Webster here, thanks for joining us. Two guests with me
this afternoon. Jesse Peyton should be joining us in the

studio shortly, the foul mouthed comedian who I often do
shows with. Great guy, he'll be here shortly. And then
Christian Collins, the creator of the Texas Youth Summit, joining
us next segment. Those two guys could not have less
in common other than the fact that they're both right
wing and they're friends with me. So it's gonna be
a very interesting show either way this afternoon. But we

start off with this. I want to talk about jerrymandering.
Is it good? Is it bad? Well, it depends who
it's benefiting. For a long time. I think the Liberals
leaned into jerrymandering hard. You know, you look at this
place in central Louisiana that they just got rid of.
They had a district that went from New Orleans to Shreveport.
You know what Louisiana looks like. Why would there be

a district that goes from New Orleans to Shreveport. That's ridiculous,
That's insane. That would be like saying, oh, there's a
district it goes from Lubbock to Orange, Texas. What it's
just a thin line. It was supposed to be all
black communities. Wow, imagine that it benefited the Democrats. They
got rid of it. Now, according to her report, I

was just looking at here Breitbart dot Com, the Virginia
Supreme Court just killed the state's Democrat party cynical attempt
to rig the twenty twenty six midterm election with a
blatantly unconstitutional jerrymander scheme. Yeah, it turns out in Virginia
it was illegal. You couldn't do it just because Texas
did it. In Texas it was legal. Turns out every

state in the Union is different laws. Yeah, imagine that
the constitutional violation incurably taints the resulting referendum vote and
nullifies its legal efficacy. How about that? That means Virginia
will hold on to its current congressional districts, with six
Democrat districts to the five Republican districts. Good the governor
(02:27):
of Abigail Spanberger, that's the governor. She's pissed, tried to
rig it. The new map almost certainly would have wiped
out four GOP districts, giving Democrats a ten to one advantage.
The court said that Spanburger and the Democrats violated a
specific constitutional requirement to hold a public referendum on redistricting.
The court added that this requirement gives two opportunities, one

indirect and the other direct, to voice their views on
the proposed amendment. The first is during the intervening election
period between the two legislative sessions, voters could support or defeat.
There's a lot of legal mumbo jumbo here, but in short,
like I said, they're god a law in Virginia that
said you couldn't do this. So in order to rig
the jerrymander, the state's constitution had to be changed. This

can only be done via state referendum. But as the
Court points out before a referendum can be put forth,
there must be two votes in the State Assembly and
an election in between. The first State Assembly vote to
create the referendum was on October thirty first, when early
voting had already started for the November fourth election. Democrats
laughably tried to argue that November fourth counted the election
(03:33):
between Assembly votes, as if the early voting for November
fourth election, already taking place during the October thirteenth State
Assembly vote, was separate from the November fourth vote. That's
bs so good for Virginia. I guess all I can
say is huh ha ha.

Well, the public opinion about Jerry Mannering has really changed
over the last couple of years. To put it bluntly,
if you haven't been following the latest about what is
going on, the big news today comes from Virginia. Virginia
has shut down, I mean, the Supreme Court shut down
that vote that was supposed to basically get rid of

every Republican district in the state. Over in Tennessee, Republicans
just advanced an aggressive play splitting up Memphis. That was
the only Democrats stronghold a majority black district. They broke
it up into three pieces. They're repealing old rolls, blocking
mid decade redrawser, even tweaking voter notices to get this
done real quick. Democrats are screaming racism. It's the same

old script. But here's the truth. When cities vote ninety
percent one way and you don't let them own the whole,
you don't. You don't let them own the whole delegation.
That's just how it works. This could turn the state
republican great Trump gave the green light. The volunteer state
patriots are answering the call no more letting one urban
machine run the rest of Tennessee. That is very good news. Meanwhile,

Florida Governor DeSantis absolute legend just to sign a new
Florida map that's pure conservative catnep It could flip four
more seats to the GOP. Sign sealed and delivered with
a big magabo on it. Democrats are already suing, crying
partisan Jerrymander, buddy, you started the game. Democrats invented this.
You ever look at what downtown Chicago looks like it

doesn't make any sense. You could be on one street
and on the opposite street you're in a different district,
and across the street you're back in that district again.
It makes no sense. Down in Virginia, the Blue machine
just rammed through a special referendum to let them redraw
congressional maps mid decade, turning a six' five dem edge
into a ten to One democrats. Slaughter then The Supreme

court stepped. In that'd be The Virginia Supreme. Court they
stepped in and they, said heck, no you can't do.

jones and so, on and they're really upset about the
issue Of. Israel Megan kelly and all of. Them they
can get a lot of clicks if they Criticize. Israel
and there's a growing descent Against israel amongst the youth.
ESPECIALLY i think fifty seven percent of youth do not Support.

Israel and that's, electively both on the right and the.
Left and so bear that in. Mind and a lot
of these so called gropers are really much Behind nick twent.
Does and he's telling them to go Vote. Democrats he's telling,
them do not vote for voices like Vivek remiswami In.
Ohio do everything that you can to make sure that

you Put. Democrat he's actually said that he's a Moderate

Ultimately and so all of the these adversaries are being

is it's already really hard to win the. Midterms when
the presidency is in The republican, hands usually The democrats
take office in The, house then possibly The senate the
very next. Cycle same thing happens When democrats take power
in the presidency and they have full power and they're
able to pass their. Legislation the next cycle in the,

midterms The republicans always take The house and possibly The.
Senate it's just the way that things ebb and flow.
Naturally so we're already in an outfield climb, kidney and
then we get to the place where we're in this
war that's been, unpopular especially with, youth and gas prices
have gone, up and so that makes it order For

republicans to win the midterms even more. So BUT i
think that will be very interesting talk about redistricting and
see how that come into play and how we might
actually have a chance to win them in terms because
of what's happening with.

they Bump republicans from ten to five to a projected

this afternoon. Jesse Peyton should be joining us in the

shows with. Great guy, he'll be here shortly. And then
Christian Collins, the creator of the Texas Youth Summit, joining
us next segment. Those two guys could not have less
in common other than the fact that they're both right
wing and they're friends with me. So it's gonna be
a very interesting show either way this afternoon. But we

start off with this. I want to talk about jerrymandering.
Is it good? Is it bad? Well, it depends who
it's benefiting. For a long time. I think the Liberals
leaned into jerrymandering hard. You know, you look at this
place in central Louisiana that they just got rid of.
They had a district that went from New Orleans to Shreveport.
You know what Louisiana looks like. Why would there be
(01:25):
a district that goes from New Orleans to Shreveport. That's ridiculous,
That's insane. That would be like saying, oh, there's a
district it goes from Lubbock to Orange, Texas. What it's
just a thin line. It was supposed to be all
black communities. Wow, imagine that it benefited the Democrats. They
got rid of it. Now, according to her report, I
(01:47):
was just looking at here Breitbart dot Com, the Virginia
Supreme Court just killed the state's Democrat party cynical attempt
to rig the twenty twenty six midterm election with a
blatantly unconstitutional jerrymander scheme. Yeah, it turns out in Virginia
it was illegal. You couldn't do it just because Texas
did it. In Texas it was legal. Turns out every

state in the Union is different laws. Yeah, imagine that
the constitutional violation incurably taints the resulting referendum vote and
nullifies its legal efficacy. How about that? That means Virginia
will hold on to its current congressional districts, with six
Democrat districts to the five Republican districts. Good the governor
(02:27):
of Abigail Spanberger, that's the governor. She's pissed, tried to
rig it. The new map almost certainly would have wiped
out four GOP districts, giving Democrats a ten to one advantage.
The court said that Spanburger and the Democrats violated a
specific constitutional requirement to hold a public referendum on redistricting.
The court added that this requirement gives two opportunities, one
(02:50):
indirect and the other direct, to voice their views on
the proposed amendment. The first is during the intervening election
period between the two legislative sessions, voters could support or defeat.
There's a lot of legal mumbo jumbo here, but in short,
like I said, they're god a law in Virginia that
said you couldn't do this. So in order to rig
the jerrymander, the state's constitution had to be changed. This
(03:12):
can only be done via state referendum. But as the
Court points out before a referendum can be put forth,
there must be two votes in the State Assembly and
an election in between. The first State Assembly vote to
create the referendum was on October thirty first, when early
voting had already started for the November fourth election. Democrats
laughably tried to argue that November fourth counted the election
(03:33):
between Assembly votes, as if the early voting for November
fourth election, already taking place during the October thirteenth State
Assembly vote, was separate from the November fourth vote. That's
bs so good for Virginia. I guess all I can
say is huh ha ha.

Well, the public opinion about Jerry Mannering has really changed
over the last couple of years. To put it bluntly,

going on, the big news today comes from Virginia. Virginia
has shut down, I mean, the Supreme Court shut down
that vote that was supposed to basically get rid of

every Republican district in the state. Over in Tennessee, Republicans
just advanced an aggressive play splitting up Memphis. That was
the only Democrats stronghold a majority black district. They broke
it up into three pieces. They're repealing old rolls, blocking
mid decade redrawser, even tweaking voter notices to get this
done real quick. Democrats are screaming racism. It's the same

old script. But here's the truth. When cities vote ninety
percent one way and you don't let them own the whole,
you don't. You don't let them own the whole delegation.
That's just how it works. This could turn the state
republican great Trump gave the green light. The volunteer state
patriots are answering the call no more letting one urban
machine run the rest of Tennessee. That is very good news. Meanwhile,

Florida Governor DeSantis absolute legend just to sign a new
Florida map that's pure conservative catnep It could flip four
more seats to the GOP. Sign sealed and delivered with
a big magabo on it. Democrats are already suing, crying
partisan Jerrymander, buddy, you started the game. Democrats invented this.
You ever look at what downtown Chicago looks like it

doesn't make any sense. You could be on one street
and on the opposite street you're in a different district,
and across the street you're back in that district again.
It makes no sense. Down in Virginia, the Blue machine
just rammed through a special referendum to let them redraw
congressional maps mid decade, turning a six' five dem edge
into a ten to One democrats. Slaughter then The Supreme

court stepped. In that'd be The Virginia Supreme. Court they
stepped in and they, said heck, no you can't do.
It it's illegal in the. State great ladies and, gentlemen

is it's already really hard to win the. Midterms when
the presidency is in The republican, hands usually The democrats
take office in The, house then possibly The senate the
very next. Cycle same thing happens When democrats take power
in the presidency and they have full power and they're
able to pass their. Legislation the next cycle in the,

midterms The republicans always take The house and possibly The.
Senate it's just the way that things ebb and flow.
Naturally so we're already in an outfield climb, kidney and
then we get to the place where we're in this
war that's been, unpopular especially with, youth and gas prices

republicans to win the midterms even more. So BUT i
think that will be very interesting talk about redistricting and
see how that come into play and how we might
actually have a chance to win them in terms because
of what's happening with.
