Welcome to the Doctor Bob Martin Show, your trusted guide
to a better living, better choices, and better health. I'm
doctor Adam Brockman here to remind you that your most
valuable investment that you'll ever make doesn't just trade on
Wall Street. It's actually the one that you make in yourself.
So let me ask you, when was the last time
(01:24):
that you truly felt alive, not just running on caffeine,
deadlines or obligation, but energized and clear and vibrant. Because,
let's be honest, somewhere between the morning rush in the
nightly news, health has become something people react to rather
than something they actually build. We wait for symptoms before
(01:48):
we change the system. We hope that a cure will
be easier than the commitment. So my message to you
today is it's not too late to reclaim that spark
in the bark. It starts right here, right now. This
program exists because the truth about health doesn't always make headlines,
(02:09):
but it should. This is your hour for real talk,
real answers, in real results. So challenge you today. Don't
just listen, lean in. Whether you're struggling with fatigue or
poor focus, weight gain, or skin issues, or maybe it's
(02:29):
that all too familiar. I just don't feel like myself feeling.
And the information you'll hear in this hour, it could
change your health this year. And if you're ready to
take that next step, if you want to share your
story or get an answer from our team, pick up
the phone and call eight hundred six zero six eight
(02:51):
eight two to two. That's eight hundred six zero six
eight eighty two to two. And one more time for
those that are reaching for a pen eight hundred zero
six eight A two to two. And for other resources
or our archives, head over to doctor bob dot com.
That's doctor bob dot com. Spelling out the word doctor
doc t O r bob dot com. That's your online
(03:13):
connection for common sense health in an uncommon world. One
more time in case you missed it, that's doctor Bob
dot com. Now let's kick things off with a truth
that might make you think differently about your daily routine.
If your body was a business, your energy would be
its currency, your immune system its security, and your habits
(03:37):
its board of directors. And right now, millions of us
are running their health incorporated into bankruptcy, with sleep deprived
executives and emotionally over extended parents and high achievers that
are running on fumes. They trade their best years for
(03:57):
what what exactly, thinking that they'll catch up on health later.
But here's the revelation. The body doesn't keep io used.
It responds to the signals that you give it today.
So let me tell you about a patient I saw
not long ago, a man that was in his early forties, successful,
(04:19):
seemingly in control, but living on what I call survival autopilot,
four hours of sleep and junk food in between meetings.
And the only time he slowed down was when his
body forced him to. And I'm talking about with chest
tightness or migraines, or skin irritation or constant colds. He
(04:40):
told me, Doc, I don't know what's happening. I used
to feel strong. I looked at him, and I said,
your engine's still good. It's just out of oil. And
that's where many of us are, great machines that are
running dry. And the beauty of natural health is that
we don't just fill the tank. We teach you how
(05:02):
to make it run cleaner, run longer, and smarter. Because
health isn't just a one time tune up. It's a
lifestyle overhaul. So today's conversation we're going to get into
is going to tackle something you might not think about
until it becomes a problem, and that's your skin. And
before you think that the skin it's just vanity talk.
(05:25):
Now I want you to stick with me. This is
far more about than about appearance alone. Your skin it's
your body's largest organ and maybe quite possibly the most
underappreciated one. It's an immune soldier, it's a temperature regulator,
it's a detox partner, and it's a messenger from within
(05:46):
showing you what's really going on beneath the surface. And
as the calendar pushes deeper into winter, your skin it
starts to whisper, and for some it starts to shout
with dryness and flaking, cracking or irritation. They're not just inconveniences,
(06:06):
they're signals. They're indicators that your internal environment isn't matching
your external one. So we break it down. Winter air
outside drives the skin by stripping away it's the humidity,
and inside central heating puls what's left of that moisture
from the air. So you've got this perfect storm. You
got cold, dry, recycled air working twenty four to seven
(06:30):
to rob your skin of hydration. And the result, it's
these barriers and inflammation and exposure to bacteria and irritants.
And if you think, oh, well, that's just winter, well
I want you to think again, because your skin health
directly connects to your immune system. But I want to
(06:51):
rewind a bit before we get tactical, because protecting your
skin is about mindset before it is about moisturizers. It's
about treating your skin as part of your ecosystem, not decoration.
And too often when people think skincare, they rush to
the nearest store shelf and they buy the newest product
that's loaded with chemicals, and it's not fixing the chemistry.
(07:17):
We need to fix the biology. It just doesn't work
that way. The secret to radiant, healthy skin in the winter,
or in any season for that matter, begins beneath the surface.
So let's get practical for a second. There are ways
to preserve your skin strength this winter, and it's actually
simpler than you think. For once, start with hydration. Even
(07:40):
when you don't feel thirsty. The average adult loses about
two liters of water daily through normal processes. In the winter,
your thirst cues, they shut down because you're not sweating
as much. So the fix is making hydration something that's
scheduled rather than instinctive. And you can also power your
(08:01):
skin from within. Nutrition fuels this construction product. If you
incorporate fatty rich foods like avocados and walnuts and flax
seeds and salmon. They reinforce your cellular lipid layers, and
vitamin C rebuilds collagen and zinc ads and repairs, and
vitamin E provides powerful antoxidant defense. And I want to
(08:25):
talk a second about protecting your microbiome. Did you know
that your skin hosts over a thousand species of microbes.
These are tiny protectors that work NonStop to maintain balance.
So hot showers and harsh cleansers and alcohol based toners
they destroy these defenders. So if we switch to gentle
pH balance cleansers and you let your skins natural oils
(08:49):
do their job. If you think of it this way,
health comes from a partnership, not punishment. We were going
to get into this a little bit in greater detail
with our special guests that's coming up in just a
few short moments. But I know if we're talking about
the skin during the winter time, I also want you
to rethink your environment. Your house. It might be cozy,
(09:11):
but the heated air is desert dry. So I suggest
that you place a humidifier in rooms where you spend
the most time. And if we're talking about just a
five percent increase in indoor humidity, it can dramatically improve
your skin hydration and even your respiratory comfort. Your LUNs
in your skin often crave the same thing that's moisture
(09:33):
and your skin. It also thrives on blood flow, so
movement stimulates oxygenation and it encourages the delivery of nutrients
while it's clean, also cleaning out the toxins. So if
you walk briskly for fifteen minutes after meals, or you
add dry brushing before showering, or you use gentle stretching
to awaken the lymphatic system, these are small rituals that
(09:55):
keep your system very vibrant. And let's not forget about
nature's unsung hero, and that's the sun. Just because it's
cold doesn't mean that uve raise hibernate. It still suggests
that you wear daily protection, but you also need to
get some of those sun rays and don't allow this
little bit of natural sunshine to grace your your skin.
(10:18):
You need that vinamin d that balance. It reduces seasonal depression,
and it enhances your immune defense and ignites that glow
that many people chase through expensive serums that nature already
has given you for free. So the big takeaway here
is that your skin tells a story. It mirrors your hydration,
your diet, your stress, and in your environment. So every flake,
(10:41):
blemish or rough patch carries a message. Your job isn't
to silence that message. It's to translate it, and here
to translate it with us as a special guest coming
up just after the break, I want you to stick
around for that. You're going to want to hear his message.
You're listening to the Doctor Bob Martin Show. Are you
tired of swallowing handfuls of pills just to cover nutrition basics?

that's eight hundred six zero six eight eight two to two.
(12:47):
All right, let's get back in today's conversation. And before
the break, I said we had a very special guest today.
We've been talking about how how we can help your
skin during the winter months and skincare options and the
and so I got a great guest for us that
knows a lot about this topic. It's doctor Ross Pelton.
He is the Director of Science and Education for Essential
(13:08):
Formulas Incorporated, which specializes in premium probiotic products. Doctor Ross
he's a pharmacist, he's a clinical nutritionist, he's a health educator,
and he's the author of thirteen books. And he was
also named one of the fifty most Influential Pharmacists across
America by the American Druggist magazine for his work in
(13:30):
natural medicine and Doctor Ross also he's known as the
Natural Pharmacist and his personal website bio and blog are
at naturalpharmacist dot net and doctor Pelton he's here today
because he's passionate about providing health information for everyone and
help their personal journey to be well and live well.
(13:52):
So today's interview we're talking about how to protect your
skin this winter. And so with that, I want to
welcome doctor Ross Pelton to the Doctor Bob Martin Show.
How are you today, Doctor Roussin, Hey.
Speaker 4 (14:02):
Doctor Brockman. Is nice to be on the Doctor Bob
Martin Show with you again.
Speaker 2 (14:06):
Yeah, yeah, great to have you back. You always give
a lot of great health insights.
Speaker 5 (14:11):
Uh.
Speaker 2 (14:11):
So I want to wish you a happy and a
healthy new year. And uh and let's go ahead and
get started, because this this the weather across the United
States this winter has been nothing short of harsh. We
have we have ice, we got sleep, We got these
huge snowstorms and h and freezing temperatures everywhere from from
the Florida coast to Texas, uh up through New England
(14:33):
like normal. And even the winds across the West Coast
is cold, cold winds right now. So it's it's drying
and it's damaging everyone's skin. And doctor doctor Peltn, we've
we've discussed on the show many times about the probiotics
and doctor o'her's probiotics in the wellness that it helps
just overbody wellness.
Speaker 3 (14:53):
Uh.
Speaker 2 (14:53):
But I also wanted to bring you in because this
topic is important because I think a lot of times
we forget that probiotics can actually help our skin. And
so you, being a microbiome scientist, what can you tell
our listeners about the skin microbiome in this extreme cold weather?
Speaker 4 (15:12):
Sure, Doctor Brockman, Well, it's putant to realize that the
skin is the body's largest organ, so it covers a
lot of area, and we refer to this regulatory feature
of the skin. It's called the skin microbiome. A lot
of people don't realize the skin is covered by a
thin layer that's called the acid mantle, and so the
(15:36):
acid based balance on your skin microbiome is weakly acidic,
similar to the gut microbiome, where the optimal acid based
balance is weekly acidic. It turns out that a lot
of the bacteria that live in the skin produces these
compounds called post biotic metabolites, and many of these metabolites
(15:58):
are weakly acidic compounds that create and maintain this healthy
acid base balance for a healthy skin microbiome. But it
turns out that many skin conditions like acne and psoriasis
and eggem and so for these skin conditions are characterized
(16:19):
by what we're calling now skin dysbiosis, a disruption of
the healthy skin microbiome.
Speaker 3 (16:26):
And so we want to teach people.
Speaker 4 (16:29):
How to take proactive steps during these winter months where
the weather has just been brutal. Not only the cold
but also the lower humidity tends the dryer skin out
and cause the skin to dehydrate a bit. And so
there are proactive steps that people can take, and there's
(16:50):
a couple of ways we want to approach this doctor Brockmann.
One thing I like to emphasize is what scientists are
calling the gut skin connection or the also the microbiome
gut skin axis or connection. There's a direct relationship and
a direct and constant communication between gut bacteria and the
(17:14):
post biotic metabolites that gut bacteria produce and the skin.
And in a reverse direction, in the gut bacteria on
the skin, your skin microbiome are producing post biotic metabolites
that communicate with the gut. So there's this bidirectional communication
with the gut and the skin, similar to the gut
(17:37):
brain communication, the gut heart axis, the gut liver axis
that guts kidney access. These post biotic metabolites are literally
critical health regulating compounds that are regulating every single organ
system in the body, especially the brain and the immune system.
And so now we're learning that these compounds also really
(18:00):
regulate the health of the skin.
Speaker 2 (18:03):
So you're saying the skin, it's basically if we're at
the surface level, is very alive and dynamic, and there's
one billion bacteria per square centimeter, correct me if I'm
wrong there. But if you just think about that, folks
for a second, that means that every part of your
(18:23):
skin it's a living community. And so when we step
out in this dry winter air or we crank up
the heat indoors, we're not just drying our skin out.
We're also stressing this entire ecosystem that is on the
skin layer. So this is why the probiotics, the science
behind this matters, and it makes sense our gut, but
(18:47):
across not just that, but the skin, this total body
connection like you just just mentioned there. So what can
you tell our listeners about the important functions of the
of the skin microbiome itself.
Speaker 4 (19:02):
Well, it is the front line of defense against letting
bacteria and other harmful substances enter into your body. So
it's kind of a protective barrier that is protecting you
all over your body. And again it has to be
slightly acidic in this condition. And one thing I like
(19:24):
to emphasize is that many of the soaps and cleansers
that people are using strip off your skin microbiome. But
products that Doctor Hero has produced, the Campuku beauty bar
and the Mogaruku skin lotion and how do You Be
a Lavender lotion? These skin products contain some of Doctor
(19:49):
Hero's probiotics, which are famous for the post biotic metabolites.
And one thing I've been emphasizing recently to all my
presentations is that in addition to Doctor Hero's probiotic containing
over five hundred post biotic metabolites, turns out that over
one hundred of these post biotic metabolites are weakly acidic compounds.
(20:13):
So this is how Doctor oheres probiotics help to regulate
your gut microbiome and your skin microbiome. And some people
when they get a cut or abrasion or a small
infection on the skin with a like a mosquito bite
or maybe a cat, your cat scratches your skin with
(20:34):
their claws or something, they'll actually put a little Doctor
Hero's paste from one of the capsules directly on this
irritated area, and it often clears it up very quickly.
Because the acidic post biatic metabolites suppress or actually kill
pathological organisms, but they don't harm your beneficial bacteria. They
(20:55):
actually support the growth of beneficial organisms.
Speaker 3 (20:59):
Great.
Speaker 2 (21:00):
Great, We're talking with doctor Ross Pelton. He is the
science and Education director for Essential Formulas, and he's tying
in how important it is the skin microbiome to our
overall function, especially during these winter months when we dry
out where you need more hydration and uh and and
doctor Ross got to take just a short break. But
(21:20):
when we come back, I want you to get into
more detail exactly how how we can benefit from probiotic
use and even even at that cellular the skin layers.
So folks, I'm gonna hit the pause button and take
a quick breather, but I don't want you to go anywhere,
And if you've got questions about your health, you can
always call us at eight hundred six er O six
(21:41):
eight A two two. Again, that's eight hundred six er
O six eight eight two two. We'll be right back
with doctor Ross Pelton. You're listening to the Doctor Bob
Martin Show. Are you waiting for the right excuse?
Speaker 6 (22:07):
Are you waiting for?
Speaker 5 (22:07):
You?
Speaker 6 (22:08):
Says?
Speaker 3 (22:10):
While you lead, they.
Speaker 6 (22:17):
Please say.
Speaker 2 (22:29):
Money. You Welcome back Doctor Adam Brackman here and you're
tuned into the Doctor Bob Martin Show and we're talking
today with doctor Ross Pelton. But I also want to
remind you about our incredible listener resources, one being our
email health question for him. If you've got a health
question or topic you'd like us to explore, head over
to doctor Bob dot com and submit your question through
(22:50):
our easy use form that's doctor Bob dot com. Spell
out the word doctor D O C T O R
Bob dot com. All right again, join us. Today is
doctor Ross Pelton. He is a pharmacist, PhD. And he
is the science and Education director for Essential Formulas, the
makers of Doctor Ohira's probiotics. And in today I brought
doctor Pelton on the show to talk about how important
(23:11):
the skin microbiome is in the relationship to that in probiotics.
And so we where we left off, Doctor Pelton, I
want you to explain a little bit further what the
relationship between skin issues in the skin microbiome is.
Speaker 4 (23:27):
Sure, Doctor Bachman mentioned this acid mantle on the skin,
this acid covering of your skin, This is the environment
that your skin microbiome, the healthy beneficial bacteria on your
skin live in this acidic environment. And that's this weakly
acidic condition is the acid based balance that promotes the
(23:51):
growth and proliferation of beneficial bacteria both on your skin
and in your gut microbiome in the colon. And this
acidic condition also inhibits the growth and often kills pathogens.
It's not harmful to your good bacteria. It promotes the
growth of your good bacteria. So this is a critical
(24:12):
regulating factor for the ecosystem on your skin and also
the ecosystem and the gut microbiome in your colon.
Speaker 3 (24:21):
This acidic condition is created.
Speaker 4 (24:24):
And maintained by post biotic metabolites, the compounds that your
beneficial bacteria create, and examples of these are short chain
fatty acids, proprionic acid and a cdic acid and buric acid,
and then there's also organic acids and nucleic acids and
amino acids and fuvic acids. All of these weakly acidic
(24:45):
compound are created by your beneficial bacteria both on your
skin and in the gut microbiome in your colon inside
your body, and this is a critical regulatory feature for
your entire health of the whole body because these post
biotic metabolites communicate with all the organs in our body.
(25:06):
And so this is why it's important for people to
understand that one of the most proactive things they can
do to promote good health and healthy longevity is create
and maintain a healthy gut microbiome and a healthy skin microbiome.
And doctor Hero's probiotics taken orally directly deliver over five
(25:28):
hundred of these post biotic metabolites to the gut. And
some of the products that doctor Ohira has formulated for
the skin, there's the Campuku beauty bar soap, Moga Uku
skin lotion, and the how to You Be Lavender moisturizer.
Now these are Japanese names and they're products that doctor
(25:48):
Hero created in Japan, So these names don't just roll
off the tongue of Americans so easily. But if you
want more information about these doctor or Hero formulated skin products,
go to Essential Formula's website Essential Formulas dot com and
you can find where these products, which health food stores
(26:10):
in the United States are carrying these products.
Speaker 2 (26:12):
Yeah, we're talking with doctor Ross Pelton. He is the
Science and Education director for Essential Formulas, the makers of
doctor Oheres, and he just mentioned their their website. If
you want more information or some of the research that
even doctor Pelton has done, all you have to do
is head over to Essential Formulas dot com. That's Essential
Formulas dot com, E S S E N T I
(26:36):
A L Formulas dot com. All right, doctor Ross, So,
so we're talking about how important this is, and and
there's many soaps and cleansers that actually damage the skin microbiome.
And if we're using some of the the lotions in
the in the beauty bars from doctor o'heres, which I
just used the skin lotion this morning, because you know,
(26:57):
everything is drying out right now. So so these are great,
great alternatives to to the harsh chemicals that are on
many of the store shelves. And Doctor oheres is readily
available nationwide and many finer natural health health foods stores
and health health stores. And so if we're if we're
talking about this, these these alternatives you mentioned, you know,
(27:20):
Doctor Heroes probiotics the leading probiotic lines. They include the
skincare formulas to promote healthy skin microbiome. But I also
you you've done a lot of research on on probiotics
in general. Can you can you give us just a
couple of those examples of and tie it in with
(27:40):
the skin please.
Speaker 3 (27:41):
Sure, Doctor Brockman.
Speaker 4 (27:43):
And one thing I'll do is provide a link to
the articles that I'm going to share with you now
and our listeners, so people can have access to the
full text of these articles that I've written about the
gut microbiome and probiotics and post biotic metabolites. These are
articles I've written that have been published in medical journals.
(28:06):
In June of twenty nineteen, I wrote an article titled
post Biotic Metabolites the New Frontier in Microbiome Science. Now,
this is the first time an article ever appeared in
the medical literature with the term post biotic metabolites in
the title. So I'm kind of a pioneer in introducing
(28:27):
this new paradigm of the microbiome to the scientific community,
into the world at large. But this is a critical
new understanding of not just the gut microbiome, but the
critical regulation of our health. And a second article I
followed up with is called the Malneurished Microbiome America's Number
(28:50):
One nutritional Deficiency.
Speaker 3 (28:52):
And then a third.
Speaker 4 (28:54):
Article published in twenty twenty three, the Microbiome Theory of Aging.
Fourth article that's just been published this month post Biotic
Metabolites a paradigm shift in microbiome science. And then on
my website, I have an article published titled the oral
probiotic Dilemma. It teaches people the scientific reason why orally
(29:19):
ingested probiotics are generally not very effective. But taking doctor
or Hero's probiotics, which directly delivers post biotic metabolites, is
a very effective way at helping to re establish a
healthy gut microbiome ecosystem.
Speaker 2 (29:35):
And doctor Peltain, we're talking about doctor o'heres that the
beauty Bars of skincare lines and you mentioned that it
contains over five hundred post biotic metabolites that's in the
probiotic paste. It gently cleanses and it nourishes the beneficial
skin bacteria. And correct me if I'm wrong, but it's
recognized as the Best of Beauty award winner in its
(29:59):
ideal for all skin types, including very sensitive skin, and
even helps you know, shaving irritation for men, So men
and women can can benefit from these products.
Speaker 3 (30:09):
That's true.
Speaker 4 (30:10):
A number of publication health magazines and publications have recognized
doctor Hero's skincare products for their benefits and their really
superior formulation. They're actually helping to promote a healthy skin microbiome,
whereas many of the soaps and cleansers are are stripping
it off.
Speaker 2 (30:31):
And we're talking with doctor Ross Pelton. He is a
registered pharmacist, he's a pH d, and he is the
science and Education director for Essential Formulas. If you want
to know more about Essential Formulas products, including the entire
Doctor o'heera's line, all you got to do is head
over to Essential Formulas dot com. That's Essential Formulas dot com,
or head over to our website where you can click
(30:53):
directly through. All Right, Doctor Ross will be right back. Folks,
don't go anywhere. You're listening to the Doctor Bob's Martins show.
Speaker 7 (31:04):
Now more than ever, it is important to have a
healthy immune system. Many health professionals agree that probiotics are
a leading natural therapy for boosting immune health. Why because
seventy percent of your body's immune cells reside in the
GI tract. By taking a superior probiotic daily, like doctor
o'heres probiotics, you can enhance your overall immune system and
(31:25):
immune response. The key to doctor oher success is the
five hundred plus post biotic metabolites that are in each capsule.
Post Biotic metabolites are important to the regulation of most
systems in our body. For a short term immune boost,
try Doctor o'heres propolists plus merging nature and science. Doctor
o'heres Propolis plus combines Brazilian green propolis, vitamin E as

in today's conversation. We've been talking about how important our
(35:08):
skin microbiome is, and and we've been talking about doctor
Ohia's line with the with the beauty bars in the
in the skin lotions. But I also want to talk
about Doctor Here's that they have a product that's named
the Premium Collagen Plus. Can you tell our listeners what
makes this product unique even even for if we're talking
(35:31):
about the winter skin skincare issues that we have.
Speaker 4 (35:35):
Yet, Doctor Brockman. So, Doctor Here's Premium Collagen plus is
really a unique product that helps you build or rebuild
healthy skin from the inside out. This product is a
liquid that you take orally, so it's not applied topically
to the skin, but some of the major ingredients help
(35:58):
the body reduce more collagen. So things like sagging skin
and wrinkles are a sign of collagen breakdown in the skin.
It's a skin of skin aging, and your skin is
really one of the most obvious kind of yardsticks of
your health. It's when you have unhealthy skin, you are
(36:21):
unhealthy in your body. And so Doctor Heroes Premium Collagen
plus contains marine collagen peptides rather than coming from beef
where cattle are standing on feed lots in a very
unhealthy environment for weeks or months. The marine collagen peptides
that are actually tripeptides, are very small amino acid chains
(36:47):
that are easily absorbed by the body, and the body
will utilize these marine collagen peptides to stimulate the growth
of healthy new collagen. And there are studies that have
been published showing that when as short as just eight
weeks there's a noticeable improvement in eye wrinkles, in skin wrinkling.
(37:11):
So these things, these products really do get absorbed and
the body utilizes them to build healthy new collagen and
create stronger skin. And in addition to these small molecular
weight peptides, another major ingredient in Doctor Hero's Premium Collagen
Plus is Japanese cherry blossom extract. Now, this is a
(37:37):
compound that is widely used in the cosmetic industry in Japan.
It's not very well known outside Japan, but the cherry
blossom extract has some wonderful health stimulated and health promoting
characteristics for the skin. It helps to also rebuild co
(38:00):
eligen as well as some anti inflammatory activity in the skin.
And then we also have some coenzyme Q ten in
the formula and some hyuronic acids. So these ingredients all
together create a kind of a synergistic formula that really
enables the body to promote and rebuild healthy collagen and
(38:24):
strengthen not just your skin in appearance, but you're getting
stronger elaxticity in the skin, so the skin is you know,
add people aja often bruise easier when they just touched
the corner of a kitchen cabinet or something. So Doctor
Here's Premium Collagen Plus is really helping to rebuild your
(38:46):
skin from the inside out.
Speaker 3 (38:48):
That's the major story here.
Speaker 2 (38:50):
And you said something important there, and we're talking, you know,
the skin issues. It's almost like a window to what's
going on in the body. Talked about the collagen, you
talked about the beauty bars. But I also want you
to touch, just for a minute or so, on the
importance of taking the oral supplement. Doctor o'heeres probiotics with
(39:11):
the pre the post and obviously the probiotic and the
fermentation process associated with that.
Speaker 3 (39:17):
You bet well.
Speaker 4 (39:18):
Doctor Here's Probiotics contains the combination of probiotics and prebiotics
that are part of the fermentation process, the multi year
fermentation process for the production of Doctor Hero Probiotics. But
the vast majority of each capsule of Doctor Here's Probiotics
(39:40):
are the post biotic metabolites that have been created by
the bacteria breaking down the foods they are supplied with
in the multi year fermentation process.
Speaker 3 (39:51):
So doctor.
Speaker 4 (39:53):
Me, Doctor Here's Probiotic is really the number one product
in the world for the direct levy of post biotic metabolites,
which helps to reregulate and create and maintain a healthy gut,
microbiome and here. We're talking about the skin microbiome today
and the microbiome gut skin axis. These compounds taken orally,
(40:17):
the post biotic metabolites in the gut get absorbed orally
into systemic circulation and influence every organ system, especially the skin.
Speaker 2 (40:28):
All right, we're talking with doctor Ross Pelton. He is
a registered pharmacist, a PhD and the author of over
thirteen or thirteen books and many many research articles. And
he's also the science and Education director for Essential Formulas.
Speaker 3 (40:42):
