Butch is LIVE in the studio and arrived with a bundle of optimism as the world and our industry is starting to wake up. Butch has a long storied career in the touring rock and roll industry. From getting kicked out of The War Memorial in Buffalo NY to designing some of the biggest shows in the business. Butch talks about gaining the knowledge and confidence needed to succeed in the industry through hard work. He speaks about his professional mentors and we learn a bit about his process. We learn about his marriage of 35 years and how he has been able to keep a relationship going while spending so much time on the road. We also hear how even tough guys do breath work to relieve anxiety and we dive deep on all the positives that have stemmed from the pandemic.
