who is known as doctor M and is a distinguished
business strategist, entrepreneur and thought leader will over twenty five
the use of experience driving transformational change for individuals, organizations,
(02:07):
and communities worldwide. As President and CEO of multiple successful enterprises, including.
Speaker 6 (02:14):
The Elite Group, Inc, Elite.
Speaker 1 (02:18):
Disaster Consulting International, and Cherish Mullins International, she has established
herself as a premier voice and economic innovation, leadership development
and sustainable business growth.
Speaker 6 (02:35):
Wow, you have been more than a busy being.
Speaker 3 (02:39):
Yeah, thank you so much for having me today. Yeah,
it is always worth it's a non stop job. I
continue that you know I already know, honey, personal developed
with the business development. It's a it's a whole world.
Speaker 1 (02:56):
Yes, yes it is, and it's well needed because you know,
we are what we think and getting that in check
first exactly is the critical piece of being successful at
anything that you do. So with that being said, let's
(03:17):
talk about Charis Smullen's International and how you get people
on the other side.
Speaker 3 (03:27):
By profession. In your introduction you talked about Elite Disaster
Consultant and Elite Disaster Consulting International, which is three headquarters
we have, you know, North Carolina and Florida and Puerto Rico.
And that is the when you see female around the world,
you see disasters, you see hurricanes, you see all of
those things. That is what I do in that profession.
(03:50):
And so when I transitioned over, I call it personal
recovery because that's what SMI is really about. I launched
it from a passion. Number one, I was personally impacted
by a tornado, which kind of spent my personal life
out of out of this world. But the second thing
(04:10):
is it was launched out of a desire of being
able to get back. When I launched my business, I
did not have I couldn't look to the left of
the right in my life to see an individual that
was successful in business, and not just successful in business,
but successful personally. And I wanted to believe that if
(04:31):
you're going to have a successful business, you have to
be you have to get yourself together first. You have
to It's all about your mental status and where you
are and what type of what type of things are
you focusing on every single day? How are you thinking?
A part of my course I talk about medical ignission.
You know, are you really thinking about what you're thinking
(04:52):
about yourself personally? Because all of that impacts the way
you run your business. You know, you can, you can
have a business, but it's all over the place and
it just reflects you where you are mentally. So that's
what That's what Terison knows. What International was launched from
a desire to truly mix the tooth, to talk about
(05:15):
how do you be successful in business and how do
you learn to love yourself? Treat yourself, will be nice
to yourself, all while you're running an empire.
Speaker 6 (05:28):
Wow, you ain't never lie.
Speaker 3 (05:32):
It's a job.
Speaker 6 (05:33):
Yes it is.
Speaker 1 (05:34):
And a lot of times, you know, what's going on
in our personal life affects our business.
Speaker 3 (05:40):
Oh definitely, you know.
Speaker 1 (05:42):
And I mean that old saying separate business and personal life.
Speaker 5 (05:46):
It's totally impossible.
Speaker 3 (05:49):
Yeah, it really is. I was talking to some one
of a few weeks a few months back and they
were like, you have to find balance. I said, what
what are you talking about? That said an illusionary concept,
there is no balance. You have to know what you desire,
be sure about it, be sure about the vision that
you have for yourself, and be willing to implement whatever
(06:11):
it takes. Sometimes it just takes courage to be able
to say, I'm just not up to snuff in this area. However,
I may be a master in this area, but I'm
just not mastering this part of my life. And all
of that affects business. I can tell you, you know. I mean,
(06:31):
I'm a mother of nine children. I have, yeah, I
have I have five. That wasn't enough, so I adopted
another one, and then you know, getting married, I have
three other children, so we and nine grandchildren. We just
had a new one. So we used to call ourselves
the divine nine nine children, nine grandchildren. And that is
all a balance. And I tell people, they say, how
(06:54):
do you work so well with teens? And how do
you do that? I said, because I have true truth,
the patience, the the the focused the clarity that it
takes because all of them have different personalities, every one
of them have different personalities, and and I know that
my personality is different from the people that I encounter
(07:16):
every day, you know, and so understanding who you are.
And I like to use the word what you are
more than you. I like to I like to use
the world what, because we are really spiritual beings having
human experiences every single day and understanding that that also
(07:36):
impacts your business because you're encountering different beings every day
trying to figure this thing out as well. So if
you're looking to run into yourself every day, you're you're,
you're you're really not getting it, You're you're what what?
What you're looking at is different individuals. And I often
tell people you're carrying this suit around, You're a spirit
(08:01):
carrying this suit cal cheries around. And when you understand that,
you understand that I need to get to know what
I am, the essence of what I really am, in
order to be able to be all that I can be.
You know, while I'm on this state, you know, traveling
and journeying through this thing in called life. And when
you figure that out, you can align your values, which
(08:24):
will make business easier for you. And I say that
because I've had people to bring business to me and
I've been able to say, you know what, I'm not
going to find this contract because we're not aligned. We're
not aligned. Our values are not aligned. What you may
want to do for a dollar, I don't want to
do this. So when you can, when you can identify
(08:47):
your own personal values, they will spill over in everything
you do. And I've turned down Lord, I've turned down
some contracts because of it, Like this is not an
align with what I am and who I am and
what I want to bring to the world. And I
can sleep good at night knowing that my values are aligned.
Speaker 1 (09:10):
Yes, and I agree with you wholeheartedly. I can't work
against my grain.
Speaker 5 (09:16):
I just can't do it. No, I like, all money
ain't good money.
Speaker 3 (09:21):
No, it's not. Because when you get up every single
day and you're working with somebody, and you got to
shake your head and wonder, why did I find this coundrect?
What was I think when I did this? What was
I thinking? Was I thinking about the four hundred thousand
dollars or the million dollars involved in this? Or was
(09:41):
I thinking about am I really going to be able
to align with this person and fulfill the purpose of
why we came together? If I can't do that, I
always tell people. In my book The Invisibility Code, I
have a chapter talking about values and in that chapter,
I have twelve value you said, they're not in any
(10:01):
order in the book. But the point that I'm making
is is I was able to identify out of those
twelve values, I was able to put them in order.
I know that the top one is joy and happiness.
I've gone through so much in my life. Joy and
happiness is a top value for me. That's all Like
what you said, all money's not good money. I don't
(10:22):
bring me any joy, no, no matter what the activity is,
I don't think so. My second one is integrity. If
I can't be an integrity with myself, I'm definitely not
gonna be an integrity with you. I gotta be. I
have to be able to be an integrity with myself.
And the third one is freedom. What am I doing?
(10:43):
Is it really bringing me the freedom that I desire
to have in this experience? Am I really experiencing a
peace of mind? Or am I pulling my hair out
every day? And this can be applied to relationships and business.
You know, am I pulling my hair out every day?
(11:05):
When I'm in a relationship with you, whether it's a
personal relationship, family, friends, and all of that. And then
sometimes it comes to you know what, it's just some
for us to detach. I'm going against my value number
three freedom. I have no freedom in this relationship with you.
I have no peace of mind. Is always pulling teeth
(11:26):
just to get this somewhere. So being that that is
the case, I wish you the best, but we cannot
continue to take this journey together. And that all takes
boldness and it takes courage to do it.
Speaker 5 (11:38):
You ain't never lie.
Speaker 1 (11:39):
My thing is bless them and set them on their way.
Speaker 3 (11:46):
I wish you the best, but we are not. I
wish you all that the universe kid offer you, but
we are just not aligned. And I think that that
comes with knowing your values, because people will pull you
into their world, to their creativity. They'll pull you into
(12:08):
what they want you to do for them. And I
talk a lot about, you know, being self centered and
how selfishness gets a bad rap, you know, because we've
always been taught, oh, don't be selfish, don't be so
self centered. But it gets a bad rap because I
tell people you need to be more selfish, and you
need to be more self centered when you're dealing with
(12:29):
these beings that you're encountering every day because when someone
asks you to give up the things that you want
to do, what are they being? Right? They're being selfish
and self centered. They're thinking about themselves and we got
to think about ourselves more. And when we do that,
(12:50):
we can stop and say, am I really experiencing the
highest joy out of this connection or or this you know,
personal relationship, or of this business? And when you're not,
it goes back to what you said, all money's not
doing money and no one else has to understand it, but.
Speaker 1 (13:08):
Youth, absolutely absolutely. And in my days, peace is my wealth.
Speaker 3 (13:18):
Death number four, by the way, I just don't I
have to break about that piece. Peace is number four
of my back. I don't think so this is not
bringing any peace. It's always something. It's back to back,
always something. And I find myself and you know, and
I don't know about you, but once I hit fifty,
it was really like it actually happens before fifty. But
(13:43):
after I crossed over fifty, it was like, oh no,
I'm not even playing a radio over there. Let me
go ahead and tell you right now, that's not what
I'm doing. And I'm proud to tell you. And guess
what I'm gonna do I'm gonna sleep so well at night, Yes,
knowing that I stood up for myself.
Speaker 5 (14:01):
Yes, with my full chest out.
Speaker 3 (14:03):
Okay, like with chest out, happy and smiling, just hugging
my pillow at night, knowing that I stood up for me.
And I think that that that that's so important. And
you know, we go through our lives, you know, I
know I did, and my younger years of worrying about,
oh my god, is this person going to accept me?
(14:24):
You know, are they going to value me? Are they
going to look at me different if I if I voice,
you know, uh, my opinion. And I'm here to tell
you today I learned to use your words. You know.
I used to tell my children when they were younger,
stop all that crying and use your words. I can't
(14:46):
understand you that that's what we need to do more
as adult, use our words in the most effective manner
to let someone know, you know what, No, that's not
that's not going to slide over here one way or the other,
you know, like you said, with.
Speaker 1 (15:03):
My chests out, absolutely, because at the end of the day,
it's all about how you feeling on the inside. But
something is making you uncomfortable and not flowing with who
you are and.
Speaker 5 (15:19):
What you stand for. Then it's a rack.
Speaker 3 (15:24):
I mean, it really is. And we have to be
okay with saying no to people with no explanation behind it, right,
you know, not with no and let me explain and no,
and let me justify this and let me no, no, no,
it's not even gonna be able to top all over
the top. I was doing that. I was speaking at
it at an event last year, and I was talking
(15:47):
about the power of no. And I remember doing this
exercise and saying, look at your neighbor, the person that
you're sent beside, and just say no. And so many
people had a difficult time doing that with a stranger.
So I said, if you have a difficult time telling
a stranger that you don't know, no, I know you
(16:07):
have a difficult time telling people that you know, or
people that you go to work with, or people that
you're encounters. You know the answer is no. I don't
really owe you in the explanation for that. I just
don't want to do it.
Speaker 6 (16:18):
And understanding that no, it's a complete sentence.
Speaker 3 (16:25):
Indeed, no, it would a period. It's okay, you know,
and people when you feel like you have to justify
that you're allowing people to guilt you. You're doing them
to guilt you and get out of you the things
that they want because they can't accept your nough.
Speaker 1 (16:44):
And then you also in a place where you're trying
to be a people pleaser with no someone.
Speaker 3 (16:50):
Now that's it. I'm not here to do that for you.
I'm here to find I'm here to align with my
personal values.
Speaker 6 (17:00):
Yeah.
Speaker 3 (17:00):
I find that going into even in business and work
in environments with people. If you know those, you could
be like, you know what, I don't think I want
to continue to do this because I'm not experiencing any
freedom or any peace and all of that. And then
when you feel like I'm much you'd be more confident.
(17:21):
I find that I'm more confident than I used to be.
I find that I'm happier exercising the word you know,
like you said, and understanding this is complete sence. Oh,
I don't owe you any installation. I do. I find
myself doing it with having to do had in the
past to do it with family, like if I insisted
them in some type of way or something when it
came up to well they know she have or whatever,
(17:44):
And when I start saying no, I stopped putting because
behind it, I just said, no, I don't want to
do that. I'm not going to pay for there. I'm
not going to do that, and that's it right.
Speaker 6 (17:55):
And family will definitely touch them, their their bound your
boundaries for sure, because they feel like, because we share blood,
you're obligated.
Speaker 3 (18:07):
And and and the sense of entitlement.
Speaker 1 (18:09):
Yes, you're absolutely right, I'm entitled to what you have
because we share blood, and you have to let people
know actually you're not.
Speaker 3 (18:21):
You need to have a sense of gratitude for the
things that I do because you're not entitled to it,
you know. And I know that's a tough uh uh conversation,
especially for mothers, you know, to understand that, yes, I
did bring my children into the world, but that doesn't
mean they're entitled to my blood. With tears every day
(18:43):
until they die. I'm your mother, I brought you here,
but you're not entitled to these things. There has to
it has to go from letting them, you know, like
the birds that don't throw you out of this and
and then there has to be a sense of gratitude
for the things that I do. So, I mean, we're
learning these lessons every day.
Speaker 1 (19:03):
I'm telling you, this thing called life teaches you something daily.
Speaker 3 (19:09):
Every day, and you find this like, wow, I thought
I had mastered that, or I thought that that was
something that I had gotten down packed. But then you realize, oh,
so I still have some more learning to do because
I didn't. I haven't quite mastered that. It's certain things
that you know, Oh, I can do that all day
and in my sleep, because I found that out about
(19:32):
me personally. You know, I've been doing disaster recovery twenty
five years and I've been personally doing personal coaching over
you know, almost thirteen years, and I find that it's
certain things in business I had to say to myself, oh,
I can do that in my sleep. But personally, why
am I not getting this? You know what I mean?
You know, you're just like I make millions of dollars
(19:55):
I got I could do this, but I am not
mastering this one thing personally. It just baffles you how
you can get this but you can't get that. And
I just want to encourage someone today that if that
is happening in your life, just keep at it a lot,
you know, identify your values, keep at it. After while,
(20:16):
you will find the things that you're not so good
at First of all, you have to accept it number one.
You know, that has to come apart where you can
accept them the knowledge I'm really good at this or
I'm getting better at that, you know what I mean?
And it's being negative or putting yourself down. We all
have things that we have to personally work towards every day.
(20:37):
I don't know if I want to use the word
with work either. I mean, I don't know. I don't
know with that word, but that transition right right right.
I've been trying to stay away from certain words. We
all have things that we are transitioning through, and we're
trajectory shifting every day. You know, we're trajectory shifting. And
and I just want to say that because you got
(21:00):
to know that. So you're not so hard on yourself,
yes you So you're not so hard on yourself, and
you're not beating yourself down because you may have made
a mistake or you didn't get something quite right. Know
that you're not the only one in this world just
trajectory ship and transitioning through this thing called life every day.
Speaker 1 (21:21):
Absolutely wow, mister Reece, How do people get to work
with you?
Speaker 3 (21:28):
Actually? You know, on my website where I'm actually launching
two new programs. One is the Inner Design Program, and
in that program we're talking about we're talking a lot
about personal development and what to do if you are
trying to scale your business but you are still feeling
(21:49):
like you got roadblocks personally in that program. And then
the other one is a sind and that is for
entrepreneurs that are like, hey, I'm already making two hundred
film I was a year or half a million dollars
a year, but I want to scale my business. And
I tell them, if you want to scale your business,
you have to scale your stealf. You know. So so
(22:10):
so with those two courses, and so you go to
the website right right now, it's under constructure because we
are rebuilding, you know, going through rebranding. We're going through
launching these courses in March of twenty twenty six. And
you know, but right now, you know, people can follow
me on Instagram and and Facebook all over the place,
(22:32):
linkeding all over the over the socials. But you know,
just going to my website, you know, going on and
making sure that you are you know, going to the
contact list, making sure you're getting on the the email
list so that you can know about these courses how
to how to work with me. I don't do one
on one coaching anymore. I do group coaching, but how
(22:56):
you can get in a group session with me. It
definitely is being announced on the website in a couple
of weeks as a matter of fact, and I'm super
excited about the new community and new people I'm getting
the opportunity to work with. Also, we do every year
I'm doing. I do these events called the Abundant Mindset
(23:20):
where I'm bringing individuals, business owners, you know, coaches, cite
myself together, and I do these smaller surge events where's
no more than fifty people there. It's deliberate because during
these large events, I mean, it's nothing wrong with them,
but I like the intimacy, you know, of people being
able to raise their hand, ask questions, engage with one another.
(23:44):
So we have these Abundant Mindset groups and these surge
events that we do all around the world, and those
are also so my website is at www. Dot shirts
well as dot com. You can get all the sauces
on how to work with me.
Speaker 6 (23:57):
I'm writing now, I like the event I do.
Speaker 1 (24:00):
Yeah, so I'll definitely connect and make sure I'm know
when it's gonna happen. Because I love smaller crowds, like
there's so much more intimate, you know, you get to
really meet people and be able to fill with.
Speaker 3 (24:17):
People right and and and indeed event and it's a
bund of mindset at these events we bring millionaires together.
Is it's and people that are striving to scale their
lives and their businesses. And because I don't want to
give people the illusion that once you hit a certain
level financially all your problems go away.
Speaker 5 (24:38):
Now you have new ones.
Speaker 3 (24:44):
You just get new problems. But your bake account is increasing,
so you have you have new problems. And it's really
good to get into these private surge events with people
that have accomplished the things that you desire to accomplish.
I'll always say, if you want to open a successful
car dealership, why talk to Uncle Joe Blow that's sitting
(25:07):
under a tree that's never done it. You get in
an environment with people that are doing the things that
you desire to do, and you get the right now
drip drop sauce from people that are not gatekeeping to
help you scale. You do it from people that are
already doing it. I'm really really funny about people telling
(25:28):
me how to do things that's never done it.
Speaker 1 (25:31):
Yeah, same here, I think looking at the real cross
sided like, I'm like, wait a minute, now, so I
tell people, So it's a difference is say that, Oh, yeah,
I can tell you this because I have a car
dealership too.
Speaker 6 (25:44):
Yeah you do.
Speaker 3 (25:45):
But is it successful? You know, yes, you are making
money in your business, but is it a successful business
of what tools and techniques and strategies can you tell
me when I get to a point in my business
that it's time for me to shift. It's because I
say this personally because I didn't know when I needed
a CPA. I didn't even know what one was. I
(26:09):
really see if the only thing I did was said, Okay,
the universe is gonna comment at me, and God is
gonna be listening, and I'm gonna be a millionaire, right Okay?
It started, It happened, and then I was like, so
now I'm just gonna go sar I spending money? You
know what I'm saying because I had no one to
tell me. Actually, you're just an officer in your business.
(26:32):
You cannot spend your company's money. My II rest accountable.
You have hit a certain level. Now it's time for
you to have a CPA because you're a regular tax person,
can no longer do your taxes. You need an attorney,
you need And I was like, oh my god, I
didn't even know all of this. So I was making
(26:53):
so many mistakes early on in my business because I'm
a first generational millionaire. You know, I didn't have anyone
that I knew personally that can tell me. Okay, you
need to sit yourself down and find you a business
coach and listen to someone who's already done this. And
(27:13):
now that's what SAMI was launched out of. You need
to tell people the sauce. Don't get keep tell them off.
I'm gonna save you two years. I'm gonna save you
a lot of time. And what I don't know, I
guarantee you I can pick up the phone and call
someone right now that can help you, to save you
(27:36):
some time and to save you from making all of
these mistakes because I don't. I don't. I don't funt
as we used to say, I tell people the truth.
Oh girl, I did that before I missed up like that.
I remember back in twenty and thirteen.
Speaker 5 (27:49):
When I.
Speaker 3 (27:53):
Just tell people the truth, Yes, and I get a
lot of that, you know, I tell people out the time.
Michael Jordians is a person that has always inspired me
due to his passion and his willingness to win, but
not just off the on the court, but off the court.
And one of the things that he said that's always
stuck with me is I'm the goat and I'm good
at what I do because I missed over six thousand shots.
Speaker 5 (28:17):
Mm hmmm.
Speaker 3 (28:18):
My failures is why I'm successful. And so many people
look at failure as being a part of success, and
I'm here to let you know today it's not apart
from it. It is a part of it.
Speaker 5 (28:35):
That's called failing forwards.
Speaker 3 (28:39):
Okay, I won't do that again. You know, I learned it,
so you know, and you you just dost yourself off.
Speaker 5 (28:46):
You know.
Speaker 3 (28:46):
In the in the book that I co wrote, a
book called Leadership DNA, and in that in that in
that chapter I talk about being disability blueprint prints. Why
do I say that my superpower is it disability? Because
if I followed down seven, I just get up eight.
(29:07):
If you're already on the floor, you can't go on
the Lord in it. Just get up. You can't go
any lord in that. And that's been my experiences. I've
failed over and over and over a ken to be
able to tell you this wasn't easy. I just make
it look easy now. But I've shed tears, I've been frustrated.
(29:32):
I've had people to stab me in the back. I've
had people to take ideas for me. Trust me all
of this because no one told me you should trademark,
that you should, you should find your trademark attorney. I
didn't know all of that. So here I am just
talking about all these ideas, and the next thing you know,
somebody's ran down the road and you run here mad
about Well, you didn't trademark it, you didn't pattent it,
(29:54):
you didn't do you didn't handle your business, so someone
else handled it for you.
Speaker 1 (30:00):
True so, and I learned that as well with my company,
and I went ahead and trademarked my business.
Speaker 5 (30:07):
Because after you do so much.
Speaker 1 (30:09):
Work and building your brand and getting your your name
to be a household name, and somebody else take it
because you didn't protect it.
Speaker 5 (30:22):
That's a that's a huge blove. That's a huge block,
it really is.
Speaker 3 (30:27):
And having having an attorney to do searches to make
sure no one is using your brand. You know, all
of that is is very important because your word and
your name is is how you have. If you it's true,
if your if your word and your name ain't nothing,
you're not anything. So you know, but that is all
(30:50):
just about managing your business, managing yourself and understanding how
important you are and what what I call them spiritual downloads.
Spiritual downloads that you get, they are.
Speaker 6 (31:04):
Important, so you have to protect them absolutely absolutely. So
you've talked about some books, so give us some titles
because and how to get them.
Speaker 3 (31:16):
Okay, So the last book that I had that I
wrote is called The Invincibility Code. And in this book,
I'm talking about seven codes that I live by. I
mean at it started, you know, enforcing these codes in
my life when I didn't have anything, because I wanted
(31:38):
to test them. And when you get this book, you'll
see these codes. But not only it's like a road
map because it's different case studies in the book for
different clients that I have that has utilized these codes
and shifted their trajectories and their lives, you know. And
the Invincibility codeed I talk a lot about about being
(31:58):
at the right place at the right time and always
being in the right situation with the right people to
ship your trajectory. And how does this happen. It's Withney
seven Codes and with leadership. DNA leaders Press reached out
to me about co authoring this book, and my chapter
(32:19):
is about team building and how do you what's the
blueprint to invincibility? You know, what's the invincibility blueprint? And
I Personalize and in Business and so both of those
books you can get those books on Amazon and in
Bonds and Nobles, Bones and Nobles. With those books, I
(32:41):
got something to do. You know. I talk about a
lot of spiritual concepts in in the Invincibility Code, though,
I talk about, you know, my background coming from being
you know, help, coming from a heavily religious background to
transt transitioning into a spiritual background. And everybody was looking
(33:03):
at me like, are you crazy? What is this stuff
you're talking about? What are you doing?
Speaker 5 (33:07):
What?
Speaker 2 (33:08):
What?
Speaker 3 (33:08):
What? What do you mean millionaire? What do you mean
we don't have to suffer? What do you mean that
we create our own reality? So it was a lot
of people.
Speaker 5 (33:18):
You know.
Speaker 3 (33:20):
What I want to say, I want I don't want
to say abandoned any It's just a lot of people
who they fell out of my life because I transitioned
my you know, I shifted my vibration, my preachency elevated,
and that caused me to not have the same people
in my life. So I just want to encourage you
(33:40):
and people are following out of your life as for
a reason, yes, and embrace the new, the newness, embrace
the new people that's coming in your life. And that's
what the Visibility Code is all about, Trajeiory shifting and
knowing that doing so, you can crystallize a new reality
for yourself and those around you.
Speaker 5 (34:00):
Absolutely absolutely, And I mean.
Speaker 1 (34:03):
As you grow and move into your realm, your spiritual realm,
you can you can definitely expect to lose people in
their life. That's an expectation because everybody's not growing the
way you're growing, and some people ain't growing at all.
Speaker 3 (34:24):
No, and some people are just content with where they are. Yeah,
and that's acceptance for me. I mean I talked to
I remember years back when I launched, before I launched
the business, I was talking to some individuals about you know,
doing it together, you know, and I thought they were
just as fired up as me, like I'm going to
(34:44):
do this.
Speaker 6 (34:45):
I see it, you know, I see it, I know
what needs to be done.
Speaker 3 (34:50):
I'm going to take these years of experience and I'm
going to do this. And then when it's time to
move forward, they were nowhere to be found. But then
when it became a success, it was when you left
me behind. You didn't you know, telling them like wait
a minute, now, you told me you didn't see this
(35:11):
this way, So that let me know that we were
not aligned with you know, our visions weren't aligned. So
I say I say that to say to to to
your case appoint Everyone is not where you are and
(35:31):
you know or see where you're trying to go, and
you just have to accept it. Don't take it personal.
And as my grandma, you say love on them anyway. Yeah,
she would saying just love on the baby, just love
on them anyway, and just and just keep it moving
and be content with being the view is the view
(35:54):
is different. Often say the view is different at the top.
Be okay with being by yourself at this level until
you meet people that's on the same path, because you're
never lonely. It is people on the path that you're on.
You just haven't met him yet. Just be content with
the fact you're going to be in the right place
(36:15):
in the right time, and you're going to meet these
people that think exactly like you do, and you're gonna
be amazed by Oh my god, these are my new friends.
These are my new people.
Speaker 5 (36:26):
This is my new tribe.
Speaker 3 (36:27):
I didn't even know, you know, and that happened to me.
I was like, oh my god, where are all my friends?
And then you meet your tribe and you're like, this
is exciting because it's more people who think like you,
think exactly like me. And now I'm not so lonely.
I know I'm not out here by myself. And not
only that, these same people I can exchange ideas with. Yes,
(36:49):
we partner up, we do business together, we exchange ideas,
we push each other, we excel on this journey together.
Speaker 5 (36:58):
Yes, And you talk about that, because I just found
my people.
Speaker 1 (37:07):
And I mean for a long time I've been trudged
along by myself because people like you say, people like, oh,
that is great, let's do it.
Speaker 6 (37:17):
But when it's time to roll up your sleeves and
get dirty, nowhere to be found.
Speaker 3 (37:24):
And it's because they lacked the grit. This is this
is what I tell people, grit and my word, my
my word, that I turned it stick ability. You have
the stick ability that it takes to go to the
next level. Stop thinking that everything is going to be
(37:44):
laid out for you all the time. It's not. It's
not gonna be It's not gonna be laid out for
you that way all the time. But one thing I
can say, if you keep at it long enough, after
a while, the ren Siver park and not only will
it part, you would have a sense of worthiness and
(38:07):
a sense of confidence and knowing that I deserveed this
because I did what it takes to be at this place,
to be at this table, to be in this meeting.
I've done what it takes. Regardless of what was going
on around. I could have had, you know, just lost
my job. I could have just you know, I've experienced
(38:29):
a loss of my father. I could have had something
going on with my children and my personal life. But regardless,
you know, no matter what it was, I stayed focused
on the vision. So when you say to me, what
makes you think or why is this that you get
And this is the one that I really that really
baffles me. You're so lucky. I just be like, but sweetheart,
(38:52):
look doesn't have anything to do with it, none, all.
Look has nothing to do with this is just nothing
but grit and folks, Yes, just a determination and just
refusing to give up, regardless of what you know, of
what it looks like, and knowing that if, if, if
(39:12):
the vision was given to me, knowing that, knowing that
it's already done thet it's impossible for me to think
something that it is not possible for it to be.
Speaker 2 (39:25):
So.
Speaker 3 (39:25):
Being that, I believe that because we all believe expressed
to you know, with everything around us is based on
our belief concepts. I'm just one that believe if the
thought came to me, it must be possible for it
to happen. Yeah, So with that, I just take that,
and I always say, I don't know how, but it's
(39:46):
not my responsibility. It's not my job to know all
the how tos. My job is to show up, to
show up, be consistent, be determined, have a little grit,
and after a while, all these pieces just fall together.
And look has nothing to do with that, absolutely not
(40:08):
a during thing.
Speaker 6 (40:10):
In fact, I barely even use that word because I
already know it.
Speaker 5 (40:16):
That'll worked that way. Number one. Number two be it
on a spiritual rim. I already know that God has
gotten my steps. You better say that not no, look, no,
you know.
Speaker 3 (40:32):
And I'm always telling people that you know because I,
as I said that, they're learning the book. I came
from a very religious background and I did a bit
of transitioning, and wisdom helps us understand certain things, and
so with that we I believes change. And one of
the things that I'm always reminded of there's a scripture
in the Bible that talks about you know and knowledge
(40:54):
God and he'll direct your path. And I got a
download about.
Speaker 5 (40:57):
That one day.
Speaker 3 (40:58):
It's not about me being it's about the path being directed.
It's about the path lightening up and coming to me. Yes,
And that helped me. That helped me a lot in
knowing I don't have to be out here doing all
his hard work and breaking my back and hoping that
it happens. No, I can believe, I can take steps,
(41:20):
and I can know that it doesn't require all of that.
The path will come to me, the people will come
to me, the situation will light up for me to
be like, oh, this is how I'm going to get
that done. And so I found that with changing my
mindset about hard work and started believing that I don't
(41:43):
I don't have to work like a dog or to
get something done. You know, God loves me enough to
bring something to me without That happened to me the case, and.
Speaker 5 (41:55):
He always does all the time.
Speaker 1 (41:58):
You ain't even looking at the moment and it just
shows up. And I've witnessed that in my entire life,
and I know that's true. It's like you say you
need something, and with folks who doing.
Speaker 6 (42:11):
Anything, it just shows up every time.
Speaker 5 (42:16):
Every time.
Speaker 3 (42:17):
It's just when I don't wafer in my belief about it,
it just shows up. And I found myself I'm talking
to somebody. I was like, do you know I was
just saying last week, I was just talking to someone
yesterday and telling them I wanted this to happen, And
the next thing, you know, it just happens. And so
(42:38):
I believe that we are more, We're powerful beyond measure.
Speaker 1 (42:45):
We are we are and you know I believe that
all day and the work that I'm doing, I believe
in it wholeheartedly. I see God's miracles all around it,
right now waiting on something.
Speaker 5 (43:00):
But I'm patient.
Speaker 3 (43:01):
Oh yeah, because because it because it's already done. It
is already done, and we just have to be at
the point that we know about spin time space continue.
It's you know, Oprah made a quote and openhe one day.
I was this to her and she said, you can
have everything you want, but just not today. You can
(43:25):
have everything you want, but just not today. Know that
it could be tomorrow the day after, but you can
have it, but just not today. And that that helped
me so much with that. I'm like, Okay, so I
need to just have some patience, just wait and know
(43:45):
that you know, you know that God loves me enough
to give me the desires of my heart.
Speaker 1 (43:51):
Yes indeed, Oh my gosh, she just really made my
day to day. You know, thank you so much happening
and I needed this energy and I thank you for it.
So again, How do people connect with you and everything.
Speaker 5 (44:08):
That you have going on?
Speaker 3 (44:09):
Okay, just go to my website, you know, Sharis Mullins
dot com. If you go there right now and you
see an under construction, that's deliberately that's deliberate work. My
marketing team is revamping and rebranding the website. They're rebranding
its mind right now, and they're rebranding because of the
new courses that we are launching. But if you go
(44:32):
to the website, you go to the contact list, you
sign up, you definitely will.
Speaker 5 (44:36):
Be able to.
Speaker 3 (44:39):
Get on our email list and get the new information
we're doing. Also at Shari S Mullin's Instagram, follow me there,
and also same thing on Facebook. It's public. I have
two Facebook pages because I got tired of them saying
I couldn't you know the limit? So I'm like, I
need to change this so I can get more people.
(45:01):
But we have. I have two Facebook pages there. You
can find me their Instagram as well as Twitter. It's
always at surely smolling. But that's just how you can
get up with me following you know also my book.
You know the invincibility code on Amazon, and let's team
up and make sure that we are showing the world
(45:21):
how invincible they can be.
Speaker 5 (45:24):
Yes, indeed, yes indeed.
Speaker 6 (45:25):
And I'm telling you I can't wait the team up because.
Speaker 1 (45:29):
I feel the U the energy is just up there.
It's a really connecting and I pay attention to that.
Speaker 3 (45:40):
I just believe in what I'm saying That's the reason
why I love podcasts. It's like this where it's not scripted.
You know what I'm saying, You're not We're not sending
the questions early, we're not doing anything. We're just going
with the flow and allowed spirit to guide us through.
I love I love these type of conversations because as
we get to be really genuine, really get to give people,
(46:05):
not just the people, but ourselves. I take away from
this conversation between me and you and I'm like, oh, yes,
I mean I got me pumped up. I feel so
much better because it was a genuine, a genuine conversation,
you know, just a real conversation. So thank you so much, and.
Speaker 6 (46:21):
Thank you because you'll never ever get a hot seat.
Speaker 5 (46:24):
B I can't stand those. I like the flow. Oh yes,
it's just it's just so much better to me. You
know that's my personal opinion. But I'm glad you enjoy
the flow as well.
Speaker 3 (46:39):
Yes, yes, I've had people to say, Okay, we're gonna
have you at this event and you're gonna be on
this panel. Here's your questions, and I had to ask.
I sent an email back to UH A representative from
I'm not going to name the organization. But I said,
you know, do you mind if I just flow when
(47:00):
I'm on the panel? I said, I promise you I
won't say anything crazy. I said, I just don't want
to practice it. I would rather just give people because
I don't know who's out in the audience. I don't
know who's been praying about something. I don't know, you
know what spirit may you know be trying to use
me to get to people that's in the audience. So
I much rather just flow. And she just called me
(47:22):
and she was like, you are so crazy, but yeah,
we can do that. I'm saying thank you because I
would much rather it to be just a genuine flow.
And I promise you I know what the what the
thing is, what your your concept is, but I just
much rather just go with the flow. And so I
thank you so much for understanding that to happen today.
Speaker 5 (47:42):
Yeah, so I thank you for bringing all of you
to the platform. And I know that once the.
Speaker 1 (47:50):
Viewers and everybody gets to see this, they are definitely
going to feel the energy because I'm feeling the energy.
So I really appreciate you more than you know. And
we've definitely got to do this again because.
Speaker 3 (48:11):
It's coming. We can come right on the back, circle
back around with another topic like, well, we're gonna talk
about now, because this is we're and we're in a
time where people need to hear they need the realness, yes,
and they need to know that you've encountered some of
the same things that they have encountered, and that you
(48:32):
are not too far from them, like you're not too
far removed from them, you know. I have to encourage
people with that.
Speaker 1 (48:38):
All the time.
Speaker 3 (48:39):
I was like, do you think that I haven't gone
through the exact same thing that you've gone through? I
but this is just the way I chose to handle it.
To life, it's all about choices, and it's not about
one person that is lucky enough to never experience something.
You know, like my grandmother used to say, if you
have an experience, just live long.
Speaker 5 (49:00):
Enough, absolutely and.
Speaker 3 (49:04):
If you if you live long enough, you will experience
these things. And it's about understanding that and and facing
these things and the most powerful and energetic and most
knowledgeable way as possible. Now, don't lose your stack, don't
(49:25):
lose your confidence, and above ill, do not lose your joy.
Speaker 5 (49:29):
Absolutely well, thank you so much, Charies. I appreciate you,
looking forward to doing this again. And ladies and gentlemen,
thank you. I know you have been filled today.
Speaker 3 (49:43):
And thank you again for having me.
Speaker 1 (49:45):
Absolutely lessen and much love to you all, blessed and
see you tool.
Speaker 6 (49:53):
Thank you to our guests and you our values.
Speaker 3 (49:58):
Let's stop you by.
Speaker 2 (50:00):
We truly appreciate you.
Speaker 5 (50:03):
Many blessings to you and yours
