our very special guest today, a man who's literally wrote
the book on the nutrition revolution, I want to talk
about something that's happening right now in the world of

first started talking about your joints. Your joints aren't just hinges.
They are the architectural marvels that allow you to dance

one of these fast food Hamburger place, order a hamburger,
put it in a box, leaving it for two weeks month.
Nothing happens in same because there's so many, so many

we talk about potato chips, if we had potato only,

about here. But if we're talking about these inflammatory triggers,
I look at things like that that high omega six,
which is not to be confused with omega three, which
I do recommend quite often on the show. But these
high omega six are your vegetable oils. Yeah, yeah, exactly exactly.

So these are your vegetable oils, the soy bean, the corn,
the cottonseed oils.

The deep And if you go to look at the
people who live the longest of Mediterranean diet, their principal

because it's good fat. See, everybody thinks fat as bad.
It's not. It's good bad, there's bad fat. Unfortunately, as

you say, most of the fact we get in our
