Today’s guest is Neeyaz Zolfaghari and she is the founder of Unspoken Nutrition. Neeyaz was diagnosed with Grave’s Autoimmune disease at 18 years old and Thyroid Eye Disease several years later, in bravely battling the disease for the last decade she has learned so many lessons along the way. Through her first hand experience, education and personal research, she has become an expert on the condition which has led to the formation of her own coaching and lifestyle business becoming a voice for truthful nourishment. Neeyaz has also developed a thyroid yoga program and offers nutritional consultation to help with mind body harmony.
