The Porch examines the keys to revival. It comes through prayer, worship, and love for God and others, recognizing the need for greater commitment. Revival requires humility, sincere worship, seeking God intentionally, and living out faith both personally and together. Revival is initiated by God alone, not by human effort.

Speaker 1 (00:21):
Hello, Welcome to the Porch on Firefall Talk Radio. I'm
Richard Ground. This is when we get back to basics.
Will you find the uncompromised red letter basics of the
Word of God. We focus on the Book of Actor
Church to see how they serve the Lord. When we
do that, we find the Church the Lord intended and

(00:43):
not the one Man created. The Porch is a non
denominational full Gospel approach to the Bible. It's based on
the examples from the Book of Acts Church and aims
to restore the priesthood of the believer while regaining the
world shake the infl that the early Church has. The
Church age isn't over. The Upper Room experience is as

(01:05):
much for today as it was on the day of Pentecost.
It's yours if you want it. We offer you the
Word as the Apostles would have to the Jewish and
gentile believers of their day. We use both the Yeshuah
and Jesus when speaking of the Lord. We prefer to
use the term Messiah rather than Christ, as it more

(01:25):
accurately reflects how he was referred to by those who
knew him. Additionally, we will provide definitions in Hebrew, Greek,
and Aramaic when necessary. Getting back to basics, it's not
just a motto, it's a mandate from the Lord. Links

We appreciate your support, your encouragement, and your prayers. Thank
you for being a part of the porch. Contact us
if you need prayer. We want to pray for you.
We care about you. We start out with praise Well.
I praise Lord first, my salvation. Without that, I have
nothing and I am nothing. I praise Him from a home,

(02:30):
my wife, family, sons, daughter in laws, grandchildren, furry kids.
Everything that we have comes from Him. They are his blessings.
Praise Him for provision and protection, for the dreams and
the visions as we live out Joel to twenty eight.
I praise Him for divine health and healing as we

(02:50):
get back to our divine design, for His abiding favor,
for the continuing revelation of the Holy Spirit, for making
us new creations and allowing us to live in these
prophetic times, and to have the Holy Spirit walk with
us while we do. Now, let's pray. First, we pray

(03:11):
for the peace of Jerusalem and they prosper who love
you some one twenty two, verse six. I pray for Jerusalem.
I pray for our Jewish brothers and sisters, especially during
these trying times. Pray for America, that God would guide
our leaders and that he would make sure that they

(03:31):
do what He wants done, not what they want to do.
And I pray that He would forgive us and shed
his grace upon us. I pray for the people in
Iran being slaughtered because they want freedom from the oppressive regime.
I pray that the world leaders would do something about
it instead of standing by and watching it happen. I

(03:54):
pray for the fatherless and the widows, the persecuted and
the martyrd, the innocence and those who are victims of injustice.
I pray against the slaughter of the innocence, both in
and out of the womb, both human and animal. I
pray for the missing and exploited children, the victims of
human sex trafficking. What a diabolical, satanic endeavor has been

(04:15):
around since the beginning of time. But I pray for them,
for the victims to be healed, to be rescued. I
pray for our brothers and sisters around the world being
slaughtered and persecuted for their faith, and the lord places
of worship and their homes being destroyed. I pray against
the growing religious persecution. Anti Semitism were singing in America

(04:39):
against both jew and gentile jew and Christian believers. The
world is changing, and that's because the spirit of the
Antichrist is rising. And I pray that we would stand
against the plans and the efforts of the spirit of
the Antichrist. I pray for divine wholeness, health and healing
and me and you as we get back to our

(05:00):
divine design not to have what the world has done
to us or what we have done to us, that
He would fix it, correct it, and let us live
the lives he wants us and needs us to live.
I pray for protection that Psalm ninety one covering to
be upon each and every one of us as we
live and go and do in this fallen world. I

(05:23):
pray for the remnant, pray for them to wake up,
to rise and answer the call to action, for him
to open the doors to all the projects and plans
he's given, and to supply kingdom finances for his kingdom business. So, Father, Abbah,
Papa Daddy, we love you. We come to you in

(05:44):
the name above all names, Jesus of Nazareth is sure Amasiak,
the Messiah, King of King's, Lord of Lords. We thank
you for the ability to do this. We thank you
for the technology that allows us to do this. We
thank you for the presence of your Holy Spirit guiding us,

(06:05):
helping us, giving us the ability to understand. We pray
right now, Lord, and thank you for the cross. The
empty tomb in the upper room cannot go without mentioning
that for the blood that you shed to set us free.
Open our hearts, open our minds, let us receive and hear,
Let us apply and do everything that you want done

(06:28):
from this word this day. And I pray all these
things in your shoe is name, And if you agree
with me, say amen.

Speaker 1 (07:15):
So we're still talking about revival. We're going to talk
about the keys to revival. All those revivals I've mentioned
on the various college campuses are still going on revival.
I know you're saying, why should I care? I have
my ticket, I'm saved, I'm born again written in the
Lamb's Book of Life? Why should I care about revival?

(07:38):
But so I have a question for you. Are you satisfied?
Are you satisfied with your walk with the Lord? Do
you pray enough? Do you praise enough? Do you worship enough?
Do you love God or others enough? Could you do more?

(08:04):
That's why, that's why we're talking about revival, because it's
never enough. There's never enough time in prayer, there's never
enough time studying the Word, There's never enough time praising
and worshiping Him. Yes, we'll get to do that for
all of eternity with the angels and the twenty four

(08:25):
Elders and all the other saints, but here and now.
So we need revival each and every day, not just
some special event or some watershed, newsworthy event. We need
it each and every day. This world weighs us down.
The cares of this world weigh us down. Revive us,

(08:49):
o Lord. The International Standard Bible Encyclopedia says the word
revive or reviving hayah to live, to cause to live,
restoration of life. We see it for Samson and Judges fifteen,
verses eighteen and nineteen. Then he, being Samson, he became

(09:12):
very thirsty. So he cried out to the Lord and said,
you've given me this great deliverance by the hand of
your servant, and now I shall die of thirst and
fall into the hand of the uncircumcised. So God split
the hollow place that is in Lehigh, and water came out,
and he drank, and his spirit returned, and he revived.

(09:37):
Therefore he called the place in Hakor, which is in Lehigh.
To this day it's restoration to well being, Psalm eighty five,
verse six. Will you not revive us again that your
people may rejoice in you. Revival brings joy that we

(10:00):
may rejoice in you. Someone thirty eight, verse seven, Though
I walk in the midst of trouble, you will revive me.
You will stretch out your hand against the wrath of
my enemies, and your right hand will save me. In
accordance with this word, he will revive us. He will

(10:23):
give us preservation, He will give us means of life.
As with chapter nine, starting verse seven, since the days
of our fathers to this day, we have been very guilty,
and for our iniquities, we, our kings, and our priests
have been delivered into the hand of the kings of

(10:43):
the lands, to the sword, to captivity, to plunder, and
to humiliation. As it is this day. Now, for a
little while, all grace has been shown from the Lord,
our God, to leave us a remnant to escape, and
to give us a peg in his holy place, that

(11:03):
our God may enlighten our eyes and give us a
measure of revival in our bondage. For we were slaves.
Yet Our God did not forsake us in our bondage,
but he extended mercy to us in the sight of
the kings of Persia, to revive us, to repair the

(11:23):
House of our God, to rebuild its ruins, and to
give us a wall in Judah and Jerusalem, to revive us,
to make us live again. If you're not paying attention,
if you're not seeing it, His church needs to live again,

(11:45):
to be alive. Even in Romans, the Book of Romans,
Chapter seven, starting verse seven, What shall we say, then,
is the law sin? Certainly not? On the contrary, I
would not have no own sin except through the law.
For I would not have known covetousness unless the law

(12:05):
had said you shall not covet But sin, taking opportunity
by the commandment produced in me all manner of evil desire.
For apart from the law, sin was dead. I was
alive once without the law. But when the commandment came,
Sin revived, and I died. Sin revived. See that's the

(12:28):
thing about revival. It even happens in the kingdom of darkness.
They revive sin, they bring it back to life. Actually
they get us to bring it back to life. We
are living in a constant state of revival. You go

(12:49):
to sleep, you wake up, your eyes open, your feet
hit the ground. You have been revived. You are alive,
you are moving forward, you are active. We have to
stop thinking about it in this context of these big
events or something happening at will you fellowship, will you worship,

(13:09):
or going to some other place. Every time you turn
on praise and worship music and begin to praise Him,
you are revived from the inside out. That fire is
always there. That's why Paul said to Timothy two Timothy
one sixth I remind you to stir up the gift
of God which is in you, through the laying out

(13:31):
of my hands to fan into flame, the gracious gift
of God, that inner fire, that special endowment which is
in you. We have to tend the fire. We've got
to work it in the sense that we keep it going,

(13:54):
we keep feeding it. Yes it's perpetual, Yes it's supernatural.
Yes it's self replicating. But if you smother it, it
doesn't burn as brightly as it should. So we feed
it with the word. We feed it with praise, we
feed it with worship, we feed it with prayer. Stir

(14:16):
it up. So when we think of revive or revival,
it's worth noting that that's the exhortation Paul gave to Timothy.
We often to merely pray for quote revivals, forgetting that
it's for us, you and me to start into flame.

(14:37):
The gift of the Holy Spirit, which we have already
received from God. It's ours from him. But if we
let it lie dormant, it becomes a slumbering Ember Jude twenty.
But you, beloved, build yourselves up on the foundation of
your most holy faith. Continually progress rise like an edifice

(15:01):
higher and higher. Pray in the Holy Spirit. Praying in
the Spirit stirs it up. Ian Bound says our praying, however,
needs to be pressed and pursued with an energy that
never tires, a persistency which will not be denied, and

(15:23):
a courage which never fails. You want to know how
to stir it up, You do it in prayer. That
word revived the Hebrew Hayah, to live, to be made alive,
to be comforted, to be refreshed. Never forget that though

(15:45):
he is God because of Adam, the God of this
world currently still is hasatan, satan and the fallen. When
the Lord comes back, he'll correct that and he will
complete the trend transformation to both spiritual and natural. So

(16:06):
we're living in a place that wants to put out
the fire, wants to smother us. That's why we have
to get into the Word. That's why we have to
read it. Read it aloud. Psalm one nineteen, verse forty,
behold that long for your precepts. Revive me in your righteousness.

(16:26):
And again in verse eighty eight of Psalm one nineteen,
revive me according to your loving kindness, so that I
may keep the testimony of your mouth. Remember that word testimony.
It's going to come up again, because that's another key
to revival. It happened on the day of Pentecost through

(16:47):
the coming of the Holy Spirit. In Peter's preaching and
Acts chapter two, that aspect of revival showed up again
and Acts four with Peter and John after they had
been arrested as they spoke to the people, the priests,
the captain of the temple, and the sadducees came upon them,
being greatly disturbed that they taught the people and preached

(17:10):
in Yeshua the resurrection from the dead, and they laid
hands on them and put them in custody until the
next day, for it was already evening. However, many of
those who heard the word believed, and the number for
the men came to about five thousand. The awakening continued

(17:31):
that began on the day of Pentecost, awakened from dead religion,
awakened from the darkness of bondage. We see it again
in Acts nineteen, when the sons of Shiva tried to
cast out the damon and starting of verse sixteen, and
the man in whom the evil spirit was leapt leaped

(17:53):
on them. He could have leapt too, but he leaped
on them, overpowered them, and prevailed against them, so that
they fled out of that house, naked and wounded. Stop
right there, verse sixteen. The reason that is because there
had been a change in the spiritual supernatural hierarchy. Up

(18:15):
until then. They did it by ritual, by icons, by
sage and water, and all these other things that men do.
But Jesus came along and changed the natural order of
things by the name, by the spoken word, by the
using of the authority of his name. That was what

(18:37):
they obeyed. And this became known both to all Jews
and Greek dwelling in Ephesus, and fear fell on them all.
And the name of the Lord Jesus I a now
Yeshiah was magnified, and many who had believed came confessing
and telling their deeds. Also, many of those who had

(18:58):
practiced magic brought their books together and burn them in
the sight of all, and they counted up the value
of them and a total fifty thousand pieces of silver.
So the word the Lord grew mightily and provailed. There
was an awakening amongst those people to the truth, the way,
the truth, and the life. And they confessed their sins,

(19:21):
just like we heard about it the college campuses where
they start to shout out their sins and the next
thing you know, it's going on for twenty four hours
and seven days and two weeks. Actions inspired conviction, which
brought repentance, and then conversion. That's revival. That's when you

(19:46):
see the Spirit moving. There is a tangible effect to
his presence. It isn't just a feel good you clap hands,
you dance a little bit. Oh we had a great time.
No no, No, conviction, repentance, conversion. Another key to inspire

(20:11):
this and sustain it is humility and seeking God Psalm
sixty nine, starting verse thirty. I will praise the name
of God with a song, and I will magnify him
with thanksgiving. This shall also please the Lord better than
an ox or bull, which has horns and hoofs. The

(20:34):
humble shall see this and be glad. And you who
seek God, your hearts shall live, your hearts shall be revived.
I remember that experience. My heart was revived. I came alive.
I could suddenly see clearly through eyes that were no

(20:57):
longer in the dark. I've filled my body, filled my spirit.
My heart was alive. Another key to the revivalist to
pray for it Some one nineteen, verses twenty five through
twenty eight. My soul clings to the dust. Revived me

(21:18):
according to your word. I have declared my ways, and
you answered me. Teach me your statutes. Make me understand
the way of your precepts. So I shall meditate on
your wonderful works. My soul melts from heaviness strengthen me.
According to your word. The answers to your problems are

(21:42):
found in the Word. The answers to your questions are
found in the Word. If you would just open it
up and read it and seek it, say, Holy Spirit,
show me what I need to read today, Show me
where I need to go. Hunger to know more. When

(22:06):
Peter and John got a prison, and they came back
to their brothers and sisters and Lord and told them
what happened, they prayed Acts Chapter four, stunting verse twenty nine.
Now Lord look on their threats and granted your servants
that with all boldness, they may speak your word by
stretching out your hand to heal, and the signs and

(22:28):
wonders may be done through the name of your holy
servant Ishua. And when they prayed, the place where they
were assembled together was shaken, and they were all filled
with the Holy Spirit, and they spoke the word of
God with boldness. Yes they put us in jail, Yes
they threatened us. Yes, our lives are in danger. We

(22:50):
want more. We want more, We want to be bold,
we want to speak it, we want to do it anyway.
That's what revival does, because revival is the sovereign activity
of God where He renews his people individually and corporately

(23:14):
with vigor, having vigor inside of you, being excited about it,
sincerity of belief, changing your behavior for the better, and
it all depends on the Holy Spirit to bring it.
It's not man made. I've been a part of man

(23:34):
made efforts for revival, and all it was was some
good music and some good preaching. We had a good time.
But if the spirit's not there, it's not revival. You
want to be quickened. That word quickened to be made alive.

(23:55):
I like that word. Quicken my mortal body. Revive it,
revive the tissues, revive the cells. Let it be in
accordance with your word and your divine design Romans eight
to eleven. But if the spirit of Him who raised
Yeshua from the dead dwells in you, he who raised
Messiah from the dead, will also give life to your

(24:19):
mortal bodies. Through his spirit who dwells in you, he
will revive you, just as he did the body of Yashua.
And the grave a quantum signature across the universe. I
personally believe from my experience both on both sides of

(24:40):
darkness and light, and having been on this side for
as long as I have, and having done what I
do for and with the Lord, I believe they know
when the Holy Spirit moves, when power is manifested. I
believe that they know, just from their demonochive mind, when

(25:01):
a demon is cast out or driven from an area.
There's a signature to it. There's a sense that they know.
Oh that's what that is One Timothy six, verse eleven.
But you, o man of God, flee these things, and

(25:22):
in verse nine he talks about the foolish and harmful
lust which drown men in destruction and perdition. Flee from
these things and pursue righteousness, godliness, faith, love, patience, gentleness,
fight the good fight of faith. Lay hold on eternal life,

(25:42):
to which you are also called, and have confessed the
good confession in the presence of many witnesses. I heard
you in the sight of God, who gives life to
all things, and before Messiah Yessua, who witnessed the good
confession before a punctuous pilate, that you keep this commandment

(26:04):
without spot would blemish until our Lord Jesus, the Messiah's appearing,
which he will manifest in his own time. He who
was blessed and the only potent, the King of kings
and Lord of lords, who alone has immortality, dwelling in
unapproachable light whom no man has seen or can see,

(26:28):
to whom be honor and everlasting power. Amen to God,
who gives life to all things. That's that sovereign act
of God. Revival, Lazarus, come forth, you've been revived by
the word of the Lord. Jyrus's daughter. Arise, You've been revived.

(26:55):
Come forth, by the voice of the Lord, the widow's son,
on and on and on. He revived the tissues of
the lepers and the eyes of the blind God, Your
heavenly Father, Abbah gives life to all things. We can't
let go of that, we can't ignore, that, we can't

(27:19):
diminish that. As a teacher, I quote sometimes aw Towser,
he did not see or treat revival as a programmer,
a conference, or even a season of emotional intensity. He
spoke of it as a visitation of God that exposes

(27:39):
the church and restores the fear of the Lord. Yes
we are called to love him, and yes we are
allowed into his presence, but we can never forget who
he is. Toses said, the average church knows more about
promotion than prayer, has forgotten consecration by fostering competition, and

(28:05):
has substituted propaganda for propagation. In a book written by
Leonard Ravenhill called Why Revival Terry's he lays out the
aspects of revival that we need to understand. One. Revival
begins with repentance in the church. He believed that judgment

(28:27):
begins at the house of the Lord. We keep speaking
judgment on the world or on all these people. Well,
let's talk about church leaders first. Let's talk about us first.
If we can't clean our own house when we're worried
about all these other houses, the problems not the culture first,

(28:48):
but a compromised church is in the primary position. Cold prayer, meeting,
shallow preaching, and worldly ambition, he said, were signs that
the glory had departed. I said that word, ikaba, that's
what that means. The glory has departed. When God speaks
that over a place or even a nation, means it's gone.

(29:16):
Revival is not manufactured. Ravenhill rejected the manipulation we see today,
and I never caught onto it till he opened my
eyes and I began to move deeper into this. The music,
the atmosphere of the lights, the smoke, the mirrors, the

(29:36):
persuasion from the people on the stage. Oh yes, it
produces excitement. But that's not revival. Only the Holy Spirit,
the ro kak Kadesh brings awakening and prayer proceeds power.
He insisted that sustained, humble prayer is the soil of revival,

(30:03):
not public spectacle, but hidden intercession. Yes, there are times
that the spectacle is real, but It begins inside. Never
forget inside out. Whenever you think about the Holy Spirit
inside out, whenever you think about signs and wonders, starts
on the inside. So the power is manifested first in

(30:26):
the intercession with groanings which cannot be uttered. And holiness
is central to it all. If you want to tie
revival to moral transformation, you need holiness. If people claimed

(30:47):
revival but they remain unchanged in their conduct, it's called
a false fire. And I've said that over and over.
They say, oh, we had revival, and we did this
for weeks. So whatever, Okay, did you change the area
around you? Did you change the atmosphere around you? Did
you put a dent in the principality so that not

(31:09):
just in the building you were in, but the spirit
of the Lord moved elsewhere, moved out into the marketplace,
into the businesses, into the streets, into the homes. The
other thing about real revival is it restores the majesty

(31:32):
of God. The root issue to where we have our
problems has been the diminished view of God. He hasn't
lost his majestic nature. Now, he hasn't lost that. We
just don't see it. We don't say it. How majestic

(31:56):
is your name, Lord, and all the earth? Psalm eighty one,
Verse one, Oh Lord, our Lord, how majestic and glorious
and excellent is your name? And all the earth you
have displayed your splendor above the heavens. Verse nine, Oh Lord,
our Lord, How majestic and glorious and excellent is your

(32:19):
name in all the earth? Start your day with the affirmations.
I love you, Lord, I trust you, Lord, you are
my hope. How majestic and glorious and excellent is your
name in all the earth? In my life and everything
that I do? He wrote, the church that cannot worship

(32:46):
must be entertained, and men who cannot lead a church
to worship must provide entertainment. Oh you know you've been there.
They put on a great show. And that's about where
it ends. I don't personally have time for that. People
are dying. I loved ones are dying. I loved ones

(33:08):
are on a path to eternal darkness. The tragedy of
this late hour. According to A w Tozer, so we
have too many dead men in the Pulpits giving out
too many dead sermons to too many dead people. Oh,

(33:30):
the horror of it there's a strange thing that I
have seen under the sun, even in the fundamentalist circles.
It is preaching without unction. What is unction? I hardly know,
but I know what it's not, or at least I
know when it's not upon my soul. Preaching without unction
kills instead of giving life. The unctionless preacher is a

(33:54):
savor of death. Unto death. The word does not live
unless the unction is a the preacher giving it. What
is unction? I've used the word, I've heard it. It's
the presence of the Holy Spirit. It's the wings of
the dove beating against the wings of our soul and
setting us free through prayer. It's when somebody's got the

(34:17):
spirit upon what they're saying. There's an unction to it.
There's a movement to it, there's a power to it.
Unction in the pulpit brings action in the pew. It
inspires us to get out of it. Get out of
the pew. The fires stirred up your heart's ablaze. I
don't want to just sit here and hear about it.

(34:37):
I want to do it. We lose that so easily
if we don't tend the fire, if we let the
world lower the flame Oh you're burning a little too hot. Brother, brother,
you're singing people. You need to turn it down. I've
actually heard that. Actually someone told me that, and at

(34:59):
the time I was bold enough to say no. If
the Lord wants to turn it down, he'll reach down
from heaven and grab the knob. But we do rejection, fatigue,
tired of fighting, so we lower the flame. But still on.

(35:20):
I'm still I'm still fired up. Really know you not? No,
we're not. Can you see what's going on in the world?
Can you get fired up? Can you desire for more?
To do more, to feel more? Leonard Ravenhill emphasized some

(35:46):
things about the importance of prayer, commitment and a deep
relationship with God as essential for revival. Say the role
of prayer, prayers important. He argued that a strong prayer
life is crucial for spiritual growth and revival. He said,

(36:08):
no man is greater than his prayer life. See, it
always starts with us, It always starts with our interaction
with God. He said there are consequences for neglect, warns
that neglecting prayer leads to spiritual decline. He said, the

(36:30):
pastor who is not praying is playing. Preachers who should
be fishing for men are too often fishing for compliments
from men. Preachers used to sow seed, Now they string
intellectual pearls. Imagine a field sown with pearls. I don't

(36:50):
know what's going to grow out of it, but now
what the Lord needs. And I see that it doesn't
matter how well you speak. We can see that sometimes
with how I miss up. But it doesn't matter how
well you speak. If you're sowing seeds of the word,
it will bear fruit. But if you're trying to be intellectual,
if you're trying to be an egghead, as I say,

(37:13):
that's all well and good, and you'll probably get some
attention and followers and build a brand, but it's not
going to change the world. It's not going to shake
that world one last time before the return of the King.
There are challenges to revival, both of the flesh and
of the enemy. Cultural issues. Modern culture and the complacency

(37:38):
it creates within the church hinders what we're talking about,
hinders the kind of revival. It cheapens the gospel. That's
why we need to return to an authentic faith, an
uncompromised faith, and that starts with you each and every day.

(37:59):
First thing in the morning, lasting at night and throughout
the day. If you have to, if your life is
so busy, schedule time to pray, five minutes, ten minutes,
fifteen minutes, whatever you can do. Schedule it until it

(38:19):
becomes second nature. We need to be challenged, We need
to be pushed. We need to reflect on our spiritual
commitment to the Lord, both individually and corporally. It starts
with us. It starts with me at the cross. It
starts with what He did for me, and that becomes

(38:42):
important later on when we talk about the power of testimony.
John Wesley said, bear up the hands that hang down
by faith and prayer, support the tottering knees. Have you
any days of fasting and prayer, storm the throne of
grace and persevere therein in mercy will come down. There

(39:08):
is some days, some nights, in the middle of the
night when I pray, I'm banging, I'm knocking, I'm seeking, persevering,
crying out. These are what I think the keys to
revival are as all the others from those other men,
this is what has been percolating in my spirit now

(39:31):
for a week. That's what I thought I was going
to talk about last week. These are the things I
think you should focus on, some of which we've mentioned already. Prayer, praise,
and worship and testimony. Those are the keys to revival.

(39:53):
Those are the keys to walking the walk in this
fallen world. Those are the keys to taking down strongholds
and defeating the enemy. And prayer, very simply his fellowship
with and communication with God through your shoe us, through
what He did for you on the cross, restoration, in

(40:15):
your relationship with your abba Father. Just talk to him.
Don't get caught up in the affectations. Don't get caught
up in the rituals and the repetition. I prayed with
somebody yesterday on the phone who was about to have
an oral surgery today, and I just spoke from my heart.

(40:38):
And when he got done, he said, you know, I've
never heard anybody pray like you do. It's so natural,
it just feels so real. And I said, that's all
prayer is. It's coming from the heart, led by the spirit.
You don't know how to pray, Get into the word.

(40:59):
It'll tell you how. Isaiah sixty four, verses eight nine.
But now, o Lord, you are our father. We are
the clay, and you are the potter, and all we
are the work of your hand. Do not be furious,
oh Lord, nor remember iniquity forever. Indeed, please look, we

(41:21):
all are your people Some one three, verse thirteen and fourteen.
As a father pities his children, so the Lord pities
those who fear him, for he knows our frame. He
remembers that we are dust. Paul reminds us in Romans
eight fifteen that we did not receive the spirit of

(41:43):
bondage again to fear, but we receive the spirit of adoption,
by whom we cry out Abbah, Father, Papa, Daddy, just
as the Lord said in the Lord's prayer. If you

(42:03):
need to do that to enter in, do it, but
don't do it as a ritual. Do it as a declaration.
Do it as a statement. Ab a Father who is
in heaven Hall, holy is your name, your Kingdom. Come.
Your will be done on earth as it is in heaven.

(42:28):
Give us this day our daily bread, the manner from heaven.
And forgive us our deaths. Forgive us our sins, as
we forgive those who sin against us, and lead us
not ato temptation. Don't let us. Don't allow us, Lord
to even go into it. But deliver us from it

(42:53):
for yours as the kingdom and the power and the
glory forever a man. You need to read it, open
it up, go to the Lord's prayer, Matthew or Luke,
speak it from your heart. Revive your spirit. Every day
through prayer and praise and worship. We discover His grace

(43:17):
and his mercy through prayer. Psalm forty two, verses one
and two. As the deer pants for the water brooks,
so pants my soul for you, Old God, my soul
thirst for God, for the living God. When shall I

(43:38):
come and appear before God? Oh? I don't want to die.
I've got a job to do. I'm intending to fly,
not die. But the point is I want to see
him face to face. I want to be in his presence.
My soul thirst for it to return back to where

(43:58):
it came out of this decaying, dying body. By the way,
if you don't know it, from the minute you're born,
you're dying. You're living, but you're dying. Your days are numbered,
and accordance whatever He has ordained. Just as the deer

(44:19):
pants for the water brooks, when it's thirsty, our soul
is thirsty to be in his presence to feel him
to be revived Someone thirty verses five and six. I
wait for the Lord. My soul waits, and in his word,
I do hope. My soul waits for the Lord more

(44:40):
than those who watch for the morning. Yes, more than
those who watch for the morning. Each and every day
is an opportunity to be like this. You in the day,
that way you wake up the day that way you pray.
If you like me, you pray during the night that
your spirit man or woman would praise and would speak,

(45:03):
and would believe, and would know it doesn't need rest,
just your body does. So I'll praise him in my sleep.
I'll praise him in my dreams, and if the enemy
shows up, I'll have his name on my lips, his
nature in my heart. Proverbs eight seventeen. The Lord says,
I love those who love me, and those who seek

(45:25):
me diligently will find me. Seek him. Do you feel
spiritually alive right now? Seek him? Are you overwhelmed? Are
you burdened? Seek him? That sense of adoration and thanksgiving

(45:50):
and intercession will lead to praise and worship, and it'll
be an attitude of worship characterized by love and reverence
toward God, our Father. It's all about love. We do
everything in love. I love you Lord with all my heart,

(46:11):
with all my mind, with all my soul, with all
my spirit, with everything that is within me. It's that
love that when we fail, grieves us and the Holy
Spirit convicts us. Psalm eighteen, verses one through three. I
will love you a Lord my strength. The Lord is

(46:34):
my rock and my fortress and my deliver, my God,
my strength, in whom I will trust my shield, the
horn of my salvation, my stronghold. I will call upon
the Lord who is worthy to be praised. So shall
I be saved from my enemies. You don't think that

(46:55):
if you read out loud Psalm eighteen, verses one through
three loud, that your spirit man would not be revived
and edified and made bigger and feel stronger. Try it
Psalm sixty three, verses two through five. So I have
looked for you in the sanctuary to see your power

(47:16):
and your glory, Because your loving kindness is better than life.
My lips shall praise you. Thus I will bless you
while I live. I will lift up my hands in
your name. My soul shall be satisfied as with marrow
and fatness, and my mouth shall praise you with joyful lips, prayer, praise, worship.

(47:44):
Hannah was the mother of Samuel, and she had prayed
for a child, and then finally she had one, and
she prayed in First Samuel two, verses one and two.
It's just a part of the prayer. Hannah prayed and said,
my heart rejoices in the Lord. My horn is exalted
in the Lord. I smile at my enemies because I

(48:05):
rejoice in your salvation. No one is holy like the Lord.
For there is none besides you, nor is there any
rock like our God. We have the rock. We have
the rock that is higher than I, the rock of
our salvation. So when you get this attitude, when this

(48:30):
sense comes upon you, you realize that you're your God.
Your Abbah is worthy of worship. The word worship equals worthship.
He was worthy to be praised if you don't feel
that something is wrong. First Chronicle sixteen, verse twenty five.

(48:55):
For the Lord is great and greatly to be praised,
for he is also feared above all gods. Small g Yes,
there were God's worshiped by other people, the fallen angels.
Maybe the firstborn of the of the Nephilum, the Greek
and Roman gods, and other gods around the earth. But
he is the great God above all of them. Psalm

(49:18):
ninety six, verses four and five. For the Lord is
great and greatly to be praised. He is to be
feared above all gods. For all gods of the peoples
are idols. But the Lord made the heavens. Yeah, there's
a good one. Satan's an imitator. The Lord, our God,
is a creator and an innovator. Issue was spoken into existence.

(49:41):
Satan can't do that. The most powerful fallen angel or
demon can't do that. They can manipulate, but they can't create.
How are you feeling edified? Is your spirit reviving? Are
you feeling the stirring someone? Starting verse one? Praise the Lord.

(50:02):
Praise the Lord from the heavens, Praise him in the heights.
Praise them all his angels, Praise him all his hosts.
Praise him, Sun and Moon, praise them all you stars
of light, Praise him, you heavens of heavens, and you
waters above the heavens. Let them praise the name of
the Lord. For he commanded and they were created. He

(50:25):
also established them forever and ever. He made a decree
which shall not pass away. That's the greatest thing in
your battle against the powers of darkness. You have the
power of the Creator inside of you over the creation.
The power that He used to speak them into existence

(50:46):
resides in you. Use it, respect it so that when
the time comes that you're in paradise and you're worshiping
before the throne, you'll see the revelation come alive, Revelation five,
starting verse eight. Now, when he capital h you see

(51:06):
when he had taken the scroll, the four living creatures
and the twenty four elders fell down before the lamb,
each having a harp and golden bowls full of incense,
which are the prayers of the saints. And they sang
a new song, saying, you are worthy to take the
scroll and to open its seals, for you were slain

(51:27):
and have redeemed us to God by your blood, out
of every tribe and tongue and people and nation, and
have made us kings and priests to our God, and
we shall reign on the earth. Of course, it's easy.
You're in his presence. You can feel the power, You
can feel the very nature of Him right there, and

(51:49):
it's infusing you. But we can get that here through
the Holy Spirit inside of us, letting us feel it.
It allows us to prayer and praise and worship, allow
us to draw near to God. And when would do that,
we will know and understand His will for our lives.

(52:09):
And it's the Holy Spirit who stimulates and guides us
in prayers. And now what Issue has said he would
do when he came, that's his purpose. Let him do it.
And then we get to testimony, the declaration of our
personal experience with God, how powerful it is, and why

(52:30):
the world doesn't want to hear it, and why society
wants to shut it down, and why dead churches keep
it from happening. It used to be you could share
a testimony, well, God did this for me and saved
us from this car accident, and I had this tumor
that I no longer have. But they don't let you
do that anymore. They don't have time for testimony. Revelation

(52:53):
twelve thirty, verse ten. Then I heard a loud voice
sing in heaven. Now, salvation and strength and the Kingdom
of our God and the power of His Messiah have
come for the accuser of our brethren. Who accused them
day and night, for our God has been cast down,
and they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb,

(53:14):
by the word of their testimony. And they did not
love their lives to the death. And then again in
verse seventeen of Revelation twelve, and the dragon was enraged
with the woman who is Israel, and he went out
to make war with the rest of her offspring, who
kept the commandments of God. And have the testimony of
Jesus the Messiah Yeshuah amasiak the testimony the Greek word

(53:40):
marked touriea evidence given judicially, a record, a report, a witness,
a unifying concept that binds revelation and redemption in the
mission to which we are called. Whether it was on
the lips of Yeshuah, the Lord Yshua him self, in

(54:01):
the or in apostolic preaching, or in the vision of
the last days, it is the authoritative, verified declaration of truth.
I have been saved, healed, and delivered. And I tell
you the date, and I tell you the time. That's
the testimony. I have witnesses to my event who can
corroborate my testimony. It's not mere opinion. In the courts

(54:26):
of heaven. It is illegally sufficient affirmation grounded in the
character of God and the Gospel, and the enemy hates it.
But that is your greatest weapon, is your testimony. He
did this for me, and I am living proof that

(54:46):
what I'm telling you is the truth. Now, as believers
in a fallen world, we should anticipate opposition, But faithful testimony,
both verbal and lived, participates in God's redemptive plan, and

(55:06):
it carries with it eternal reward. We don't do it
for it, but there will be rewards. There will be crowns, praise, worship, prayer,
testimony unceasingly in the home. When we come together with
other believers. It's empowered by the Holy Spirit. We do
without shame, without fear, without hesitation. We're constantly ready at

(55:30):
all times and seies and and out. Your testimony is
your personal experience with the Lord. It recounts God's blessings
in your life. It bursts forth from an inward fire
which you have to stir up and keep it burning

(55:50):
as hot as possible. And it's an everyday duty of
responsibility that if you allow the Spirit, he will inspire it.
It will be irrepressible. It'll be the outgrowth of faith
to faith. These are the keys to revival. These are

(56:14):
the things that happen when multiple people come together in
the same place at the same time, and it all
hits them. You have that explosion that we're seeing in
the college campuses or in churches around the world. Ephesians five,
starting verse fifteen. See then that you walk circumspectly, not

(56:36):
as fools, but as wise redeeming the time, because the
days are evil. Therefore, do not be unwise, but understand
what the will of the Lord is. And do not
be drunk with wine, in which is dissipation, but be
filled with the Holy Spirit. Right now, be filled with

(56:57):
the Holy Spirit, speaking to one another in psalms and
hymns and spiritual songs, singing and making melody in your
heart to the Lord, giving thanks always for all things
to God the Father and the name of our Lord,
Jesus the Messiah, submitting to one another in the fear

(57:19):
of God. Those spontaneous songs can happen in any moment. Well,
you'll say a word, you'll say a line. The next
thing you know, you're singing it. I've given messages in
tongues in my prayer language that have come out in song,
in a heavenly song, and then interpreted and confirmed in

(57:44):
the congregation responds and are blessed. Let him write a
song in your heart. Sing it out. Be revived right
now in the name of you. Sure, stir up the fire. Father.

(58:04):
I come to you in the name of your Son
and the power of the Holy Spirit. And I call
forth fire, fire to come inside out from everyone who
is listening. Whether it's a small flame or a raging
burst a fire, Let it come forth, consume us with it,

(58:27):
Burn the dross off of us, Take everything off of
us that the enemy of this world is put upon us.
And let us glow and let us go. Let us
be the gold. Let us be the mirror of your glory.
Let us shine in the darkness. Revive us, O, Lord,

(58:48):
your children, stir it up. Let us do what you
need us to do. In this hour when the world
is looking to men, we look to you, and when
we ask all these things in your Shoe's name. Amen,

(59:10):
May the Lord bless you and keep you. May the Lord,
May i Orna make his face to shine upon you
and be gracious to you. May the Lord I Donna.
You sho Ahamashiah Jesus the Messiah, King of kings and
Lord of lords, lift up his countenance upon you and
give you peace. Give you shallow. I'm Richard Grund. This
