Breathwork with Winky & Candice

Today’s episode shakes it up as Winky and Candice speak about a breath work session they did together the previous day. They explain the process that the healer performs on the client and discuss what someone might expect during a session and how the conversation prior to the session , may be the road map for the healer to follow. We learn about the specific breathing technique used during the practice and how long it takes to be able to get the desired effect. We talk about the “scream” and how we can really release tension and trauma with our breath. It’s a very powerful treatment that goes well with some other modalities that we discuss and we try to give enough real life experience to open the door to make others comfortable enough to give this practice a try.
