your host, mister his Hot. We're diving deep into the
(01:02):
Book of Acxiday, where we see the church preparing for
something world changing, preparing for the outpour of the Holy Spirit. Amen. Now,
in our last episode, Jesus ascended into heaven and even
(01:25):
as disciples, with this promise, you will receive power when
the Holy Spirit comes upon you. Now in this episode,
we'll see how the disciples responded not by running, but
by waiting in unity. So grab your Bibles, your highlighters
(01:48):
in your notepads. Turn with me to the Book of Acts,
chapter one, verse twelve through twenty six, and we're gonna
come at you from the New King James, and we
want you to join our community, join our fellowship right
there in the live chat. It's very easy, doesn't take
(02:11):
too long to do. Just download the app. Hishop his

of our partners that we are getting toys from one
of the community leaders. They want to confirm if our
people are receiving SNAP or Medicaid or any type of services,
(03:59):
So makes sure you let us know if you are
receiving those services, you will be required to send in
like your ID or send in a birth certificate, things
like that information confirming that. So that is one of
our partners are requiring that in order for us to
get the toys. So make sure you guys work with
(04:23):
us and let us know. Actually, I believe you're gonna
have to send that in through email. You're gonna have
to scan it, blot out all the important information, like
we don't need your social or anything like that, but
we're gonna need you to send that in so that
we can confirm it with one of our community partners.
(04:47):
All right, that's good before Father and praier Everly, Father,
and thank you for another day. Thank you Father for
allowing us to wake up. We ask Father, God for
the empowerment of the Holy Speak, that you will give
us understanding and instruction of God. That you will give
us a revelation, Father, God, Oh Lord, from the Book
(05:09):
of Acts. Today, Father, and I pray Lord for everyone
under the sound of my voice, So God, that we
will look like the Book of Acts, and we will
look like the early Church. God with the power of
the purity and the unity of God of us to
go back to the foundation's father. We thank you, Lord
(05:29):
in the mighty name of Jesus. Amen. Amen. All right,
let's go to the scriptures. We're gonna hit you from
verse twelve and we're gonna go all the way to
twenty six. Then they returned to Jerusalem. From the mouth
(05:57):
called all of it the reason why there. Let me
get some background. Jesus just ascended. Jesus rose again from
the grave. He was just crucified. He appeared to over
five hundred people, and the Bible itself says that there's
(06:20):
infallible proofs that he has rose from the dead, and
so there are many witnesses, a lot of people who
testify and say that they were eye witnesses. And so
he ascended back up in the heaven. A cloud covered
him up. Then the angels standing by, they said, why
(06:41):
are you watching gazing into the sky. You know, go
basically do what you're instructed to do. This Jesus will
return the same way he left. And so they're going
to go to Jerusalem like the Lord instructed him to.
(07:01):
And that's why we're picking it up in verse twelve.
Then they returned to Jerusalem from the mouth called Olivet,
which is near Jerusalem, a Sabbath day journey. And when
they had entered, they went up into the upper room
where they were staying Peter, James, John, and Andrew, Philip,
(07:26):
and Thomas Bartholomew and Matthew, James the son of Alpheus,
and Simon the Zealot, and Judas the son of James.
These all continued with one accord in prayer and supplication
(07:47):
with the women and married the mother of Jesus, and
with his brothers. I want to pause for a second,
and I just wanted to notice that this is the
last mention of Mary, the mother of Jesus in the
New Testament. We don't hear from her anymore. We don't
(08:11):
hear about her death, we don't hear about anything else.
Everything just goes silent. We hear a little bit from
his brothers. We know his brothers or pillars in the
early church. James, where you get the Book of Jeans from,
and Jude, we get the Book of Jude from his
(08:35):
two brothers. If these were sons of Joseph, right, Mary
and Joseph, these were children from that marriage, that union,
And for that matter, we really don't hear any more
about Joseph as well. And so I know the Catholics
(09:01):
made her into some type of God, But you know,
we do not believe in that. The scripture doesn't say
that we need to worship Mary. As a matter of fact,
Jesus said, who is my mother? Right? But we do
honor her as the mother of our Savior and man
verse routeene. And in those days Peter stood up in
(09:23):
the midst of the disciples, although the number of names
was about one hundred and twenty, and said, men and brethren,
the scripture had to be fulfilled, which the Holy Spirit
spoke before by the mouth of David, according Judas, who
(09:48):
became a guide to those who arrested him. Now this
is interesting. I want to notice the nol scripture that
Peter has. He's quoting from the Book of Songs. And
now how important scripture has become in his life. And
(10:15):
this is exactly the same attitude we need to have
about the scriptures. The scriptures should be there to guide
us on a daily basis Verse seventeen. For he was
numbered with us and obtained a part in this ministry.
(10:37):
Now Judas was so close. He was numbered with the apostles,
and he had parts, and he shared with the ministry.
Now this man purchased a field with the wages of iniquity,
and falling headlong, he burst open in the middle in
(10:59):
all his his entrails gushed out. Wow. Now we know
that Judas says that he hung himself. But also I
believe that when he hung himself, he put the rope
around his neck and he jumped and the branch probably broke,
(11:21):
or maybe he snapped his neck or something, and he fell,
and that's how his intrails burst it out. Because there's
a couple of accounts of this. We know the Gospel
said that he hung himself, but Peter said that his
entrails gushed out, and it became known to all these
(11:43):
dwelling in Jerusalem, so that the field is called in
their own language akadema ak e l d a m
a akel dama. I believe that's how you pronounce it,
that is field of blood. It is called in their
(12:06):
language basically the field of blood, for it is written
in the Book of Psalms. Let his dwelling place be desolate,
and let no one live in it. The second time,
he's quoting from the book of Psalms, and let another
(12:26):
take his office. Therefore, of these men, now, I want
to say this before we move on. Judas had close
(12:46):
fellowship with Jesus. But even the whole time Jesus himself
said one of you is a devil. He did not
surprise us. Jesus knew who he was from the very beginning.
But it even says the scriptures must be fulfilled. Now,
(13:10):
David is one of my favorite Bible characters, an amazing
man of God, a mighty king of Israel. There was
a situation where David fell, and a part of the
consequences was his family was never the same again. There
was infighting, different things happening in his family, and his
(13:34):
son Absalom actually rebelled, rose up against him in the
efforts to take the throne. And so while this happened,
there was a I believe he was a prophet? Was
it Mahithaphel? Was his name? Going off the top of
my head, I should have got the scriptures up. But
(13:55):
if you read the story of David, I believe it's
in Second Samuel, you will come across his story. And
he became a counselor to Absalom. Now, somehow I believe
David had a close relationship with this man. This man
used to counsel David. This man was a wise counselor,
(14:19):
but he had something against David. I believe he was
related to Bathsheba somehow, and he was not happy with
what David. You know, David committed adult you with Bathsheba,
killed her husband and ended up, you know, marrying her
(14:41):
after he murdered her husband, and you know, they had
a child, and that's where you get King Solomon from.
But I believe this this prophet had something against David
because he was related to her, to Bathsheba. If I'm right,
do your own study on it, just to make If
(15:03):
I'm wrong, let me know in the life chat. But
it's been a while since I've studied it. But I
believe this was the background. And so once Absalom rose
up and betrayed David, and David felt that and solms
it says that I couldn't handle it. It was an enemy,
(15:24):
but it was you a close friend. Might equal. We
enjoyed sweet fellowship together. We went into the House of
the Lord together, and David was heartbroken. He was crushed
to have someone that close to him betray him, and
(15:46):
it's a foreshadowing and it's a symbol of Judas. How
Judas betrayed our savior. Jesus said that it would be
better for the man if he had never been born.
And even us, there are times, belove it that our
(16:10):
close friends, maybe even family members, people who we enjoyed
sweet fellowship together, will end up betraying us, end up
stabbing us in the back. And that's one of the
most painful things. We can handle it if it's a
hater or just somebody a coworker or you know, a
(16:32):
classmate or somebody like that. But someone close to you,
someone who knows your deep, deepest secret, someone who knows
your life, someone who be to be be trends, you know,
someone who pretends to be a friend and betrays you.
(16:53):
That's what some of the worst pains to go through.
But the Bible also says that Jesus has been tempted
in all areas like unto us, but without sinning, Jesus
understanding he knows that depth of betrayal, and he knows
(17:14):
how to get us through. He knows how to heal
our hearts. Remember it's always the word speak, the words speak,
the word over your heart speak healing. Amen. That's how
we defeat the enemy, the adversary. And so I think
it's interesting that Peter brings up David. He's quoting from
the Book of Psalms referring to Judas Is Scariot in
(17:41):
verse seventeen. He was numbered with us and obtained a
part in this ministry. Now this man purchase a field
with the wages of iniquity falling headlong and bursts open
in the middle, and all his entrails gushed out. Else
sounds pretty girls, right, And it became known to all
(18:05):
those dwelling in Jerusalem. So the field is called in
their language the field of blood. Ain't gonna try to
pronounce that word again, for it is written in the
Book of Psalms. Let his dwelling place be desolate, and
let no one live in it, and let another take
his place. Now, I think it's interesting it says another
(18:27):
take his place. If someone walks out on you on trip,
God is going to bring someone in to take their place,
to do what they have failed to do in your life,
or to be what they failed to be in your life.
God is able to restore what was lost. Amen. So
(18:49):
anyone therefore of these men who have accompanied us all
the time in that the Lord Jesus went in and
out among us, gaining from the baptism of John to
the day when he was taken up from us. One
of these must become a witness with us of his resurrection.
(19:15):
Now here's Peter moving. He wants to replace Judas. And
these are the requirements someone who came in and out
amongst us while Jesus was amongst us, and Barrel bore
witness of his resurrection. Now people ask today, and this
(19:39):
is do the apostleship still exists?
Speaker 4 (19:42):
Like?
Speaker 1 (19:42):
Can people still become apostles? Well, of course, knowing in
this generation, can really you know, be held to these
standards to be with Jesus from the days of John
the Baptists when he was alive, and to witness his resurrection.
But Jesus can still appear to people. And that I mean,
(20:07):
I don't know when I first heard of apostles. And
actually there's an our pastor has an apostle and apostolic
annointment in his life. First, you know, that kind of
puzzled mean, But the Bible does it say that there
will be no more apostles. It doesn't give us clear
(20:28):
instruction on that. But there are high standards to be
qualified to the apostleship. And they proposed to Joseph called
Barnabas was surname Justice and Matthias. And they prayed and said,
(20:51):
Oh Lord, who know the hearts of all, which is key,
show which of these two you have chosen and to
take part in this ministry, an apostleship from which Judas,
by transgression failed. Judas could have been an apostle that
(21:14):
he might go to his own place, which is a
horrible place. He went to Hell. I believe Judas is
in Hell right now as we speak. And Jesus himself
said that it would have been better if this man
would never have been born. Who knows what type of
torture and torment that he is undergoing, Demons assigned to him,
(21:41):
torturing him, the only one in that level that betrayed
him like he did. Now we all have the potential
to betray our Lord, which is we got to be
very careful of. So we can't necessarily try to, you know,
(22:03):
judge this man as if we're so righteous and above
and it would never happen. No, we have to pray
against you know, because Our flesh is our flesh, right,
But this man is in his own place. Hell is real.
If you look on the app, I'm always point you
(22:25):
to the top left menu, hit that drop down and
you will see a tab right there that says hell
is real. There's a testimony of a man who went
to hell for twenty eight minutes. It's horrendous. I encourage
everyone who's listening to this podcast to go click on
that and watch that video. It's always healthy to have
(22:48):
a good fear of God in our hearts. Always amen.
Verse twenty six. And they cast lots, and the lot
fell on Matthias, and he was no numbered with the
eleven apostles. Now, I do want to say this before
we break all this down, that I don't know this
(23:11):
kind of happened before the Pentecost, before the outpoint of
the Holy Spirit. It doesn't necessarily say that the Holy
Spirit told Peter to replace Judas. I think this is
Peter being Peter. Peter probably kind of got ahead of
(23:34):
the progress a little bit, because who is Matthias, Like,
we never heard of him before or after this. And
they cast lots. That was something they did in the
Old Testament. You don't see it in the New Testament
except for this point in the law. They did this.
(23:56):
That's how David went to battle. David, but as should
we go up against the Philistines. And they cast lots.
I believe they were the rm and the thummum. Where
they would try to get it was like a black
rock or a white rock, and they went and wanted
to find the will of God. They would somehow throw
(24:16):
the rocks out or something. And if it was white
it means gold. Black it meant no. But now with
the outpoint of the Holy Spirit that they we don't
cast lots anymore. And so who is Matthias? If you know,
let me know, I mean a life chat. What has
he done? He hasn't written a book. We haven't heard
(24:36):
from him since this. I believe the obvious choice was
the apostle Paul, who did an amazing work for the kingdom.
I believe that Paul the Apostle replaced Judas the Scariot,
(24:57):
who Paul did a great job for the kingdom. But
like I said, that's my opinion. Do your own study
on it. Amen. So let's break all this down another one,
all right. These passages show the obedience and unity of
(25:20):
the early believers. Now, Jesus told them to wait in Jerusalem,
and they did just that, though it would have been
easier to probably scatter in fear and confusion. Now in
verse fourteen, it says that they continued in one accord
(25:46):
in prayer. You know that was not their car. They
didn't all have one accord. They continued in one accord.
They had unity together. Now, the Greek word for one accord,
the meaning of it is with one mind, one passion,
(26:08):
and one heart. This word appears eleven times in the
Book of Acts, and it's showing the power of unity
in the early Church. There is power when we are
united together, loving each other. Just as Christ commanded us
(26:29):
to respecting each other, you got to respect each other.
In the office in the world that God has placed
in our lives, some of us are called to lead.
Some of us has that office as a leader in
the church, either you're a pastor or apostle, or Bible
(26:51):
study leader or ministry leader. We show love by submitting
to our leaders and respecting their authority, not rebelling against them.
And that's how we show unity. There's things that are
going to come through your leader that God is not
going to necessarily come through you to get He wants
(27:12):
you to get things from your leaders. There's power in unity. Yes,
we can serve God together, I mean alone, worship God alone.
You know, we don't need to go through our leaders.
As far as our mediator, there's only one mediator, and
that's Christ Jesus. We can go to God directly. That
(27:34):
God is a god of order and structure. There's a
role that your leaders play in your life that you're
not gonna get until you submit to the process. And
you know me, if you know my testimony, you know
I've always talk about pastors that overstep their bounds and
(27:59):
control and dimind and their congregants the people that they're leading.
But there is a balance, there is a place where
they do have authority and they have an anointing and
blessing to pass on to the people if they are faithful. Amen.
(28:23):
Now let's take a look at Peter real quick. Now,
even after falling Jesus, he denied Jesus three times, and
Jesus gave him the opportunity to proclaim his love three times.
(28:44):
We talked about that. We know that God wants us
to have a capacity and I pray that you add
this to your prayer life you're prayerless. He wants us
to have the capacity to love from a God a
place of supreme life love. It's in a gode love
and unconditional love. And pray that God will enlarge your
(29:06):
heart to turn your love for him into a gope.
Because Peter was at for LeHo, which is like a
brotherly kindness type of love. But Jesus wants the supreme love.
He wants to be first. The Bible says, love the
Lord of all your heart, mind, soul, and strength. And
then love your neighbor is yourself. God wants us to
(29:28):
love each other in a gope. Amen. And so even
though Peter failed right here, he stands up again as
a leader in the crowd. Now that's evidence of God's restorate,
(29:48):
restoring grace. God can restore us from any place of failure.
Don't let condemnation and accusation shame make you fall short
from a call that God has on your life. And
I'm speaking as a person who has failed my savior
(30:11):
multiple times. Man Now in verse twenty four and twenty six,
Before Pentecosts, they used the Old Testament method of casting
the lots to discern God's will, and we talked about that, right,
(30:35):
but after the Holy Spirit came, the Spirit himself became
the guide. This meant that the old ways of casting lots,
the Old Testament, there was a transition to the New Testament.
(30:57):
It's a symbol of the transition from the law to
the spirit. That's where God wants us, that he wants
us in the spirit. Now this hits pretty deep, y'all
because we see the disciples waiting, praying and standing together,
(31:20):
and they didn't know how long it would take. That
they trusted the promise, they trusted the process. In verse fourteen,
they continued with one accord in prayer. That's the kind
of unity God blesses. Right, God is not gonna bless
our mess. He's not gonna bless the vision. That divided
(31:45):
house will not stand. That's in her home, that's in
her churches, our ministries. I pray. That's one of the
things that tactics that the enemy used against his hot nation.
Especially in the early days, there was a lot of betrayal,
a lot of vision, a lot of complaining a lot
(32:05):
of things. And I'm not saying that I'm perfect. I
was immature. I wasn't able to stand against it because
I didn't have the proper training. I kind of ran
ahead and a lot of what I did, And now
after experiencing it, I know better. Now. That's why I
(32:27):
know that God isn't done with this opination yet. We've
got more to do in our community a man. Now,
the church isn't just a place together on Sundays, you know,
it's a family that prays together, waits together, and stays
focused on the promises of God together. And then when
(32:55):
Peter speaks up, he doesn't the people out of pride.
He's not prideful. He's not puffed up anymore. He leads
out of repentance and restoration. He's humble now, he's been
through some stuff. He knows that we need to depend
(33:18):
on God. We need God's power, we need God's grace.
It's not about us, it's about the Christ in us.
That's why I say that, Amen, God can still use
you after your biggest failure. So those listening please listen up.
You may have failed. It could have been sexual sin,
(33:41):
It could have been drugs, alcohol, could been a felled
family of feled marriage, a failed opportunity, failed minish you,
whatever don't let that failure define you. That's not who
you are. There is grace for you to get back up.
That is grace and action. Now, when they chose Matthias,
(34:10):
they prayed you, Oh Lord know the hearts of all men.
Now that's key right there. God knows every single heart
you do not. I repeat, We do not have to
compare or compete with one another. All we have to
(34:34):
do is just be faithful to the Lord.
Speaker 4 (34:39):
One.
Speaker 1 (34:39):
Now, before the spirit came, they positioned themselves in unity
and in obedience, and that is what opened the door
for Pentecost. Before the power comes, there must be prep opiration.
(35:02):
My question to you is what are you preparing for?
What do you need power to accomplish for? What has
God called you to? And are you in a place
of submission in unity? In the body of Christ. There
(35:27):
is no such thing as lone rangers. You need that fellowship,
you need that covering. That's what I always say, especially
when we do our accountability partner segment. You need a
Pall in your life. You need someone who's poorn into you.
(35:48):
You also need a Timothy. You need someone that you're
pouring into as well. That is a healthy move of God.
That's how the body grows, and that's how we stay
accountable a man. All right, let's take a break. We'll
be right back.
Speaker 2 (36:07):
You are listening to the light of Las Vegas. This
is the hiss Hop radio show.
Speaker 3 (36:15):
Every day we die every day, every day, every.
Speaker 5 (36:21):
Day we die, every day, every day we die everyday.
Speaker 2 (36:34):
I try to want him, I really did.
Speaker 1 (36:38):
Huh.
Speaker 3 (36:40):
All I saw was red like a mad at all.
Then I've seen his brain matter on the matted floor.
Should have told him that he mad at more. Now
a test fall like the rose petals that hit the
casket dogs in the talk when you was backing raw
saying it was with you laughing, giving you a couple
of japs to know. So you get up like this
(37:00):
game and you try to play the.
Speaker 6 (37:01):
Dance, you're the rules for.
Speaker 2 (37:02):
The pain, and Mama crying crazier.
Speaker 1 (37:05):
Remember reason of you as a.
Speaker 3 (37:06):
Little boy saying, Mama picked me up.
Speaker 1 (37:09):
Gotta screaming no, not my baby. I'm trying to pray.
But that was the last minute. And I read Lives
of the.
Speaker 3 (37:15):
Sand in the hour glass, finished lips, the tail shrink steak,
You ate well, hits your faith where eight shells your faith?
Saund after the pick from to kiss of death, you
can taste hell voice as well, and then regret this
match you weight twelve. Jesus told me about the nash
and other chiefs should have been asking her for piece,
not his maggets underneath. And now you casting and your
(37:38):
reaction to the piece, and you should have laid your
tasks at a seat. One thing about this game of life.
Once you play, there ain't no recess. You trade the
salvation for your desire. What's the weed sex and squeeze
tags A. I'm trying to scom about the devil's playground,
but instead he run this pave before a recess.
Speaker 5 (37:55):
Now boy suddenly started flying to night.
Speaker 2 (37:58):
Here a park more that dust settled. One person was
dead and several others.
Speaker 1 (38:02):
Injured, and new will fully say one person was shot
and hilled here on Blood Street.
Speaker 3 (38:06):
Police were locked in on this area in front of
the liquor store.
Speaker 1 (38:08):
We watched us more officers. I started arriving unseen, and
I did speak with neighbors off cameras.
Speaker 6 (38:13):
Somewhere in tears.
Speaker 1 (38:15):
Mother's telling me to change her to check out what's
going on. Now we're talking about shooting that has certainly
rattled this community.
Speaker 4 (38:21):
As I look in my mirror and try to tie
my time, my mother walks in. I see tears in
her crying eyes. She sits on my bed, and now
the work comes out of mouth. We all are down,
and now it's been quiet throughout the house.
Speaker 1 (38:34):
People always say death.
Speaker 4 (38:36):
Is the natural water of life, but when it hits,
that saying doesn't stop our hardest strikes.
Speaker 6 (38:40):
My father yells out and find my nose.
Speaker 1 (38:42):
It's time to go to the funeral room home.
Speaker 4 (38:45):
And it's the part on the slide the month, because
it shucks seeing your loved one in the coffin. We
reached the funeral room home, my mom is the first
to walk in. My father holds a hand, and when
they reached the casket, my mother screams and.
Speaker 1 (38:57):
Know not my baby.
Speaker 4 (38:58):
Then she collectses the words confused me. So I look
and can't believe my eyes. In front of me is
an open casket and it's being signed. Suddenly, I can't
remember all that happened. I was with the spoiler trapping
and if he's called a slacking, they prompted us and
they left the bullets as a departing gift, and that
is how I ended.
Speaker 1 (39:17):
Up here as a carcas stiff.
Speaker 4 (39:19):
I heard some whispers behind me, so I turned to seat.
It was some men in cloaks. He had that was
scored me to eternity. They walked me to my door.
They grabbed the nob and turned the heat unlike any
heat I have ever felt, started burning me. They said,
this is a home that will lead to a turn
of deep and help with hole being every idle burning.
Speaker 6 (39:37):
D I left the jar in heaven and I started
that game. Please give me another.
Speaker 4 (39:42):
Chance, And I tried to fall in reference, but Steve
Man trab me by my arms and then they forced
me hand.
Speaker 1 (39:47):
How I refalling.
Speaker 4 (39:48):
I braced myself to get the flour.
Speaker 6 (39:50):
But then, yeah, I gotta get my life together.
Speaker 1 (40:03):
Man, Okay, yeah, you're scared of dying. Yeah, everybody's scared
to die.
Speaker 2 (40:10):
But it's nothing though.
Speaker 1 (40:11):
I mean gonna be scared, like to be really scared
about it. But I'm scared to die. I ain't gonna
let nobody know that. You know, I never showed nobody
that I'm scared to die.
Speaker 3 (40:18):
It's a block forever. It's a block forever block.
Speaker 2 (40:22):
You are listening to the light of Las Vegas. This
is the hiss hop radio show.
Speaker 4 (40:38):
It looks like you lost another one.
Speaker 1 (40:44):
And we are back. We are back. That is uh,
every day we die. Uh. It's our brother Dnton off
of his new project there. That song is pretty deep.
You never know when you're gonna draw that last breath.
We definitely got to get our lives together because eternity
(41:06):
is way too long to be wrong, you know what
I'm saying. So that is pretty deep. As we're talking
about Judas and how he betrayed our Savior and how
you know, our flesh we could betray him too. We
have the potential to sell out if we are not careful.
(41:28):
That's why we have to win this war every day
to do the right thing, to put on the mind
of Christ, to walk in the spirit, and to crucify
our flesh. Amen. That's why we jump on here every
day to hold each other accountable. And that's a good
segue to go into our next segment, the accountability Partner.
(41:52):
This was birth out of me working the altar at
church and praying for the saints and noticing the same
struggle for years. Some people are trapped in the same
cycle of sin, and I've been myself. I love it
and I'm not above anyone else. But there's a power
(42:13):
when we come together in unity. We just read it
here in a book of acts. When we agree together
in prayer, and when we genuinely from our hearts love
one another. The Lord knows every heart. He knows when
we're faking it, he knows when we're just using people,
he knows when we're just I'm gonna be with this
person until I get what I want, until I achieve
(42:36):
the goal that I think I can achieve, and then
I'm just gonna cut this person off.
Speaker 6 (42:41):
No.
Speaker 1 (42:44):
God wants us to egapa each other, to love each
other supremely, and to consider one another before ourselves even Amen.
So if you need that accountability, if you want us
to come on excite you, go on the app to
the top level menu, click on podcasts, Click on his

(43:28):
that you're struggling with and you're trying to break it
be setting sin, It could be drugs, alcohol, sex, whatever, anger,
attitudes that give you a number of things. We need
that accountability to help us to truly change if we're
serious about it. And also here is a challenge for
(43:50):
this week. This is are also posted in the live chat.
You can go back and read it this week. Talk
to your accountability partner about am I walking in unity
with my brothers and sisters in Christ? Am I truly
walking in unity? Do I spend more time praying with
(44:13):
people or talking about problems? Let me see that again.
Do you spend more time praying with people or more
time talking about problems? And issue? Challenge each other to
pray together for one specific promise from God this week
(44:33):
and wait on him in faith, wait on that promise.
Say man, all right? Quick update about his hot radio.

when they see we have our own charts and when
we're actually taking over the charts. And I do want
to say something about mainstream worldly secular hip hop from
(45:20):
what I hear, I haven't done the research, but I
hear that they are not on the charts. They're not
on the billboards, they're not topping the charts. The first
time in almost fifty years, rap music is not dominating
the charts. I believe that's because people are sick of
the content. They're getting sick of what they are promoting.
(45:46):
And I believe that this is a great opportunity for
chh to take over and to stand up and then
so submit, check out our promos, consider purchasing one of
our advertisement packages, and that's how you're gonna get charted
(46:09):
on the station. And there's also a chart on the

(46:53):
were gathered in the Upper Room waiting for the promise
of the Holy Spirit. How many believers the answers are

the underserved in our community. So your support will be appreciated.
All right, this is my time to close out, but
I have some closing comments here. Before power came, they
(51:02):
waited immunity, before revival broke out, they prayed together. Let
that be a challenge today. Stay united, stay prayerful, and
stay ready because the same spirit that fell in Acts
(51:27):
is still moving today. Amen. We could look just like
they looked in the Book of Acts. I would believe
that with all my heart. Now I want to remind
you also, don't just go to church. Be the church. Amen.
(51:49):
We are the church. And remember it's not about us,
It's all about the Christ in us. God bless.
