Speaker 1 (00:10):
Hey time time, tim tim time, time time again. It's
not from motivation you motivation you Hi, How you doing?
How you been? It is me and it's I You're
bearding marathon or him? This by got my gosh, he's
motivation you. Hi, How you doing? How you been? I
found this cool little audio clip just for you, Just
for you. I found this cool little audio clip. You
gotta give it a listen. It's from none other than
Baker Mayfield. Baker Mayfield. He is an NFL quarterback and

(00:33):
he has had his shares of ups and downs and
ups and downs and ups and downs. Again, if you
don't know, do a little research in his career because
he was a number one draft pick over there at
the Cleveland Browns, and then he got traded, and then
he got cut, and then he got picked up by
another team, and then by another team, and he finally
found his home where now he's been successful. But man,
he said some ups and downs where people were counting

(00:54):
him out. And he has this little speech where he
talks about negative minds set because a negative mindset is undefeated.
But you know it's not undefeated. Give it a listen.
Here we go some of the.

Speaker 2 (01:10):
Greatest advice I've ever heard was like that mindset manifestation,
all that positivity compared to negativity. Positive mindsets aren't necessarily undefeated.
Negative mindsets are because if you put negative stuff into
your head, you're gonna believe it one hundred percent of
the time. Positive stuff you can. You can do it
every once in a while, but it's not gonna always stick.

(01:30):
But the negative stuff always does. So it's like you
have to continue to manifest that. And if you're not
able to hit the reset button every once in a while,
that pressure builds up, right, and like you just like
you start just all those negative thoughts, everything just builds
up and builds up. It's like, I'm a firm believer
that you have to have fun while doing it and
hitting the reset button every once in a while. Yeah,
guess what, When we're playing the sport, it's a fraction

(01:53):
of our lives, right, no matter what everybody else in
the outside things, because it's that's their entertainment on the weekends.
It's this much of our life and we have to
have an identity outside of that because when we're done playing,
that's the biggest struggle in life. You look at the
worst stories ever in some of these athletes is when
they're done playing because they don't know who they are.
