the people in Iran that being persecuted and slaughtered because
they want freedom from an oppressive regime, and for those
that are fighting to help make that happen. Pray for
the fatherless, the widows, the persecuted and the martyred, the
innocents and those who have victims of injustice. Pray against

the womb. Pray for missing and exploited children and those
who are victims of human sex trafficking. Pray for our

anti Semitism that both the Church and the Jews are suffering.

talked about, and I'm hopefully making you aware of. Pray
for Divine holeness, healthy healing, and me and you are

Quote last week by C. S. Lewis that has stuck
with me since then. The quote was this, you never
know how much you really believe anything until it's truth
or falsehood becomes a matter of life and death to you.

That is a matter of life and death. We don't
understand that here in the West. We don't experience it
the way our brothers and sisters around the world do.
We should, we should understand it, we should acknowledge it,

and we should have it. And during the time of
the Antichrist, faith in the Lord will lead to the
fire of tribulation and persecution and even death. We see
it in Revelation chapter twelve, starting verse ten, John the
revelator says, and I heard a loud voice saying in
heaven now salvation and strength and the Kingdom of our

God and the power of His Messiah have come. For
the accuser of our brethren, who accused them before God
day and night, has been cast down. And they overcame
him by the blood of the Lamb, by the word
of their testimony. And they did not love their lives
(09:04):
to the death. They overcame and conquered him because of
the blood of the Lamb and because of the word
of their testimony. For they did not love their life
and renounced their faith even when faced with death. Daniel
(09:29):
prophesied of that time. We see Daniel as a prophet
in a general sense, like Abraham or Moses, because he
received messages from God and shared them with the people.
But he was primarily a statesman and an administrator. He
(09:51):
never preached sermons to the nation of Israel in the
manner of Isaiah or Jeremiah. And because of that those
who f ivialized the Hebrew Bibulcan and did not include
the Book of Daniel with the prophets. His position in
the prophetic section of the English versions followed the pattern
(10:11):
of the majority of Greek translations. I think he's a prophet.
He should have been put there. He saw the actions
of the antime Antichrist, and he left them for us
to be able to read. I shared some of this
last week Daniel seven verses twenty one through twenty seven.

I was watching, and the same horn, you know, the
little horn that came up before which the other three fell,
The horn which had eyes in a mouth, which spoke
pompous words, whose appearance was greater than his fellows. That
horn was making war against the Saints and prevailing against them,
(10:54):
until the Ancient of days came, and a judgment was
made in favor of the Saints of the most tie,
and the time came for the Saints to possess the kingdom.
He was making war against the saints and winning again.
In Danel A twenty five talking about this Antichrist, his
(11:19):
power shall be mighty, but not by his own power,
of course, It'll be a satanic power. He shall destroy
fearfully and shall prosper and thrive. He shall destroy the
mighty and also the Holy people, and finally Daniel eleven,
starting verse thirty two, the amplified version, with smooth words
(11:41):
of flattery and praise, he will turn to godlessness. Those
who are willing to willing to disregard the Mosaic Covenant.
But the people who are spiritually mature and know their
God will display strength and take action to resist. They
(12:02):
who are wise and have spiritual insight among the people
will instruct many and help them understand. Yet for many
days some of them and their followers will fall by
the sword and by flame, by captivity, and by plunder.
Now when they fall, they will receive little help, and
(12:25):
many will join with them in hypocrisy. Some of those
who are spiritually wise and have insight will fall as martyrs.
In order to refine, to purge, and to make those
among God's people pure until the end time, because it
is yet to come at the time appointed by God.

We see these same actions in the Revelations description of
the persecution of the saints at the end Revelation six,
verse nine, amplified version. When he the Lamb broke open
the fifth Sea, ill I saw underneath the altar the
souls of those who had been slaughtered because of the
(13:07):
word of God and because of the testimony which they
had maintained out of loyalty to Messiah. This is not
a pretty time. It won't be an easy time. And
that's why the Word is there to prepare us. And
(13:28):
Daniel three gives us a living example of the kind
of faith that it's going to take at the end.

Now, Daniel.
Speaker 1 (13:41):
Daniel Chapter three, that is written in the sixth century BC,
and it tells us of the sons of Judah who
have been taken captive in Babylon Daniel one, verses six
and seven. Now, from among those of the sons of Judah,
where Daniel had Michelle and Azariah to them, the chief
(14:05):
of the eunuchs gave names. He gave Daniel the name
belt Chazar, to hannan Ayah, Shadraq, to Michael Mishak, and
Azariah abed Nigo, Shadrak meshak abed Nigo. Why would they
give them new names because they didn't want them to
(14:25):
have their Jewish names and be in the royal court,
which is where they had been placed. Daniel's name means
God as my judge. He was a young man of
nobility taken captive by Nebukanetzer, the king of Babylon, and
elevated to a high rank in the Babylonian and Persian kingdoms,
(14:46):
and his three friends went with them. The Babylonians sought
to remove all vestiges of their nationality and their religion,
so Daniel came into Babylon captive of the babylon In
at the Battle of Carchemish six oh five b C.

Trained in the arts and letters in wisdom, and eventually
he rose to a high rank among the Babylonian men
of wisdom, and he was active throughout the entire long
reign of Nebukanezar six oh four to five sixty two
b C. He was also still in Babylon when Cyrus,

the Persian king, captured Babylon, and he served as a
high government official during the reigns of Cyrus five point
thirty nine to five twenty nine BC and campuses five
twenty nine to five twenty two Cyrus's son and in
his old age in the reign of Darius, the first
(15:50):
which was five point twenty two to for eighty six
BC and most likely celebrated at his hundredth birthday in
the reign of Darius. So we've heard this story. What
we're going to go into it today, But let's know
who the players are.

We know who Daniel is. What about Shadrack.
Speaker 1 (16:10):
According to the Homan Bible Dictionary, the Babylonian name Shadraq
means circuit of the Sun. It's Hannah and Aiah's new
name me Shaq. Nothing known about what it means. It
could be a corrupted translation from Babylonian to Hebrew, maybe
(16:31):
possibly acknowledging the name of a Babylonian god. His real
Hebrew name, Michelle means who is what God is and
changed to mock the God of Israel. A bed Nigel
or Abednigo. It's actually in two different words, but we'll
say a bed Nigo. That's as Arayah's new name. Another
(16:56):
one of the youths who came with Daniel into captivity
Abad means servant Nego is possibly an intentional corruption of
the well known Babylonian deity Nebo or Neboo. So here
they are players in a story that resounds across time.

Go with me to Daniel three, starting with verse eight,
and let me read you the story, and then we'll
break it down. Basically, the setup to this is new
ca Neezer's gotten a little full of himself. He builds
a giant golden statue of himself, and he wants everybody
(17:47):
to bow down and worship it. Well, not everybody will
shadrak bishak in a bed and go won't. Where Daniel
is at this point, No, but he seems to know.
He might have been off on official business, but he's
not there. He's not a part of this story verse eight. Therefore,
(18:08):
at the time when certain Chaldeans came forward and accused
the Jews, they spoke and said to King Nebuka nenezar
o King live forever, gravel, gravel, grovel, that's what they're doing,
the groveling, you, o, King, have made a decree that
everyone who hears the sound of the horn, flute, harp,
lyre and psaltry and symphony with all kinds of music,
(18:32):
shall fall down and worship the gold Image. And whoever
does not fall down and worship shall be cast into
the midst of a burning, fiery furnace. There are certain
Jews whom you've set over the affairs of the province
of Babylon, Shadrak, Mishak, and Abetniko. These men, O King,
(18:53):
have not paid due regard to you. They do not
serve your gods or worship the gold image which you
have set up. Pure manipulation going on here, totally, totally
egging the king on, and he goes for it Verse thirteen.
Then Nebukanezar, in a rage and fury, gave the command
to bring Shadrak, me Shak and a bed Nigo. So
(19:15):
they brought these men before the king. Nebukanza spoke saying
to them, is it true, Shadrack me shak in a
big a bed nigo, that you do not serve my
gods or worship the gold image which I have set up. Now,
if you are ready at the time, you hear the
sound of the horn, flute, harp, lyreon, psaltry, in symphony
(19:37):
with all kinds of music, and you fall down and
worship the image which I have made good. But if
you do not worship, you shall be cast immediately into
the midst of the burning fiery furnace.

And who is.
Speaker 1 (19:54):
The god who will deliver you from my hands? Well,
they're about to tell him. Shadrak Mieshek and Abednego answered
and said to the king, Oh Nebukaneza, we have no
need to answer you in this matter, basically saying you
already know. If that is the case, our God whom
(20:18):
we serve, is able to deliver us from the burning
fiery furnace, and he will deliver us from your hand,
o King. But if not, let it be known to you,
O King, that we do not serve your gods, nor
will we worship the gold image which you have set up.
(20:40):
The Nebukanezer full of fury, and the expression on his
face changed towards Shadrak Mishek and Abednigo. He spoke and
commanded that they heat the furnace seven times more than
it was usually heated, and he commanded certain my men
(21:00):
of valor who were in his army, to bind Shadrak,
Mishak and a bed Nigo and cast them into the
burning fiery furnace. Then these men were bound in their coats,
their trousers, their turbans, and their other garments, and were
cast into the midst of the fiery furnace. Therefore, because
(21:23):
the king's command was urgent and the furnace exceedingly hot,
the flame of the fire killed those men who took
up Shadrack Mishak and a bed Nigo. And these three men,
Shadrack Mishak and a Bednigo fell down bound into the
mist of the burning fiery furnace. Then King Nebuchanesa was astonished,
(21:50):
and he rose in haste and spoke, saying to his counselors,
did we not cast three men bound into the midst
of the fire? And they answered, said to the king,
true old king, Look, he answered, I see four men
loose walking in the midst of the fire, and they
are not hurt. And the form of the fourth is
(22:14):
like the son of God. Then Nebukneza one near the
mouth of the burning fiery furnace and spoke, saying, Shadrack
me Shak and a bed Nigger, servants of the Most
High God, come out and come here. Then shadrack me
Shak and a bed Nogo came out from came from
the midst of the fire, and the satraps, administrators, governors,
(22:40):
and the king's counselors gathered together. And they saw these
men on whose body the fire had no power. The
hair of their head was not singed, nor were their
garments affected, and the smell of fire was not on them.
God can terms himself by witnesses, and that's what they
(23:02):
had there a lot of witnesses. Verse twenty eight. Nebukeanza spoke, saying,
blessed be the God of Shadrak Mishak and Abednigo, who
sent his angel and delivered his servants who trusted in him.
And they have frustrated the King's word and yielded their bodies,
(23:24):
that they should not serve nor worship any god but
their own god. Therefore, I make a decree that any people,
nation or language which speaks anything amiss against the God
of Shadrak Mishak and Abed Neigo shall be cut in peaces,
(23:44):
and their houses shall be made in ash heap, because
there is no other god who can deliver like this.
Then the king promoted Shadrach Meshek and Abed Nigou in
the province of Babylon. An amazing story takes place in
the eighteenth year of nebucad Nezzar's reign, which means Daniel
(24:07):
and his friends have been captive in Babylon for about
eighteen years. Interestingly enough, that same year, five eighty six
was the year nebucad Nezzar burned Jerusalem. So you have
these three young Jewish boys officials in Babylon. They refused
(24:28):
the order to worship the Golden Image. They remained faithful
to their God, and the king enraged by their defiance,
just like the Antichrist will be when anybody defies him,
and he desires to destroy them, to burn them as
a public example of what happens to anyone who defies him.
(24:52):
Regardless of how dangerous the situation was, they believed that
God could deliver them, and that even if he didn't,
they were not going to worship any other God. That's
the kind of faith that moves mountains, that's the kind
of faith that changes people. So the cast into the furnace,
(25:18):
and what happens. Instead of seeing three men laying on
the ground burning, he sees four men, unharmed, walking in
the fire, and the fourth appears to be like the
son of God. He knows a miracle when he's seen one.
He calls the men out, and all the witnesses that
(25:39):
are standing there see that the fire has not harmed
them in any way, has not even put the smell
of smoke on them. And anybody who's ever been near
a fire for any length of time, you get the
smell of smoke on you. And he praises the God
of Israel, the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob, and
(26:04):
he makes a decree to honor God and promote Shadrach
Meshek and Abednegos to even hire positions in Babylon. Those
Chaldeans that sought to destroy them and get them demoted,
got them promoted. No, we don't know the names of
(26:25):
these Chaldeans, nor do we need to, but we know
they were under demonic influence. And I'm sorry, demons aren't
real bright. They didn't like the fact that the king
had put these Jews in a position of authority and power.
They considered themselves the massed race. They denounced and hated
(26:48):
the Jews. You can see by the way they say
some Jews that were a contemptuous emphasis because they despised
their nationality a similar feeling and emotion we're seeing today. Oh, yes,
they're showing a zeal for the king. They even quote
(27:09):
his edict word for a word back to him, just
to make sure, Hey, in case you forgot, this is
what you said. And instead of annoying him, it threw
fuel on the fire. Three Jews dare to pay no
attention to the express command of Nebukadnezzer. They refuse to
(27:32):
bow down and worship your golden image. I don't know
about you, but I wouldn't have a problem with that.
I'm not going to worship any golden image. We see
what happens when you do. Oh the golden calf in
the wilderness still amazes me that Aaron made it. But
(27:54):
be that as it may, that'll be one of the
many people I want to have a talk with in
the eternity. But they were not going to do it
because they remembered the command of Moses against idolatry in
the wilderness and Deuteronomy four and verse twenty four, which says,
for the Lord your God as a consuming fire, a
(28:17):
jealous god. I don't think the church, the modern church,
understands that that emotion that he has for us. Spiritual
adultery offends him. We should never ever consider denying our
(28:40):
relationship with the Lord, our relationship with our heavenly Father.
We should never ever consider betraying him. But Nebucanz He
gives him a chance to change their mind. He's thinking
maybe it was a momentary lapse in judgment. But they won't.
(29:02):
Their confidence is in the deliverance of God, and this
stuns everyone, they say, But if not, we'll still be
true to the Lord. That's an emotion I can't describe it,
from when I first got saved even to now, that
(29:23):
emotion of love and devotion and dedication that no matter what,
I won't back down, I won't betray him.

There's a scriptures in.

Habaccach Habacco three, verses seventeen and eighteen. The Bible calls
it a hymn of faith. It's actually a really good
worship song Tobaccic three, seventeen and eighteen. Though the fig
tree may not blossom, nor fruit be on the vines,
though the labor of the oil may fail, and the
(29:57):
fields ye'll know food. Though the flock may be cut
off from the fold, and there be no herds in
the stalls, yet I will rejoice in the Lord. I
will joy in the God of my salvation. If there's
no food, if there's no sustenance, if there's no every
(30:20):
day need being met, I will joy. I will choose
to rejoice in the Lord. I will choose to shout
in exultation in the victorious God of my salvation with
what is coming down the road and even some of
(30:41):
what we're seeing. Now that's a scripture. You should get
burned inside of you no matter what you're going through. Now,
rejoice in the Lord, joy in the God of your salvation,
Praise him, magnify his name. I mean Shadrak mishak, and
(31:05):
a bed and go. They're not born again, they're not
filled with the Holy Spirit, they have not met Messiah.
But here they are willing to die. And this king
orders the furnace heated seven times hotter than usual, and
he wants them fully clothed in their courtly garb, probably
(31:31):
wanting to expedite how they burned. But they loved the
Lord more than life itself. They were ready to lay
down their lives for God's glory. And they refused this
offer to compromise, and they would not plead with Nebukidnezzar
(31:55):
to make an exception for them. You have to understand
Nebukid Nezar's mindset at this point.

He's pretty arrogant.

His attitude is just like his Assyrian predecessor, senacherb. There's
no territorial god to defeat him. You see it in
Second Kings eighteen. He tells the people of Israel, do
not listen to Hezekiah the prophet, lest he persuade you
(32:26):
saying the Lord will deliver us. Has any of the
gods of the nations that all delivered its land from
the hand of the king of Assyria. That's the christ
attitude right there, that's the Satanic attitude. I'm better, I
(32:46):
will rise above I am better than God. The problem
always is men like him. They don't consider that the
God of gods would respond to the challenge on behalf
of his people. They're so arrogant they don't have any
(33:08):
expectation of repercussions for their actions. And then he makes
that boast, blatantly defying the Lord. Say what God will
be able to rescue you from my hand? Right there,
he switches the confrontation from humans into a contest with
(33:32):
the Lord God Almighty. And what's even worse about this,
In my opinion, he's sneering at the very God who
granted him success in battle and lets them get into power. Now,
I don't understand that, but I know that God uses
everything for his purpose. But just as a reminder Jeremiah
(33:55):
twenty seven, verse six, the Lord says, I have given
all the lands into the hand of Nebuchadnezzar, the King
of Babylon, my servant, and the beast of this field.
I have also given to serve him. So all nations
shall serve him and his son and his son's sons
(34:15):
until the time of his land comes. And then many
nations and great kings shall make him serve them. And
it shall be that the nation and kingdom which will
not serve Nebuchadnezzar, the King of Babylon, which will not
put its neck under the yoke of the King of Babylon,
that nation I will punish, says the Lord, with the sword,
(34:39):
the famine and the pestilence, until I have consumed them
by his aunt. God's gonna use what God's gonna use.
He doesn't ask us what we think, and he's using
Nebukadnezzar for his purpose and puts him into power. And
Nebuchadnezzar is so arrogant at this moment that he's going
(35:03):
to suffer one humiliation after another till he grovels in
the dust before the God of Israel. That happens in
the very next chapter Daniel four. He's basically banished. He
loses his kingdom. He's out in the field on his
all fours, groveling like an animal. His hair grows out,
(35:27):
his fingernails and toenails grow out. We see that Daniel four,
chapter thirty. In his arrogance, he said, is not this
great Babylon that I have built for a royal dwelling
by my mighty power and for the honor of my majesty.
And while the word was still in the king's mouth,
(35:49):
a voice fell from heaven, King Nebuchadnezzar, to you. It
has spoken, the kingdom has departed from you, and they
shall drive you from men, and your dwelling shall be
with the beasts of the field. They shall make you
eat grass like oxen, and seven times shall pass over you.
(36:11):
Until you know that the most high rules in the
Kingdom of Men and gives it to whomever he chooses.
That very hour that the word was fulfilled concerning Nebuchadnezzar,
he was driven from men and ate grass like oxen.
His body was wet with the dew of heaven, till
his hair had grown like eagle's feathers, and his nails
(36:34):
like bird's cloths. Then laid onoverse thirty seven. After he
comes to his own mind and the Lord sets him
free of the madness, he says, now, I Nebuchadnezzar, praise
and extole and honor the King of Heaven, all of
whose works are truth and his ways justice, and those
who walk in pride. He is able to put down

what is that subscripture pride goes before his fall, and
a haughty spirit before destruction. By refusing to bow before
the statue of Nebuchadnezzar, Shadrach, Meshek and Abetnigo astonished this
egotistical king in their unyielding faithfulness to their God even
(37:22):
when death is certain, and then claiming that he's that
there's no god more powerful than he. Well, you challenge him,
he will answer the challenge, And that's exactly what he does.

But in his rage. See, this is the thing that
I am glad the church won't be here.

As the Antichrist becomes more enraged, that he becomes more
empowered with demonic power and the blood of the saints,
it's gonna get worse and worse and worse.

And we see here he.

Makes the furnace so hot that the many uses to
throw them in there die. And what's the end result, satisfaction,
no astonishment for people standing up walking in the flames,
having a little bit of a meeting, a get together.

We don't know.

There's no report from any of them what actually happened
in there, except this report. The Lord either saves us
out of our troubles or he's with us in our troubles.
And that's what these days the head are going to

be like. He's either going to save us out of
our troubles or he's going to be right in there
with us. Now, the Bible doesn't specify the exact temperature
for the furnace, but seven times hotter than usual that's
pretty extreme heat, emphasizing how heated the king had become. Now,
(39:08):
the brick kilns of the time they normally operated at
sixteen hundred and fifty two fahrenheit. Well, modern cremation requires
temperatures of fourteen hundred to eighteen hundred degrees fahrenheit to
ensure that the body is completely consumed, all the way
down to bone fragments. So literally, he was trying to
(39:32):
cremate them alive. That's what demonic rage does. It makes
them irrational. They seek to do things that make no sense,
that are inhumane, and that's what he's done. It's gone
to absurd lengths to punish them and put on a
(39:53):
show for everyone watching. I feel bad for the men
that was serving him, who had to throw Shadrach Meshek
in a bed and go in there like logs of wood.
They die in the process because the fire is so hot.
And think about it. He wants them fully dressed. Did
(40:16):
he want them to burn quicker? Was it a statement
against about him removing their status? I don't know, But
to be fully clothed and with their hats on, tied
up logs of wood. Now there's no door so they
can see it and apart from the flames and some smoke,
(40:38):
a lot of smoke, probably because the wood that was
used to heat this thing up. There's only one thing
in there, did we not cast three men bound into
the midst of the fire? True, O King, Well, look,
I see four men loose, walking in the mist of
(41:00):
the fire, and they're not hurt.

And the fourth is like the son of God, chad
wracked me shock in the bed, and to go.

Servants of the Most High God come out, and they do,
and everybody sees the glorious sight. They're not burned, not
a hair on their head, not any article of clothing,
and not even the smell of fire on them. Faith

in the fire, no bonds, the very bonds that we
use to hold them have been burned off.

That's the only thing that suffered on them. And think
about that. They should have gotten burned from that, because
if the ropes were consumed, the ropes were up against
their skin. But even that didn't afflict them. Afflictions will

succeed in accomplishing God's purposes and setting us free from
the things that bind us. We don't see it until afterwards.
While we're going through it. Always see is the affliction.
I would hope to have this kind of faith, knowing

full well that God makes no mistakes.

The other side of this is going to be greater
than anything I could have imagined. And he's so impressed
he forbids anyone to speak against their god. Verse twenty eight,

Many believe as I do, that's a theophony and appearance
of Jesus and delivered his servants who trusted in him.
And they have frustrated the King's word and yielded their

pieces and the houses burned to an ash heap, and
then he promotes them. Satan tries to demote and destroy.

what happened to the king's men. That's the kind of
faith we need to have. No matter what, I will

trust the Lord. I wish I could tell you that's
easy it takes effort. Faith is like a muscle. It
needs to be exercised, it needs to be strengthened, but
you have to apply it. What are you going through
right now that requires this kind of faith, The faith

that says, I will praise the Lord no matter what
I will endure. I will speak to things not as
they are, but as they should be, in accordance with
His word. Whatever it is, believe, speak it every day.

Read the scriptures out loud over yourself every day. Stop
letting your mind go into the negative and producing a
negative outcome. Science has proven that if you dwell upon
the negative, you dwell upon things in that regard, it
will produce what you think about. Set your mind on

things above, set your mind on the Word. Set your
mind on the character and nature of Jesus of Nazareth
and their faith so steadfast in the teeth of the tyrants.

Threats brought admiration, and theirs became a permitted and protected religion.
I don't expect the Antichrist will do that, but their
faith benefited many Proverbs sixteen seven. When a man's ways
(46:10):
please the Lord, he makes even his enemies to be
at peace with him. Today's society is a lot like
the one Daniel lived in centuries ago. The world, the leaders,
the global elite, they still want God's people to conform
(46:32):
to its standards and follow its practices. Well, just like
Shadrack mieshek and a bed and go. Don't let the
world around you squeeze you into its own mold Romans
twelve to two. There it is, do not be conformed
(46:53):
to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of
your mind, that you may prove what is that good
and acceptable and perfect will of God. Daniel and his
companions adhere to this guidance. It's wise for us to
(47:16):
do the same today. The need exists for individual believers,
those of us who have faith in your shoe and
Jesus as Messiah, those of us who.

you may have perfect peace.

understand that here in the West. We don't experience it
the way our brothers and sisters around the world do.
We should, we should understand it, we should acknowledge it,

and we should have it. And during the time of
the Antichrist, faith in the Lord will lead to the
fire of tribulation and persecution and even death. We see
it in Revelation chapter twelve, starting verse ten, John the
revelator says, and I heard a loud voice saying in
heaven now salvation and strength and the Kingdom of our

God and the power of His Messiah have come. For
the accuser of our brethren, who accused them before God
day and night, has been cast down. And they overcame
him by the blood of the Lamb, by the word
of their testimony. And they did not love their lives

to the death. They overcame and conquered him because of
the blood of the Lamb and because of the word
of their testimony. For they did not love their life
and renounced their faith even when faced with death. Daniel
(09:29):
prophesied of that time. We see Daniel as a prophet
in a general sense, like Abraham or Moses, because he
received messages from God and shared them with the people.
But he was primarily a statesman and an administrator. He
(09:51):
never preached sermons to the nation of Israel in the
manner of Isaiah or Jeremiah. And because of that those
who f ivialized the Hebrew Bibulcan and did not include
the Book of Daniel with the prophets. His position in
the prophetic section of the English versions followed the pattern
(10:11):
of the majority of Greek translations. I think he's a prophet.
He should have been put there. He saw the actions
of the antime Antichrist, and he left them for us
to be able to read. I shared some of this
last week Daniel seven verses twenty one through twenty seven.
(10:32):
I was watching, and the same horn, you know, the
little horn that came up before which the other three fell,
The horn which had eyes in a mouth, which spoke
pompous words, whose appearance was greater than his fellows. That
horn was making war against the Saints and prevailing against them,
(10:54):
until the Ancient of days came, and a judgment was
made in favor of the Saints of the most tie,
and the time came for the Saints to possess the kingdom.
He was making war against the saints and winning again.
In Danel A twenty five talking about this Antichrist, his
(11:19):
power shall be mighty, but not by his own power,
of course, It'll be a satanic power. He shall destroy
fearfully and shall prosper and thrive. He shall destroy the
mighty and also the Holy people, and finally Daniel eleven,
starting verse thirty two, the amplified version, with smooth words
(11:41):
of flattery and praise, he will turn to godlessness. Those
who are willing to willing to disregard the Mosaic Covenant.
But the people who are spiritually mature and know their
God will display strength and take action to resist. They
(12:02):
who are wise and have spiritual insight among the people
will instruct many and help them understand. Yet for many
days some of them and their followers will fall by
the sword and by flame, by captivity, and by plunder.
Now when they fall, they will receive little help, and
(12:25):
many will join with them in hypocrisy. Some of those
who are spiritually wise and have insight will fall as martyrs.
In order to refine, to purge, and to make those
among God's people pure until the end time, because it
is yet to come at the time appointed by God.
(12:46):
We see these same actions in the Revelations description of
the persecution of the saints at the end Revelation six,
verse nine, amplified version. When he the Lamb broke open
the fifth Sea, ill I saw underneath the altar the
souls of those who had been slaughtered because of the
(13:07):
word of God and because of the testimony which they
had maintained out of loyalty to Messiah. This is not
a pretty time. It won't be an easy time. And
that's why the Word is there to prepare us. And
(13:28):
Daniel three gives us a living example of the kind
of faith that it's going to take at the end.

Now, Daniel.
Speaker 1 (13:41):
Daniel Chapter three, that is written in the sixth century BC,
and it tells us of the sons of Judah who
have been taken captive in Babylon Daniel one, verses six
and seven. Now, from among those of the sons of Judah,
where Daniel had Michelle and Azariah to them, the chief
(14:05):
of the eunuchs gave names. He gave Daniel the name
belt Chazar, to hannan Ayah, Shadraq, to Michael Mishak, and
Azariah abed Nigo, Shadrak meshak abed Nigo. Why would they
give them new names because they didn't want them to
(14:25):
have their Jewish names and be in the royal court,
which is where they had been placed. Daniel's name means
God as my judge. He was a young man of
nobility taken captive by Nebukanetzer, the king of Babylon, and
elevated to a high rank in the Babylonian and Persian kingdoms,
(14:46):
and his three friends went with them. The Babylonians sought
to remove all vestiges of their nationality and their religion,
so Daniel came into Babylon captive of the babylon In
at the Battle of Carchemish six oh five b C.
(15:07):
Trained in the arts and letters in wisdom, and eventually
he rose to a high rank among the Babylonian men
of wisdom, and he was active throughout the entire long
reign of Nebukanezar six oh four to five sixty two
b C. He was also still in Babylon when Cyrus,
(15:30):
the Persian king, captured Babylon, and he served as a
high government official during the reigns of Cyrus five point
thirty nine to five twenty nine BC and campuses five
twenty nine to five twenty two Cyrus's son and in
his old age in the reign of Darius, the first
(15:50):
which was five point twenty two to for eighty six
BC and most likely celebrated at his hundredth birthday in
the reign of Darius. So we've heard this story. What
we're going to go into it today, But let's know
who the players are.

We know who Daniel is. What about Shadrack.
Speaker 1 (16:10):
According to the Homan Bible Dictionary, the Babylonian name Shadraq
means circuit of the Sun. It's Hannah and Aiah's new
name me Shaq. Nothing known about what it means. It
could be a corrupted translation from Babylonian to Hebrew, maybe
(16:31):
possibly acknowledging the name of a Babylonian god. His real
Hebrew name, Michelle means who is what God is and
changed to mock the God of Israel. A bed Nigel
or Abednigo. It's actually in two different words, but we'll
say a bed Nigo. That's as Arayah's new name. Another
(16:56):
one of the youths who came with Daniel into captivity
Abad means servant Nego is possibly an intentional corruption of
the well known Babylonian deity Nebo or Neboo. So here
they are players in a story that resounds across time.
(17:22):
Go with me to Daniel three, starting with verse eight,
and let me read you the story, and then we'll
break it down. Basically, the setup to this is new
ca Neezer's gotten a little full of himself. He builds
a giant golden statue of himself, and he wants everybody
(17:47):
to bow down and worship it. Well, not everybody will
shadrak bishak in a bed and go won't. Where Daniel
is at this point, No, but he seems to know.
He might have been off on official business, but he's
not there. He's not a part of this story verse eight. Therefore,
(18:08):
at the time when certain Chaldeans came forward and accused
the Jews, they spoke and said to King Nebuka nenezar
o King live forever, gravel, gravel, grovel, that's what they're doing,
the groveling, you, o, King, have made a decree that
everyone who hears the sound of the horn, flute, harp,
lyre and psaltry and symphony with all kinds of music,
(18:32):
shall fall down and worship the gold Image. And whoever
does not fall down and worship shall be cast into
the midst of a burning, fiery furnace. There are certain
Jews whom you've set over the affairs of the province
of Babylon, Shadrak, Mishak, and Abetniko. These men, O King,
(18:53):
have not paid due regard to you. They do not
serve your gods or worship the gold image which you
have set up. Pure manipulation going on here, totally, totally
egging the king on, and he goes for it Verse thirteen.
Then Nebukanezar, in a rage and fury, gave the command
to bring Shadrak, me Shak and a bed Nigo. So
(19:15):
they brought these men before the king. Nebukanza spoke saying
to them, is it true, Shadrack me shak in a
big a bed nigo, that you do not serve my
gods or worship the gold image which I have set up. Now,
if you are ready at the time, you hear the
sound of the horn, flute, harp, lyreon, psaltry, in symphony
(19:37):
with all kinds of music, and you fall down and
worship the image which I have made good. But if
you do not worship, you shall be cast immediately into
the midst of the burning fiery furnace.

And who is.
Speaker 1 (19:54):
The god who will deliver you from my hands? Well,
they're about to tell him. Shadrak Mieshek and Abednego answered
and said to the king, Oh Nebukaneza, we have no
need to answer you in this matter, basically saying you
already know. If that is the case, our God whom
(20:18):
we serve, is able to deliver us from the burning
fiery furnace, and he will deliver us from your hand,
o King. But if not, let it be known to you,
O King, that we do not serve your gods, nor
will we worship the gold image which you have set up.
(20:40):
The Nebukanezer full of fury, and the expression on his
face changed towards Shadrak Mishek and Abednigo. He spoke and
commanded that they heat the furnace seven times more than
it was usually heated, and he commanded certain my men
(21:00):
of valor who were in his army, to bind Shadrak,
Mishak and a bed Nigo and cast them into the
burning fiery furnace. Then these men were bound in their coats,
their trousers, their turbans, and their other garments, and were
cast into the midst of the fiery furnace. Therefore, because
(21:23):
the king's command was urgent and the furnace exceedingly hot,
the flame of the fire killed those men who took
up Shadrack Mishak and a bed Nigo. And these three men,
Shadrack Mishak and a Bednigo fell down bound into the
mist of the burning fiery furnace. Then King Nebuchanesa was astonished,
(21:50):
and he rose in haste and spoke, saying to his counselors,
did we not cast three men bound into the midst
of the fire? And they answered, said to the king,
true old king, Look, he answered, I see four men
loose walking in the midst of the fire, and they
are not hurt. And the form of the fourth is
(22:14):
like the son of God. Then Nebukneza one near the
mouth of the burning fiery furnace and spoke, saying, Shadrack
me Shak and a bed Nigger, servants of the Most
High God, come out and come here. Then shadrack me
Shak and a bed Nogo came out from came from
the midst of the fire, and the satraps, administrators, governors,
(22:40):
and the king's counselors gathered together. And they saw these
men on whose body the fire had no power. The
hair of their head was not singed, nor were their
garments affected, and the smell of fire was not on them.
God can terms himself by witnesses, and that's what they
(23:02):
had there a lot of witnesses. Verse twenty eight. Nebukeanza spoke, saying,
blessed be the God of Shadrak Mishak and Abednigo, who
sent his angel and delivered his servants who trusted in him.
And they have frustrated the King's word and yielded their bodies,
(23:24):
that they should not serve nor worship any god but
their own god. Therefore, I make a decree that any people,
nation or language which speaks anything amiss against the God
of Shadrak Mishak and Abed Neigo shall be cut in peaces,
(23:44):
and their houses shall be made in ash heap, because
there is no other god who can deliver like this.
Then the king promoted Shadrach Meshek and Abed Nigou in
the province of Babylon. An amazing story takes place in
the eighteenth year of nebucad Nezzar's reign, which means Daniel
(24:07):
and his friends have been captive in Babylon for about
eighteen years. Interestingly enough, that same year, five eighty six
was the year nebucad Nezzar burned Jerusalem. So you have
these three young Jewish boys officials in Babylon. They refused
(24:28):
the order to worship the Golden Image. They remained faithful
to their God, and the king enraged by their defiance,
just like the Antichrist will be when anybody defies him,
and he desires to destroy them, to burn them as
a public example of what happens to anyone who defies him.
(24:52):
Regardless of how dangerous the situation was, they believed that
God could deliver them, and that even if he didn't,
they were not going to worship any other God. That's
the kind of faith that moves mountains, that's the kind
of faith that changes people. So the cast into the furnace,
(25:18):
and what happens. Instead of seeing three men laying on
the ground burning, he sees four men, unharmed, walking in
the fire, and the fourth appears to be like the
son of God. He knows a miracle when he's seen one.
He calls the men out, and all the witnesses that
(25:39):
are standing there see that the fire has not harmed
them in any way, has not even put the smell
of smoke on them. And anybody who's ever been near
a fire for any length of time, you get the
smell of smoke on you. And he praises the God
of Israel, the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob, and
(26:04):
he makes a decree to honor God and promote Shadrach
Meshek and Abednegos to even hire positions in Babylon. Those
Chaldeans that sought to destroy them and get them demoted,
got them promoted. No, we don't know the names of
(26:25):
these Chaldeans, nor do we need to, but we know
they were under demonic influence. And I'm sorry, demons aren't
real bright. They didn't like the fact that the king
had put these Jews in a position of authority and power.
They considered themselves the massed race. They denounced and hated
(26:48):
the Jews. You can see by the way they say
some Jews that were a contemptuous emphasis because they despised
their nationality a similar feeling and emotion we're seeing today. Oh, yes,
they're showing a zeal for the king. They even quote
(27:09):
his edict word for a word back to him, just
to make sure, Hey, in case you forgot, this is
what you said. And instead of annoying him, it threw
fuel on the fire. Three Jews dare to pay no
attention to the express command of Nebukadnezzer. They refuse to
(27:32):
bow down and worship your golden image. I don't know
about you, but I wouldn't have a problem with that.
I'm not going to worship any golden image. We see
what happens when you do. Oh the golden calf in
the wilderness still amazes me that Aaron made it. But
(27:54):
be that as it may, that'll be one of the
many people I want to have a talk with in
the eternity. But they were not going to do it
because they remembered the command of Moses against idolatry in
the wilderness and Deuteronomy four and verse twenty four, which says,
for the Lord your God as a consuming fire, a
(28:17):
jealous god. I don't think the church, the modern church,
understands that that emotion that he has for us. Spiritual
adultery offends him. We should never ever consider denying our
(28:40):
relationship with the Lord, our relationship with our heavenly Father.
We should never ever consider betraying him. But Nebucanz He
gives him a chance to change their mind. He's thinking
maybe it was a momentary lapse in judgment. But they won't.
(29:02):
Their confidence is in the deliverance of God, and this
stuns everyone, they say, But if not, we'll still be
true to the Lord. That's an emotion I can't describe it,
from when I first got saved even to now, that
(29:23):
emotion of love and devotion and dedication that no matter what,
I won't back down, I won't betray him.

There's a scriptures in.

Habaccach Habacco three, verses seventeen and eighteen. The Bible calls
it a hymn of faith. It's actually a really good
worship song Tobaccic three, seventeen and eighteen. Though the fig
tree may not blossom, nor fruit be on the vines,
though the labor of the oil may fail, and the
(29:57):
fields ye'll know food. Though the flock may be cut
off from the fold, and there be no herds in
the stalls, yet I will rejoice in the Lord. I
will joy in the God of my salvation. If there's
no food, if there's no sustenance, if there's no every
(30:20):
day need being met, I will joy. I will choose
to rejoice in the Lord. I will choose to shout
in exultation in the victorious God of my salvation with
what is coming down the road and even some of
(30:41):
what we're seeing. Now that's a scripture. You should get
burned inside of you no matter what you're going through. Now,
rejoice in the Lord, joy in the God of your salvation,
Praise him, magnify his name. I mean Shadrak mishak, and
(31:05):
a bed and go. They're not born again, they're not
filled with the Holy Spirit, they have not met Messiah.
But here they are willing to die. And this king
orders the furnace heated seven times hotter than usual, and
he wants them fully clothed in their courtly garb, probably
(31:31):
wanting to expedite how they burned. But they loved the
Lord more than life itself. They were ready to lay
down their lives for God's glory. And they refused this
offer to compromise, and they would not plead with Nebukidnezzar
(31:55):
to make an exception for them. You have to understand
Nebukid Nezar's mindset at this point.
Speaker 2 (32:02):
He's pretty arrogant.
Speaker 1 (32:05):
His attitude is just like his Assyrian predecessor, senacherb. There's
no territorial god to defeat him. You see it in
Second Kings eighteen. He tells the people of Israel, do
not listen to Hezekiah the prophet, lest he persuade you
(32:26):
saying the Lord will deliver us. Has any of the
gods of the nations that all delivered its land from
the hand of the king of Assyria. That's the christ
attitude right there, that's the Satanic attitude. I'm better, I
(32:46):
will rise above I am better than God. The problem
always is men like him. They don't consider that the
God of gods would respond to the challenge on behalf
of his people. They're so arrogant they don't have any
(33:08):
expectation of repercussions for their actions. And then he makes
that boast, blatantly defying the Lord. Say what God will
be able to rescue you from my hand? Right there,
he switches the confrontation from humans into a contest with
(33:32):
the Lord God Almighty. And what's even worse about this,
In my opinion, he's sneering at the very God who
granted him success in battle and lets them get into power. Now,
I don't understand that, but I know that God uses
everything for his purpose. But just as a reminder Jeremiah
(33:55):
twenty seven, verse six, the Lord says, I have given
all the lands into the hand of Nebuchadnezzar, the King
of Babylon, my servant, and the beast of this field.
I have also given to serve him. So all nations
shall serve him and his son and his son's sons
(34:15):
until the time of his land comes. And then many
nations and great kings shall make him serve them. And
it shall be that the nation and kingdom which will
not serve Nebuchadnezzar, the King of Babylon, which will not
put its neck under the yoke of the King of Babylon,
that nation I will punish, says the Lord, with the sword,
(34:39):
the famine and the pestilence, until I have consumed them
by his aunt. God's gonna use what God's gonna use.
He doesn't ask us what we think, and he's using
Nebukadnezzar for his purpose and puts him into power. And
Nebuchadnezzar is so arrogant at this moment that he's going
(35:03):
to suffer one humiliation after another till he grovels in
the dust before the God of Israel. That happens in
the very next chapter Daniel four. He's basically banished. He
loses his kingdom. He's out in the field on his
all fours, groveling like an animal. His hair grows out,
(35:27):
his fingernails and toenails grow out. We see that Daniel four,
chapter thirty. In his arrogance, he said, is not this
great Babylon that I have built for a royal dwelling
by my mighty power and for the honor of my majesty.
And while the word was still in the king's mouth,
(35:49):
a voice fell from heaven, King Nebuchadnezzar, to you. It
has spoken, the kingdom has departed from you, and they
shall drive you from men, and your dwelling shall be
with the beasts of the field. They shall make you
eat grass like oxen, and seven times shall pass over you.
(36:11):
Until you know that the most high rules in the
Kingdom of Men and gives it to whomever he chooses.
That very hour that the word was fulfilled concerning Nebuchadnezzar,
he was driven from men and ate grass like oxen.
His body was wet with the dew of heaven, till
his hair had grown like eagle's feathers, and his nails
(36:34):
like bird's cloths. Then laid onoverse thirty seven. After he
comes to his own mind and the Lord sets him
free of the madness, he says, now, I Nebuchadnezzar, praise
and extole and honor the King of Heaven, all of
whose works are truth and his ways justice, and those
who walk in pride. He is able to put down
(36:58):
what is that subscripture pride goes before his fall, and
a haughty spirit before destruction. By refusing to bow before
the statue of Nebuchadnezzar, Shadrach, Meshek and Abetnigo astonished this
egotistical king in their unyielding faithfulness to their God even
(37:22):
when death is certain, and then claiming that he's that
there's no god more powerful than he. Well, you challenge him,
he will answer the challenge, And that's exactly what he does.
Speaker 2 (37:40):
But in his rage. See, this is the thing that
I am glad the church won't be here.
Speaker 1 (37:46):
As the Antichrist becomes more enraged, that he becomes more
empowered with demonic power and the blood of the saints,
it's gonna get worse and worse and worse.
Speaker 2 (37:57):
And we see here he.
Speaker 1 (37:59):
Makes the furnace so hot that the many uses to
throw them in there die. And what's the end result, satisfaction,
no astonishment for people standing up walking in the flames,
having a little bit of a meeting, a get together.
Speaker 2 (38:22):
We don't know.
Speaker 1 (38:23):
There's no report from any of them what actually happened
in there, except this report. The Lord either saves us
out of our troubles or he's with us in our troubles.
And that's what these days the head are going to
(38:44):
be like. He's either going to save us out of
our troubles or he's going to be right in there
with us. Now, the Bible doesn't specify the exact temperature
for the furnace, but seven times hotter than usual that's
pretty extreme heat, emphasizing how heated the king had become. Now,
(39:08):
the brick kilns of the time they normally operated at
sixteen hundred and fifty two fahrenheit. Well, modern cremation requires
temperatures of fourteen hundred to eighteen hundred degrees fahrenheit to
ensure that the body is completely consumed, all the way
down to bone fragments. So literally, he was trying to
(39:32):
cremate them alive. That's what demonic rage does. It makes
them irrational. They seek to do things that make no sense,
that are inhumane, and that's what he's done. It's gone
to absurd lengths to punish them and put on a
(39:53):
show for everyone watching. I feel bad for the men
that was serving him, who had to throw Shadrach Meshek
in a bed and go in there like logs of wood.
They die in the process because the fire is so hot.
And think about it. He wants them fully dressed. Did
(40:16):
he want them to burn quicker? Was it a statement
against about him removing their status? I don't know, But
to be fully clothed and with their hats on, tied
up logs of wood. Now there's no door so they
can see it and apart from the flames and some smoke,
(40:38):
a lot of smoke, probably because the wood that was
used to heat this thing up. There's only one thing
in there, did we not cast three men bound into
the midst of the fire? True, O King, Well, look,
I see four men loose, walking in the mist of
(41:00):
the fire, and they're not hurt.
Speaker 2 (41:04):
And the fourth is like the son of God, chad
wracked me shock in the bed, and to go.
Speaker 1 (41:13):
Servants of the Most High God come out, and they do,
and everybody sees the glorious sight. They're not burned, not
a hair on their head, not any article of clothing,
and not even the smell of fire on them. Faith
(41:38):
in the fire, no bonds, the very bonds that we
use to hold them have been burned off.
Speaker 2 (41:50):
That's all.
Speaker 1 (41:51):
That's the only thing that suffered on them. And think
about that. They should have gotten burned from that, because
if the ropes were consumed, the ropes were up against
their skin. But even that didn't afflict them. Afflictions will
(42:12):
succeed in accomplishing God's purposes and setting us free from
the things that bind us. We don't see it until afterwards.
While we're going through it. Always see is the affliction.
I would hope to have this kind of faith, knowing
(42:33):
full well that God makes no mistakes.
Speaker 2 (42:37):
If he allowed it.
Speaker 1 (42:39):
The other side of this is going to be greater
than anything I could have imagined. And he's so impressed
he forbids anyone to speak against their god. Verse twenty eight,
Nebukedeza spoke saying, blessed be the God of Shadrak Mishek
and a bed Nigga, who sent his angel capital A.
(43:03):
Many believe as I do, that's a theophony and appearance
of Jesus and delivered his servants who trusted in him.
And they have frustrated the King's word and yielded their
bodies that they should not serve nor worship any god
except their own God. Then he makes a decree any
(43:28):
people national language but speaks anything against the God of
Chadrak Mishek in a bed Nego shall be cut in
pieces and the houses burned to an ash heap, and
then he promotes them. Satan tries to demote and destroy.
(43:49):
God promotes and glorifies. Not a hair or thread is touched,
absolute power and can con over natural forces, contrasting to
what happened to the king's men. That's the kind of
faith we need to have. No matter what, I will
(44:15):
trust the Lord. I wish I could tell you that's
easy it takes effort. Faith is like a muscle. It
needs to be exercised, it needs to be strengthened, but
you have to apply it. What are you going through
right now that requires this kind of faith, The faith
(44:41):
that says, I will praise the Lord no matter what
I will endure. I will speak to things not as
they are, but as they should be, in accordance with
His word. Whatever it is, believe, speak it every day.
(45:02):
Read the scriptures out loud over yourself every day. Stop
letting your mind go into the negative and producing a
negative outcome. Science has proven that if you dwell upon
the negative, you dwell upon things in that regard, it
will produce what you think about. Set your mind on
(45:28):
things above, set your mind on the Word. Set your
mind on the character and nature of Jesus of Nazareth
and their faith so steadfast in the teeth of the tyrants.
(45:48):
Threats brought admiration, and theirs became a permitted and protected religion.
I don't expect the Antichrist will do that, but their
faith benefited many Proverbs sixteen seven. When a man's ways
(46:10):
please the Lord, he makes even his enemies to be
at peace with him. Today's society is a lot like
the one Daniel lived in centuries ago. The world, the leaders,
the global elite, they still want God's people to conform
(46:32):
to its standards and follow its practices. Well, just like
Shadrack mieshek and a bed and go. Don't let the
world around you squeeze you into its own mold Romans
twelve to two. There it is, do not be conformed
(46:53):
to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of
your mind, that you may prove what is that good
and acceptable and perfect will of God. Daniel and his
companions adhere to this guidance. It's wise for us to
(47:16):
do the same today. The need exists for individual believers,
those of us who have faith in your shoe and
Jesus as Messiah, those of us who.

It's we should demonstrate conviction and determination. Be steadfast in
our faith, knowing that there's faith in the fire. Isaiah
forty three, verse two. When you pass through the waters,

great for God. All that one does for God arouses persecution,

and over and over and over in the Gospels and
in the letters, that's reinforced. How did we forget? Well,
we forgot because it isn't taught, it isn't mentioned from
the pulpit. Everybody wants a feel good message. John sixteen
(48:57):
thirty three. I've told you these things that in me
you may have perfect peace.

be the firstborn, the most beloved, and honored among many believers.

shall we What shall we say to these things? If
God is for us, who can be against us? He

are put to death all day long, we are regarded

as sheep for the slaughter. Yet in all these things
we are more than conquerors, and gain an overwhelming victory
through Him who loved us so much that he died
for us. For I am convinced, and continue to be
(52:40):
convinced beyond any doubt, that neither death, nor life, nor angels,
nor principalities, nor things present and threatening, nor things to come,
nor powers, nor height nor depth, nor any other created
thing will be able to separate us from the unlimited
(53:04):
love of God which is in Messiah. You're sure, our
Lord that was Romans eighth twenty eight through thirty nine,
amplified as believers in the King of Kings and Lord
of lords. No matter what, we are to rejoice in
(53:25):
the Lord, regardless of our circumstances. We don't sing, O.

Woe is me?

We sing how great thou art? And we trust that
God will work all things for good for those who
love him. Do you believe that He loves you? If
you do, then trust in Him with all your heart,

with all your might, with all your strength, with everything
that is in you. Do not lean on your own understandings.
Acknowledge him, trust him, praise him. Become an example to
a world that doesn't understand this into a world that's
(54:15):
more interested and bless.

this kind of faith. We need faith in the fire.

Father Abbah, Lord, meet us where we are right now

us and engulf this world, and become a living witness
that we, by the blood of the Lamb, by the

word of our testimony, we won't compromise. We won't renounce

serve and love the King of Kings and the Lord
of Lords. In Jesus' name, Amen, may the Lord bless
