Speaker 1 (00:00):
Would you like to trade and travel at the same time.
There's not many other opportunities that allow you to make money,
carry on with your normal work and travel. So let's
talk about that really important topic and more. Right now,
(00:20):
Hey the Traders is Andrew here at the Forrest Trading
Coach with video and podcast number six hundred and twenty three.
I'm in Chrishchich in the South Island here in New Zealand.
Been here for a few days with my wife. We
went to see a show last night, caught up with
one of our daughters who lives here, and we're having
a great time. Middle of summer, absolutely beautiful here with
the rib raven behind me. Now we've been here, trading's
(00:43):
carried on exactly the same for me. I've just taken
the daily Chat trades today. It's just turned eleven o'clock
here and my trading is exactly the same as if
I were at home, And that is one of the
beauties of being able to trade properly and to trade
the way that we trade. I see so many different
(01:04):
people on YouTube and different places social media sites where
they're looking for this pattern to happen, and they're looking
for this indicated across that one and they're looking at
say like five minute charts and fifteen minute charts, and
to me, it's just not realistic. As someone that's been
trading for over twenty years and this year Forest Trading
(01:26):
Coach turned seventeen years old, one of the things that
I find that our clients love about what we do
and also for myself personally about what we do is
it's still thoroughly enjoyable and profitable. But we're not spending
all day looking at charts. So right now I've just
looked at one daily chart and one twelve hour chart,
(01:48):
trade at the five pm New York change of day,
which just happens to be eleven o'clock in the morning
here at this time of year, and then that's it.
My trades are done. I will have a look at
maybe five am New York time, which is tonight my time.
But for people that you know can't make that time,
(02:08):
it doesn't matter. For people that can't make the five
pm New York time, like right now, it doesn't matter
because the beauty of the way that we trade is
we are using limit orders, and so you don't need
to be here at this particular time and when you're traveling.
That is so important because you know obviously different time
zones and you've got different events on and things like that.
(02:29):
The way that we trade is just means that you
can put your limit orders on when you get chance
and just leave the trade to do its thing. We
have our maximum loss already controlled, so we know the
worst that can happen. For me personally, that's only half
a one percent risk per trade. But it also means
that if we have a profitable trade on the daily
chart trade today, I'm going to make close to a
(02:51):
three to one return, So in other words, half percent risk,
I will make a one and a half percent gain
on my account. Now, the beauty that is you can
do that, you can put that across the prop berms,
whatever it is that you choose to do, whether it's
your personal account, live account, prop birm account, and it's
just that one trade taken once a day, and that's
(03:14):
the beauty. Well for me too, chose today because of
course I'll be taking the twelve hour chart trade as well,
but I don't have to place the trades right now.
I've got hours and hours to place the trades. And
so if you're in Europe, you go, Well, the changeover
of New York change of day is nighttime. Well you
can take those trades in the morning. It doesn't matter.
You could say, well, I've got work to do, I've
(03:36):
got things with the family. Well take the trades when
you get chance. And because of course, as mentioned, we
use limit orders if we're taking a cell trade where
sell limit is there to say that the market first
of all needs to move up and then it feels
to sell limit order and then we're looking for the
market to move down. Opposite with the buy trade is
(03:57):
that we're looking for the market to first move down.
And being the daily charter all like the twelve hour chype,
you've got hours and hours and hours before the market
will do that on most occasions. So if you like
to find out how we do this, how we travel trade.
Last year I was in the US, you know, and
this year we're looking at heading away as well in
our winter as well, and so trading as mentioned carries
(04:20):
on exactly the same. There's been some massive movers in
the market again this week, so great opportunities to be
taking advantage of those moves across the fire ex payers,
the metals and the cryptos. We've seen huge moves. So
been a great week and nothing better to trade just
once or twice a day, be on holiday, enjoy you know,
(04:42):
the great scenery here and events on in christ Church
and trading carries on exactly the same. So if you
like to find out how we can do that and
how we can help you to do exactly the same.
Whether you want to travel or is this work or
things that you know that you're doing at the same time,
that doesn't mean you're committed to be gluded in front
of your charts all day long, like so many other
(05:03):
people and systems are. Have a look at the link
I put here, have a look at the masterclass that
I've got here as well. If you've never been through
the videos and podcasts just like this, the whole library
is there, all six hundred and twenty three of them.
And if you're out there looking for a really good broker,
I can highly recommend Bluebery Markets across in Australia, but
(05:23):
people from right around the world can trade through Blueberry
Markets on their Empty five platform. I've just taken my
trades today on the Bluebery account and their spreads exceptional
and marketing execution, etc. Everything about them is great, their
customer service is great. We're drawing funds is super super
fast and efficient as well, so I put a link
(05:44):
to Blueberry Markets as well, and I'm off to enjoy
the beautiful sits here in the middle of summer in
Krashchich and I see you this time next week. Life
for their
