Victoria “Tori” Bell is a leader in the Anti-Racism movement, combining community and education to address Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion related topics. In 2017, she created the global employee resource group “Black Women at Facebook,” where she learned to solve diversity issues through community efforts. As an educator, Tori consults early-stage founders and teaches a diversity, equity, & inclusion course within Sophia Amoruso’s “Business Class” venture. Combining both community and education, Tori is the founder of a weekly newsletter, “Inclusion Unpacked,” which provides thousands of founders with shareable educational diversity resources. A proud midwesterner, Tori currently resides in Brooklyn, New York.
