeping
life changing technology locked in a cage while our citizens
have to travel to get the care that they need.
This is a troubling trend of medical tourism that is
only growing because people are tired of being told there's

(05:38):
nothing else we can do. Now, I want to move on.
And I mentioned exiszomes, and that's the real secret sauce here.
If stem cells are the construction crew of the body,
then xizomes are those project managers. They are our tiny
microscopic vesicles that carry the text messages between cells. They

(06:01):
tell your body's own tissues to stop the inflammation and
to start repair and to grow new healthy fibers. And
when Cam Jurgen's got those seventy million cells, those stem cells,
they were loaded with those x' zone signals, and within
weeks of returning from Colombia, he reported feeling better than

(06:24):
he has in years. And now he wasn't just managing
the pain, he was actually healing. And this is the
same technology we talk about when Doctor Bob and I
we talk about how you can biohack your way to
one hundred. It's about longevity. It's about not just surviving
your injuries, but thriving after them. I know what you're thinking, Doc,

(06:48):
I'm not an Eagle Center. I don't have an NFL
salary to fly to Columbia for cutting edge stem cell therapy.
And believe me, I hear you. But here's the good news.
The technology is moved moving faster than the government, while
large scale systemic stem cell injections remain tied up in
red tape. Here in the United States, we're seeing incredible

(07:09):
breakthroughs in topical and localized exosome applications through through nuvacell
biologics that are both accessible and affordable right now. And
exosomes are those microscopic messengers that signal your body to
repair itself. We're talking about skin rejuvenation, hair restoration, and
even joint tissue recovery and that's instead of replacing cells,

(07:32):
they nudge your own to rejuvenate naturally. It's it's high
science that's meaning that that biological wisdom, and that's why
I'm so excited to have our special guest from Nuvacell
Biologics joining us later. We're going to talk about this
new edge, new cutting edge medicine to it and how
it's becoming a reality for everyday Americans. We're going to

(07:54):
discuss how you can harness the same regenaive power that
Cam Jurgens used to save his career, and it's shipped
to your door. And I also want to make mention
briefly our partner clinic at Holistic Care. It's a Holisticcare
dot com h O L I S T I C
C A r E dot com. They are also bringing

(08:15):
innovations that are close to home. They've combined the best
and regenitive exozone therapy with holistic wellness programs. It's like
pairing these these breakthroughs with detox protocols and red light
therapy and nutritional coaching and advancing them with peptide support
and the result is safer, more comprehensive healing designed for
real people, not just pro athletes. So it's just a

(08:37):
quick hop to San Diego and you can be at
Holistic Care clinic. Thanks to Holistic Care, Americans now have
access to world class Regendave science. That's that's as close
to home as you can get. This is future of medicine.
We're talking about precision, natural and personalized programs. So you
don't have to wait for the government to catch up.
Your body can start that renewal to the beginning today.

(09:00):
So we have to stop accepting chronic pain as a
natural part of aging. It's not. It's a sign of
that the body's lost its ability to communicate. And we're
going to show you later in the show how to
start that conversation again. So if you have been struggling
with joint pain, if you have been looking into Regenda medicine,
or if you have a failed surgery, just like Cam did,

(09:23):
I want to hear from you. Our lines are open.
Give us a call at eight hundred six zero six
eight eighty two to two. I want to know your stories.
Have you felt let down by the traditional medical system
and you know, are you ready to take control of
your own health destiny? And you can also head over

(09:43):
to doctor Bob dot com to check out our previous
segments on Regenda medicine and see the partners of the
show who are making this technology available to the public. So, folks,
I don't want you to go anywhere. When we come back,
we're going to dive into this microscopical world. We're going
to talk about why the signals are more important than

(10:04):
the cells. We're going to take a look at the
future of anti aging performance and recovery, and we're going
to try to bridge that gap between this medical outrage
of what's happening in the NFL and throughout the United
States and give you some practical solutions that you can
use in your own living room. It's that gold standard

(10:26):
of US medicine falling behind well, absolutely, but that doesn't
mean that you have to fall behind with it. All right, folks,
I'm doctor Adam Brocklin and this is helped Talk America
presents the Doctor Bob Martin Show. We're going to take
a quick break, but when we return, Grant Townsend is
in the hot seat. We're talking nubussell, we're talking x zones,

(10:46):
and we're talking about your future. Stay tuned. We'll be
right back after.

Speaker 4 (10:50):
This doctor Bob Margin with an important message from doctor
Earle Mendel, PhD, pharmacist and author.

Speaker 5 (11:07):
Thirty years ago, high in the Sierra Mountain, something more
valuable than gold was discovered, a pristine health retubinating mineral deposit,
and that discovery inspired a breakthrough joint supplement called Apex

Speaker 3 (12:17):
Welcome back to Health Talk America presents the Doctor Bob
Martin Show. I'm your host, doctor Adam Brockman, and I
want to say thank you for joining us today. And
today we're gonna move beyond the I hurt Fix me
mentality and dive into a different frontier of longevity. We're
not gonna talk about managing your pain, so to speak.
We're gonna be talking about mastering your health. We're gonna

(12:40):
look at how to keep you feeling good, to be
a hundred and also run with the precision of say
a Swiss watch. And joining me is a man who's
literally rewriting the code on how we heal, and that's
Grant Townsend. He's the visionary CEO of Nuvasel Biologics. He's
changing Regenda Regina medicine as we speak, and he's specializing

(13:05):
this bioactive product that he creates. And I don't just
mask the symptoms, they reboot the whole cellular environment. And
with Grant here from Nuvsel, him and I were going
to be talking about how to move like a pro
until you reach your triple digits. So Grant, I want
to go ahead and welcome you back to the Doctor
Bob Martin Show. How are you today?

Speaker 7 (13:27):
I'm doing well. I'm doing well. Thank you for the introduction.
They're doctor Brockman excited to dive into some of these topics,
especially moving like a pro into your triple digits. That's
a fun one there, so I'm excited to get into it. Here.

Speaker 3 (13:39):
There you go. That's what we all want to do, right.
We don't want to just live to be one hundred.
We want to live healthy to be one hundred if
we can so grant. In my clinics, I see people
who wait until that check engine light is on before
they start to come in. So I want to talk
today more about that movement optimization instead of just pain management.

(14:05):
Why is that shift in mindset so critical for someone
who wants to be active until they are, say one hundred.

Speaker 7 (14:12):
I think it's it's more critical than we even than
we even realize now. And and I know from my
personal experience. I've been, uh, you know, I've been. I've
done this myself right and I've and I've put injuries
off too long. I haven't paid attention to them, I
haven't done the right precautionary steps to make sure that
I am putting my my body in the best position.

(14:33):
And when it comes down to it is there's uh,
there's there's many steps we can take ahead of time
before getting into maybe a degenerative state or an ostroathletic state,
or or some state where you know, we can't move anymore,
and uh, you know, and inherently you know why we
know new to sell. In my company, we are biological company,

(14:54):
we get a lot into this kind of health consulting
because it's it's much it's much more broad than just
looking at a single product or or a single treatment, right,
It's it's taking this holistic approach and looking at at
your body and you know, do you need to be
doing stretching every morning? Should you be doing core exercises
to stabilize your back and and things like that I

(15:15):
just think are absolutely critical, especially as we get into
you know, later stages and in our life where you know,
the body starts to break down, and as the body,
you know, if you look at it this way, the
older we get, the faster the body breakdown, the more
the more we need to do to stabilize it.

Speaker 3 (15:32):
Right.

Speaker 7 (15:33):
So I think there's I mean, there's a lot we
can talk about in in that in itself, Doctor Brocker.

Speaker 3 (15:39):
Yeah, And I think I think it's critical because because
by the time you often feel that that pain, the
cellular damage has been happening probably for years and so
so if we're looking at this body, and in this case,
we need to look at this regenda of ecosystem. If
you're only focused on the pain, you're basically chasing chasing

(15:59):
a go oh. So so you know, again, I wanted
to really focus on that optimization, and it's about in
ensuring that those cellular signals, they're loud and clear before
that tissue starts to break down. So in the sense
when said that check engine light comes on, we want
to keep the oil and the joints clean so those
gears never start to grind in that first place. And

(16:22):
granted it's like I tell my patients, you wouldn't wait
for your car's engine to seize before you check the oil, right,
So statistically, about ninety percent of Americans wait for chronic
symptoms to manifest before they seek that preventative care. And
so that's where I'd like people to be more proactive.

(16:43):
And if you're stiff in the morning already, that's not
just being say fifty years old, that's your body already
screaming that it needs that cellular tune up. And I
think that's what nuvacel does so well, you know, nuvacel
We've been talking about on the show for quite some
time now. It works with some heavy duty science. We're
talking about about Warden's jelly and exosomes and bioactive proteins.

(17:07):
So for the listeners at home that who aren't biologists, Grant,
I want you to say how these bioactives actually help
a person's joints stay young. As long as we can.

Speaker 7 (17:20):
This will you know. I love diving into the science,
so I'll try to keep it as high level as
I came here. But when you when you look at
the you know, the biologic space, right, there's there's a
lot of excitement, there's a lot of there's a hype,
and there's a lot of good data coming out around
you know, these different andbilical core derived biologics right and

(17:40):
at the center what it what it is is you know,
there's stem cells, there's there's exosomes, and exosomes are essentially
what a stem cell secretes, which is basically a delivery vehicle.
And what it comes down to at the end of
the day, when you look at the repair pathways and
how cellular regeneration works in the body, it comes down
to these repair pathways and what's influencing these repair pathways

(18:02):
are these different growth factors and cytokins and micro mRNA.
It's all these different types of proteins, right, So if
you think of it in a really very simple sense,
what you know, stem cell or regenda medicine or exosome
science is doing is delivering these proteins. And you know,
the way that these proteins are delivered or what's very
crucial and what's very complex, right, being able to identify

(18:24):
damaged tissues in the body and migrate and and dock
and deliver payloads. That's where you know, exisomes really come
into play as a you know, the body's natural delivery vehicle, right,
a very highly specialized delivery vehicle that can both you know,
migrate to damage cells, but can also you know, deliver
these these proteins to to these damage cells. And I

(18:46):
think the you know, the other important thing there is,
you know when you just look at what happens is
your age, right, you lose your body. Your body loses
its natural ability to keep regenerating and keep your parent
tissue and and and staying mobile and staying active. So
you know, by by taking these you know, young and

(19:06):
highly active stem cells and exosomes. With these high concentrations
of proteins, you're you're basically giving your body the fuel
it needs to regenerate again like it did when it's
when it was younger. So it's it's really you know,
fascinating and I think the you know, the space is
really evolving quite rapidly right now, so it's an exciting

(19:27):
place to be in.

Speaker 3 (19:29):
I do want you to this is a question that
we we get oft and often on the show. I
do want you to explain a little bit more how
the the stem cells, the exosomes are are derived from
that from that safe, safe, healthy birth umbilical core tissue
or the the core blood and sense yep, yeah.

Speaker 7 (19:48):
Definitely, And that's a no, it's a it's a question
we get often too, and it's uh uh, you know,
something that is very important to denote because I know,
you know, while there's a lot of excitement in the
in the Regina MEAs the stem cell space, and you
hear people you know flying to go into Mexico or
flying over the Spain to get you know, stem cell injections. Right.

(20:08):
What we do with our product is we partner with
n FD registered lab. So everything is done within the
United States and they you know, work with different tissue
banks and get donated in bilical cord tissue all from
C section deliveries. And the reason that's important is for
maintaining that sterile environment. And essentially what they're doing is
getting that you know, bilical cord really focusing on the

(20:30):
Wharton's jolley, which is the gelatinous lining of the umbilical cord,
which is kind of like the you know, the cushion
and the umbilical cord. Right. That's also shown to have
some of the highest potencies and highest active mesyl kindle
stem cells, which is which is what we derive our
EXI zone in our you know, our extracelluar vesicle from.
And then yeah, through you know, strict cleaning and processing

(20:54):
and vetting, there's full traceability through the whole process. Donors
go through screening. So it's a you know, it's a
very very very well robust system to make sure not
only you know, are we doing this the right way,
the ethical way, but that it's also you know properly
cleaned and sterilized and all that good stuff as well.

Speaker 3 (21:14):
Yeah, and that's an important thing, Uh, for for me
in this scenario is to to make everyone aware that
these are from healthy uh healthy bursts that that you
know and again these are are vetted. It's a it's
a very safe in uh in healthy environment for for
everyone involved. H. So you know again we're just getting

(21:34):
started on this and we're talking about biological high fidelity.
Here for for more on this approach to total body wellness,
I encourage you to check out Nuba Cel's website at
nubassell Biologics dot com AG and that's Nuba Cell Biologics
dot com. We're just getting started with Grant. When we
come back, we're going to be talking about biological rust
and how to stop it in its tracks. You're listening

(21:56):
to to Health Talk America Presents the Doctor Bob Martin Show.
I'm doctor Adam Brockman. Don't go anywhere.

Speaker 7 (22:05):
Are you waiting for the right excuse?

Speaker 4 (22:09):
Are you waiting for your s excues?

Speaker 5 (22:12):
While waiting.

Speaker 3 (22:26):
And we're back. I'm doctor Adam Brockman, and you're listening
to the Doctor Bob Martin Show. I'm talking today with
Grant Townshend of Nuvasel about the science trying to move
you healthy until you're one hundred years of old old,
so entire century. So we're now we're going to start
to dive into more of the rust, that slow decay,

(22:47):
that robs us of our mobility. And again, if you
need more information on Nuvasel, I encourage you to check
out their website at nuvasel Biologics dot com. That is,
in you V O C E L L B I
O L O G I C S dot com, nuvacel
Biologics dot com, or you can also call our toll

(23:11):
free hotline at eight hundred six zero six eight eight
two two. Again it's eight hundred six zero six eight
A two two and our staff can help you coordinate
with a provider close to you. Or you can also
inquire about having nuvacel ship to your door. Again, that
is through nuvacel Biologics dot com, or by calling our

(23:32):
toll free hotline eight hundred six zero six eight eight
two two. Okay, grant. So, so again there's a there's
a lot of noise out there. I want you to
explain what makes nuva Cell's approach to that extracellular the vesicles,
the evs in xizomes different from say, the generic healthy

(23:53):
aging stuff that people see advertised on late night TV.

Speaker 7 (23:58):
The big thing is is what we're going after, right,
We're we're going after the root cause of whatever issue
is is going on. This isn't a this isn't a
product that's just going to mass the pain or you know,
temporarily take away the inflammation. The whole goal of our
product and the whole goal of these you know, the
biologics and exozomes and why they're becoming so popular is

(24:20):
addressing the root cause. And the reason that's important is
because we're talking about you know, potentially sustained outcomes because
you know, we all know the opioid crisis, what that's
done to our country and even now, you know, seeing
what I would classify as a as a surgery crisis
with the over recommendations of like backsurgeries for example. Right,

(24:43):
there's this you know over dependency that you know, one
just because I take away the pain and I feel
better that everything is good, and that's not necessarily the
best way to look at it for you know, the
long term and how you're going to keep moving until
your one hundred, Like you said, so you know, what's
what's really unique about us? So what's really unique about
the biologic space and in general, is you know, through

(25:05):
these these concentrated proteins in these in these EXI zones
that are delivered, you're you're influencing you know, your your
tissues and your body at a celluar level to be
able to start regenerating and to you know, actually control
inflammation at the root cause as as opposed to just
you know, like what insights and things like that do.
So you know, that's what's really exciting about it because

(25:29):
you know, we we know, we know on the flip
side with some of the outcomes of like opioids and surgery,
can can do right the downsides of that. But then
too when you look at just long term uh sustainability,
you know, I think that's a big issue we're running
into with like the rise of ostearthritis and and you know,
different conditions like that.

Speaker 3 (25:50):
Mm hmm. Yeah, And and I agree, And when we're
talking about nubussell, I think a big difference in in
this is that purity and that concentration, so that what's
you see a lot of times out there is maybe
the diluted or or poorly processed products. And what I've
found with using Nuvasel myself is the focus on the

(26:12):
highest quality bioactive environment if you if you will, and
so they're you know, at Nuvasel grand I know you guys,
you're not just throwing cells at or stem cells at
the problem, delivering those specific vesicles the messengers that carry
that that payload for regeneration. So I think that's the

(26:32):
difference here and in the medical world, quality is everything.
I see patients all the time who tried a cheap
version of a supplement or a therapy and then they
wondered why it didn't work, and I, you know, I
usually say it's if that messenger is broken, that message
is not going to get delivered anyway.

Speaker 7 (26:50):
And I think the like the two big things. It's one,
it's it's the delivery method and then what you're delivering, right,
so concentration and purity of what you're delivering, but also
that the delivery method which we use you know o
lipid nanoparticle encasement to help deliver that through the skin
and a topical product. But it's it's critical and then
you're certain to see a lot of that gain traction,

(27:11):
especially in the supplement market too. Like you know, licosomal
supplements and different things like that. But yeah, and especially
you know when you look at the biologic space in general,
looking at those protein concentrations is really what's important, you know,
because for example, in one of our thirty day kits,
we have over two hundred thousand picograms of alpha to

(27:31):
macro grouping, which a two M is gaining excitement rapidly
right now in terms of its potential for you know,
doing our restoration. Right. So, yeah, sorry to interrupt you there,
but it's it's important.

Speaker 3 (27:44):
Oh you're fine, You're fine. That's why you're here to
explain this. This basically it's an important mechanism within the body,
you know, and talking about this this movement that we've
been discussing moving to be one hundred as best as
we can. Most most people think of that that movement
as just being in the bones and muscles. But but

(28:04):
you know, as a as a guy who does a
lot of sports medicine, I know it's often about that
connective stuff, the the the fascia in the tendons. Uh
So I want you to explain how how do you
does does nuvassel support that spreening ness as we as
we start to get older and we start to lose that.

Speaker 7 (28:25):
There's there's a number of different levels. The first level
is always inflammation. We all know that. You know, as
we get into states where you know, we're stiff or
we have excess pain that typically you know it's from inflammation.
But the inflammation can obviously be caused by by different things.
But the unique thing about that is, you know, let's
take ostro threatis for example, right, and you have a

(28:46):
you know, degenerative knee. You know, as your knee starts
to degenerate, you're going to have you know, you're gonna
have more trauma in the area, which is going to
recruit more inflammation, which actually has an added effect on
the generation degeneration of that cartilage as well. So the
more inflammation, the more degeneration. So it's a cycle right
of of continued you know, impairment of the area. So

(29:07):
you know, the way the way Nubisa works and these
exozone technology works is you know, first you got to
control the inflammation and control the area, right, and then
you're gonna then you're gonna start you know, attacking the
root cause of the problem. So you know, for example
that the protein I mentioned alpha tue macro googlement A
two M. It's a broad phase of protease inhibitor, which

(29:28):
means it attacks the enzyme that causes degeneration and the cartilage.
So really going after the root cause of of the issue,
right and inhibiting that that enzyme so that you know,
cartilage degeneration stops right there, and then you're actually giving
your body the best chance to start healing essentially.

Speaker 3 (29:46):
Yeah, and again I do want to explain uh fasha
for for for the folks listening at home. It's kind
of a funny word, but that's like the the plastic
wrap of the body. And so we're talking about this
connective tissue when it when it dries out, it loses
that that bioactive signaling which nuvacel helps with. But if
it loses that signaling, it starts to become brittle. So

(30:07):
so nuvacel's helping to restore the hydration and that structural
integrity of the tissues by stimulating that production of both
collagen and elastin and and so it's it's like relubricating
that entire system. And and so I called this that
rubber band effect a new rubber band. It's stretchy and
it's strong, and an old one say, in your desk drawer,

(30:30):
it snaps the moment you pull it. We we want
to keep the tendons like that new rubber band, and
that's vital for anyone looking to stay in a in
the game of life, whether it's pickleball or just walking
the dog without a limb. Okay, Grant, So we got
to come up on a on a short break. But
coming up next, I'm going to ask Grant about the

(30:51):
daily habits that are either building your your future health
or it's burning it down. So I want you to
stay tuned. You're listening to the Doctor Bob Martin Show.
Do you know about your body's most important signaling molecule.

Speaker 3 (33:31):
Never Single, Welcome back to the Doctor Bob Martin Show.
I'm doctor Adam Brockman and I've got Grant Townsend from
Nuvassell Biologics today in the hot seat. And again, if
you've got questions for Grant or his staff, I encourage
you to reach out to at their website at nuvasel
Biologics dot com. Again, that's Nuva Cell Biologics n u

(33:54):
v O C E L L Biologics dot com. Or
you can also ask questions through our hotline which is
eight hundred six zero six eight eight two to two.
Again it's eight hundred six zero six eight eight two two. Okay, Grant.
So we've been talking about about that science, let's talk
about just life in general, like how do we actually

(34:17):
do this in the real world? So so, you know, Grant,
let's just say myself, I'm a doctor, you know, do
the show. I'm a dad, I'm busy, right, and this
is most of us. So many of the listeners are
in the same boat. What are some of those biggest
longevity killers if you will, that you see people in

(34:38):
their forties and their fifties doing right now that will
haunt them when they say hit to be ninety or
eighty even.

Speaker 7 (34:46):
Yeah, I think the you know, there's the big three.
I always think about it. I know I've heard you
talk about it on the show many times before, but
you know, sleep being one of them, right, getting adequate
amounts of sleep. Nutrition, how we're fueling our body because
without the right nutrition, without the right you know, elements

(35:06):
or proteins or or whatever we're taking, we're not giving
our body the necessary fuel it needs to be able
to heal or sustain.

Speaker 3 (35:17):
Right.

Speaker 7 (35:17):
And then the other thing is exercise. You know, there's
a lot of data out there that shows that, you know,
the more the older you get, the more active you are,
the less susceptible to injuries or to degeneration you are.
And it's pretty it's pretty fascinating, right, because when you
and when you really look into the science, the more
you exercise, the more you're creating these enzymes or you know,

(35:38):
these the proteins like you know that that we talked
about that support the body. So you know the big three, right, eating, sleeping,
and exercise. I think, in my opinion, and i've and
I've been through waves of this is as well, right,
But that's how we you know, that's what we give
ourselves the best chance to to stay, to live a

(36:00):
meaningful long life. And I think that's the key that
we always talk about, right, not just how many years
can we have, but how many meaningful years can we add?

Speaker 3 (36:07):
Yeah? Absolutely, And so today I want to I want
to focus on what you're talking about with exercise, and
one of the biggest killers to longevity is let's just
say micro inactivity. And we're not talking about having big workouts.
It's the hours of sitting that cause our tissues to

(36:28):
set like concrete for instance, you know, combining with systemic
inflammation from a poor diet, and we're basically literally marinating
our joints in acidic environment. And people think that they
can out train a sedentary lifestyle, but you know, they're
the data says otherwise. And it's the truth that research

(36:49):
shows that even if you hit the gym for an hour,
sitting for the other twenty three hours, it can lead
to as this increase in metabolic dysfunction. And if you will,
so we got to keep we got to keep moving
regardless if we do spend that dedicated time time in
the gym, you know, maybe just taking a walk for
ten minutes at lunchtime, that makes a huge difference. So

(37:12):
so grant if someone wants to start supporting their cellular
health today, I want you to give a just a
quick starter kit. Is it that combination of of say
nuvasl the bioactive therapies or is it lifestyle or can
one carry the weight for the other. If we're if
we have a missing link.

Speaker 7 (37:32):
Here, Yeah, I mean I think the answer is it's
it's both in all of the above, right if you know, yes,
if we look at one or the other, you know
you can see people have success. But to really give
your chance the best, you give yourself the best chance
for success and to you know, keep this mobility and
meaning adding meaningful years to your life, you need to
do all of the above. So you know, the cool

(37:53):
thing about nuvasil as being it is non invasive, being
in it is a topical product, is that you know
you can do you you can continue treatments while staying active,
while moving, while working out. And I know we have
a ton of providers who who uh, you know, have
a client who follow that same path and and love
niveasel because of that, because you know, especially as you

(38:14):
you know, as you get older, right, the the you know,
the downtime you can experience can be very detrimental to
your health. So being able to have you know, rehab
modalities that can keep you active that you can do
while you're you're you know, walking or working out, I
think is very crucial. But the vice versa of that,
especially in terms of biologics, if you're not feeding your

(38:34):
body right, if you're not getting advocate sleep, if you're
not you know, giving your body everything it needs to
be able to maintain a regenitive state, then it's not
going to work as well. Right, So we gotta we
got to look at the body holistically and how all
these things work together.

Speaker 3 (38:49):
Yeah, I agree with that. It's that it's that partnership.
You can't you can't put say, premium fuel in a
car if it's got if it's got the flat tires.
Those bioactive things therapies UH with like nouvasel, they provide
that spark, but you also need to provide the the
fuel through through anti inflammatory nutrition and movement and sleep.

(39:10):
And when you combine those those regenda of therapies like
nuvassel with that healthy lifestyle, the results they they can
increase that your your health exponentially. So you got you've
got to give your body the right signals with something
like nuvasel, and then you back it up with the
movement and suddenly you're not just you're you're not just aging. Well,

(39:32):
you're you're starting to thrive. And that's about how what
we say on the show, it's taking control of your
health and your own health destiny. All right, all right,
so Grant, we've got to take another short break and
then in our our final segment, we're gonna look into say,
let's say the crystal ball. I want to see what
your thoughts are on where the future of movement and

(39:55):
healing is is heading and maybe you can give some
some habit it's that they can do until they're one
hundred years old. Let's say, all right, So don't go
anywhere you're listening to the Doctor Bob Martin Show, Doctor
Adam Brockman. Here. If you've ever wished that medicine focused
on restoring health instead of managing disease, there's a place

(40:18):
just like that. It's the American Holistic Care Center. American

oxygen for faster recovery and immunity support. And it doesn't
stop there. From holistic dental care using safe biocompatible materials
to corrective chiropractic and light therapy beds that spark cellular healing.
American Holistic Care is transforming lives. Call today at eight

(41:03):
seven seven to zero seven zero eight two four or
visit Americanholisticcare dot com. That's eight seven seven to zero
seven zero eight two four or Americanholisticcare dot com. What
doesn't kill your NEXUSI all right, welcome back. You're listening

(41:30):
to the Doctor Bob Martin Show. I'm doctor Adam Brockman,
and we are in our home stretch with Grant Townsend,
the CEO of Nuvasel Biologics, and again, folks, I want
to encourage you to head over to their website, read
the research and if it's something that you can use,
I want you to get in contact with us. We
can help you find a provider close to you, or

(41:52):
Grant is kind enough to be able to help coordinate
shipping it to your door. Again, our toll free hotline
is eight hundred six zero eight A two two. That's
eight hundred and six or O six eight A two two.
Or you can visit our website at doctor Bob dot
com and again at UH at Nuvasel Biologics dot com
you can read the research and UH and find out

(42:13):
some more information. That's Nuva cell Biologics dot com and UH.
And we're here with Grant and Grant. So we've covered
a lot today. We covered the the the biological rust
so to speak, the software updates for yourselves, and that
reality of modern aging. So I want to go ahead
and look ahead. What do you see as as some
of these these the future Regenda medicine is is really

(42:36):
evolving and it's something that you're right in the middle of.
So I want to I want to get a look
into that crystal ball. What we got next?

Speaker 7 (42:44):
Yeah, I think the if I had to say, two
big things are one the you know, the research and
education that's coming out about Reginda the medicine right now.
But then two specifically are different delivery methods. And this
is interesting new Joah medicine. I think we're seeing this
across all different types of supplements, drug delivery, you name it, right,
So you know you see that you see these you

(43:05):
lipozombal supplements for for example, right, and I've you know,
you've heard me talk about the delipiental particle encasement that
we use with our exozoones. So what's really cool is
there's all these different types of delivery methods that are
coming to the to the market, right, Because you know,
traditionally the way you know, we we've we've looked at
inducing different ingredients to the body through you know, injectibles

(43:25):
or through implantation. Right, It's very obtrusive, It creates trauma,
it creates inflammation, it creates downtime right by using things
like you know the skin or even nasal sprays or
you know, uh, oral supplementation. There, it just opens up
the not only cost, but the way in which we
can use them with our our rehab protocols to maximize

(43:50):
the effects of them while minimizing the downtime, minimizing infection,
different things like that. So you know, there's there's a
lot of really cool things coming out in the market
right now. You know, I know our product being one
of them, in a topical transfermal ex zone type product.
But I think that's really where we're seeing the future
going is, and that's how we make these uh you know,

(44:13):
make these modalities more accessible, more cost effective to patients.
So you know, I think there's gonna be a lot
more to come from that.

Speaker 3 (44:21):
All right, thanks Grant, And and again, folks, the topic
of the day is how do we move to move
well to be one hundred so so again, movement is medicine.
It's that that cheap is the most effective prescription on
the planet. And as Grant said, you know, there's there's
some great things on the horizon, and I really appreciate
you Grant joining us today. I thank you for coming

(44:43):
on sharing this vision of the future. And if you
want to learn more about Grant and has an incredible
work at nubisel, visit their website at nubisell Biologics dot com.
