Speaker 1 (00:22):
Welcome to the Porch on Firefall Talk Radio. I'm Richard
grind This is where you find the uncompromised read letter
basics of the Word of God. We focus on the
Book of Act Church to see how they serve the Lord.
When we do that, we find the Church the Lord
intended and not the one Man created. The Porch is
(00:45):
a non denominational, full gospel approach to the Bible based
on the examples from the Book of Act Church, which
aims to restore the priesthood of the believer while regaining
the world's shaking influence of the early Church. The Church
age isn't over. The Upper Room experience is as much
(01:07):
for today as it was on the day of Pentecost.
It's yours if you want it. We offer you the
Word as the Apostles would have to the Jewish and
Gentile believers of their day, using both Yeshua and Jesus.
When speaking of the Lord, we prefer the term Messiah
rather than Christ, as it more accurately reflects how he
(01:30):
was referred to by those who knew him. Additionally, we
provide definitions in Hebrew, Greek, and Aramaic when necessary. Getting
back to basics, it's not just the motto, it's a
mandate from the Lord. Links to all of our social

we will definitely get the word out. Starting out with
praise well, I praise the Lord's my home, my family,
my wife, my sons, daughter in law's grandchildren, furry kids.
Everything I have is from the Lord. I wouldn't be
here without him. Praise him for his provision and his protection,
(03:00):
the dreams and the visions for divine health and healing,
for his abiding favor. Boy, do we need some of that.
I praise him for his continuing revelation of the Holy
Spirit never ends. The Holy Spirit's always there to share
with us, to teach us, and to guide us. I
praise him for being a new creation, being able to
(03:23):
live in these prophetic times. I would be honest with you,
I do not know how people endure these days without
the Lord, without having his peace and his love and
his presence in their lives. Let's pray, pray for the
peace of Jerusalem and they prosper. Who love you someone
(03:45):
twenty two verse six. I know that's very controversial right now,
and everybody's got an opinion, But I can only do
what the Word tells me to do. I will pray
for them. I will pray for my Jewish brothers and sisters.
I will pray for brothers and sisters around the world
being persecuted and slaughtered for their faith. I pray for
(04:06):
America that God would forgive us our sins and shed
his grace upon us. I continue to pray for an
intercede for the people of Iran to be set free
from the demonic regime that is killing them and has
kept them in bondage. And I pray that the world
would wake up and help them. I pray for the fatherless,
(04:32):
the widows to persecuted, and the martyrd, the innocence, and
those who are victims of injustice. Never forget the Lord
hates injustice. I pray against the slaughter of the innocent,
both in and out of the womb. I pray for
missing exploited children, also victims of human sex trafficking, a diabolical,
(04:54):
demonic endeavor that just seems to go on and on,
raking in millions, maybe billions of dollars for the Kingdom
of darkness. Let's pray for its destruction. Let's pray for
God to tear it down and set the people free.
(05:15):
I pray against the growing religious persecution and anti Semitism
and everything we're seeing in the world right now, whether
it's against Jews or the Church, or if you believe
in the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob, if you
believe in you sho Ahma Shiad Jesus the Messiah, the
world has put a target on your back. A UK
(05:37):
pastor just got arrested for preaching John three point sixteen.
I pray it never comes here. But should our leadership
ever change and go in that direction, it well could.
Let's pray against the plans and the efforts of the
spirit of the Antichrist. He's bound and held back by God.
(06:02):
But let's just pray for him to be restrained, that
we can do what He's called us to do with
divine wholeness, health and healing in our bodies. Whatever it
is you have going on right now, in the name
of you, sure, I pray that you are healed, that
you would go back to your divine design, that your
(06:24):
body would stop replicating dysfunctional cells, and that it would
do what it was designed to do, and that you
could live the life that he wants you to live.
I pray that for you, and I pray it for
me and my loved ones. I pray for divine protection
and inspiration. Pray for the remnant to wake up and
(06:45):
answer the call to action, that the kingdom finances for
the kingdom business would flow, and that we would do
what he has called us to do. So Father Abbah Papa,
thank you, Thank you for your love, thank you for
your grace and your mercy. Thank you for loving us
(07:06):
when we were unlovable. Most of all, thank you for
sending you Shure, your only begotten son, to do what
never could have been done. That no lamb, no blood,
no high priest, nobody could ever do what he did
for us, sitting heavy drop of blood on that cross,
(07:27):
and then rising from the grave three days later and
now sits at your right hand in fullness and power.
Thank you, Lord for what you did, Thank you for
what you're doing, and we thank you for what you
will do in the days ahead, including the time that
you come back to get us out of here, and
that eventually come back to judge. All thanks, Holy Spirit,
(07:53):
have your way, do whatever it is you want to
do this day on the porch, Let this word go forth,
let it be empowered, Let the tech be protected, and
let the will of God be done. And I pray
all these things, and you see his name. Amen.

The manner presented is exclusive, cannot be repeated or used

registered date of the following information. So we're still on
this journey talking about the final separation. Last week I
(08:53):
read a scripture from Acts I want to read again,
Acts seventeen, Verses thirty and thirty one. Truly the times
of ignorance God overlooked, but now commands all men everywhere
to repent, because He has appointed a day on which
He will judge the world in righteousness.
Speaker 1 (09:14):
By the man capital m whom he has ordained. Do
we know that as Yashua he has given assurance of
this to all by raising him from the dead. The
times of ignorance, God overlooked, are long gone. There is
no excuse for not knowing the truth. There is no
(09:35):
excuse for anyone to say I didn't know. Unfortunately, there
are many in the church, supposed church, who don't know.
They don't understand, they don't even have any idea about
this topic. So we've been talking about final things. Matthew
(09:58):
twenty four when they said, what will be the signs
of your coming in the end of the age, and
he lays it all out for them. And then in
Matthew twenty five he offers us three parables, first the
wise and foolish Virgins, then the parable of the talents,
and then the parable of the sheep and the goats
(10:20):
first of followers. His followers are called to keep watch
and be ready for his return. And then he reveals.
The Lord reveals what he's looking for as a commitment
and in return on his investment into each believer. And
then he reveals how he will know who are really
(10:43):
his and who aren't. Let me read you again Matthew
twenty five, verses forty one through forty six. When the
Son of Man comes in his glory and all the
holy angels with him, then he will sit on the
throne of his glory. All the nations will be gathered
(11:03):
before him, and he will separate them one from another,
as a shepherd divides his sheep from the goats, and
he will set the sheep on his right hand and
the goats on his left. Then the King will say
to those on his right hand, come you, blessed of
my father inherit the Kingdom prepared for you from the
foundation of the world. For I was hungry, and you
(11:26):
gave me food. I was thirsty, and you gave me drink.
I was a stranger and you took me in. I
was naked and you clothed me. I was sick and
you visited me. I was in prison, and you came
to me. And then the righteous will answer him, saying, Lord,
when did we see you hungry and feed you were thirsty,
(11:49):
and give you drink? When did we see you a
stranger and take you in or naked and clothe you?
When did we see you sick or in prison and
come to you? And the King will say to them assuredly,
I say to you, inasmuch as you did it to
one of the least of these my brethren, you did
(12:11):
it to me. Then he will say to those on
the left hand, depart from me. You cursed into the
everlasting fire prepared for the devil and his angels. For
I was hungry and you gave me no food. I
was thirsty, and you gave me no drink. I was
a stranger, and you did not take me in naked,
(12:34):
and you did not clothe me. Sick and in prison,
and you did not visit me. Then they will answer him, saying, Lord,
when did we see you hungry or thirsty, or stranger,
naked or sick or in prison, and did not minister
to you? Notice the difference between the two responses. And
then he will answer them saying assuredly, I say to you,
(12:56):
inasmuch as you did not do it to one of
the least of these, you did not do it to me,
And these will go away into everlasting punishment, put the
righteous into eternal life. This is called the parable of
the sheep and the goats, but really it's more of
an allegory built around the Lord's message of judgment and salvation. Yes,
(13:21):
there is figurative language the sheep, the shepherd, the goats,
but it's really it's really much too literal to be
taken just as a parable. It should be seen as
an exact description of the final judgment the Second Coming,
an important topic that seems to be ignored by the
(13:45):
modern Church. The Second Coming in the Bible very simply
refers to the future event when the Lord will return
to the Earth to complete his work of redemption, judge
the living and the dead, and establishes everlasting kingdom. This
event is central theme in eschatology, is supported by various
(14:08):
scriptures throughout the New Testament, including Matthew twenty four, Matthew
twenty five in Revelation nineteen. There are approximately get ready
for this one thousand, eight hundred and forty five biblical
references to the second coming of the Lord, with over
three hundred of those references specifically in the New Testament alone. Gee,
(14:35):
you think it might be an important topic. Matthew sixteen,
verse twenty seven. For the Son of Man will come
in the glory of his Father with his angels, and
then he will reward each according to his works. The
Greek word for works practice means your deeds, your actions,
(14:55):
your practices. We are rewarded or re paid by the
Lord for what we did for him. Now. I don't
know why this is such a delicate topic that the
Church just doesn't want to talk about it, you know that.
I guess they want to tickle the ears and they
(15:17):
want to drive up and offering one Corinthians three, starting
verse eleven. For no other foundation can anyone lay than
that which is late, which is Jesus the Messiah. Now,
if anyone builds on this foundation, meaning the Lord, with gold, silver,
(15:38):
precious stones, wood, hay straw, each one's works will become clear.
For the day capital d meaning of the day of
the Lord, will declare it, because it will be revealed
by fire, and the fire will test each one's works
of which sort it is, everyone's works will be clearly
(16:02):
shown for what it is. That day of judgment will
disclose it. It will be revealed by the fire of
the Holy Spirit, and that fire will test the quality
and the character and the worth of each person's actions
and practices Tewod Corinthians five ten. For we must all
(16:25):
appear before the judgment seat of Messiah, that each one
may receive the things done in the body according to
what he has done, whether good or bad. So there
is there are rewards for how we behave and what
we do for the kingdom and in the kingdom. This
(16:47):
isn't just about Hey, I'm saved, I got my ticket.
I'm going to sit back and wait for the train. No, no, no,
we we're here. We have a job to do. Tarry
occupy the whole bet Look at James Chapter two and
two stirty verse fourteen. What is the benefit, my fellow
believers if someone claims that faith but has no good
(17:10):
works as evidence is to the amplified, can that kind
of faith save him? No, a mere claim of faith
is not sufficient. Genuine faith produces good works. Let me
stop there. He's not saying we get saved by our works.
But what he's saying is if you are saved, it
will produce something verse fifteen. If for brothers sisters without
(17:34):
adequate clothing and lax enough food for each day, and
one of you says to them, go in peace with
my blessing, keep warm and feed yourselves, but he does
not give them the necessities for the body. What good
does that do? So to faith? If it does not
have works to back it up, it is by itself dead, inoperative, ineffective.
(18:02):
Such faith is worthless. It's all words, it's nothing else.
James introduces us to two people. One has neither adequate
daily food nor clothing. The other has both, but is
not willing to share them. Professing great generosity, the latter
says to his poor brother, go and put on some
(18:25):
clothing and eat a good meal. But he doesn't raise
even a little finger to make it possible. What good
is such words? They're absolutely worthless. They neither satisfy the
appetite nor provide warmth for the body, which takes us
right into Matthew twenty five, verse thirty five. For I
(18:48):
was hungry, and you gave me food. I was thirsty,
you gave me drink. I was a stranger and you
took me in. I was naked and you clothed me.
I was sick, and you visited me. I was in
prison and you came to me. That's a brother who
cares us. That's someone who is acting like the Lord
would act. But then we have verse thirty two as
(19:09):
the other person, for I was hungry and you gave
me no food. I was thirsty and you gave me
no drink. I was a stranger and you did not
take me in naked, and you did not clothe me.
Sick and in prison, and you did not visit me.
James is not saying that we're saved by faith plus works.
(19:30):
To hold such a view would be to dishonor the
finished work of the Cross. What he's saying is, if
we're saved by faith plus works, then there are two saviors,
Yeshua and ourselves. But the New Testament is very clear
that Messiah is the one and only savior. But if
(19:53):
you are saved, the faith that you have in him
and through him will result in a life of good works,
spiritual works, works that match what the Lord is talking about.
So it's not the root of salvation but the fruit.
(20:14):
It's not the cause it's the effect. John Calvin put
it pretty strongly. We are saved by faith alone, but
not by a faith that is alone. There are a
lot of selfish believers out there. You've met him. I've
met him. I've seen him. When we ministered to the homeless,
(20:35):
I remember I reached out to people for help to
feed them and clothe them and to do the things
that we were doing. And one person wrote back and said,
why don't you tell them to get a job. And
some of them did work, but getting a job is
really difficult when you don't have an address, and when
you get down below that level of society, it's very
(20:58):
hard to get back up unless you of help. We
did the best that we could with what we had.
We got a number of guys out from where they were,
got them into jobs, and they got back into society.
But there were many more that didn't because they just
gave up. They said, what's the point? All you can
(21:19):
do is love them and be the best that you
can as an example of the Lord for them. So
genuine faith is an it's associated with a regeneration that
affects the believer's behavior, faith in the Lord that does
(21:39):
not create that regeneration is superficial and counterfeit. Look at
what Romans ten says Verses nine and ten. And this
will be the amplified. If you acknowledge and confess with
your mouth that Jesus's Lord, you see it is Lord,
(22:00):
recognizing his power, authority, and majesty as God, and believe
in your heart that God raised him from the dead,
you will be saved. For with the heart a person
believes in Messiah as Savior, resulting in his justification, that is,
(22:21):
being made righteous, being freed of the guilt of sin
and made acceptable to God. And with the mouth he
acknowledges and confesses his faith openly, resulting in and confirming
his salvation. So what you have as a belief in
the heart, confession from the mouth. Heart and the mind
(22:43):
come together. Heart's a computer, the mind's a computer. The
brain and the two come together and make a declaration
that creates a transformation. You become born again from the
inside out. Your behavior changes, faith is acted upon openly.
(23:04):
There is evidence of this transformation two Corinthians ninety seven.
The Amplified Let each one give thoughtfully and with purpose,
just as he has decided where in his heart not
grudgingly or under convulsion. For God loves a cheerful giver
(23:28):
and delights in the one whose heart is in his gift.
He delights when it's done in love, a love for
the Lord and from the Lord. This isn't natural feeling. Now,
there are good people out there who do good things,
(23:50):
but they're not born again. Their actions are not coming
from that perspective, from that source, from that power. But
when you do it in love, you are tangibly manifesting
the Lord, because it's in your heart Galatians for six.
(24:14):
And because you are sons and daughters. I'll add that
God has sent forth the spirit of His Son into
your hearts, crying out Abbah, Father. The Holy Spirit in
our hearts brings the love of God that we can
share with others. This shouldn't be that difficult a topic.
(24:34):
This should be that difficult to understand. But in all
the years I've studied and I've heard preachers preach, I
haven't heard it a lot. Now over the years on
the porch, I've touched on this topic three or four times,
maybe more, but I've never felt the urgency that I
(24:57):
feel right now, because I believe the time is coming
very soon, when we will have run at a time
to do what we need to do, create the fruit
that he can look at and recognize that the holy
spit in our heart brought the love of God through
(25:19):
us to others. John thirteen thirty four. For I am
giving you a new commandment that you love one another
just as I have loved you. So you too are
to love one another. John fourteen fifteen. If you love me,
keep my commandments. Well, what did he just say? A
new commandment is love each other just as I have
(25:42):
loved you, And something that John remembers because when he
talks about it again in one John two seven, Brother,
and I have no new commandment to you, but an
old commandment which you had from the beginning. The old
commandment is the word which you heard from the beginning.
What word was that love one another? He touches on
(26:07):
it later again in First John three, verses ten and eleven.
In this the children of God and the children of
the devil are manifest. Whoever does not practice righteousness is
not of God. Nor is he who does not love
his brother. For this is the message that you had
(26:27):
heard from the beginning, that we should love one another.
That's the commandment. That's what he's looking for. That we
have come to understand the depth and the presence of
his precious love for us, that he willingly laid down
(26:50):
his life for us. Why because he loved us, and
we ought to lay down our lives for the believers.
And I'm in First John three starting verse sixteen, amplified
version sixteen through eighteen, then verse twenty three. Sorry I
should have said that, just got caught up and flowed
straight through verse seventeen. Whoever has this world's goods, adequate
(27:15):
resources and seize his brother in need, but has no
compassion for him? How does the love of God live
in him? Little children? Let us not love merely in
theory or in speech, but indeed and in truth, in practice,
and in sincerity. And this is his order, his command,
(27:37):
his injunction, that we should believe in and put our
faith and trust in it hereto and rely on the
name of his son Jesus the Messiah, and that we
should love one another just as he commanded us. And
(27:59):
when you see all of that, you understand John's rebuke,
his warning of an adulterous love that corrupts our heart,
that was in First John, chapter two, starting verse fifteen,
Do not love the world or of the things in
the world. If anyone loves the world, the love of
(28:21):
the Father is not in him. Can't be two loves,
can have one in both. If you love the world,
the love of God's not in you. For all that
is in the world, the lust of the flesh, the
lust of the eyes, and the pride of life is
not of the Father, but is of the world. And
the world is passing away, and the lust of it.
(28:43):
But he who does the will of God abides forever.
When you take all of this in context, especially with
Matthew twenty five, you come to a realization that when
you stand before him, it's not going to be measured
by how many demons you drove out or how many
(29:04):
people that you prayed for that were healed. You're going
to be measured by the love shown to your brothers
and sisters. And the Lord. Having said that, it brings
Matthew seven twenty one through twenty three coming to a
clearer perspective. Section of Scripture I talk as being probably
(29:25):
the most frightening. Not everyone who says to me, Lord
Lord will enter the Kingdom of Heaven, but only he
who does the will of my Father who is in heaven.
For many will say to me on that day when
I judge them, Lord Lord, have we not prophesied in
your name, driven out demons in your name, and done
(29:47):
many miracles in your name? And I will declare to
them publicly, I never knew you. Depart from me, you
who are banished from my presence, who act wickedly disregarding
my commands. It's public because you have the sheep on
the right, you have the goats on the left, and
(30:09):
everyone's there to see him say, I never knew you.
I never knew you. You didn't show any love, you
didn't do anything for anyone. You're not like me at all.
John fifteen nine. As the Father loved me, I also
(30:30):
loved you. Abide in my love, Take permanent residence in
my love. Live in my love. I know this is difficult,
and I know some have tried and been rejected or
been wounded. And unfortunately, when men are involved in women
involved in people, bad things happen. I mean, you look
(30:54):
at the Early Church, the Foundational Church. Within thirty years
of the Lord's death, resurrection and ascension, the churches in trouble.
It's a mess. It's got greed, it's got liars, It's
just a mess because the flesh is involved. As the
(31:14):
Father loved me, I also loved you. Abide in my love. Lord.
We want to live in your love. We want to
feel it, we want to know it, we want to
give it. It was important to the disciples to teach this.
John and Paul and James Peter Ephesians three, starting verse fourteen.
(31:41):
For this reason, I bow my knees to the Father
of our Lord, Jesus, the Messiah, from whom the whole
family in heaven and Earth is named, that he would
grant you, according to the riches of his glory, to
be strengthened with might through His spirit in the inner man.
Siah may dwell in your hearts through faith, that you,
(32:04):
being rooted and grounded in love, may be able to
comprehend with all the saints. What is the width and
length and depth and height to know the love of Messiah,
which passes all knowledge? That you may be filled with
the fullness of God. You are filled with the fullness
(32:28):
of God's love. You are filled with the fullness of
the love of Messiah. And when that happens, you manifest
it you produce a fruit of love, compassion, and benevolence.
When you're not, you're bitter and angry and look like
(32:51):
you were baptized and pickle juice. I say that as
a joke, but I mean it. I've looked at people
and thought that there's no light, there's no love, there's
no smiles, there's no taking care of other people. There's
just judgment, being judgmental religious spirits. Look at Matthew twenty two,
verse thirty five. A lawyer Sadda Se asks Yashoe a question,
(33:17):
testing him, saying, teacher, Rabbi, what is the great commandment
in the law? And Yashoe has said to him, you
shall love the Lord your God with all your heart,
with all your soul, and with all your mind. This
is the first and great commandment. And the second is
(33:38):
like it. You shall love your neighbor as yourself. On
these two commandments hang all the law and the prophets.
Life Application Bible Commentary says this quote comes from Deuteronomy six'.

the ones who, do the ones who push, prosperity who push,
wealth who push a a. Grandizement i've also seen them
(38:03):
behind closed, doors not. PEOPLE i want to be. Like
this verse In james underscores the mutual exclusivity of worldly
love In god's, love and it urges us as believers
to align our affections with the. Divine you, know getting
(38:27):
back to our divine design isn't just, physical it's not just.
Cellular it's, emotional it's. Spiritual it's a constant. Battle in
this fallen. World the enemy is constantly trying to disrupt that,
design to offer, counterfeits to corrupt, it pollute. It and right,
(38:52):
here right, now in the name Of Yashuahamashiah jesus The,
MESSIAH i call for you AND i to resist that
and to manifest the love Of god for one. Another
The bible presents a clear dichotomy between worldly love And godly,
love and as, believers we are urged to reject the
(39:15):
former and embrace the. Latter that choice is foundational to
the life of a believer and essential for a, sincere
genuine relationship With god as our. Father we're in a.
War we're in a war with the thinking of the
(39:36):
world on this. Topic if you understand, that Then Tewo
corinthians ten four through six becomes. Clearer for the weapons
of our warfare are not, carnal but mighty In. God
for pulling down, strongholds casting down, arguments in every high
thing that exalts itself against the knowledge Of, god every
(40:00):
thought into captivity to the obedience Of, messiah and being
ready to punish all disobedience when your obedience is. Fulfilled
If i'm going to obey this command to love As
god loved, me THEN i have to fight back against
(40:21):
the thinking of the. WORLD i have to tear down
that stronghold that keeps that from. Happening the lust of the,
eyes the lust of the, flesh the pride of. Life
this battle with the, world this battle with the, enemy
The god of this, world with the emotions and everything
that goes with, it the corruptive nature of, it is
(40:42):
Something he will judge us. For he will hold us responsible,
for and that is something that should concern. US i
don't want to let him down do. YOU i don't
want to disappoint. HIM i don't want to have him
replay my life and show me all the times THAT
(41:05):
i didn't love AS i was supposed. To i've been
on the other end of, that not receiving the help
or the love Or it's an awful feeling to be
in such need and. Humility you go seeking help and
are coldly rejected by those who shouldn't coldly reject you
(41:29):
And james, five he warns those who are, rich following
the thinking of everything he's been, saying starting verse, One look,
here you rich, people weep and grown with anguish because
of all of the terrible troubles ahead of. You your
wealth is rotting. Away In your fine clothes are moth eaten.
(41:49):
Rags your gold and silver are. Corroded the very wealth
you are counting on will eat away your flesh like.
Fire this corroded treasure you have hoarded will testify against
you on the day of. Judgment for, listen hear the
cries of the field workers whom you have cheated of their.
(42:12):
Pay the cries of those who harvest your fields have
reached the ears of The lord Of heaven's. Armies you
have spent your years on earth and, luxury satisfying her every.
Desire you have fattened yourselves for the day of. Slaughter
those are the people that didn't offer, food didn't offer,
(42:36):
clothing didn't offer a, drink didn't care about anything but
themselves first temptyes six.' nine but those who desire to
be rich fall into temptation and, a snare into many
foolish and harmful lusts which drown men in destruction and
perdition that say Money's, bat no. It doesn't if you
(43:00):
desire to, be rich you'll fall into. Those things but there's,
two things either desiring and seeking to, be Rich or
god blesses you and makes you rich for the sake of.
The kingdom personal riches are fleeting and have no. Eternal
(43:23):
value kingdom riches are for, blessing others and we. Have
examples there's a Man Named, david green owner and founder Of.
Hobby lobby he's Asked tomate it to have donated so
far five hundred million dollars to various, charitable causes specifically
(43:48):
evangelical organizations In The. United states very outspoken about. His
faith in an Interview, with forbes he Said so i've learned, to, say,
look look this Is, Yours god it's. All yours i'm
going to give it. To you in the, same interview
(44:08):
he also said that ninety percent of his company will
go to the ministry if the company undergoes a sale.
Or dissolution he SPONSORS the U version, bible app which
is free. To download this is a man who understands
that the money that comes to Him is god's. ANOTHER.
Man Rg Robert. Gilmore lautourneau he was Born, In. Richford
(44:33):
vermont he invented the giant earth, moving machinery, the tractors
and the. Dumb trucks he's the Founder Of lortourneau Technologies
And lautourneaux University, In. Longview texas he was known for his,
extraordinary generosity famously giving away ninety percent of his income
(44:54):
and just living. On ten his commitment to giving was
rooted in his belief that he was a Steward of,
god's resources viewing his wealth as a responsibility rather than.
Personal gain he believed that his wealth wasn't just for,
personal enjoyment that he was being a Steward from god
(45:18):
and he was accountable to how He used. God's resources
it was at the age of thirty that he made
that pivotal decision To make god his business partner and
shaped his entire financial decisions by, this thinking which led to,
his generosity which also inspired others to do. The same
(45:40):
his belief was the question is not how much of
MY money i Give, to god but rather how Much
of GOD'S money i keep. For Myself Milton hershey, hershey chocolates,
same thing kept, ten percent gave. Away ninety he was committed,
to tithing which very. Controversial subject can't tell you how
(46:04):
Many videos i've seen right now saying that tithing's, not
biblical it's Not A new, testament Concept and i'll tell
you right now that's an. Outright lie but these men.
Practiced it hershey did throughout his life considered his moral
responsibility to. Help others he, often stated what good is
(46:26):
money unless you use it for the benefit of the
community and of humanity. In General Henry parsons crowell is
the Founder Of, quaker oats known for. Similar generosity gave
aways sixty to seventy percent of his income To various
christian causes throughout. His life he began with a tithe
(46:50):
of ten percent and then significantly increased it as he prospered.
In business there was another young man who accepted the
call to Become an, african missionary but he found on
further examination that his wife couldn't stand the Climate. In
africa he made her very, Sick heartbroken he prayerfully returned
(47:16):
home and was determined to make all the money he
could to be used in Spreading the Kingdom of god
all over. The world his father was a dentist who
made unfermented wine for communion service as the. Side business
because he didn't want to drink. Fermented wine the young
(47:39):
man took the business over and. Developed it took it
to vast. Production levels his last Name. Was welch they
still make. Grape juice gave way literally hundreds of thousands
of dollars to the work of missions by the way,
(48:01):
of offerings and faithfully tithed to. The church you know
there are some out There saying, christianities socialism it's. Not,
capitalism well if these men, weren't capitalists they wouldn't have
the money to put into the kingdom to help the
people that. They've helped so whenever you hear, that message
(48:21):
you know it doesn't line up with the Word. Of
god and these weren't the. Only men and they didn't
start tithing when they. Became rich they started when they.
Were poor and They honored god from. Day One, william
colgate Founder Of, Colgate's Soaps william proctor Of The Ivory,

wouldn't be able to put the money into the things
they put the. Money into god makes someone a conduit of,
his blessings and those Blessings flow he keeps flowing. Through
(49:08):
them the full Story of latruneau is when he went
to the ninety, ten principle gave away ninety and. Kept
ten he kept, getting wealthier so he gave away ninety
percent of that and, kept ten and he kept, getting
wealthier and he kept. Getting wealthier and That's how. God
(49:31):
works and if he doesn't do that with, some people
then the church, gets nothing and we get into this
mindset of the government will take care. Of, me no
we're supposed to take care of. One another so what's
the point OF everything i. Just said i'm saying it can,
be done and, When done god will. Honor it proverbs.
(49:53):
Nineteen seventeen he who has pity on the poor lends To,
the lord and that which he, has given and he
capital h will repay. To him it's, a privilege, a
requirement and. A blessing it's love, and action and it's
(50:14):
what he wants, to see not just words, or emotions.
But Actions in louke, twenty one verses one, through four
she is sitting across from the treasury and the richer
putting in, their gifts and a certain poor widow, shows
up and she has, two mites that's all. She has
(50:37):
and he says to, the, DISCIPLES truly i say to
you that this poor widow has put in more than
all for all of these out of, THEIR abundance i
put in Offerings. For god, but she out of, her
poverty put in all the livelihood that. She had i've
(50:57):
shared this story and it's it applies to, this situation,
you know being in full time ministry and DOING what,
i do there are times it's a struggle that the
residuals that come in for the past acting work are,
not there or they're not, very good and there's no
(51:18):
side jobs. Going on there's no graphic work, at it,
you know whatever. It was and we, you know we
hadn't been Here in orlando. Very long and the church
we were going to they had a, guest SPEAKER and
i was going to give that speaker, an offering but
then they brought a guy up to the front in
(51:39):
a wheelchair who was. In Need and lloyd said, to
me give the men in the wheelchair everything in. Your
POCKET and i reached in and pulled out a twenty
and it WAS all. I Had, HI lord i, was
OBEDIENT and i gave the man. My twenty, got home opened,
the door and the kitchen area is filled. WITH water
(52:03):
a pipe had burst in, the wall which is where the.
Bathroom is it was this. Shower pipe there's a leak and,
it's EVERYWHERE and i know this is going to cost
a lot, of Money and i'll, BE honest i. Got
angry got to fix it was for, back then a,
substantial cost one that we did. Not have the, next
(52:29):
day a friend of Mine From new york was. Coming
through he worked for an airlines wanted to come by
and talk scripture and. Other things and we're going Over
the bible and, talking things and, He said i'd like to.
Bless you what do? You NEED and, i, SAID ron
i don't. DO that i never have my, whole life
(52:50):
my whole walk With. The lord he'll tell YOU what,
i need and if you, give it it's because he.
Told you and so he. Gave money he wrote. It
check that check happened to be the exact amount that
we paid the plumber to fix. The leak It was
(53:11):
god's way, of saying, trust Me and he's done that many.
Other times but we need to UNDERSTAND that a we
take care of, ONE another b that we should. Be
obedient When the lord, says something, do it don't, question it.
(53:33):
Don't wonder this message obviously. IS important i WASN'T sure
i was going to. Continue it there are other aspects
of that section. OF scripture i could have, gone THERE
but i needed to do a deeper study. On it
then during, the Night the lord, Kept, Saying, Compassion. Compassion
(53:53):
compassion got up, this morning sat down here wondering where
do you want? To go lord took me right back
to that thing and then into this and it's just flowed,
right out and you, would think why is he? DOING
that i said it, Last WEEK but i want to say.
It again we're headed in a place that's about to get,
(54:14):
very tight and we're going to. Get squeezed and if
we can't take care of, one another we're not going to.
Make it if we can't count on, one another we're
not going to. Make It two, Timothy four, Verse one paul,
SAYS them i charge, you Therefore before god And The,
(54:34):
lord Jesus, the messiah who will judge the living and
the dead at his appearing and, his kingdom preach. The
word be ready in season and out. Of, season, convince
rebuke exhort with all long suffering, and teaching for the
time will come when they will not endure a, sound
(54:56):
doctrine but according to their, own desires because as they
have itching ears will heap up for, themselves teachers and
they will turn their ears away from the truth and
be turned aside. To fables but you be watchful in,
all things. Indoor afflictions do the work of an evangelist's fulfill.
(55:17):
Your ministry the world has influenced the church today into,
worldly thinking and we shouldn't be foolish enough to think
that it will escape that when we stand, before him
when he comes in the glory of, his angels and
he sits on the throne of. His glory the sheep and. The,
(55:42):
goats sheep his sheep go to, the right the goats
go to. The left how we take care of, one
another what we do for, One another we're doing it.
For him it's representative of how we feel. For him
(56:05):
and no matter what, anybody thinks no matter what, anybody
wants judgment. Will happen everlasting punishment or everlasting peace and
love and joy. In paradise those are, The choices those are.
The options. He's coming jude. Fourteen, Fifteen now enoch the
(56:32):
Seventh from adam prophesied about, these, men, saying Behold the
lord comes with ten thousands of his saint to execute judgment,
on all to convict all who are ungodly among them
of all their ungodly deeds which they have committed in an,
ungodly way and of all the harsh things which ungodly
(56:55):
sinners have spoken. Against them quoting Directly from Firstena, there,
jude everyone no matter who, they are will be sentenced
everlasting happiness and paradise With, the lord or eternal misery
in the lake, of fire reward, or retribution according to
(57:20):
what they did in, the world which will be judged
by a righteous king according to An. Everlasting gospel our
discipleship as believers In the lord is measured not just by,
our confession not just by our words of self proclaimed,
(57:44):
religious identity but is embodied. BY love a love that
reaches the overlooked and, the suffering a love. That cares
salvation comes through Faith and, messiah alone but genuine faith
(58:07):
produces tangible acts of love. And service The compassion i've
been talking about is a sign that not only do We,
know him but that we are. Like him So the bible,
this word he calls every one, to repentance and eventually
(58:29):
it will judge each person individually by their actions and by.
Their intentions the Parable the goats and Chep in matthew
twenty five clearly shows that compassion for others is seen
as Service to god and tangible evidence of. Our salvation
(58:51):
he'll look and. HE'LL see i believe he'll smile and
know that. We're HIS and i want this for ALL that.
I know i want this for ALL that i know
that might go to. The Left so i'm going, To
pray i'm going, To speak i'm going to do whatever

needs to be done so that if they make, that
decision they won't be able TO say i didn't. Tell
them they won't be able to present evidence that they.
Didn't KNOW because i don't want to see them in.
